Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its central location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, some guests have complained about the lack of breakfast, small room size, and noise from traffic or neighboring rooms.

Location is very good and convenient. Washroom is too small.

Great location, alot stuff within walking distance! Food in the restaurant was good as well!

Avoid it. It’s old and dirty building. Staff were nice
- 2/5
The hotel was nicely decorated and clean, and overall my stay was decent. However, I had a disappointing experience with a promised folding bed. I was assured twice—before arrival and at check-in—that it would be available. It never arrived, leaving my friend sleeping on the floor. The next day, I was told they had run out, despite prior confirmation. On top of that, when I asked for a room cleaning after two days, they insisted on a fee instead of offering some goodwill for the bed situation. I believe they could have been more considerate. With better follow-through on service promises, this would have been a much better stay.
- 4/5
The hotel was in close proximity to waterfront, restaurants and transportation centers. It’s was clean and easy to check in. Staff was available for assistance and luggage storage (we arrived very early). The only negative would be the very loud traffic throughout the night, which the hotel provides earplugs. There is a restaurant and cafe attached which makes it convenient if transportation is limited. Staff was helpful.

No AC in the whole building
- 3/5
breakfast was a unique experience, 30 or so people all trying to get breakfast and about 5 conserving trying to figure out the meal ticket. poor baristas and cooks trying their best. room was stuffy, was told they have somebody come up and open the window, told them I tried that. I got a fan delivered to room to move room air from room with open window to bedroom
- 4/5
Very awkward check-in process. Steps to access the elevators. HVAC not really operable, so staff leaves room windows open. Good location, (across from Seattle Public Library & nightly homeless envampment). Both attached restaurants were very adequate.
- 2.5/5
Well located After check in front desk said by the way no air conditioning in your room. We can give you a fan. It was an oven. Next day at check out new person was surprised. Avoid. Not worth money
- 1.5/5
The staff that checked us in late at night was very helpful and kind The AC hardly works! Made our stay so uncomfortable the room was decently clean but the overall experience I would not stay here again, the rooms don’t have microwave so you have to go to a community one on the 2nd floor, the bathroom is tiny but the location is good. And the breakfast that’s added on is also decent parking is expensive but I guess that’s normal in Seattle
- 3/5
Friendly and helpful staff, central location. AC was not working for a full 2 days during the heat wave in Seattle.
- 3.5/5
Location in downtown was great Rooms were stifling hot and the ac was inadequate, the rooms are tiny with 2 queen beds taking up 90% of the room!! Several other guests when we were inline waiting to check out had similar complaints about AC not cooling enough
- 5/5
Very nice room especially the bed. Slept 8 hours straight.
- 3/5
It was super noisy - traffic loud. Hard to sleep

Air conditioning was not working. Street noise all night.
- 2/5
Fairly disappointed with the quality of this hotel. Given its location and price per night you expect a somewhat quality experience and that is not what you find here. We had the misfortune of having a room with no working ac and only discovered this after walking around downtown in 80 degree heat. Walls are paper thin, be prepared to hear every conversation in the rooms near you. The building itself was in disrepair. Carpet was pulling up in places, dings and scratches on the walls, all the furniture is scuffed up. The bathroom in my room was dingy with a smell of stagnant water, dust covering the vents. Handle to the sliding glass of the shower was rickety. Guest amenities are basically non existent, free wifi ( very slow and spotty). I believe I would’ve had a more comfortable stay sleeping on the streets outside the hotel as there would’ve been a breeze. Nothing was good about this hotel except for the front desk attendants. But hey you get a complementary water bottle.
- 1.5/5
LOCATION IS OK. I booked 3days for staying. the first night, the shower faucet was broken only had hot water, that burns my hand. this hotel is not clean every day. I asked to have clean towel in the second day but i did not receive it. I feel the service is too bad. I told the front desk I will check out next day and asked the money back for the day I did not stay. She said, when I check out, they will issue the invoice to show they only charge two days. the invoice showed total charges: $613.84, Credits $328.16. But my credit card showed, they still charged $328.16. They total charged me $942 for 2 nights staying.

I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are very small, no drawers, pay for housekeeping (I’ve never heard of this before). I could only use ai instead of speaking with someone concerning our stay there. AI gave me two prices for two different time ranges if you come early. The AI message also said you could check in early if you were there from 1:00 on. The woman at the front desk turned that down. We had to kill time for three hour since the room wouldn’t open up til 4:00. The toilets are very loud when flushing, so don’t go to the restroom in the wee hours of the morning; you will be awakened fully or the other person staying in your room. The air conditioner nor heater worked. It was just air for circulation.
- 2/5
We were told housekeeping is only every seven days. The location is convenient and the staff was relatively helpful. Overall I don’t think we would stay there again.
- 5/5
I would stay here again. They offer late check out for additional fee.
- 1/5
The hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures online. Room & Cleanliness Issues: 1.) Filthy bedding: The sheets were heavily stained upon arrival. 2.) Bad odors: The room had a foul, persistent smell. 3.) Water damage: There were visible stains all over the ceiling. 4) Poor layout: The bathroom is cramped; the toilet is too close to the sink to sit comfortably, and the lid gets stuck on the handle. 5.) Terrible Customer Service: When I requested a room change due to these conditions, staff refused. Instead, they handed me fresh sheets and expected me to remake the bed myself, which is completely unacceptable for paying guests. Safety & Amenities: 1.) Security concerns: The elevators are vandalized with profanity carved into them. Dangerous environment: Loiterers and individuals engaging in suspicious activity outside made entering the hotel a stressful ordeal. The property desperately needs security. 2.) Misleading parking: Guests should know that parking is not on-site; you must park down the street at the Bank of America lot. Avoid this hotel until management addresses their hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.
- 3/5
When we got there the air conditioner wasn't working. We did a fan but it did not help. We thought we had bought the breakfast when booking our stay but they said we didn't. We had to buy our own breakfast which was good. The bar staff was great. We told the hotel customer service about our experience and they said they would issue a discount but have not received credit on our account yet.
