Great property - great staff!

We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)

Great breakfast with wide selection. Consider buffet option?

Most of the common parts were closed for renovation. Lucky it was just a quick stop over.

Beautiful hotel, but disappointing experience. The spa was closed without prior notice, staff wasn’t very attentive, and my room had a maintenance issue (broken toilet paper holder). Not the level of service I expected.
- 5/5
Service was excellent and the room was spacious. Great location close to Pike Place Market.
- 5/5
The only not nice thing is that the storage on back of pool looks terrible and wires hanging

Best staff from the moment we stepped out of the car on their valet, to the check-in process, our in-room service, the hot tub and pool was amazing with a view, check out just as smooth and amazing getting us loaded. Thank you Four Seasons for making a girls weekend getaway perfect, we came with intention to spend my birthday with just us girls and with no kids or the hubs, and it couldn’t have been any more perfect and relaxing!
- 5/5
Subdued elegance and great service make this hotel a delight. Our housekeeper amazed us everyday with intuitive acts of service. A screen cleaner next to our plugged in iPad. A bottle of water next to medications. A leather cord manager to tidy up bedside. If you appreciate the fine details you will be happy here!
- 4/5
Wonderful, exceptional cleanliness, customer service, phenomenal, construction and noisy early am only downfall, but was taken care of by giving a courtesy late check out.

We stayed 3 nights and the day of our last night they never came to clean the room even though we called and ask
- 4.5/5
Great location, close to everything you want to see. Beautiful pool area overlooking the water. Great little touches. The only thing we didn’t like was that they had full size beds instead of queen beds. The room was spacious and could definitely accommodate 2 queen beds. We have a family of 4 and cannot fit into 2 full beds. We had to get a rollaway which fit well in the spacious room but queen beds were what I thought we had booked.

everything was great, from the front desk to the cleanliness of the room, to how prompt our room serrvice was to the delivery of the complimentary early morning coffee. I will always stay at the Four Seasons Seattle whenever I visit.

The room was spacious and the shower was great. I wish the pool was a bit bigger, but overall, lived up to the expectation.
- 5/5
I've always stayed at The Four Seasons. I love The Four Seasons anywhere in the United States. The Seattle location is especially beautiful.
- 4/5
also compare with room price...
- 4/5
Great location for exploring the city but a little on the noisy side so, take your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
- 5/5
Very close to everything. Staffs are super friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Five stars need far more amenities. This is not it. You are paying double for location. Great for rich and not so great if below rich…..but very much loved location.
- 5/5
Spa and dining experience was great. Room was clean and well appointed. Just what I'd expect from a Four Seasons property.
- 5/5
Great hotel from start to finish. The amenities, location and staff made this an amazing stay for our family.
- 5/5
We’ve stayed at Four Seasons resorts around the world for years. Seattle was closer to home and family, but a true tonic of relaxation and renewal. Thank you!
- 5/5
All the service was wonderful!
- 1/5
The restaurant and bar stop serving all food and drink at 10pm. However, most importantly, the assistant hotel manager and the restaurant manager are a disgrace to the Four Seasons brand and the word hospitality. These two individuals declined to serve us (as two adult males on a business trip staying in the hotel, quietly sipping cocktails in the lounge) drinks claiming it was beyond the limit of what they can serve as if they were running a college bar and speaking to rowdy college students. These two individuals should be removed from their roles as they are a disservice to the Four Seasons brand and hospitality itself. Do not stay here

This property is lovely. Unfortunately, Seattle has become a place for many vagrants and the homeless. They loiter around the hotel. My daughter and I didn't feel comfortable leaving the hotel, especially at night. On the way back from lunch we saw a homeless man standing on the top of the steps leading down toward the water just to the right of the entrance of the hotel, he appeared to be peeing on the steps because his pants were down to his knees, I didn't confirm what he was doing, but it was broad daylight. I would expect the hotel staff to intervene and move this type of individual along, but perhaps they have no control. It's unfortunate what Seattle has become. I won't be returning any time soon. BUT if you do have to be in Seattle, the Four Seasons is the way to go.
- 5/5
excellent location, outstanding service, and luxurious amenities. It's a top choice for both leisure and business travelers, offering a "home away from home" experience in the heart of downtown Seattle.

