The room was exceptionally clean, fresh, and well maintained. Everything was spotless, from the bedding to the bathroom, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the attention to detail really stood out. A great place to relax and enjoy a pleasant stay.

The front desk staff was welcoming from the start and helpful in ensuring we had a shuttle to get to our cruise port (Ana). The hotel was spotless and stands up to the Hampton Inn name.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rest was not good. Beaten-up, outdated premises. Can hear people below through the floor. Bathroom was not pleasant, no water pressure in shower, not clean. Even the door to the bathroom would not close or lock. Loud AC, so had to turn it off. One of the worst breakfasts we had in a hotel ever. Glitchy elevator. The list goes on. And the worst? It costed like a prime hotel. Never again.

Clean room, good shower, comfy beds. Early breakfast was a plus as we left at 7:30 to get to the airport. Location was good for walking to Space Needle and Chihuly Glass. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Location was close to everything & despite the hills, was easy walking. One block away was QVF, a full service Kroger store. We had a suite with a full kitchen. You could prepare simple meals if you wanted. Television channels were limited. With the Seattle, a hot tub would be a welcome addition.

I was booked in a suite for 2 nights. The king bed was hard like a rock and the sofa sleeper was so bad you could feel the springs hitting you in the back. Asked to be moved couldn't sleep at first they said no then hours later gave me 30 minutes to move and couldn't because we were out seeing things. Couldn't make it back in time

Staff was super friendly They really went over and beyond to try to make sure that we got everything we needed. I had surgery. I need to stay longer and they were more than happy to help me extend my stay housekeeping did great. I have food allergies. They came in and make sure everything was clean for me all the time super great thank you so much. Will be staying again.

We got our room, and it was just like the pictures. Plenty of towels, 2 queen beds. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of places to charge our electronics. Nice quiet room, and a full hot breakfast the next morning! The concierge helped call a taxi for us.

The breakfast was fresh but the choices were not plentiful. The advertised restaurant was only for breakfast and the area near the hotel had few good placrs to est. One night i had to est a tv dinner thst i bought from the hotel. I would not dtay there again.

Check-in very efficient, staff personable. Not much for restaurants in this area within walking distance except a pub across the street. A short walk to the Space Needle and Museum of Pop Art and area.

Everything was clean, breakfast was good, staff was nice. Only problem, for such a large HI, two elevators only. We were struggling with housekeeping for an empty elevator....and it was in the morning, hours before check out time. It took almost 15 minutes at 8AM to get in an elevator with our luggage.

While only there for op e might stay was very pleased with the atmosphere and cheerful welcoming nature of the entire staff.

This has become my go to place to stay in Seattle. It's always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and its in a perfect location. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance and a bus stop right outside to get downtown quickly. There's also coin op (and maybe also app based?) laundry which is super convenient and a little convenience type store in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area

I enjoyed my stay

Clean, well maintained. Just 2 gripes: the breakfast buffet, which was fine in itself, only had all disposable plates, cups, and utensils. I know this is much easier for the hotel, but it does generate a lot of trash. Other complaint is that electric vehicle charging was listed as an amenity. Got there and was told it is tesla only. I asked if it was DC, a super charger, or not, and was just given a vague answer. The staff only seemed to have a vague awareness of electric car charging. It's not that complicated, they should fully understand all offered amenities.

As always, breakfast at a Hampton Inn is fantastic. This location was ideal as it is fairly close to the space needle. The room was very clean, but being on a second floor was a little noisy from people walking outside. But this was a great hotel in a downtown city, so noise is to be expected.

The staff found out we were on our honeymoon. They surprised us with a qift bag. Close to bus and Seattle Cenyer.

It’s 2 converted apartment buildings that only meet on the third floor. It’s nice overall but wasn’t as nice as other Hampton inns I’ve been to. Biggest plus was location, 15 minute walk to space needle, biggest negative parking $40/day plus $5/day tax which was ok but if you park in the wrong lot which is easy to do you either can’t get to your room on the elevator and then hit 3rd floor and get to the room but now you need to find your car as nothing is connected. If I was the only one I wouldn’t mention but another guest explained it to me from her prior experience.

