We were blown away by the staff, amenities, and cleanliness of the hotel. It’s in a perfect location and we will definitely be staying there again.

We had an amazing stay here for our anniversary weekend, we were upgraded to a corner suite and was gifted a bar voucher. Staff was so helpful and friendly from valet to front desk and everyone around. The location is also great! walking distance to everywhere

I was on the 29th floor the view was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly . This was a pre cruise stay for us I forgot my cruise boarding pass at home and she was able to print out everything for me. They had shuttle service to the cruise port for $17 per person which was very convenient. The shuttle was really nice as well. There's also a Ruth Chris steak house located inside the property. Property is conveniently located downtown a short walk to Pikes place market. Nothing

I was in town for a work conference and had an amazing stay here. Very clean and had everything I needed close by.

I would stay here again, but would have appreciated being told that daily housekeeping was available by request, otherwise only every other day. I have never encountered this before in a good quality hotel. We stayed 2 nights so when got back in the evening of our second day (one night stayed, one night left), it hadn’t been done. We did call to ask and were told it was every other day, unless requested. Maybe a sign in the room would be helpful or being told upon check in. They were very responsive when we called for clean face clothes and towels, clean cups, more coffee, etc. But still surprising especially since upon check in we were only given 1 face cloth and hand towel and 2 bath towels for two people for 2 nights/3 days. Just ask for daily housekeeping and you’ll love it!!

Great location. Room and bathroom are both spacious and gorgeous. Staffs are friendly and managed professionally. I paid $30 for early check-in which is reasonable. They upgraded the room as well. Definitely recommended.

There were many good things about this hotel. The only difficulty is that the thermostat didn't work to bring up the temperature of the room, and the bathroom had no apparent heat.

The room size including the hallway and especially the large bathroom. The bath salts and other amenities were most appreciated. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel room decor (f.e. walls, furniture and curtains) gives a bit darker 90’s vibe. It’s well maintained but could use some brightening up imo.

Truly an incredible hotel with very friendly staff who greet you upon arrival and answer all your questions. Amenities were very clean. Hotel is in a great location with a lot of restaurant variety and only about a 5-10 minute walk from Pike Market. Hotel also offers a shuttle to the nearby cruise ship port. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to experience Seattle.

This was an exceptional stay and we loved the amenities. The staff were very polite and the rooms were clean. Would recommend to others visiting the area.

The hotel we booked was excellent and its staff were exceptionally helpful but Expedia let us down badly. Prior to our departure, we moved the date of our booking forward by one week. Expedia confirmed the change to us by e-mail. We also arranged early access to our room which Expedia also confirmed quoting the hotel in their message. Back in the real world, Expedia had no communication with the hotel on the date change or on room access. So on arrival, we found no booking for the revised date in the records of the hotel because Expedia had failed to update the reservation agreed with their customer, a total failure of the service. If the hotel had been full, we would have been on the street! .

Reception Desk staff was awesome

We always have a nice experience when we're downtown to see a performance at the Paramount Theater and stay here. Clean, modern rooms, great location, helpful and friendly staff all over the place. Good times. Suggest splurging and treating yourself to an A1 dinner experience at the property's Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. You won't be disappointed.

The cheek of being told that if I wanted to drink the water provided I would have to pay was a bad check in impression for a room of over £300 a night. Penny pinching. Not a very good impression.

Love this place, it's usually our go to for Seattle stays. Every type of room is spacious, comfortable and feels luxurious, the staff is always welcoming, great service at the bar and with in-room dining plus 4 wonderful restaurant/café options on site, it can't be beat! Location is also absolute perfection.

All good, the front desk lady who i requested to extend reservation room 1522 said we dont have any room like that and i went online and made reservation same kind of room and extended anyway, there were plenty available online. I felt kinda of weird… otherwise all good.

Very nice hotel and rooms with a great downtown location. The only issue is that one of the connected street level restaurants fills the entire property with an overpowering smell of cooked sausage. We were on the 14th floor and you could still notice the smell in the elevator lobby on our floor.

Shower was clogged. Room only had one robe. Tv was completely unplugged so had to call maintenance. Just not the standard I’ve come to expect when staying at a Hyatt.

