They all have a delightful personality. Fun people.

Room 324 can be very noisy at times. Sounded like the sewer pipe was right inside our wall next to the bed, so when people flushed a toilet it made a very loud sound for about a minute.

Had a great stay. I am a repeat customer. Friendly staff. Breakfast, pool area and room was clean and well stocked. Looking forward to upgrades which I was told are coming next year. Need to work on the bathroom water pressure and temperature on the upper floors. New hot tub coming too!

We arrived much earlier than expected and received an unexpected upgrade. Our room was large and very nice. We appreciated the extra attention. Breakfast was also quite good. Everything was great.

The shower heads are too high up. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

The quiet of the location The ladies checking in were not welcoming, not helpful when asking for help with local food options nearby. The lady C##### acted like the question was a burden and inferring on her time. Even though there was no other customers there. I asked if they provided a bottle of water for guests at check in she pointed to the market area at 4.50 a water. Then when a male guest came they gave him a bottled water.. Other than these 2 things I loved the hotel, location/room/facility, the morning staff was awesome.

We received a friendly welcome from the staff and were pleased with our room. The location was perfect for nearby restaurants and the University of Washington.

Quiet room! Comfortable bed, clean room. Seating in room was not set up for watching TV, but then nobody goes to Seattle to watch TV. Bed faced one way, TV the other way. What is this beast of an easy chair? See picture

The size of the room. The managers reception.
- 4/5
Would have enjoyed being able to cool the room down further.
- 1/5
First, our assigned room had no functioning air conditioning. Maintenance was unavailable, and we had to be relocated. The front desk waived our parking fee as acknowledgment. Second, the Hotels.com listing photo (photo 21 of 47, labeled "Indoor pool") clearly shows a hot tub adjacent to the pool. The hotel's own hallway signage directs guests to "Pool & Spa." The hot tub is not temporarily out of service. However it has been covered with a blue tarp, roped off with chain barriers, and filled with potted plants. It has been permanently converted. Hilton.com lists this as "temporarily closed," which does not accurately describe a permanent conversion. Hotels.com provided a $35 credit. Hilton corporate declined to offer any consideration. The property would not speak with the Hotels.com manager when contacted on my behalf. If you are booking here for the pool and spa, be aware that the spa no longer exists in any functional form.

The room we were in, 241, was very clean, but seemed a bit shabbier than the other rooms we have stayed in on previous trips to this same hotel. Spots on desk chair, dings on furniture, bathroom shower grout repair job kind of messy, tv didn’t work and required the main desk staff to fix problem. Staff members were welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast cheese omelettes were dry and rubbery, but usually the breakfasts are very good, so that was disappointing.
- 3/5
The pool was super cold and the hot tub was down

- 5/5
The breakfast menu was great! I did not use the parking. Honestly, I know it's the "norm" now, but I think it's terrible when a guest is paying $1200-$1500 to stay, that there's an additional charge to park. I'm guessing most people would be renting cars...
- 5/5
Staff really helpful in hotel, breakfast selection very good plus room was large and quiet despite facing the railway line. Would happily stay here again.
- 5/5
Helpful staff
- 5/5
Great hotel, access to Seattle through light rail outside, nice location, helpful staff, free day parking on side of hotel, coffee available, great breakfast and pool!
- 4/5
The breakfast staff is so friendly, and items are refilled promptly. It’s one of the main reasons we stay here. Clean rooms, halls, lobby. The whirlpool was unavailable and will not be replaced, which is a disappointment. Also, an issue with our TV was unresolved until our last day. Otherwise my rating would be 5 stars.

The breakfast was much better than I usually get at breakfast bars.

Room was clean. Staff helpful. Breakfast very good.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and what we needed after a long day of travel and delayed flights.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay! Our room was very clean and comfortable! And super quiet even thought we faced the freeway. Really wish the hot tub had been open. And your breakfast was wonderful except or needs more protein options. Greek yogurt would go a long way! Your staff was nice enough to get me a hard boiled egg. It was very sweet of them!
- 5/5
Room was clean, and newly updated. Great stay for a quick trip! Would book again for a staycation.
- 5/5
Great stay, amazing breakfast
- 5/5
We stayed here for four nights while touring the Seattle area. The hotel has a good location near the interstate and also the light rail station. There is excellent security in place for the parking garage and room floor access where you need to use your room key to get to those areas. Housekeeping did a great job except forgetting to give us coffee and an ice bag one morning. But we were able to remedy that right away as she was still in the hallway cleaning other rooms. Our room was on the fourth floor and we really appreciated the quick and smooth ride of the elevator.