The rooms were perfect for our family of 5 water when you arrived and always trying to do the very best for you.
- 4.5/5
Everyone from the porter and the doorman to the front desk to the spa staff were kind and considerate in typical 4 seasons fashion. Very polite, very professional. Make you feel at home when you're traveling which is very nice. You get what you pay for but it sure ain't cheap. Quality isn't cheap these days but then again what is? Expensive but it's probably the best service you can get in Seattle.
- 5/5
My stay at the Four Seasons lived up to its standard, and went above and beyond! The hospitality was so kind and accommodating. I have never been treated so well ever. They were quick to fulfill every one of my parties requests. I was wished a happy birthday by staff the entire weekend which my stay that much more fun why enjoyable! The food at the restaurant, poolside and room service were all amazing. I will be back!
- 4/5
There were some "attention to detail" expectations of a 5 star that I did not feel were attained. The pool was amazing, but the hot tub was dirty. I'd give it a 4. Not terrible but it should have been a 5.

The perfect hotel
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful, but the people and service here are what keep us coming back. Very warm and friendly.
- 5/5
Service was outstanding. We were in a room on the city side and the traffic was a bit loud but the hotel provided us with a sound machine to block out the noise. Beautiful hotel with great service!
- 5/5
Excellent location and great view .
- 5/5
Very comfortable & roomy plush room. Very walkable to city attractions, restaurants & shopping. Staff very pleasant. Hotel restaurant excellent. Love treating ourselves with a stay here for a close by getaway. We have used the outdoor pool spa in the past & it’s very nice. Also have done a couples massage at their spa in the past & it was excellent.

Wonderful friendly service, terrific accommodations, and great spa. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return.
- 5/5
Amazing location, staff extremely attentive, room nice.
- 1/5
Very disappointing, especially given the brand. The property wasn’t staffed appropriately, long waits for everything and phone calls to guest services go unanswered. The food was a huge disappointment, spaghetti and meatballs was basically ketchup on pasta, we couldn’t even eat what we ordered.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and stay was great.
- 5/5
Such an amazing property! Thank you to all the staff so welcoming and kind and excellent service!! Great food too!
- 5/5
Outstanding client service.
- 5/5
Property was very clean. Staff is attentive and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Beautiful property on 1st Ave. Close to everything. Great staff and very friendly.
- 3/5
Pros: Good location, staying here put us closer to our concert venue (Lumen Field). Heated rooftop pool also nice, Seattle weather permitting. Valet parking, which is vital since parking in Seattle for big events is virtually nonexistent, the venues often charge $50 for their garages. Room was clean. Cons: Staff weren’t responsive to issues we reported. Tried to order room service but room phone was out, we reported the outage to hotel staff but they never followed up or sent anyone to check the phone. Also, not enough bath towels in the room and small too, which is kinda weird for $1000/night hotel.
- 3/5
It was ok. It was clean. The staff was very friendly but, for the price in comparison to other hotels in the area that would have been equally conveniently located, it wasn’t anything special.
- 5/5
The service was amazing and the room was spacious and luxurious. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Beautiful view, hotel, great service
- 4/5
I stay often. Not sure what’s going on with the hotel. Services and food quality waaaay down. Room service staff very nice. Front desk solid. Spa needs a clean up.
- 5/5
The Restaurant (Golf Finch) is incredible! Staff at this hotel from the minute you arrive are amazing. There is a rooftop pool on the 4th floor that has a wonderful view. Easy to walk to places and overall just a wonderful place to stay. Would highly recommend. Big thanks to Alex at Valet and Tate up at the pool bar. Excellent service.
- 5/5
Wonderful experience-as always.
- 5/5
Four seasons is always the perfect choice. Comfortable rooms, great food, fantastic staff and great amenities. This visit I had the MOST AMAZING massage!!! Hands down the best in years. Brittney is a phenomenal masseuse. I will def be going back to see her!
- 5/5
Had a staycation with my daughter to use the pool during 4th July weekend. Always a quality place!

Excellent location with spacious clean rooms. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Definitely will use again.

The people in every position in the Four Seasons were ALL extremely accommodating and professional in addition to being warm, personal and genuinely friendly. This hotel has perfected the art hospitality. We will return every time we visit Seattle.

The staff was extremely friendly from the minute we walked in. Everything from water at the front desk to cookies being delivered to our room within the first half hour. They saw to it that we were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town
- 5/5
I love the view and the staff
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
The rooftop pool is a sight to see. Swimming while looking over the city and mountains! The spa & steam room is also another bonus. On top of the already thoughtfully done rooms.
- 5/5
Could not have been a better experience. We love the Four Season!
- 5/5
Our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle was truly amazing. They treated us so special at check in. Our room was so spacious, comfortable and beautiful with amazing views of the waterfront. Our massages at The Spa was so relaxing and wonderful. We enjoyed using the steam room & sauna in the locker rooms which were very clean and spacious. Beautiful outdoor pool area with fire pit and jacuzzi which we enjoyed using. The food at the hotel restaurant, The Goldfinch Tavern was absolutely delicious. The chef there is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed eating lunch and dinner there. The lobby is beautiful with great sitting areas to relax in by their fire. We look forward to staying there again in the near future. A totally spectacular place to stay.
- 5/5
We’ve traveled all over the world and this is one of my favorite cities and hotels ever! We loved everything about the Four Seasons Seattle and will definitely come back!
- 5/5
Pretty simple - the Four Seasons has zero competition. The experience of this hotel and their incredible staff is hard to describe in words. Everything is taken care of, you just show up and are showered with service that is driven from "their pleasure" with incredible respect filled energy. Investment in your experience in your time away from home. MJ