- 4/5
The location is downtown and you can walk or transit easily to many places. There are many walkable eating places. Pikes place market is close. If you decide to walk to the waterfront you need to factor in a significant uphill walk back up to the hotel. We discovered that Pike Place has elevators up from the waterfront level. The airport is a $50+ cab/uber ride. There is a train for much less if you have time. They are trying to get you to self check-in and out which had issues.
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay. Great location. The staff was great. The hotel was very clean. My only complaint is that there was only one electrical outlet that I could find in the room.
- 3.5/5
Love the location and was a great price. The parking garage is down the street so that kind of sucks but it’s not a huge deal
- 3/5
The hotel is clean but shows its age. We were on the second floor and windows did little to keep out traffic and city noise. The bar downstairs had good food and service.
- 4/5
The room was hot and stuffy and could not get it to cool off
- 3/5
so had to have window open for air and was very noisy it is an older hotel but it has been kept up well
- 4/5
The air conditioning wasn’t turned on yet in the room. Hotel staff gave us a fan. The location is quite noisy due to frequent noise from emergency vehicles.
- 2/5
Very basic hotel. Alot of stuff weren't working light bulbs and toilet faucet. Very noisy corridors and street.
- 4/5
Close to port Small room
- 4.5/5
Great location with easy commute to Pier 66. Lack of Staff.
- 4/5
Location and staff were excellent for the price. I did not like the low end bedding and the fact that there was no daily housekeeping.
- 5/5
Property was clean and well located. We were taking a cruise and so the location to Pier 66 is excellent. Very walkable to the waterfront, Pikes Place Market and local restaurants. Hotel has a sports bar on The first floor with good food. Staff is very helpful. I’d stay again.
- 1/5
There was no AC in the building and the hotel room looked very, very outdated in a bad way! The only thing that looked borderline ok with the bed. I had to leave and stay somewhere else. The only way they compensated for the lack of AC was $10 of $35 parking fee. They should have done a lot better than that!!
- 3/5
Really old hotel, rooms are extremely small. The air conditioner did not work well and our room came with some bottled water and they were already opened.
- 3/5
Service was excellent. Their staff were very helpful. But when we got to our room, our AC wasn’t working properly then the window’s broken. So it was hot inside our room. 2 of our bath towels both had stain on it. Not disappointed or anything, but there’s room for improvement. Thank you!
- 1/5
the service was horrible , No Ac , very dirty and uncomfortable place
- 4/5
We enjoyed the stay here. There were not enough wall plugs, and no counter space in the bathroom, but we made it work. Beds were very clean and comfortable and the shower was nice. Pretty convenient location as well. I like the feel of the older buildings, and this one was built in 1928. Too bad rooms are no longer $2 like when it opened…
- 2.5/5
Didn't eat breakfast. Location was good. AC in room didn't work. Asked to change room, denied. Feel that I should have been told prior to checking in. Checked out 2 days early.
- 0.5/5
There was no breakfast offered. This place was a complete joke. My friends and I will NEVER stay there again. There's a lot for them to do for improvement.
- 1.5/5
Close to pikes market No air condition. Not good for handicap people. Too many stairs. No parking lot in the building.
- 3/5
The check in process was not good. Had to stand in line to use a kiosk and it would not scan my ID then had to wait for the customer service representative to. One help me anyway. The shower handle was loose and felt like it would come off. The room was on the 4th floor and there was a lot of traffic noise at night, so it was hard to sleep and the window would not close fully
- 5/5
Clean and it was center of all I was going to do.
- 2/5
Air conditioning did not work, refrigerator did not work, was not told about problems at time of check in. Because of the problems, we were given a very small discount but did not think it was a fair representation of the things we went without because of the inconvenience we had. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 4/5
Clean room and perfect location to many Seattle hot spots.
- 3/5
The room was fine, the hotel was clean and quiet.
- 1/5
Rude staff and dirty hotel, very misleading.
- 2/5
You have to walk down stairs in order to use the elevator. Broken furniture. No room number on the room we had also having to doors to get into the suite, rather confusing.
- 4/5
Clean, small room, self-check in, stuffy -no temperature control, tub very high side to step in and out of - not easy for some, complimentary water bottles and coffee was nice.
- 5/5
- 3/5
Front desk night staff not the best to deal with
- 3/5
The hotel is to old and everything in it does not worth the cost at all stay at somewhere else
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful
- 3/5
Air conditioning didn’t work. Was able to have window open so it didn’t matter too too much but still an inconvenience.
- 1/5
No air conditioning. Parking is fine. Not a place I’d want to sweat in at night.
- 4/5
Air conditioning not working . They gave us a fan and opened the window to let cool air in but they made it extremely noisy at night.
- 5/5
Great location, rooms are always comfortable and clean
- 4/5
This isn't the first time I've stayed at the Executive. However, room 609 is extremely small, especially the bathroom. There was barely enough room to sit on the toilet, and there is no vanity for toiletries. That said, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. I would stay here again, but in a different room. The overall experience was pleasant.
- 2/5
Good location BUT the room was far below expectations. We may have been unlucky with our room but the AC didn’t work it was stuffy and hot in there. The shower head was pathetic, no pressure and leaked water out the side of the shower creating water damage under the sink and there was definitely black mold building up around that area. The bed sheets had multiple little holes in it and little black stains. The bed was decently comfortable but did not feel very clean and quality controlled. Room was also very tiny. Thankfully we only stayed one night.
- 3/5
The hotel was very basic and served its purpose before our cruise. It would have been nice if it had air conditioning, but they brought us a fan. It would have been nice had it had a lockable door to the bathroom that wasn’t made of glass, but I was with my husband. All in all for the price, it served the purpose.
- 2/5
expensive parking, expensive breakfast for no reason. did not feel executive
- 4/5
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom. Everything was clean and within walking distance to many attractions!