Breakfast was good. Our arrival flight was early morning and we were able to check in early. When I texted that I needed extra towels, sheets and blankets they sent them right away. Even sent extra pillows.

Parking is a joke. The staff would rather cancel my room rather than find a place for me to park. I had to park down the street in a very unsafe area and then walk to the hotel. Then they still tried to charge me for parking. Very unsatisfied. I do not plan to book here again

I have always enjoyed staying at this particular hotel, right next to the Seattle Center. It's really well run with excellent staff.

Front desk staff were kind and breakfast had lots of options. We stayed with our 2 year old and had a great stay. We paid $40 for parking but the on site parking filled up quickly and we had to street park. We were refunded the parking fee though.

Staff was decent. The garbage at breakfast was getting full, so I had politely let the girl at the front know so that she can get it changed out so the rest of the guest can throw away their trash. She looked at me like it wasn’t her problem and said “I’ll talk to them about it” and brushed me off. Thought that was rude of her, when she could have politely just said she would see that someone knew about it. Other than that everything was a hit! Especially the walking distance to the space needle!

Super walkable to bars, restaurants, and Climate Pledge Arena. The suite was a great space for traveling with a teenager and dogs and the balcony had views of the Space Needle which was fun.

Easy access to bus and train. Very close to a big supermarket. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The hotel has complimentary breakfast as early as 6am which was perfect for my morning flight.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable but the lighting was bad. Lamps were dim and yellow and light in hallway was a large motion light that would come on if you went to the bathroom at night waking everyone up. Stupid. Had to go to another floor for ice. Carts were very inconvenient creating lots of extra walking after a tiring day. Carts were small. Did not see parking fee disclosure when choosing property. Parking was confusing. No spa facilities, but tub was big and deep. Excellent breakfast.

Very clean and friendly. But one is missing: the pot pan wasn't very clean, so it took a good amount of soda, baking soda, and vinegar to scrub the inside of the bottom of the pot. Really, I didn't cook in the kitchen. Everything in the room is amazing.

I was very comfortable with my stay at Hampton Inn downtown Seattle. The location was great, the buffet breakfast had a nice selection. My room was comfortable and clean. The hotel room rates were very affordable. I will be staying again next month.

Staff wasnt prompt and had to ask for extra pillows twice on phone and thats if they answered and then finally had to go down to front desk to ask in person. Room was ok nothing special l. Shower was completely broken so we couldnt use it whole stay and then they phoned at 7:30 am to see if they can come look at it so was not peaceful and super annoying as we had concert night before so wanted to sleep more as we had 4 hour drive back home

The hotel lost power and none of the staff helped out with any information or reassurance. As a diabetic, I had no idea when the power would come back on and was worried about my insulin. Even after the power came on, none of the staff came to check on us.

Overall, was good and would stay again. However. Upon arroval, there was a dirty rag on the floor by our door that remained there until the following evening. When we first entered the room, there was some sort of air machine that was plugged in and placed in the middle of the floor. It was not running, thankfully, as there was a warning on the side to not operate in occupied spaces.

Walking distance to many places! The staff, especially Rider at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great with hot options like sausage, eggs, potatoes and waffles. We will stay here again!

Only problem for us is that the modern thermostat kept on resetting to 75 degrees, which led to an uncomfortable sleep as we like it cooler and tried to keep it at 70 or less.

The black out curtains didn't work. The switch was removed. The heater controller wasn't there so it was just set to 72 per the Daikin manual of on/off.

The hotel is nicely located, a few blocks walking going to Space Needle and to Charge. The complementary breakfast was good but it was noisy on top of us at the 3rd floor. You can hear noise, walking and sometimes someone is jumping. Special mention to Cece at the front desk. She’s very welcoming and accommodating. 😃

The staff was nice and the hotel room was clean however we were in Rm 328 where there was alot of foot traffic and it was overly loud. Also, we were at the end of the hallway right next to the housekeeping room where at 5am housekeeping started talking and slamming their door non-stop for the remainder of the morning. We went to a comedy show and didn't get back until late and barely got 4 hours of sleep.