Less than a 10 minute walk to light rail was the best part in my opinion due to visiting for an event downtown Seattle

- 2/5
It was a fabulous motel, and the breakfasts were fabulous, but had they actually spoken to the noisy neighbors, they would have understood WHY they were noisy and possibly could have moved them elsewhere. We couldn't move because we had set up everything for five-day stay and didn't want to spend two hours breaking everything down and starting over in another room.
- 4/5
Our stay was great overall. We had one incident when house keeping knocked on our door then about 3 seconds later let themselves in asking if we wanted towels. We didn’t even request towels or anything else. Everything else was great and the breakfast was delicious.
- 4/5
For some This particular weekend they would close the pool for a couple hours a couple times each day during our stay. Other than that everything was nice and cleanly. I just wanted to be able to use the pool and hot tub.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay, fun pool, just needs the jets on the hot tub to be fixed
- 2/5

This place is top tier! Staff was amazing! I forgot my coat in the closet when I checked out didn’t realize until I got home. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get it back. Thank you! Will definitely stay here again when in the area!!!
- 4/5
Room was nice, breakfast was pretty good, staff great. I wish that hotels would notify you when their amenities are unavailable or reduced. No hot tub and reduced/strange hours for a murky pool.
- 5/5
Clean and easy check out.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice.
- 3/5
No hot tub, no pool and 80 bucks for parking. Won't go there again
- 3/5
The hotel was nice but I didn’t think we should be charged extra for parking, especially when the pool and hot tub were broken/closed. At the rate we paid ($200) , I expected more.
- 4/5
We were looking forward to the pool but it was closed for maintenance. I had specifically booked an indoor pool so that it would be open pre-summer. The staff said they kept putting it on the website that it was closed but it was getting taken down. The rest of the stay was great except that the shower door was off its track and nearly impossible to move. I felt like I was doing something wrong trying to close it just to take a shower but I don’t want water to get everywhere.
- 2/5
We cancelled our reservation because the pool was not functioning. With three kids, it's the reason we had originally selected this hotel.
- 1/5
Pool and spa was not open. We picked this hotel for that option.

- 4/5
We did not realize that there was a $20 cost for parking. The pool & hot tubs were not working.
- 1/5
They charge $20 per night for parking
- 5/5
Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Excellent staff.
- 3/5
Room and property was nice but the whole reason i booked was because of the pool just to find out its closes after i already booked so was extremely disappointed about that
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, underground gated parking garage - all things I like in Seattle area hotels. Great location for our activities - this is the second time we’ve stayed here and would choose again.
- 3/5
The pool was empty. The pool was the reason I even got a hotel.
- 5/5
Room spotless, friendly staff, nice accomodations overall.
- 5/5
Staff, clean room, quiet
- 4/5
Clean room, great staff. Breakfast was excellent.
- 5/5
Great staff, clean hotel from lobby to halls, elevators to gym, to rooms and bathrooms and breakfast area to parking garage. All were clean, great shape, nice bedding and pillows, good breakfast options, however, pool and hot tub were shutdown and have been for months with the excuse of under repair but that’s not the case. The hotel had no active repairs and both being broken at same time is near impossible and led to believe they don’t want to maintain it or manage it anymore and so they just drained them both and locked the doors. Other than that, hotel was nice.
- 2/5
Arrived for check in and only then we're told that the pool and hot tub were "closed for maintenance", which was a huge letdown as it was one of the main reasons why we booked this specific hotel. Additionally while it was not specifically the hotel's fault, the people in the room directly above ours had a child running, banging and stomping consistently at 3 am, waking up my entire family, and it took 2 calls 20 minutes apart to the front desk and even then it took till nearly 4:30 am for it to go quiet. This was also emphasized by the fact that the walls and floors/ceilings are VERY thin (we could even hear the upstairs bed frame creaking loudly through the ceiling) and there is no fan or AC as any sort of dampener or white noise to any outside sounds. The mini fridge compressor coming on multiple times at night was also shockingly loud. Checking out in the morning I was met with a very curt front desk person that made it feel like I was bothering them. Honestly was so glad it was only a one night stay. The only positives were that the check-in person was friendly, the room was very clean & nice and the morning breakfast was really great.
- 5/5
Good ada room with roll in shower, however the soap dispensers in the shower are not accessible for a wheelchair user. They are on the far wall.
- 5/5
Clean room, very nice staff, good continental breakfast.
- 4/5
Front desk staff that helped us with our check in was very helpful and friendly. I believe his name was Jake.
- 5/5
Staff were wonderful! Very helpful when we needed a wheelchair for my mom post-op. Food was great and had something for everyone.