- 4/5
My family suite was perfectly clean, if a bit sparse on furniture. The biggest issue was the noise; the windows are quite thin, and outside construction and sanitation work kept going into the early morning hours. Despite the disruptions, I still enjoyed my overall stay, but better soundproofing would go a long way.
- 1/5
•Parking was located across the street for $45/day. No notice was given • A/C was not working. Staff lied and said it had been out for over a week and they were waiting for parts. The inside of the ac unit was filthy full of debris indicating that it had been out for much longer • No soap in the shower and sink dispensers. When notified staff called but it never came. • A $40 room cleaning fee if your stay was less than 7 days. • Requested a handicapped room and was assured to receive it upon arrival. We did not This hotel was rated 8.0 but should not be higher than a 3.0. Also, their amenities and policies should be clearly stated upfront. The broken ac was a terrible inconvenience as the window had been left partially ajar to allow air circulation. We were given fans to compensate but the noise factors from the street and the fans were almost unbearable. We will never stay at this overpriced, overrated hotel again.
- 4/5
In a good location. Clean rooms and friendly staff
- 1/5
You have to double park on a busy one way street to unload, no valet, no help with bags or car. Offsite parking a block away. No air conditioning. Took hours to get a fan. Awful experience. Very sketchy neighborhood. Wasn’t safe to walk around.
- 4/5
Great location.
- 3/5
The property is older but seems to be maintained adequately. The issue we ran into was that the air conditioning was out in the entire hotel. They provided a fan and I was able to open the window a bit so that helped. The food and coffee at the restaurant (at breakfast) was very good!
- 3/5
No Air at all. Expedia said free breakfast there was none. Huge 250$ discrepancy in billing. Waiting to hear results.
- 3/5
The check in process isn’t as easy as they make it sound. The self check link they text you, and the kiosk in the lobby, doesn’t allow you to fully check in. Therefore, you do have to wait on someone at the front desk to help you get access to your room. We were advised to “come back later” two times as there was no early check in option or anyone available to help get us into our room at the assigned check in time. We waited 4+ hrs before we got into our room, almost missing our concert we came into town for. Showing up early or on time here is not honored, they had many people waiting for hours due to the lack of front desk staff. Which correlates with the “effortless” self check in process, you will be left waiting!
- 3/5
This hotel is not ADA compliant you have to drag luggage up or down stairs to access elevators. Room temperature is uncontrollable and I was provided a space heater for my room. Rooms were a great size but definitely in need of updates. We could hear all types of service trucks and were provided earplugs. Awful stay.
- 5/5
The air conditioning was not working and it was very hot and uncomfortable in our room. We asked for a fan, but never heard back.
- 2/5
Our air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. It was just air coming out. Come to find out, the front desk person said, as we were checking out, that the AC in all the rooms weren’t working and we were supposed to have been sent a message about it. Well we were not given a heads up. I would not have stayed at that hotel knowing the AC in the rooms weren’t working.
- 4/5
Good location for us as we boarded Amtrak the following morning .
- 1/5
No Air conditioning in the first of June with temp of 85
- 5/5

It should be mandatory to advise future guests of the hotel that the AC is not working when the weather is in the upper 70s and low 80s. It was miserably hot in my room and I slept poorly because of it which greatly impacted the reason I was in Seattle to begin with. It was between 77-79 degrees the whole time. I stayed in this hotel last year and the AC worked like a charm which was why I chose it this year. To pay this much to stay in an uncomfortable and hot room feels like highway robbery. The staff’s recommendations were a fan and opening the window. Opening the window was the only way it was at least mildly bearable but it also caused me to be woken up every hour by sirens, horns, and loud exhaust on vehicles. The bed was super comfy though and the location was great.
- 4/5
The property was well kept. Rooms were a on the small size. Very convenient to transportation. Breakfast spot in the hotel was excellent.
- 5/5
Room had a view of Mount Rainier Near everything & would stay again Lovely staff
- 4/5
Clean room in dated building
- 3/5
Hotel needs some maintenance and updating. Our Deluxe double queen was not so deluxe. No such thing as AC. A VERY old unit by the window that wasn’t warm or cool air. Very musty, stuffy, and hot so we had to open the window which didn’t have a screen and only opened 3 inches. We roasted and listened to sirens all night. Basic tv channels. No lock on the bathroom door, with toilet paper stuffed in an old key hole. Door chain was also broken and hanging. Wallpaper, tiles, trim, window, all need maintenance for sure. Bathroom was tiny, no place to even put a hand towel. When booking it states free continental breakfast but when you arrive you have to pay $25 per person for a small breakfast put together with certain items at the cafe downstairs. Beds were comfortable and clean, toiletries were nice and there’s a hot shower but no fan in the bathroom so again it all adds to the muggy musty air. I can’t imagine staying in the winter with no heat, it must be freezing in the room.
- 4/5
Front desk staff not helpful & no one answers the phone for assistance from room.
- 5/5
I love staying at the Executive! It's a very easy walk from Symphony Station on Link 1 if you are coming in from SeaTac. Plus its a easy walk to the TMobile Park and Lumen Field. Plus its not a bad walk if you want to get steps in to get to Climate Pledge Arena. Close to great places to eat and very Safe
- 3/5
Terrible check in. Stayed an extra day and no clean sheets, fresh towels, or anything. The restaurant was all automated and the table machine didn’t work. Poor service.
- 3/5
Wish there was a desk/table to write things down and an option for microwaving food
- 5/5
Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Night clerk acknowledged the problem but offered no remedy. Day clerk said the problem was being fix and there was a plumbing truck outside. Day clerk and swing clerk were most helpful in getting taxis when needed. Overall, I would return.
- 3/5
The receptionist ordered the taxi and it went very well.
- 1/5
Parking was a block away and up a steep hill. Not good for people our age. Street noise was very loud. Finally got to sleep around 4 am. Restaurant very expensive for drinks.