Stayed there since they were pet friendly and i needed a place close to the testing facility for my licensing exam, it was clean, comfortable and close to the Seattle center, i enjoyed it!

Breakfast was delicious everyday, they change up the hot food each day, different types of omelets and waffle batter flavors.

Great stay, the room was spacious and clean. I only wish that the two bedroom suite had a 1.5 bathroom. Other than that the staff were amazing and welcoming. The location was great. Thank you most to the lady that checked us in, she was very kind and sweet.

The room was great. We stayed here because it was close to Fred Hutch Cancer Center. No hot water in am for shower. At 7 am no hot water and at 9 am no hot water. Disappointing.

Beds were very hard. Called for an extra pillow 2 times and even went down to the front desk to ask for another pillow and kept being told they will bring it up never came. You also need to pay for parking at the hotel on top of your room rate.

Room was well kept, when we asked for things, they got it done. Great place! And also great breakfast.

I did text later asking for one extra pillow for the fold-out couch, and they got to us right away with two. It was a very comfortable stay.

The breakfast was nice, and they even prepared to-go bags at the front desk for guests in a rush to head out. I also loved that complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available in the dining area 24/7. A special highlight was the extra coffee and hot water stations they thoughtfully set up for guests returning from the New Year’s countdown. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The room was not was what was shown in the pictures. There was no kitchen or stove. There was just a mini fridge, not a full size fridge. There are no lights or very dim lighting in the entire room. The mini fridge did not work. One of the TVs was light blue with shadows on it like it was about to break or was so old that didn't work. The breakfast buffet was overcrowded and overloaded because it was New Year's Day. The line out for the buffet was extremely long and there was no food available once you got to the front of the line of the buffet. He ran out of the hot food so there was really no buffet. Other than that, the location was great. It was close to the space Needle. The room was clean. Overall disappointing for the price and advertisement it provided. Would choose a different place.

The room was ok. I had a hard time getting internet. The second day, the room had not been touched. No coffee, no internet, cleaning or straightening. Wasn't happy.

The room was clean, we had a great view of the Space Needle, and it was close to restaurants. Breakfast was great with many options. My only complaint was the sofa bed. I booked this room because it slept four. We were only there for two nights as we were going to Leavenworth. My husband and I took the sofa bed. I am using “ bed” loosely, it was nothing but springs with a mattress pad. I don’t think Paris Hilton would let her dog sleep on this. I have never been so miserable trying to sleep. My husband ended up trying to sleep in the chair and I used the sofa cushions that were so hard you could bounce a buckle of them. Whomever is responsible for the purchase of these should be made to sleep on this for a week. The staff tried to be accommodating and gave us extra padding. It did not help. Moral of this story is book two rooms. I think a bed of nails would have been more comfortable.

It was wonderful, just what we needed. It was close to thebspace needle, grocery store and other musuems. The monorail and bus stops made it convenient that we didnt need to use the car. Never noticed how expensive parking can be. But this hotel was close enough that made lyft & uber cheap enough to use. Going to watch the Rams vs Seahawks game was awesome. When we returning this will be my place to stay. Staff was friendly, even taught us how to use the fire place and heaters. We are Southern Californians so we dont use such things back home. Thank you all.

Room was very clean. I had a suite, complete with kitchen and separate sitting room (or extra bedroom). Excellent value for all the room provided. Breakfast was also a good value, as it included hot protein items such as sausage and eggs, and they were quality.

The stay was great

Staff were nice and breakfast was delicious but the rest of the experience was awful. There was a stain on the carpet in the room that looked like blood, which we noticed pretty quickly but overlooked as it was out of the way. The bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. We hardly got any sleep all night. When we woke up in the morning, we noticed a fingernail in the bed and it wasn’t either of ours. We also noticed a used ear plug in the corner of the room so obviously the room was not thoroughly cleaned before our stay. We would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

There were many details that added to a comfortable stay—the well-designed foyer area, the night light in the washroom, and the personal sofa and side table. I love that it’s modern yet homey. A great choice for a solo traveller.