Beautiful bayview, although partially obstructed by many buildings. Elevators have now been "protected" by keyed access only. Pain in the butt. I do understand there probably been problems with unhoused entry and vandalism, but, to put the responsibility onto your GUESTS is wrong, and a poor substitute for posting a guard or greeter at the elevator hallway. Also, the spa/jacuzzi room hasn't been maintained very well. It's a beautiful space, but tiles are broken, woodwork is peeling and faded. The rest of the hotel is pretty and mostly well maintained. Pick up the slack in the jacuzzi room!

Great view of Pike’s Place. Enjoyed the hot pot and steakhouse located in the hotel. One of my wife and I’s favorite places to visit.

I prefer to stay here when I'm in Seattle. There's plenty of things to do close by. I can get from one end of Seattle to the other in 10 to 15 minutes.

As I said, staff are fabulous. Beds and pillows are dreamy soft, clean and cozy. The bathroom is clean and gorgeous. Great water and tub. Now the needs work: I was in a hurry and on a schedule. First night I ordered room service dinner. I was starving after a long day. It didn't come and then I finally got a call the stoves wouldn't work. At breakfast the next day I tried again. It never came. I called and it had been misdelivered. Someone retrieved it and gave it to me cold with my drink warm. They did re make it and comp it, but it delayed me. I did manage to get dinner delivered successfully the next night. Mediocre food, so not worth the 50 dollars a pop, but ok. Fries are good. The burger at the bar is so much better. There is limited outlets so i had to pull out the coffee maker from a cupboard and plug it in and make it on the floor near the bed. They were resetting the television service yesterday so my down time when I wanted to watch a movie I couldn't. It was down for quite a while. There was a squeeking/whistling/rattling sound all night. Very obnoxious. Overall, not a bad stay. I wouldn't normally be so picky but it is not cheap to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. Lee helped us with check-in and was incredibly friendly and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Having a bidet was a nice and thoughtful feature. Thank you, Lee, for taking such great care of us and helping make our trip easy and comfortable.

The property was very clean and staff was very helpful and polite. The room and bathroom were large. The bathroom had a walk in shower and a separate bathtub. Nice bathrobes were provided. I didn't bring it up because we were staying only one night, but we paid for a ocean view and received a view of one tall office building across from us. Also, the floor and our room proximity to the elevator was a little noisy and we heard people talking and doors shutting 2 to 4 am which made it difficult to have a good night sleep. Hotel location is in a prime location for visitors to walk to Seattle sights and to catch the monorail, especially to and from the Tacoma airport. Would definitely visit again, but request a the room location.

Clean room, great gym, fun champagne bar in lobby. Enjoyed a nice bath with the complementary lavender bath salts. Great location and within walking distance to Pikes Market, the convention center, and upscale stores.

Upon entering our room, on the 20th floor, the room was clean and was our jaws were dropped at how nice the room was. On the day of checking out, we ordered the in-room dining service and the food was absolutely amazing and I was completely stuffed afterwards, so was my husband. Overall, our experience at the hotel was amazing and we will definitely be coming back when we need to be in Seattle again.

Great feel especially downtown in a big city but the elevators were like a 5 min wait at the shortest and can get up to 10-15mins. Don’t know if they only had the 2 functioning elevators for a busy weekend.

Everything about our stay was excellent. From the valet to the bellman (who was excellent!!) to the beds. You will find yourself waiting for a very long time for elevators if the hotel is busy. Oftentimes we just took the stairs from the 15th floor.

The bad: Chose this hotel specifically because it advertised a hot tub on a high level floor with a view of the city. Hot tub is actually on the 4th floor with a view of absolutely nothing. Hot tub was too hot to even sit in at nearly 106 degrees. It really put a damper on the trip to just be sitting on the edge of a hot tub in a dim lit room. The gym had a good selection of equipment though, so that was nice! I’d say if you’re looking for a basic hotel with good restaurants and activities nearby, this fits the bill. If you’re looking for a romantic and nice night out with your wife and a great place to go back to, this hotel just doesn’t fit the bill.

The Grand Hyatt is centrally located and safe, comfortable beds and the bathroom soaking tub is wonderful. My reason for 4 stars is because the hotel WIFI is horrible. It takes forever to connect and disconnects frequently. I was trying to make plans for a group excursion to the Space Needle and I kept getting dropped internet. This should not happen at a hotel chain like Hyatt. While I loved the hotel, this was unacceptable and happened frequently.

Nice & comfortable bed

I booked parking and valet service for $68 a day, but the valet service was inadequate. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my car each time.

My only complaint was the water pressure and lack of USB/C charging areas in the room. We only found one. Otherwise you need a charging block.