- 3/5
The hotel staff at check in was very nice and helped us check in an iPad in the lobby. At check out the hotel staff was not as friendly. There was no one in the lobby and I approached the counter and asked to check out. She pointed at the iPad and said “use the iPad”. Didn’t move, barely looked up while directing me to the iPad. The restaurant attached the hotel was mediocre. You sit at a table and order from an iPad. The one person serving food brings your drinks and food when he can because he is the only one serving. Had to use the iPad to request the check. This took a solid 10-15 minutes before he came by with the check. I definitely would not stay here again. I didn’t feel it was worth the money, especially with how impersonal it was!
- 1/5
I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. The room was extremely hot & when I complained, I was told they were switching from their winter system to their summer system so there was no air conditioning or proper airflow available. This made the room very uncomfortable. The bathroom was also an issue. The tub drained so slowly that it kept filling up with water while showering, which was unpleasant and clearly indicates a maintenance problem. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor room conditions, and unresolved maintenance issues made for a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.
- 1/5
Don’t stay here hotel was dirty and when I got t
- 1/5
First the on line check in did not work. When we arrived the tablets didn’t work the front counter person was not helpful at all. Then was charged for an early check in. Never have I had that. Then paid for parking which was told it just down the street hers a card for the code.. Zero help. Then to boot the tv did not work, when we called shocking no one answered. Not a good experience at all!
- 1/5
The room had no AC and the mini fridge didn’t work.
- 5/5
veru good and thanks for everything
- 2/5
Please avoid. Its cheaper then the rest of the hotels in the area but you will pay more in inconveniences. Please please avoid
- 4/5
Our room was great and the check in process was awesome. It was just what we needed. Out AC didn’t work well so the room was hot, despite having the window open all day/night in cooler weather. Otherwise, everything was great.
- 4/5
Would not use again. Great place to stay at but it’s a horrible location. A lot of street noise in the evening and night time.
- 3/5
Large crack in wall, very small room, black mold shower…
- 4/5
internet is not connected well
- 5/5
This hotel is centrally located in downtown Seattle-10 min walk to Pike Market and link rail station to/from the airport. Only not so negative feedback will be the the AC as it’s not a full cold air system-more of a fan blowing and no free breakfast-they have a cafe downstairs.
- 2/5
Their policy regarding the lack of year round comfort was not plainly listed and it was not until after check-in that we discovered the only way to get air circulation was to open the window, which had no screen. This allowed for bugs to enter the room. The view of the bus stop and the drug activity nearby was distracting from slumber. The rancid smell of meth and fentanyl smoke woke us with a start somewhere around 3 am. It would have been nice if the air had been working so as to afford us the opportunity to close the window to the noise and smells of Seattle. I do not recommend if you are seeking a good night's sleep.
- 1/5
The air conditioning was broken for the entirety of the stay (and through the end of the month). The window in the room did not close all the way and had no screen, meaning it was open the entire time and bugs could get in. The staff was exceptionally kind, but the price tag associated with the experience was too high. Way too expensive for the quality.
- 2/5
Thin walls with guests yelling in next room Unpleasant stay to say the least. I won’t be back.
- 4/5
The room was nice but TINY. The bathroom was even smaller but overall it was nice. And wonderful toiletries provided. Parking was a bit difficult and expensive.
- 1/5
Terrible cleaning services, smelling awful
- 5/5
Staff was really nice and helpful! For solo or small group of travelers, this hotel is honestly really great!
- 4/5
Very good
- 2/5
No one answers the phone at the front desk. There was only 1 elevator working and very slow. The sheets were questionable. The window doesn’t open and AC doesn’t work. 😔
- 3/5
No tv could not get on the maintenance man tried to get it on and got a call did not come back
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
Staff was great. No elevators on check in floor which got annoying but it was fine. Air conditioning wasn’t working and room was stifling! Great location and plenty of places to eat and drink. Cheap cruise transport as well.
- 5/5
Location was close to other restaurants, sights and felt safe walking solo. Hotel was comfortable, quiet and definitely would stay here in the future. There was a $25 charge for early check in.
- 1/5
Very noisy room, the window cannot be fully closed, NO air conditioning! Absolutely the worse experience I've ever had... and the front desk was not helping at all. Worst experience ever.
- 4/5
Ideally situated to get around Seattle easily. Staff very helpful and bed very comfortable. Only downside was the continuous noise from outside traffic. Aircon only goes on in June and it was extremely hot, so Aircon should go on according to the temperature not calendar.
- 3/5
Rooms were okay just not the best there was a view of the city which was nice and a cafe and restaurant downstairs but not the place you’re looking for if you wanna be boujee
- 5/5
Cool place to stay, close to the pier.
- 1/5
Many where late to flights and appointment. Had to wait many hours before we were able to get to the garage to get to car. Very bad hotel for price paid. Hotel refused to offer refunds or anything.
- 2/5
Air conditioning not working, not very clean, not very clean towels or bathrooms.
- 1/5
Not a single room in this hotel currently has a working AC unit. This was never mentioned during booking or check in. Had I known, I absolutely would not have booked a room here. The staffs solution? A measly tiny fan. I woke up absolutely drenched in sweat - after tossing and turning all night because of how it was in the room. Only stayed 1 night and booked for 2. Staff refused to refund or credit my room. No screen on the 8th floor windows. Toilet was very finicky and didn’t want to flush. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Old, outdated and absolutely not worth the money. A motel 6 would have been better than this.
- 2/5
Small rooms, expensive parking rates in addition to early check in, no AC, no bathroom fans. Thankfully booked for staff only for one night
- 5/5
This place is dated. The air conditioner only worked as a fan, not cooling at all. Good thing it's not Summer yet. The shower handle was about to fall apart, and difficult to use. However, the bed and pillows were good.
