    Pretty good breakfast Free and great parking Staff was nice, but during check-in she had a long line. She kept giving the family that was checking in recommendations, which is great but not when you have 4 other people checking in. Other than that, everything was GREAT!

    Shelley at the front desk was amazing!! She went above and beyond for us. As for amenities, the limited selection of vending items was the reason for that rating. We arrived later and did not want a full meal and minimal items to choose from. Also the breakfast was a great hot breakfast. Just a suggestion to maybe have omelets with and without cheese for dietary restrictions with dairy items.

    It was very clean and affordable. Close to the airport. Staff was very friendly, but most amenities weren’t available for us and the outside was very run down and the area was not the safest. Just don’t wander in unknown areas at night I guess and you’re probably fine.

    I would not recommend this property to light sleepers. I was on the 3rd floor and I could hear the airport shuttle back up until it stopped running. Additionally, you can hear the airport and the first responders very well from the room. It's a great option if you missed a flight or have an early one.

    The offer of a Shuttle to dining was great! convenient and friendly. Have them take you to Sharps, we enjoyed dining there so much. Very reasonable pricing and tasty. Also great shuttle to airport. Very helpful main desk.

    Our only negative experience is that the hotel is under construction, the entire first floor, which required us to have to go outside just to get from the elevators to the breakfast area...or just to grab a cup of coffee. Honestly, if we'd known about the construction, I probably would have stayed at another hotel. But, the breakfast was really great and the staff was friendly and helpful!

    The room was clean and the bathroom was recently updated. Carpet in the room and hallway made the place feel older and a bit out of date. The shuttle to and from the airport were timely and efficient. Our stay was just a few hours so didn’t have breakfast or use the exercise room.

    The reception desk staff were so friendly and helpful! We knew our flight could potentially be canceled and the staff person made a tentative reservation for us for the next day incase our flight was canceled! We are SO glad they did that for us because our flight was canceled! We were even able to check in early! Awesome staff, very accommodating! It was also great that provided shuttle service to some of the restaurants in the area! Nice surprise!

    Stayed on second floor, was told third floor closed for renovations. Our room definitely needed renovating. Shower doors would not stay closed and kept sliding open while trying to shower. Ceiling in bathroom had damage from previous leaks.

    The room was clean. Due to Storm Fern, my original flight was cancelled so I had to rebook. My new flight required my leaving at 5 a.m. instead of 11 a.m. At 5 a.m. there were NO LUGGAGE CARTS in the lobby. I had to carry my four bags from the room to the Shuttle. It would seem that the staff would do a better job of keeping track of the carts. They did not offer to help my carry my luggage.

    Great stay. Only improvement I could suggest is having better communications about shuttle to facility. I tried texting option, only to read that my response was coming via email(automated). Never came. Several Hampton’s, SeaTac, so better communication would be very helpful. We waited over half hour for shuttle. Luckily, driver was very helpful and she was very professional

    I arrived late at night and left early in the morning. The room was cold, no amount of turning up the heat worked. The heater seems to be set to a low duty cycle after a certain time, so no way to heat up the cold room if you enter late at night.

    I requested a transportation from the airport but it never came. In addition, I wanted a room with bathtub but the receptionist said that my room does not have a bathtub because it is “accessible bathtub room”. Such a confusion. The receptionist is super unfriendly.

    Room was showing its age, but it was clean. Bed was not comfortable. Shuttle service was bad, wouldnt even pick me up at the international gate, had to walk with injured ankle and wait in the cold for 20 min. Breakfast was awful, waffle maker was broken, selection was minimal. Overall most of the employees were unfriendly, except one little lady working the morning desk, who greeted me with a warm smile.

    I love the convenience of the Radisson next to the airport. I have stayed here before and was very impressed with the upkeep and cleanliness of my room. This time, however, I was very disappointed. When I went to get into the shower the drain was plugged so there was an ample amount of pubic hair floating in the water. Before leaving the hotel I told the employee at the desk about it.

    We stayed at the Hampton Inn Seattle-Airport on Dec 16. We got in late and left early for an early flight. We were disappointed to wake up to cold showers as we had a long travel day ahead We called the front desk and were informed that the hot water tank was broken. We were told by the front desk to contact the manager as they were not in at 4 am. We would like a partial refund for the room or a credit for a future stay. Thank you.

    The look of the room was great. Very close to the hilton. Going into the bathroom thedmre waa black hair all over the walls. Above the door. Above the toilet. On the clean towels. There was greasy hand prints and smudges all over the main door. There was splatters of stuff on the walls in the bathroom and by the desk. I didnt notice when i went in. I noticed things as i did things in the hotel room. Pillows were good, bed was okay.

    Staff was good, but room was not. 1st room we were assigned had a pungent smell (a cross between dog shampoo & musty basement) & the thermostat/AC/Heater was dead. Front desk sent maintenance man who tried to fix but needed more time so he kindly went back to front desk for new key to another room & had that heat on for us as I entered. Unfortunately that heat did not last and it blew out COLD air the rest of the night, off & on (mostly ON), but we were so exhausted after a week of travel & already in pajamas that we didn’t want to call the lobby again & have to put clothes on for maintenance guy to return or pack up again to move rooms again so we just slept in sweatshirts & stayed under the blanket. Attempting a couple times throughout the night to get up & try to turn thermostat to Off again. The switch to a digital dial where you can’t control the Fan & heat independently was a horrible option for guests! Quality of the building overall showed its age & drastically different from the Hampton Inn & SUITES we stayed at in the vicinity a few days prior. We’ll return to the suites location in the future, but never again would we stay at this location or any of the Inns. It was a miserable night. BUT it was very clean! Kudos to the housekeeping staff & sweet maintenance guy!! And Rafa at the front desk really helped us locate the shuttle service pick-up location from the airport & sent maintenance quickly when we called & he texted a follow up before that 2nd heater went cold.