First off I didn't ask for handicap room. The shower worked and didn't work. it was a holiday weekend, so I waited till checking out to notify the desk. The phone kept ringing but no one on line and the alarm clock went off at 6am. I unplugged both. I told desk, he said that wasn't good with a laugh. Parking price was high and food offer was not that great. I was very disappointed with my stay in a high priced downtown hotel. I sometimes think that's how Hotel.com gets treated.

Most uncomfortable furniture ever. Fridge screamed when the door opened, beds were too hard, couch and table were like kids room stuff.

Room was fine with only few complaints like long black hair in tub and dirt smudges on sheets. How I really rate rooms are by the tub and shower. This one really needs calking, did meet my height requirement since I'm 6'5. I'm giving this room a B- , but would stay here again. Breakfast was just what I was looking for when we woke up. Thanks

Had issue with the CO2 detector at 2:30 AM and was not offered money back for my room when I had to move to another room in the middle of the night. They wanted to comp my parking. Besides that, place was great.

The lobby host was super friendly, Cece is her name and she welcomed us in a excellent way.

The staff were awesome. Even though parking did get full on some nights at P1, there were always available parking at P3. The breakfast were great and clean to dine in. I do recommend this hotel and most definitely will stay here again in the near future. Thanks, Paul.

Room was clean but old. Staff was friendly. Not enough parking - I don’t like having to pay $30/night to park just to not find a spot when I need one! Overall great location though and would stay again.

Bed a little hard. Small child above us jumping off bed - please put children on lower floors! We arrived on busy Saturday night and no parking available! Avoid 3rd floor which is a walkway from front desk to all other rooms and to parking garages. Location perfect for us. Breakfast adequate.

Everything was superb, but the eggs seemed to be powdered or liquid, lacking any flavor. Red Potatoes were very salty. However, waffles, French toast, sausage and baked items were very good.

I stayed in room 164 (2 bedrooms), however, this is right above the P3 parking garage entrance and the noise from the motor at ALL times is disturbing. I asked to be changed from the rooom for 3 days and nothing was done.

Overall it’s a nice sight but you can see wear in places. Parking is terrible underground. We couldn’t park in some spaces because they are too small for modern cars. Once you do park it’s sketchy if you will be able to get in or out. I noticed other people having problems with their USVs. Paying $30 was a bit much to pay for the frustration. The staff was excellent!!

When we checked in we asked if the room was on the ground floor. The receptionist said no you are on the 3rd floor. The room was only 3 doors away from the lobby and on the first floor, looking directly onto the street. We asked to change up and told no and referenced booking through Expedia as the reason no change possible. Once in the room we started to receive spam calls for life insurance etc so had to unplug the phone. The door to the bathroom was very hard to open and my son got stuck for a minute. As an accessible room this was concerning. Room being by the lobby and across from luggage storage and pantry, looking directly at a road and all guests passing by did make it noisy. Area was super convenient but would stay in future but request a different room in advance.

There should be more flexibility if we arrive before our room is ready, we should be able to get a key to the Gym while we wait to workout. This concept seems foreign to the front desk staff. Very confusing that if we're checking in for 2 or 3 days, rooms not ready for 2 more hours and we want to use the gym, they can provide a key to do so because we don't have a room key. Hotels do this across the globe.

Service was great from reception to the janitorial crew. A little confusing with the two parking garages as I had a suite for our visit. Refrigerator didn't get very cold, which lead to my not wanting to store anything perishable in there, even though it was a full sized fridge. The two A/C units in the space sounded very old and on the verge of breaking down almost the whole time we were there. Took a bit of messing with the remotes to get them to even work and blow cool air, and not hot air.

This was a great hotel! Perfect location...walkable to the Space Needle and Pike Place. They have a grocery store across the street which is open until midnight. As everyone before me has mentioned...the breakfast buffet was amazing! I typically don't eat breakfast but found myself excited to get up and get breakfast. The hotel was clean, quiet and I would definitely stay here again.

No shops of interest nearby. Hotel basically good. The room configuration and 2 towers and directional marking made it very difficult to figure out where u were. Other than that, every thing ok.