- 5/5
Great place to stay. Shopping and travel (public transportation) convenient.
- 3/5
Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance
- 2/5
I just found out the pool and hot tub have been out of order for more than a month. I searched specifically for hotels with pools and hot tubs and had that in my search criteria. We are driving an extra half hour out of our way to a hotel that had an indoor pool and hot tub! Such a bummer
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast smelled good although I didnt partake. Staff was nice.
- 5/5
Great location. Clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was great. Nice breakfast.

Booked specifically for the pool for kids entertainment. The pool was out of order and room smelled of urine. Our compensation? A refund on our parking fee.

Had a great experience. Close to the monarail and Downton amenities. Our housekeeper gave us a wonderful experience while we stayed. Alma , highly recommend. The information provided by your staff , helped us navigate our day out. Much appreciated.
- 4/5
The facility is impeccably clean. The breakfast area is always fully stocked for the entire time it is open, and the staff that works in the area are so friendly and helpful. Since ours was a holiday visit, I really appreciated the lobby decorations, making it feel like home. We spent more than just breakfast time there. My only disappointment and the reason for the 4-star rating is that the pool and whirlpool were out of order for our entire stay. There was no offer of compensation for the inconvenience.
- 3/5
Parking was very overpriced. Smart tv had very limited access to apps and content.
- 5/5

Friendly, attentive staff, good full breakfasts daily, well stocked fitness center with weights and cardio machines. Room was quiet. Bed was a little soft for but good. Great location two blocks from train to downtown Seattle. Bonus was electric car chargers (free) inside the garage. Will stay here again to visit son who lives nearby.

Breakfast good, but hot tub & indoor pool not operational & that is reason we picked it. Didn't find out till few hours after check in. Susan adjusted our parking & upgraded to king bed suite, but bummer not to be able to tub it. Had a res. Confirmed by phone through Expedia, but they had nothing at desk. Hope we didn't get double charged & why they didn't have us as booked, so we paid hotel rate instead of Expedia quoted rate. Not happy w/ that. G. O'Hara
- 5/5
Bernadette at the reception desk was warm and friendly. Breakfast both days was great - good variety and clean kitchen area. Only drawback to our visit was the pool was unavailable and we had grandkids looking forward to swimming.

- 2/5
Reported an item that we accidentally left behind and still have not heard back on wether it was found or not. Hotel itself was satisfactory and front desk was accommodating while staying there.
- 4/5
Room was very clean and comfortable. Soap, towels, pillows, all lovely. The pool hours are until 10pm, way too early and we didn't get to use it. Also, the coffee was boring brown water that was terrible and the cup holder didn't fit so that trying to slide it on I burnt my hand with the coffee pretty bad and it poured into my purse. Expected more from Seattle coffee.
- 5/5
Room was clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and courteous. Great location to light rail to go into city. Breakfast waffles were tasty
- 5/5
Clean and fresh feeling. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Breakfast food excellent!
- 2/5
The whole reason we booked the hotel was for the pool. When we checked in the pool was out of service. We didn't end up staying and was given no reimbursement for the room.
- 5/5
Nice room, clean, new or newly renovated. Good view (of highway, university campus, hospital). Can’t hear any traffic noise from 5th floor room. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Very impressive. We love it.
- 5/5
We like the breakfast.
- 5/5
I’m very satisfied — I’ll definitely come back again.

- 5/5
Overall excellent! The place, the staff, the parking, the breakfast! Thank you!
- 5/5
I really felt taken care of and the Welcome Jack on the TV was a nice touch. I felt like anything I needed was within the staff’s ability. I’ll be back for sure.

- 5/5
Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff had restaurant recommendations and waters available at no extra charge.
- 2/5
I went to the desk, left in the dark and the rain in desperation. No sleep. I will be in the area often and hoped this would be a frequent stop. I will dispute the charge.
- 4/5
The room was clean and moderately comfortable, however the pool was dirty and the hot tub was empty and out of order (one of the main reasons for booking this hotel was that it has a pool and hot tub).
- 4/5
Clean room. Night desk lady super nice and fun to chat with. Was disappointed that the hot tub wasnt working. Bummed that my friends n I werent able to get joining rooms but overall everything else was great
- 5/5
Awesome and convenient area!