The in room dining is too expensive- 20% gratuity plus $5 delivery to the room for every single food item??? Doesn’t make any sense, and they don’t let you pick ut up yourself! The whole lobby/ elevators smells like food and it’s very unpleasant! But other than that the room itself was very clean.

The hotel staff were wonderful, but the restaurant staff connected to the hotel were terrible. The inside of the hotel was beautiful, but outside was gross. I wasn’t a huge fan of the food menu or the Alfredo pasta that I room serviced, it tasted like it was heated up in a microwave but cost $60. The room was okay & had a great view with a wonderful bed, but the room could have been cleaned better. All in all staying here in my opinion was overpriced & I’ll probably stay somewhere else next time I visit Seattle.

The view from the room was great in the bay view room. I was expecting a bath tub based off the pictures, so I brought a bath bomb to have a relaxing night in. However, the bathroom only had a shower. The hotel was nice and location was great though! I appreciated the small amenities that some hotels no longer provide like a shower cap. I would definitely like to stay here again!

Staff was friendly. Not the cleanest room, had crumbs on bedside table. Handles on fixtures on cabinets were not clean and collecting dust. I have stayed at $80 hotels that had better bed linens. Plastic type. Was close to things to do. For the money I would stay elsewhere. Stayed at other Hyatt hotels that were much better. Bathroom was clean I guess that is where they spent their time cleaning. Bay view was a disappointment.

Well, I thought it was really interesting. I called the front desk because I wanted to heat up something I purchased at the Pike market and somebody delivered me a microwave to my room. They were very accommodating.

I’m so sad about the drug use and sanitation near the property. We stayed at the property multiple times before and love it but the surrounding area is disgusting at this point. Drug use, public defication and urination nearby made me feel unsafe when leaving the hotel to enjoy the city the hotel is wonderful and the staff are as well. They can’t control what is going on outside the hotel, though.

This hotel was not worth the money. They charge way too much for valet, nearly $70 per night! The rooms are decent, not huge. The beds are comfortable, not amazing. The area around the hotel had mediocre restaurants and did not feel that safe at night. I would not recommend this hotel for the amount of money it cost.

Our stay at Hyatt was great. We had a big spacious clean room with a great bathtub you could relax in. What we loved most though was the 24hr gym and the sauna/steam rooms with the hot tub. After hiking all over WA coming back to that was pretty awesome. Great dining options in and around. Staff was friendly and helped with everything.

Beautiful room with a huge bathroom. Hotel is very conveniently located near Pike Place Market and multiple restaurant options. There is a Starbucks inside, and also a little deli where you can grab a quick breakfast sandwich or yogurt and fruit among other things. It is also close to the monorail station that takes you to the Space Needle and Chihuly Museum and Garden. Highly recommend.

Great location if you are taking light rail into the downtown Seattle area. The convention center is nearby, along with shopping and many restaurant choices. Hotel staff were helpful; housekeeping was thorough. I'd definitely stay here again.

This hotel is beautiful! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and check in was made so easy for us. I loved everything about this hotel, especially how conveniently close it is to everything in downtown. We will definitely be back!

Property was beautiful and excellent hosts but not impressed with Seattle. Around 30 people smoking crack and passed out on the sidewalk and "public ambassadors" (police in any other city) not doing anything at all about it...on the main street.

Liked many things about hotel BUT the shower head. Since I am short and a female I like the handheld shower head with sliding vertical bar.

I was so thankful they let us check in early, it was also very conveniently located and very walkable. Clean property with nice views and room was spacious.

Very central location. Great service from staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Easy 10-15 minute walk to pike market. 10 minute walk to the Starbucks Reserve Roastery. (Try the whiskey barrel cold brew and thank me later.)

My Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay, beautiful, spacious room, clean with efficient housekeeping service. Room service was a bit pricey, but I guess that's what vacations are all about.

The Bed is wide. Mattress is perfect. The pillows are great.

Walkable with shopping and dining options close by. Blackout drapes switch was conveniently located next to the bed. Had trouble connecting work laptop to the wifi and gave up trying, but phones connected fine.

The room was beautiful! They allowed a lste check in, which was due to a late flight, and provided a free upgrade!

Mostly excellent. However, the hotel cannot afford to give customers water free if charge. Free water is a standard for most 4 stars + hotels.

Great service! We were able to check in early after a long day of traveling. It was great to be able change our clothes and start exploring the city! The bathroom is amazing with a beautiful tub and shower!!