- 1/5
Ac was not working
- 1/5
Horrible stay. Will not be going back. If you wanna check in a bit early they charge you extra, one of their two elevators didn’t work the entirety of my stay so everyone is using one elevator. No one told me before checking in that they didn’t have working A/C, the bathroom doesn’t have a fan to vent, no one from maintenance answers the phone. Called the front desk three times to ask where the ice machine was and no one answered to phone. Asked the front desk in person about the A/C and was told “we left a card in your room about it” which is apparently the reverse side of the card that explains how to turn on your A/C. Didn’t think to turn it over just to be told…don’t worry about instructions to use the A/C; it doesn’t work anyway. Staff had a lack of empathy when I told them my room was too hot. They said they would bring a portable fan after I complained…which they never did. Also, if you want your room cleaned that extra too. Everything there seemed à la carte and nothing seemed to work. Never in my life will ever go back to that hotel.

the Executive has gone down hill as well. the bathroom was a joke in our room. using the toilet was an experience. there was barely room to sit on the toilet with one knee pressed up against the wall and the other pressed up against the shower tub. also, the toilet was crooked between the wall and tub. carpets were dingy and the room had a dirty smell. most of the hotel smells of marijuana and human urine. not happy
- 2/5
The hotel was well located to the city points of interest. The offsight parking was extremely awkward and security of parkade was not visible. Registration at lobby kiosk was convenient but not thorough since a hand written parking pass was required from desk attendant. Therefore, we did not avoid a line up at reception. Room was clean and hotel staff friendly.
- 4/5
Easy booking in online and staff very helpful. Great communication via WhatsApp. We left some non perishable items in the fridge by mistake and after emailing the hotel to keep them, as we were staying for 3 more days after the cruise, they said they had them and would keep them safe for our return. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Room was nice and tidy, bed was super comfortable. And an added bonus were some ear plugs in the room
- 4/5
Just a nice clean room that’s very well located.
- 5/5
The next part is a little sad sign of the times. There is self check in and check out and some staff stand there while you struggle with this. There is also a 25 dollar charge to get your room before 4 PM. This is getting more common. The per day price is reasonable.
- 5/5
Check in/out was easy with the kiosk that was in the lobby that also provided the room key! It was nice to not have to wait in a line.
- 3/5
This is a basic room hotel. Anyone with mobility issues not a good location for exploring city on foot. Room clean. No service on 2 night stay. AC not working well. Room got to warm at night.
- 1/5
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times, but it’s been about 10 years since our last stay. This hotel has seen a significant decline since then. Our room seemed like an afterthought, almost as if it was a converted storage closet. The room smelled musty and was humid upon our arrival. The bathroom was extremely small and unkept. Only one receptacle in the room would actually allow a charger to stay plugged in and the bed side lights didn’t work. The refrigerator barely cooled below room temperature. The room overall was in need of some maintenance and freshening up. We are not hard people to please, but expect the room to be clean, comfortable, and in working order. I would expect more from a budget roadside hotel much less one at this price.
- 1/5
Dirty room no ac
- 3/5
it is fine
- 4/5
The only negatives were that the bathroom window was stuck open when I checked in and the smart TV was not really working due to spotty Internet in my booked room. A quick call down to the front desk had someone assisting to get the issues fixed. Oh and outside is pretty loud, they do provide ear plugs as it can't be helped due central location.
- 4/5
Staff was exceptional, room was clean and great for an overnight stay, not set up for an extended stay though. Gave us a great idea of what the original hotel setup was back in the day.
- 4/5
That’s the good, now the not so good. This area is noisy at night. Lots of sirens and loud cars. Also, our room was so hot. A/C isn’t turned on until late May, so we were able to open the window a couple of inches but that didn’t really help. The last night we were given a small fan for the room, which helped a little. The employees were nice
- 5/5
Highly recommend in downtown Seattle. Best valve in the city. Great location, helpful staff, clean room. Will be back!
- 4/5
Good location. Easy to get around. Rooms were fine. Some road noise, but to be expected in a city. Restaurant and coffee shop was good.
- 5/5
Good size room. Would definitely stay there again.
- 1/5
Gave us two fans and still 80 degrees all night. Had to leave the windows cracked with no screen. Woke up with sweat soaked sheets. Teeny tiny room. Fridge didn't work. Room was not very clean and no water pressure. Alarm was still set from previous guest and rang at 530am Parking garage dingy, unattended, no gate or cameras. Gave a keypad code but key pad had no electricity to it and did nothing as there was no gate. Super bad part of town. Only thing ok about this place was lobby. DONT STAY HERE!!!! I never say this
- 4/5
good conditions
- 1/5
Charged for early check in when it was not available. Still trying to get my money back. Hotel will not engage in emails or phone calls
- 1/5
The list of things that were bad is fairly long. 1. The air conditioning didn't work and I was told they were "in the process" of changing over from heating to air conditioning. 2. We did not have hot water in the shower. 3. It was LOUD. There was construction outside starting at 4 am and because we had to have the window open to try not to sweat to death we were awake from 4 am on. 4. Only one elevator worked. 5. The front staff was unhelpful. I asked where the stairs were and, honest to god, she said she didn't know. We left early it was so bad. 6. The room was TINY. I'm only 5'2" and I had to kind of duck to get around the end of the bed to avoid hitting the TV. 7. The internet wasn't consistent and so the TV wouldn't work. The only positive I can say is that the bed was comfortable. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
- 2/5
They had no breakfast. Rooms weren’t clean tv didn’t work no WiFi
- 4/5
Hotel was clean and great location
- 1/5
Like location. Dislike there is no valet parking, hairs laying around no vacuuming, no staff at time just screens! Bring real people back! I miss not talking to people living in Seattle!! Not staying there again
- 1/5
The air conditioning wasn't working; I called the front desk and also sent a message. They promised to fix it, but when we returned that night, the situation remained unchanged. At the front desk, they claimed they didn't have the staff available to fix it and that there were no other rooms available. The heat in the room was unbearable, and we had to take several showers throughout the night to cool down. The next day, they sent a maintenance technician who stated that the A/C unit was very old and required replacement parts, but he would attempt to fix it anyway. Upon returning in the afternoon, I found that it still hadn't been fixed. I went to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager. A woman named Halah Al-Asadi claimed to be the manager; she told me that there were no rooms available and that they were in the process of transitioning the air conditioning systems between seasons. She offered only to send someone to open the window and provide a fan, and said they would issue a 20% refund. She sent a staff member who forced the window open—propping it slightly ajar with a tissue box—making it extremely difficult to sleep due to the street noise. I never received the promised refund, and Ms. Halah had lied; she was not the manager—her actual title was Sales Coordinator—and the air conditionin
- 3/5
The breakfast I paid $25 for (per person) was a joke. A breakfast sandwich or oatmeal, yogurt parfait or muffin, and juice or coffee. The toilet sounded like a 747 taking off and was loud enough to wake people down the hall. The light switch for the bathroom is located in the hall, making it impossible to see what you're doing in the middle of the night impossible without blinding others still trying to sleep. Then, to top it off, they put the coffeemaker inside a black cabinet in the unlit hallway with no way to see you're pouring water into the back of the cabinet. That said, the room was clean, the housekeeping staff eager to please, snd the food and staff in the regular restaurant excellent. I did think charging $40 for each housekeeping was ridiculous.