- 5/5
This hotel has everything I need. The king suite is clean and quiet. Breakfast is decent and offers a good variety of choices. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it!
- 5/5
Front desk was very accommodating to my mom’s ada needs. Close to everything!
- 3/5
Clean and fine. Nothing amazing or awful. The shower wouldn’t get very warm, that was a big bummer. And the walls are super thin. Someone above me sounded like they were having a stomper until 3am. Had to put earplugs in and I’m not a light sleeper. Bed was hard, but I like soft beds. The pool had green scum all the way around it so that didn’t look appealing. Other than that, a fine stay.
- 3/5
Our stay was what has become to be expected of the Hilton Group but unfortunately some lack of communication disappointed us for our stay. My wife has a muscle condition that requires frequent therapy like hot contrast therapy to provide comfort from pain. We had chosen this hotel based on its proximity to our itinerary AND the hot tub amenity. She was extremely frustrated to find it not only closed but completely empty. We would have appreciated some correspondence (like we have received from other hotel chains) when there is a closure or change to the facility. Our stay and sleep was not very comfortable for my wife. If we had been notified in advance, we would have made different arrangements.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly. Room was not great, thermostat wasn't working, shower door was broken and conditioner in the room was empty. Not great when you have two daughters. Hot tub wasn't functional and we chose this location based on the amenities and they were not operational . Overall ok but won't return.
- 5/5
Really good service and very clean
- 5/5
Will stay again
- 5/5
My only complaint is that parking wasn’t included
- 5/5
Clean room. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful front desk.

The breakfast was amazing for a hotel plenty of options and plenty of time. Love the covered smoking area super rare in seattle. Did not check it out, but the pool did not look great. Balcony door did not open.

It was super close to the light rail. Made it easy, quick and affordable to get into town

On the 29th the desk clerk on evening shift blocked my guests ( boyfriend) access card. She stated hls name was not registered to the room. In front of a lobby full of guests she stated she did not know if i wanted him in the room. She never contacted me phone or email to say there was a problem. When we checked everything was fine. She showed up on the fourth day and embarrassed us and belittled us. I don,t want to run into to her again. I didn,t get her name. She is an older blond woman with braces.
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of towels! The breakfast buffet was a fantastic perk, as we had to leave fairly early in the morning and having breakfast on site helped us stay on time. Would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
I do like their secure parking.
- 4/5
Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. Very near to everything we needed. Quite, clean, and safe.
- 2/5
Staff friendly and hotel clean. But the spa was not working and that’s why we actually selected this hotel.
- 5/5
Staff was super helpful and extremely nice with a few difficulties I brought upon them, so thank you!
- 3/5
Dont like how room was advertised 165.00 a night and expedia charged 304.00
- 1/5
I stay in Hamptons regularly and this is the worst night of sleep i have got at one. The bed was like sleeping on a 2x4. The air-conditioning quit working in the middle of the night, and the room had a bad odor. On top of all this it's next to the rail system and you hear that everytime it goes by. The night staff were nice and entry was clean. My room on the other hand smelled bad and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. The guy i talked to at 5 am seemed like he did not care about anything. He asked how my night was and i told him everything and he told me he was sorry but when i started telling him everything he just walked away. I just walked away knowing i would not be back.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Jacob at the Reseption and Vıctorio at the dining area worth mentioning.. ı recommend this place to everyone.
- 5/5
Loved the breakfast. Staff are always super nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Good experience
- 4/5
This property is clean safe and pet friendly. The coffee was excellent. It was quiet and within driving or Uber distance to downtown Seattle. The only issue I had was parking. Beware if you are driving an oversized vehicle like a pickup or large sized SUV. The turn into the parking garage is not truck friendly and there is limited surface parking on an angle on a hill.
- 5/5
Breakfast is nothing special but better than nothing.
- 5/5
The front desk lady was warm and professional.
- 5/5
Easy walk to the link. Very clean hotel!
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast and dining area.
- 5/5
Great hotel we've stayed at many times to enjoy Seattle. Keep it up!
- 3/5
Very convenient but very disappointed with staff member. Booked a handicapped accessible room with shower, was given a regular room with tub. Changed rooms but still not accessible had a shower. Then had booked transportation with the front desk for the next morning as we were only staying 1 night they booked for the day after would had never known if my husband hadn’t gone to front desk that morning to confirm. Had to find my own transportation in a pinch
- 5/5
I was very glad to sleep on a firm bed. Thanks for the accommodations.
- 5/5
Convenient location just south of light rail station. Not as central as places in the old mall, but still an easy walk. The facilities have been recently refreshed and everything was in order and worked well. Typical Hampden Inn.
- 5/5
Our room was wonderful and we appreciated a good night's sleep. Breakfast was very nice as well.
- 2/5
Had to pay for the hotel which is normal. When you show up to the hotel they require you to also then pay for parking. Which is 20 dollars per car and this is not an option as it does not matter if you park in the garage or just in the lot. I contacted the front desk as The outlet in the room was loose and my charger would not stay plugged in. They noted that maintenance would com, but never did. I even called 2 hours later to follow up. Overall caused my devices to die. The hot tub was lukewarm, as it felt like my son’s bath water. There was another gentleman who agreed. Overall I had to pay even more money than expected and the amenities were not enjoyable.