Staff was very helpful, we arrived before our room was ready but they offered us temporary parking and offered to keep our bags if we needed them too. The front desk staff set up our airport shuttle for us and even helped print a document that was needed when we were having trouble. Great experience.

Close to walking to Space Needle and able to ride the monorail to Pikes Market and back for a good price (It beat driving and having to find a parking space). The building is pretty old, and it shows. Rooms are down long halls. No warm feelings. Breakfast was the low end of powdered eggs and packaged foods. Parking was difficult to get in and out of. Other than check in/out, the only people we spoke with were housekeeping, and that needed to be in broken Spanish. Not real family friendly. Not warm and comforting. Fine for a night or two business stay, I guess. Beds adequate.

Lots of street noise from traffic. Didnt realize until last night but there was an open window concealed by draperies that excacerbated problem.

Nice and clean 1 bedroom suite. There was an issue with the bedroom air conditioners and they came up and fixed it within 30 minutes! I would consider staying here again!

The property is in a great location. Walking distance to the space needle and all the stuff around there. You can walk to the monorail and ride it down to Seattle center for the market and aquarium. The hotel itself was clean, staff was friendly the layout of the hotel was creepy. I wouldn’t use the gym because it was on the floor where we had to walk through these hallways with no windows. (would have requested a new room if I had been placed on that floor to sleep.) It took us three elevators before we could find the one that took us back to the garage where our car was parked.

Off cruise ship at 8 am and could not check in until after 2 pm and had to check out of room at 11:30 am and had a 5 pm flight. Lots of cruise people stay here, real inconvenience.

Decent property for waiting on a cruise.

The room was large and comfortable. It was conveniently located near the laundry room and the breakfast area, which were two of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The view of the Space Needle was a bonus. We were able to walk to the attractions at Seattle Center.

Extremely convenient and walkable to many Seattle tourist sites such as Kerry Park, the Space Needle, Chihuly Gallery & Glass Garden, and the incredibly awesome MOPOP. There are dining opportunities for any budget steps away or a short ride away. I hosted friends from out of state and we all stayed here rather than my tiny apartment. I plan to do the same any time friends or family visit in the future.

Decent breakfast served every morning. Parking stalls are tight if you rent anything bigger than a Toyota Corolla, best of luck to you!

We stayed one night in a suite after a weeklong camping trip to the Olympic Peninsula. After sleeping on the ground for 6 nights, this place felt like a castle! The suite was lovely, comfortable and clean. My son slept on a the sofa bed and he also had no complaints! The hot breakfast was also a wonderful perk! The neighborhood was super walkable, close to so many things! We walked to the space needle in less than 10 minutes and Pike Place in about 30 minutes, easy flat walk through a vibrant cityscape. Loved it! Would absolutely stay again!

I truly enjoyed walking to the Space Needle from the hotel. There are several great restaurants in the area, and a grocery store right next door made things super convenient. The hotel room was amazing, and the staff was outstanding. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seattle!

This is definitely not the response we expected from the Hilton hotel chain.

We loved our stay! We were walking distance to the Space Needle, some cafes, and a good pizza place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was packed every morning, but it was good and there was plenty of food and places to sit. I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again!

The staff, amenities, and location were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding. The only pause we had was we could never get into the P1 parking on the first try, and had to use the call button all but once during the four days were were there. Our card was re-done the first day, and still we had to try multiple times to get in.

I asked a few questions and after receiving sighs several times and told to download and app and "figure" it out ... I will def not stay at this hotel again - in hindsight the room was spectacular and walking distance to everything -- worst staff I've encouraged- and I travel a lot due to kids sports and vacationing -- 0-10 staff 10-10 everything else

Bed was comfortable. The room has a nice amount of space. Separate room with couch and another tv. The breakfast was very nice.

Room was clean staff was very nice we had an elderly person with us and the walk from the lobby to room was very far. A wheelchair on the premises would be a wonderful addition for older guests.

Parking is confusing as there are 3 parking garages. I never did park in the correct one. Parking spaces are tight. Be warned if you have a larger vehicle. Also entrances to garages are short.