- 3/5
It was clean, but split up levels with no elevator off the lobby. Small room, but downtown that's not unusual. No heat, but they gave us a heater that worked well.
- 1/5
If I could give zero stars I would. Rude staff, non working AC, only one working elevator, fridge did not work either.
- 4/5
They didnt clean our room
- 5/5
Great location to stay in Seattle. Been here several times. Easy to walk anywhere! Only complaint is the shower. Shower head had terrible pressure and drain didn’t work very well.
- 1/5
Bed too large for room; less than18 inches between foot of bed and opposite wall, making it hard to get luggage in. I was to stay 4 nights, checked out after 1.
- 3/5
Rooms were full of dust.
- 4/5
The location was great and the room was clean. There were some nice, unexpected touches like water, tea and coffee in the room. The negative was no place to sit except on a bed and a/c that didn't really make much of a difference. I think perhaps only the fan worked and the cool part did not. There was no way to Crack the window open for Fresh air to help either. But, honestly, for the price and location it was totally ok.
- 1/5
Eveything is old. Rooms are not clean. For how much they charge you’re better off paying a bit more and staying somewhere way better.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff at reception. Room had AC on, we were on the 8th floor so we weren't able to open the window.
- 1/5
Check-in took nearly an hour with zero acknowledgment, let alone an apology. That set the tone. The room smelled musty on entry. Towels were shoved into a shower unit that was literally pulling away from the wall. Basic fixtures were installed incorrectly—like a sideways toilet roll holder—turning simple use into a nuisance. Walls were heavily scuffed and clearly neglected. The layout made no sense. The bathroom opened directly toward a wall-mounted TV, as if no one had thought through the space. Most staff weren’t even in uniform, which made it unclear who actually worked there. Cleanliness was unacceptable. Sheets didn’t feel fresh. Lighting was dim and inadequate. The entire property felt like it was deteriorating in real time. The air conditioner didn’t work. Breakfast was just as poorly handled—served in a café too small for the volume, resulting in a 40-minute wait for something as basic as coffee and a sandwich. For the price, this was nowhere near a 3-star experience. Calling it a 2-star is generous. This place is misrepresented, poorly maintained, and not worth the cost.
- 5/5
Bueno
- 2/5
The window sounded like iit was open as you could hear clearly the traffic and people in street. I needed support to get on/off toilet, as the toilet is quite low to the ground - made me think I was in an elementary school. There was no fan in washroom, which is something toyota want when staying in room with someone else. There was a bar fridge, but there were no balconies in room, and no microwave. All the meanwhile, the room was over $300/ night after taxes. However, the 24hr front desk attendant was very helpful and kind.
- 4/5
Overall we had a good stay here for 2 nights, location was convenient right near pike market and some good restaurants/pubs. Our major issue was lack of cool air or any airflow in our room, I don’t actually think the fan worked so unfortunately we had a poor sleep. It is noisy on the streets to be expected due to location and staying on the weekend but we understand this is out of the hotels control. Room was clean and bed was comfy, our pup stayed with us too so this was appreciated.
- 5/5
Ari and Halah were very helpful, welcoming and professional. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and kind. Everything is walking distance restaurants/ pike market / space needle.
- 3/5
Staff not around much. Cramped room
- 5/5
Loved this hotel. It was a big surprise when we went into our room. It is an old hotel and building, but the accommodations were perfect! Great shower, bedding, large room. It had an extra living area, which had its own bathroom and shower also. That was a welcome surprise. Some things needed repairs, but I reported it to management already. Overall, this is a fabulous choice for a hotel. Riley at check in was very happy and friendly!!!
- 3/5
I surprised that this hotel had a 8.2 rating. The lobby was nice, small but clean. There are stairs, no ramp, to the elevators. Which makes it difficult for getting your suitcases and extras to your room. They have kiosks for checking in and they don't work and only one person working the desk. This created a lot of confusion and a full lobby, which is very small, of people needing help checking in. The room was very small, no closet, no microwave, but did have a mini-fridge. The bathroom did not have a counter and no place to put your things. The toilet is industrial, like in a gas station bathroom and the toilet paper was above your head on the wall. There was only one trash bin in the room with no garbage bag. There is a pretty good restaurant attached to the hotel which was convenient. There is also a little mini market to purchase drinks, very expensive though.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Worth the price. Very convenient location in the heart of downtown Seattle. Checking in was a smooth process. Loved the early check in for an extra 25$. We got off the plane at 11am and needed a change and shower and weren’t looking forward to the 4pm wait so it was a great steal getting our room early to not stress about our luggage too. The only thing that didn’t work was the mobile key card on the
- 5/5
Clean, nice staff
- 1/5
No tv no had to get up in to to the desk still nothing no bod let mey a lot of time to see it for me to body care
- 1/5
The air conditioning wasn’t working and we have issues with our key to enter your room
- 2/5
Room wasn’t very clean, holes in the blankets saw a few things that should’ve been cleaned more room is old and A/C wasn’t very good.