Liked he room, shower, and breakfast.

Pool was a little on the small side for my taste, but not a big deal.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, room comfortable and breakfast was very good.

Great service and accommodations.
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay with easy access to downtown Seattle.
- 5/5
Convenient location for us. I-5 is very close, but there was hardly any noise from freeway. Hotel was clean, quiet and breakfast was good! Undercover parking had plenty of room. We will stay there again.

It doesn't matter what city I'm visiting, I can always count on a very pleasant stay. Service, breakfast, comfort and cleanliness at a reasonable price. Seattle Northgate had an exceptional staff. Very friendly and accommodating.

Felt safe

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Anytime the upstairs guests used water or shower, we can hear very loud water in pipes sounds. Couldn't sleep.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable and quiet. Great breakfast too.

Love staying at this hotel. Really like the security of being well lit outside and in the hallways and having to use the key card for entrance. Staff are always very friendly and helpful

Asked me to rate my stay after my first night with a personalized message from the front desk. Offered a room reset during my 2-day stay. I thought this amenity completely disappeared after Covid, but to my pleasant surprise this hotel still offers cleaning services during short stays as well! The staff was so kind, they even kept the breakfast bar open a little past 10am for late risers like me during vacation. The hospitality was so outstanding that I had to take this experience and write this review, which I typically never do unless my socks are blown off. This place gets top marks, and the drive to/from Downtown is not even a sacrifice when the customer experience is that good. Great price, great room layout, great parking system, great window view facing the passing cars. This place truly sets the standard.

Staff were somewhat friendly and attentive. Found 6-8 strands of long, blonde hair on the hard floor at entry. Used some wet paper to clean it up and based on the color, that floor hadn’t been mopped in a while. They need to vacuum common areas more frequently too. Shower had much mildew. Tiny towels, bed is okay but I don’t like how they use a scratchy coverlet to cover the duvet. Would prefer 2 flat sheets. Breakfast included but nothing to write home about. $20 to park at hotel in N Seattle seems excessive. Have stayed here 4-5 times and this will likely be our last. Wasn’t in the right frame of mind to complain so just sucked it up.

Everyday they had a wonderful variety of breakfast foods. The entire hotel was very well maintained and very clean. The room smelled very fresh and the bed was very comfortable. We stay at this location for a week. Everything was perfect every day. Very friendly staff.

the room was comfortable, bes were very comfortable . Breakfast was very good. Plenty of towels. Staff was very attentive

It is a nice hotel in a kind of unexpected area (iffy). It’s location in a reasonable drive to UW, taking backroads. Although it is in a very noisy area, and our room faced the freeway and light rail, it was not bad once it was night. The accommodations were very comfortable. We were only there for one night, but it met our needs. The hotel seems secur for your vehicle as well as yourself, with good lighting in the gated parking garage. Staff were friendly. Liked the healthier breakfast choices.

great location!
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Easy in, easy out.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect! We could not have scripted a better stay if we tried. I would definitely stay here again! Special bonus for the light rail being one block away. I didn’t plan that but turns out I should have!

Connie that works the service desk was so great and nice. We are on a baby moon and they met our expectations.

The bed was crazy comfortable! Great shower water pressure. Plenty of very good breakfast options. Handy luggage storage if you arrive early. Thank you to Soonja for the excellent front desk service during our entire stay!!

Parking is dismal.

Very expensive hotel.

My room shower faucet was not working properly and exhaust didn't work. So the room was stinking. They fixed the faucet after a couple of hours but not the exhaust.
- 3/5
I was annoyed that they charged me more than what expedia said. I called down right away and one person said she'd fix it. When we left and I confirmed this, she didn't fix it and had no notes. Had to tell them again, they said they would call me the next day and didn't. I had to call them and they finally fixed. Very annoying!

