Our room was pleasant and clean. Only stayed one night, because we were going on a cruise. We were happily surprised, that we could schedule a shuttle ftom the hotel to the cruise line for only $15 a person. So convenient and helpful!

The man who greeted everyone and took their luggage in was amazing! He was the best he was very kind to every guest compared to the front desk people. I believed he worked in maintenance. The front desk was very flakey and they hid in the back alot. At one point a staff member snapped at a client because he was waiting on his room and was trying to ask the front for the bathroom key and the staff member said he did not have a kay and to go find maintenance.

The location is quite ok. Some staffs are helpful(I forgot to take down their name.) The breakfast is pretty decent, it has the self made waffle which is my favorite. Bagel is good, coffee is good. The staff in the breakfast area are nice and helpful. The structure is pretty old, the noise from the floor above is unbearable. We reserved transportation through the hotel to airport but it didn’t happen, the staff didn’t know what’s going on.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If your room is not ready, they will hold your bags so you can explore. Plus, the Space needle and Public Market is only a short walk. And you can take a shuttle to the cruise port for $12 a person.

The line for breakfast on the weekend was very long, but did move through relatively quickly. Could use a larger seating area for the breakfast as it was very crowded and many people had to take food back to their rooms to eat as there was no seating available. Monday morning there was not that problem.

Excellent experience. They storage our luggage before the check in, even though, there were to many, the guy found a safe place to store them. The check in was easy and the staff were friendly. I recommend this hotel 100%.

The location of the hotel was convenient in walking distance tothe Space Neeedle and Pike Place Market. The breakfast was good though the seating space were limited. There were multiple cruises leaving so it seemed like the place was packed. But overall the view of the Space Needle from our room, the bed, and staff helped for a pleasant stay.

We were very impressed with all that was offered. Will definitely be staying there again some time.

If you want to turn off the lights, you have to unscrew the lightbulb. There are no light switches, only a weird power box that takes a room key to operate. I couldn’t use my cpap because of this weird power box

Reception was helpful when we arrived early from our flight. Location was close to sites we wanted to see and we have a good view of the Space Needle. Overall a good stay, would come back

Cons - Small rooms and the sink is not in the bathroom but inside the main room to the door. This is not visible in any of the promotional photos I saw prior to booking.

I liked the location walkable to space needle not to pikes market but you can take the tram. Hot water not hot just warm. And one of the reasons I picked was because it said secure luggage before check in. There was a pile by front desk when I asked when they would be secured she an older woman wasn’t pleasant but put them in a storage closet. Otherwise staff checking in and out pleasant. They also have a shuttle you pay you can use for airport less expensive than uber. Bring your credit card no one took cash in Seattle. Nice breakfast and coffee/tea set up.

The location was ideal with it only being a short walk to the Space Needle and that area to explore, although the walk was a little sus. Our view was of an alley way and someone was going through the dumpsters right below our window. The room was nice, but very tight with two beds and three people moving about it. Someone left an opened bag with a pickle in it in our refrigerator and the whole thing reeked of the pickle. There was black hair left on a towel and the bathtub. The front desk person was very friendly. Parking was $35 a night!! And painting supplies were left in the garage in a mess. The breakfast as very good and the seating area was nice.

The location was great. I was able to book a shuttle to the cruise port for $12. The room was great and breakfast was wonderful. The only downside for some people is that there is not dining very close. It was fine for me. The weather was great and I didn't mind the walk. The space need was right outside my window. Probably not as close as it looked.

The room was for four people, but there wasn’t enough space to hang more than two towels. The washbasin is in the bedroom, outside the bathroom, so it’s not very practical in the morning if some people are getting ready whilst others are still asleep. The room and property overall was clean and in good condition. Breakfast ok, nothing fancy, scramble eggs, saussage, oatmeal, bread, coffee, and the very popular waffle machine. Nothing fancy. Great for a family stay, where you do not need more than the basics for your hotel stay. Very well located, walking distance to the Space Needle, park and restaurants. Easy in & out to move by car.

They let us check in 45 minutes earlier and they store our luggage until 5 pm (we checked out at 9 am), I lost the tag and they were super helpful and it wasn’t a hassle at all getting back our luggage The area was great! Everything was super close, I would totally stay here again.

Food is great, transportation accessible, near in the Space Needle, Internet is fast, and customer service is excellent.