- 5/5
Great rooms, location and service
- 3/5
The room was ok very poorly laid laid out and wasted space; the staff seemed new and was not as helpful as other priorities. The restaurant was good, the bell hip guys gave poor directions so I was surprised about a few things like that as we stay in several four seasons
- 5/5
It’s very good
- 5/5
Pool service was incredibly slow. We waited 45 mins for our drinks and a simple appetizer and it never came. Staff at pool were super nice but wouldn’t ask guest to take her dog out of the pool despite acknowledging it wasn’t allowed. Said hotel security was notified but they also never came. Otherwise a great hotel with excellent service.
- 5/5
Thanks!
- 5/5
Absolutely wonderful in every way. Elegantly understated but perfection in kindness, service and making us (even though we looked really ragged, coming in from a camping/music festival ) feel special and welcomed. As long as I can afford it, will always stay at a (or the) Four Seasons.
- 5/5
Very comfortable and nice location
- 5/5
Top notch. The little touches and kindnesses were above and beyond. Five star service and amenities. Highly recommend! Centrally located near the market in downtown, this is an urban oasis.
- 5/5
This hotel has very pleasant and helpful staff and adheres to high standards throughout: restaurant, rooms, cleanliness
- 5/5
The newly renovated suites and better in room dining menu are a relief. It feels like a true seasons hotel again.
- 5/5
clean friendly and polite staff
- 5/5
Beautiful property and extremely good staff!
- 5/5
Consistency is what makes the Four Seasons number one in my book.
- 3/5
The box strung was worn in the suite i stayed in. The bed was not up to the usual standards for four seasons
- 5/5
A tad dated (tv in bar),shower should have a grab bar; shower a little confusing to figure out!
- 5/5
Highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, great staff and it’s a perfect location to the market and all of the other popular Seattle sites. Plenty of great restaurants nearby too!
- 5/5
Such a gorgeous property - the staff is incredibly accommodating and have a (much appreciated) laid-back vibe compared to other 4S properties (it was refreshing!). The wait staff at the restaurant are stellar. Beautiful views of the sound, wonderful outdoor pool, awesome gym. Love love love.
- 5/5
Most wonderful experience we have ever had. EVERYONE was kind happy and so
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
This hotel is beautiful and breathe taking i fell in love with my husband all over again.
- 5/5
Very attentive staff- clean and very nice hotel. We liked the pool, and we were able to walk to many activities or take a short lift. We felt fairly safe most of the time. There were quite a few people sleeping on the streets, but I don’t think it’s any different from most cities. We enjoyed our stay and would go again.
- 5/5
Everything was soooo good
- 5/5
The food at the restaurant was outstanding
- 4/5
There was only one restaurant which was not that great.. More dining options would be nice But lovely overall
- 5/5
Super clean Delicious food
- 5/5
Lovely property. A bit tricky shower.
- 5/5
Concierge was excellent. She made our stay in Seattle great with her tips and suggestions for restaurants, attractions etc. Front desk group was top notch and very friendly.
- 5/5
We’ve stayed here a few times before and have loved it each time. Had a great bay and pool deck view from our room. Room was very spacious and love the showers and deep tubs here! Great service, very good food through room service and at the Goldfinch. Very walkable to downtown sights and the waterfront. Amazing views from their infinity pool and gym.
- 5/5
Super big deep bathtub and I was so happy to stay there.
- 5/5
Service, staff and room was excellent
- 5/5
The four seasons Seattle is superlative among all four seasons and doll hotels of the world. The staff is second to none, they accommodate every request, the location and facilities are excellent, the views from the hotel are superlative and the food is excellent! We love this hotel so much that we Live in Connecticut and have visited Three times in the last 15 months
- 5/5
Wonderful property and terrific area; helpful staff; clean
- 5/5
One of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in! The elevator floats to your floor! You really have little or no sense of the elevator moving. One of the sweetest experiences staying in a hotel.
- 5/5
great 4 day stay in Seattle-very clean, service superb as always. highly recommend!
- 5/5
It was so friendly and always quick service. Concierge was amazing