- 4/5
Only real thing people need to be aware of is that there’s about 10 steps down from reception to get to the lift to go to your floor. This means carrying the suitcases. There wasn’t an accessible option that we could find.
- 2/5
The hotel was bad. The room was so small for the price. Absolutely no amenities. The bathroom was a joke. Who puts their towels in the shower. The sink was broken from the wall and the door knob didn't work. My husband had to fix it. The toilet was actually was so close to the floor it took us forever to get off of it. They actually give you ear plugs for the noise of the ambulances and cops that screamed by every 5 minutes. I recommend go somewhere else.
- 2/5
I am not sure why this property has such a high rating. The room was hot, tiny for two double beds (no desk or table in it), extremely stuffy and the a/c was poor. It seemed quite grubby and is in need of a good cleaning and paint. I tried to phone down to get an ironing board and never got a response. Although the main lobby is kept in okay condition, everything else needs sprucing up. The front desk staff were very nice but I would not recommend it.
- 3/5
Staff is amazing very helpful and professional, the electronic check in and key card printer failed to work so staff had to let me in my room until they could send me a digital key which took several hours, that made it an inconvenience. The AC in the room did not work properly it would not put out any cold air.
- 2/5
We stayed at this hotel for two days and the AC was broken. The room was very warm and uncomfortable, especially at night. I called the front desk, and all they could do was offer me a mini desktop fan. There were no maintenance workers onsite to help. It was not a good stay at all. I will say, that the bar downstairs serves good food and drinks and the staff was very nice! I would not be staying here again.
- 3/5
No breakfast immediately available. A coffee shop on site and a pub/restaurant which opens at 11am. Hotel up a steep hill from metro station. Convenient for city amenities, but lots of homeless people about, particularly at night
- 5/5
Amazing staff and clean room
- 4/5
CONS: the hotel is old. There are a lot of wears and tears that are very visible. The room is super small and no space to sit. Being in downtown also make your surrounding very loud. You will definitely need earplug for sleeping. Overall, I am happy with my stay since it's only 1 night. Can't imagine myself stay for longer
- 3/5
Shower did not work for the first day,
- 4/5
AC not working Complained at the front Desk
- 3/5
The staff was very helpful. That said, the big problem was the non existent air conditioning. Apparently the air conditioning in the hotel doesn’t get turned on for the entire building till mid May. The weather outside was not that warm but the hotel rooms were VERY hot. We talked to other guests and they were having the same problem. We complained and a fan was delivered which helped but it was very uncomfortable. My husband asked for a discount on the price of the room and the manager gave him a 20% discount. However, since the reservation was not booked through the hotel we were told to contact Hotel.com to arrange for the discount. The hotel was aware of the air conditioning situation and went ahead and rented the room knowing full well that there would be a problem. In my opinion it was a clear case of misrepresentation. I can only hope that Hotel.com will help us get the 20% discount that we were promised.
- 3/5
The coffee shop below was excellent but the restaurant was awful..NO customer service. The lady working at the lobby was GREAT!
- 3/5
The air conditioner did not work and we were not told about when we checked in. We did not find out until we got to the room. We should have been told at check time n.
- 3/5
This is a very old hotel, there is not breakfast menu, you may go to the attached restaurant and purchase with a 10% discount, the air conditioning is like something I have not seen since the late 1970'a, no thermostat, a wall unit, with two dials
- 4/5
Staff was helpful. Location great for walking to sites. Room was tiny though.
- 2/5
The hotel only offers housekeeping certain days of the week. If you are there on a non-cleaning day and want clean towels and such, you need to pay $40. The hotel does not allow guests to set their own room temperature. Heat and air conditioning schedule is based on the calendar, not the actual temperature outside. They explain these restrictions by citing environmental concern, but the vibe one gets as a guest is that the hotel is on its last legs...
- 3/5
A/C does not blow cold air. mattress was stained. location is perfect walking distance to the pier and or the space needle. a couple blocks away from light rail in order to take to and from airport!! staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel and room were clean. Did not have breakfast at hotel. Id stay again for the price and location but the A/C is a huge issue. A few other guests asked if I had the same issue as well, seems common though out hotel.

Parking
- 3/5
It was very warm upstairs, the air did not work well. There was a musty smell in the room and hallway. Our room was extremely small and you had to sit on the toilet sideways it was so close to the wall. You need to walk down about six steps with your luggage to get to the elevator which us difficult when you are older and have packed for a cruise. We were there four years ago and it was a much nicer room.
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms.

AC was adequate
- 4/5
I didn’t use the limited breakfast for purchase but it looked adequate. Good location for walking to what I wanted to do. The facility was clean, the mattress very good and staff were friendly and helpful. The reason for giving 4 instead of 5 is the bathroom in my room is tiny, literally.
- 3/5
Room was very small and bathroom old but clean. Parking close and lower priced than near by hotels.
- 3/5
There was breakfast offered? No air, thin walls, directly across from elevator, cramped bathroom, no storage for toiletries and used towels.
- 2/5
Tv didn’t work, air conditioning wasn’t working. wasn’t much space in the rooms. Beds took up 50% of the room. No lock on the bathroom doors. No sitting chair/table. Just a small bedside table inbetween the 2 beds.
- 5/5
amazing hotel for a great price!