    The room was spotless the staff was great. My only suggestion is that there is some kind of instruction explaining where the heat control is. The control in room 318 is hidden behing a lamp and a tv and until i found it i thoght i was going to freeze. And why cant Rocket transportation pick up customers there. Id hate to go back to the red roof inn.

    The hotel was actually very quiet being so close to the airport. However, there was a strong overpowering “fabreeze” type smell in our room that was terrible and caused my husband to have an intense reaction of sneezing and sinus issues all night.

    Breakfast was standard. Location to airport was nice Did not appreciate staff basically telling me I was a liar when I told her I had pre-paid for the room. She said, "No, you didn't" and charged my card again. I then found the receipt and returned and she said she could not give me anything stating I would be credited and not charged again for my room.

    The hotel was pretty clean. We stayed here for the shuttle service to and from the airport. This service is a bit cumbersome. I called and was told to go to the pick up spot. I went there, but had to wait almost 45 minutes. It’s an eight minute drive to the hotel. When I called back to doublecheck to make sure someone’s coming, no one would answer the phone.

    The room did not appear to have a closet or wastepaper basket. It wasn't until the next morning when I drew the curtains that we discovered a rack with hangers and a wastebasket hidden behind the curtains. Room was small and not well appointed. Worst Hampton Inn we've stayed at, although we agree that Hampton Inn are no longer of the quality they used to be. Won't stay at one again.

    Check-in was easy and there were really nice snack/food options in the lobby. Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job. Tipping was available for them via QR code, which was nice. View from 14th floor was really pretty. Room was very comfortable and towels were available if needed. Really lovely stay--would definitely recommend.

    Great place to stay! Downtown was just too expensive so this worked out great! The free shuttle picked us up at the airport and also had a list of places they’d take us to such as the light rail and local restaurants. We took the light rail to downtown for a concert. I’d definitely stay here again. The variety of breakfast items was the best I’ve ever seen.

    One thing I could not turn off air condition. It was very good weather and the temperature was middle 70 degree. I felt so cold so i had to wear the jacket in the room. Also shower curtain was short so the water was overflowed. Other than that I was very comfortable.

    The property was a bit run-down but the room had been re-done and was very nice. Breakfast was OK but it would have been to have some fresh berries and gluten-free bread and dairy-free milk. Also the elevator opened and closed 4 times on the 2nd floor every time we rode up which was frustrating and time-consuming.

    We should have been forewarned that the elevator was not working. The staff told me it had not been operational for quite sometime. We are 70 years old and had 8 bags, 5 of them very heavy and had to take them to the room, being we had no car. The staff did help us or it would have been much worse. Someone should have called us or flagged the website prior to the reservation.

    The elevator was broken. They wanted put us on the 4th floor. .We are in our 70's.No way So we waited til 1 P.M. and they finally gave us a room on the second floor . but we still had to walk up with our luggage. We stayed for 2 days before our cruise. Came back from our cruise and the elevator still wasn't fixed .They put us on the first floor. We stayed for one night. Never ever again.

    The elevator was not working so we had to carry our luggage to the floor we were given. The staff helped with o e of the bags which was nice but it was very inconvenient. When we checked in their card system was down so they had to manually open the gate for us to park and then had to take us to our room to open the door with a master key. They did come later in the evening to provide a key when the system was working again. While staff was nice it seemed like the systems and hotel overall were old and run down.

    Prospect Wheelchair Service: almost missed my flight. New employee Marcara (could be mispelled) from Phillipines wouldn't listen to me tek her to let me lap carry my bag, she forced it and broke my fan, dropped other property. Suffered heart palpitations rushing to boarding gate, while walking along side wheelchair service person pushing my chair w/carryon luggage in it. The wait was over an hour. Horrible.

    Desk agent advised it was $15 to park. There were parking spaces outside marked Guest Parking” so another in our group went in and asked the other desk agent and he said the guest parking was free. Obviously glad we did not get sucked in for the $15 charge.

    Staff was kind and the airport shuttle was great. My TV was broken for my entire stay. The cable was frayed and the maintenence person's "fix" was to plug it into the tv and not also into the wall. (Because it was broken.) Staff offered to move my room, but it was midnight when I got back and I was tired so I declined. The room around the TV area was dirty and dusty. The rest of the room was fine. Breakfast was tiny and consistently ran out of the main items. Overall the stay was good. Just some minor issues.

    This is an older, well-kept hotel located close to the airport. It offers short-term parking when you fly away. A fair breakfast is included. I really can't criticize the hotel, except I don't like the smell of whatever they use in cleaning. I want a more up-scale hotel, so I doubt I will stay there again. It is suitable for the right budget category you are looking for. Very clean and shuttle to the airport