Excellent breakfast. Strong chlorine smell on lobby level from pool is uncomfortable for those of us with allergies.
- 5/5
Great service. Lobby was big and safe for me to be in when I wasn’t in the room. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful.
- 5/5
Soonja is the best!!!! She deserves a MAJOR raise
- 5/5
Easy off freeway
- 5/5
Smelled pot outside the hotel entrances both days of our stay. Man, I hate that smell. Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Despite being fairly close to the freeway, road noise was low enough to allow a good night's sleep. Accessing the hotel was a bit of hassle though, due to the construction surrounding it. I enjoyed my stay overall, but will consider others closer to downtown Seattle next time.

Room maintenance and cleaning were excellent.

Nice hotel close to everything. Clean and easy parking.

Excellent stay

Well kept inn. Friendly staff. Facilities were clean. Rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast bar provides sufficient options with hot foods! I have no issues. I would definitely stay here again.

The walk to Northgate Link was less than 10 minutes. Felt safe outside the hotel. Locked parking garage, clean facility, modern rooms, great service.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent. Nancy ensured our stay was perfect.

I just needed a room to stay in because the power went out and it was 90 degrees. From reservations, check-in, parking, to getting in the room took very little time, maybe a bit over an hour. They allow pets, which is convenient as I had a dog with me.
- 4/5
Excellent staff. Room was clean, but carpeting needs to be changed. Many stains! Limited restaurants in this area. Several miles from downtown Seattle.
- 4/5
It was good. We ended up adding a night directly through the hotel as their rate was better than exoedia so we hadtocjevk im twice.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable

Very comfortable beds. A nice welcome on tv screen as we entered our room. Friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Great location and able to access to all the restaurants and not far from downtown Seattle. The staff were great.

Great night.

Only stayed one night. If you need a place to stay that's is close to the cruise ship. This is the place. Very quiet and friendly

Stayed elsewhere the first night and was a nightmare and felt completely unsafe. Next day immediately, came here and felt so welcome by Bernadette and Jake. They were fantastic and were a blessing and helped make us feel so much safer in our new home for weekend. This experience has made me a Hilton member for life now!

First occurrence was the shuttle service to Seattle Children’s which became unavailable the morning I needed it. She failed to inform me until 20 minutes before I was due to leave and was told to call the hospital to figure out a ride. Second occurrence was we needed to extend our stay a night and was told to come down to the front in the AM to reactivate our keys. Upon getting to the front a different front desk associate was there and informed us they were fully booked and there were no notes on our reservation saying we needed to extend. This resulted in us needing to scramble to pack our belongings before heading to the hospital for the day and to find a different accommodation. Overall the hotel is nice and we love that there is complimentary breakfast. Our only issue was with this certain associate
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful and clean. We stayed here last year and decided to stay again. It’s within walking distance to the light rail and to shopping/dining.

The nearest eateries were farther away than I would have preferred since we didn’t have a car. Luckily the rooms had microwaves and there were items for sale in the lobby to reheat. The breakfast was lovely. A shout out to the desk clerk, Sonja. She went out of her to accommodate the needs of guests. We really appreciated her!

Hampton Inn was an excellent place to stay for my family and I. It was clean and had great friendly staff, very welcoming. It was just a great stay overall.

Employees were all excellent.

We wanted to have a rest after long trip but from 5pm till 10:15pm few dogs barkings didn't let us at all. First time had this type of problem ever. After two times calling to front desk finally problem was resolved. Next day asked for late check out about 30 min or an hour but they didn't let us. I think you could be more kind and flexible to your long term guests especially after noisy, unrest day!
- 5/5
Very quiet despite being close the the expressway and exactly what I needed for my short solo stay!

We always stay at a Hampton Inn & Suites when we travel. It's a nice hotel with good amenities for the price (e.g., free breakfast, pool/hot tub, parking, etc.). However, we were surprised when our final bill included a fee for parking which has always been free in the past at other properties. We weren't told we would be charged for parking - just asked if we had a car and were given a pass for our dashboard. In addition, the hot tub was off-line which was disappointing. On a positive note, the room was clean and the maid service was excellent. We have mixed reviews on this location - ask questions up front so there are no surprises.

Good location Excellent breakfast All good

Carpet was very stained, halls smelt bad. Staff checking was "too busy" to give full attention to us and kept making errors.
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent for accessing public transport.
- 3/5
Again, for how much I paid, I would expect a little better insulation.