The only issue we had with the room were the poor windows, which were inadequate to say the least, when it comes to keeping road noise out. Parking costs were reasonable for Seattle and the staff was always readily available and helpful. Be prepared for the breakfast to be basic but certainly functional. It consists of the eggs, meat patties and some breakfast muffins. Otherwise there is basic oatmeal, toast, the usual spreads and a few cereal options. It does the job to eat something in the morning, so you can get to exploring the city right away instead of attempting to find a different place to eat, thus really adding to the great value one already receives when booking the Fairfield Inn & Suites.

Parking/entrance can be a little tricky to find, but not overly difficult. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was pretty good. Otherwise, an excellent location for Seattle Center with everything reasonably walkable. We had two young kids - 6 and 4 - and the walk to the Space Needle wasn't tiring or too long for them. Price was perfectly reasonable for a weekend stay.

Breakfast was mediocre but included, so thats a bonus! It had all the basics: scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle maker, oatmeal and tons of toppings! Also cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and the usual beverages. I appreciated the secure parking. You can either park out front or in a locked parking garage that you access with your room card. I would definitely stay again, especially for the price!

The hotel was clean and well kept. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful. The breakfast staff were also cheerful, helpful and timely with refilling. I enjoyed having wifi available. The location was perfect for sightseeing in Seattle. I enjoyed having access to hot coffee and hot tea all day.

Great location, but paying extra for parking and $35 a night when you are already paying almost 200 for the night is greedy. This is the first and last hotel I will ever stay at that does not include parking for its guests in the nightly rate. It was not transparent when making reservation. Also the entrance was very difficult to find and drive in to as well as very small room and bathrooms. The bed was uncomfortable and too hard with just a cheap mattress topper that still couldn't make the bed soft enough without pain in hips and back and shoulders for side sleepers. The check in process was very easy and quick, staff was very friendly and the lobby and decor was warm and inviting.

Great breakfast options, cannoli shop nearby, we had a view of the Space Needle, but the windows were very dirty. Small parking lot, but always found a spot.

A fast food restaurant was nearby. Bus stops were nearby. It was an eight minute walk from Space Needle to the hotel. Streetcars were nearby. Honestly, they offered me an early check-in, which was a good thing. The room was clean. I stored my luggage and baggage before doing adventure stuff at the pier, such as Argosy Cruise. After the cruise, I grabbed a quick lunch before heading to Lumen Field for a tour. Free breakfast was necessary. The dining room was next to the fitness center. The fitness center was clean and useful for exercising. There were streaming services on TV such as Netflix, YouTube, etc. I even watched my own videos on YouTube while on bed. There was free Wi-Fi without the password. No maid service was necessary. Overall, it was well worth it.

The lighting in the room was not conducive to two women trying to get ready at the same time. There were no lights around the long mirror, which was bad when trying to do your makeup and hair. The closet cabinet was definitely not big enough for two people who had big, poofy petticoats and skirts. *lol* The breakfast variety could have been a little better. Not everyone can handle jalapeños with their eggs and no bacon on the weekend was a major bummer for me. The one real issue we had with our room was the sink. The drain was not working properly and on Saturday night, it decided that it was done. There was a clog somewhere in the line and every time we ran water, it would drain super slowly. We really appreciated that we were able to leave our luggage at the front desk on Sunday and go back to enjoy the last day of the convention. We will probably be back next year for the convention, since it’s so easy to get there with the transit system! :)

The bed was very uncomfortable. And when I checked in, it should’ve only been a $50 incidental charge but they charged me $110. And yes, this will fall off eventually but it is the principal. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice.

The room was basic and the staff felt the same. We did not get a view of the space needle which was what i was expecting when i booked the room and also these was no pool even though Google had photos of one. Apparently they renovated 5 years ago and the pool is no longer available. Parking was an extra $35 for the night and the spots they had were a nightmare. Breakfast was included but it was a 3 out of 10 if i am being honest. I would not choose this Hotel again.

Our first night there, I did not sleep even for one second, somebody above us and beside us was constantly banging doors, dropping to the floor, walking incredibly loud up and down, it was a horrible first night. The second night we requested the top floor, and that was quieter and better. No refund yet for the first night, so I am very disappointed! We definitely should have been refunded, that was horrible.

The room was good. At check-in the employee in the lobby tried to overcharge me for the room. I made the reservation on Holtels.com and she attempted to charge me the walk-in price. When I mentioned she said, OK, and changed the total to what my confirmation email indicated.

Heard everything that happened in the Hallway, as well as upstairs room and hallway. Elevator squealed which was close to my room, all night, and the pillows were BAD. Only saving grace is the staff was super nice and put us in a room farther away from elevator but ended up being low enough to ground level to hear all the bums and sirens.

Overall nice place affordable price

The air conditioner in our room didn’t work, it only blew cold air. So we turned it off for our 3 day stay. We had 2 team members who went over and above for us, Jeremy and Lulu. These 2 people helped us with information regarding buses, markets, they lent us umbrellas when required. 2 other team members misled us, one man gave us directions into a flooded area and the other woman told us there were no buses to take us downtown, we’d have to walk. Maybe training all of the team members in local knowledge would be a benefit. Thankfully Lulu and Jeremy sorted out these issues.

Weird layout in the room. There was no sink in the bathroom. The sink was in the living room area. Mechanized curtains and shades were almost impossible to figure out. The light switches were in awkward places and I ended up having to unscrew the light bulbs in the bedroom the first night because again, the switch was almost hidden. I would not stay there again or recommend it.

We arrived early & the man at the desk checked us in, was so warm & welcoming & gave us a map to show us where the space needle was located, which was within walking distance. Excellent customer service! Our room was clean, comfortable, & specious. In the morning we had breakfast, which was included & headed to the airport which was close by. It was a great experience.

Clean rooms but did not like the layout or the room. In pictures you didn’t know that the bathroom only had a toilet and shower. The sink was outside of the bathroom and left little counter space as it was attached to the area with the coffee maker and microwave. Not ideal or functional. I’ve never seen this before. Our biggest grip was we required housekeeping and they never came. We called the front desk and the rescheduled us for the next day but again, no one ever came. We had to ask housekeeping for towels which was fine but the lack of communication was annoying. We wouldn’t plan on staying here again.

This was a very convenient place to stay with accessibility to downtown Seattle. We had a great view of the Space Needle too. The staff was very nice. Onsite underground parking was really appreciated. And even with a little mix-up with the payment, they corrected the discrepancy right away.

I received great service from the time I checked until I left. The staff gave good help and provided helpful suggestions.

Very walkable hotel to alot of Seattle attractions. Only negative is we tried to get breakfast & there was an extremely long line & no seats if you waited in this line.

The only inconvenient thing (for me personally) that sink was in the room, not in bathroom. Convenient location in downtown.

The 24-hour coffee and tea bar is dangerously convenient—pretty sure I was 70% caffeine by the end of our stay. The room was charming, the bed was so cozy it tried to trap me forever (and honestly, I didn’t fight it). And the staff? Incredibly kind—like the kind of people who make you forget you're technically a customer. 10/10 would check in again and maybe never leave.

Nice hotel close to the Space Needle and Pikes market. We walked everywhere, there some big hills though. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Hotel also has a shuttle to the cruise port. Good breakfast.

Close to everything we wanted to see

It was a good overnight stay in downtown Seattle very close to the Space Needle. Decent breakfast included and front desk was very helpful. Interestingly there was an ice machine but no ice bucket in the room

Super convenient location near Seattle Center. Walking distance from the Port, shopping, coffee and restaurants. Super easy breakfast and very nice facilities. Parking is expensive per day but made it very easy. The sat was very polite and thoughtful.

Great view of the needle, great location, road noise a bit loud and a big queue at breakfast with not a lot of space to sit. We avoided it after the first day but it is convenient, especially the water, tea and coffee.

Very clean and busy hotel

They have a weird thing where the A/C turns off if there’s no motion so the night gets HOT! No plugs on one side of the bed so you couldn’t charge your phone.

It was within walking distance of places we wanted to go, but the room needed some upgrades. Breakfast was awesome!

Occasionally, we heard sirens from emergency vehicles during the night. However, we were in downtown, and we expected a little noise.

On the whole good hotel . The room we were in was facing road and even though windows were shut we could here the noise from the road

The room was great, comfy bed. We asked for a room on the back side of the building so we wouldn't be facing the outside traffic and it was super quiet and we slept well. The complimentary breakfast situation was terrible tho. It was packed with people and a very long line just to get to the counters with food. And everything is served on disposable plates and plastic wear so everything gets dumped into the trash. We ended up just getting brunch at another property.

Great job checking in. Rooms nice, could use comfortable chair in room for when you need a break from the bed. And why no exhaust fan in the bathroom for showering? Great recommendations for nearby eateries

moldy smell from room A/C. A beetle or bee swam out of drain into tub as soon as I turned on the shower. At $750 for 2 nights, I truly expected better!

Superb location near Seattle Center with Space Needle, Chihuly Museum and Gardens, etc. very accommodating staff. Great breakfast. Super place for a couple of days pre or post cruise. Highly recommend.