- 1/5
Air conditioning was not working It was very suffocating to stay
- 1/5
Continuing on, they told us to just open our window, we tried and it would not open. They sent someone up who using a long screwdriver was able to get it open but it would not stay open. So they propped it open 5” using the Kleenex container. We washed for a fan and they brought us a 9” fan with a 6’ cord BUT the closest outlet was 10’ away. Another call and they said they would call an electrician. I then asked how about a plug strip, they had one and sent it up. Okay so our room is beginning to cool down. However, with the window open the traffic was obnoxiously loud and we were right above a bus line. I can go on and on, but hopefully this is enough to give you an idea on why you will want to pass on this property. This property should not be an option in Expedia. Jim Washington
- 4/5
Staff was very accommodating and the location of this hotel was great.
- 5/5
Very lovely place to go, close to everything
- 3/5
Does not have air conditioning year-round and two of the five nights we stayed were warm for Seattle and uncomfortable. Very hard to sleep.
- 3/5
Stayed here for 3 nights, I like the Hotel and staff...down side was the email I received the first morning saying they would gladly clean the room for $40 each time! I understand things are tough in this industry, but maybe have that info on the booking not after the first night. Also $45.00 per night for parking, glad to pay it but didn't like the surprise when I was checking in.
- 2/5
AC wasn't working on a 80-degree day, and window won't open. When we told the staff, they sent up a mediocre fan that only circulated the hot air inside the room. It was like sleeping in a sauna, Location is great, but the stay was not comfortable at all.
- 4/5
Overall my stay as good. Couple things, the bathroom is very small and the toilet is in a corner. If you are a tall or large person this place may not be for you. I’m 5’2 and my knees almost touched the wall. The room never got cold even when I had the air on 50 so it was uncomfortably warm at times. It was maybe unseasonably warm for early May in Seattle so that might be part of the issue. Last thing there should a sign near the entrance of the cafe about the choices for the breakfast you can pay for as part of the room. The sign isn’t until you get to the counter and then you have to make a quick decision because people are filling up behind you. And it should be clearly noted that you can choose one from each category, I didn’t know that and it wasn’t clearly explained so one of my breakfast was just a sandwich when I could’ve gotten 2 more items.
- 1/5
This hotel is way more run down than we expected, AC didn’t work and windows don’t open so was warm and stuffy all night, sofa bed was awful and really not useable. Bar/restaurant attached to the hotel had good food and good service. Would not recommend this hotel to others.
- 2/5
Very low grade hotel. The positive is the location. Right in DT Seattle and 10 minute walk from Pike Place Market. The hotel itself is very old, the rooms are super tight and not well ventilated. My shower wasn’t working when I checked in.
- 5/5
Nice staff. Yummy breakfast.
- 2/5
Dirty common areas. Our AC in our room was broken, and upon entry to the room it was extremely uncomfortably hot. Unfriendly and rushing staff. Not a great experience, and ultimately a big regret when so hot and uncomfortable all night.
- 1/5
Breakfast very limited & greatly overpriced for what they offer. Do not take it
- 5/5
The staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful, you can ask them about anything and they will try to help you. The hotel also has like a cafe attached to it. Really good coffee and food if you want something simple! The room was clean
- 4/5
Small but clean rooms, perfect for being busy in Seattle.
- 2/5
I expected a lot more from this hotel. But I was super disappointed. Parking is difficult at best. A block away. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, I was given a fan. The bathroom is so small you couldn’t turn around. Seems more like a $99 dollar a night kinda of place. Not recommended!

AC didn’t work for my 3 night stay. Staff was friendly and nice but the property needs some updating. Price for the stay was reasonable.
- 4/5
Totally adequate and well located hotel. 4th Ave is noisy with sirens and the hotel could do with double glazing but otherwise fine. I would certainly go back.
- 5/5
Amazing experience! 10/10
- 4/5
Super helpful and accommodating staff! Wonderful location. Clean and nice space for a long weekend. Renovated rooms but can tell it’s an older property. Room cleaning not included
- 4/5
I stayed for one night a Friday night to watch a concert in a small venue and overall the experience was very good the room was small but adequate and quiet and cool. The bathroom was small but not a big issue the shower was fine. And I was awakened at 10:00 a.m. by a knock on the door from staff when check out I don't think it's still at least 11 or even noon but I don't think they should be knocking on the door but it was fine and the price was very good I would recommend not getting their parking and just you spot hero to get a spot just across the street at the Seattle Public Library it's about $20 cheaper than their parking which is a little further away and you know it's you use this check-in device in a kiosk so there is no interaction with the staff really
- 4/5
Room was smaller than expected, breakfast was not included in price, and there was a $45 fee to park overnight that was unexpected. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
plenty of hot water, comfy beds, wi-fi worked. Walls were thin, noises from other rooms was unpleasant, Bathroom door could not be closed and another couple we were traveling with had to complain about their sink falling off the wall. There was no laundry room and no laundromat nearby. If you wanted you room cleaned you waited seven days or paid a forty dollar fee. a/c didn't do much good. Needed more than one person at the front desk. Front desk, lobby area and restaurant/bar were quite nice
- 3/5
The property was good walking distance from everything we wanted to do downtown. It was difficult to figure out parking because each time we tried to call the hotel no one would answer. We wound up parking in the ACE parking structure which worked out. The AC in the room did not work and they stated because they did not have cooling turned on yet which made the room stuffy and there was no bathroom fan which also didn’t help. The front desk gave us a dusty fan which was hard to operate and the front desk workers never answered the phone when we called. The mattress was firm and there was a working keurig. We also found out if we wanted housekeeping that was an additional $40 charge but thankfully we did not need that. We will probably try staying elsewhere next time but it worked out for our short weekend trip.
- 3/5
Location is key walking distance to everything you need to see, rooms were small restroom smaller.
- 3/5
The first room we got was very small and not remodeled like the pictures I saw when I booked the hotel. The staff was amazing and was able to accommodate me and switched me rooms. The new room was much nicer, however the AC did not work and I had to sleep with the window open. I did report the AC however I’m assuming it slipped their mind. I also asked for fresh towels, and that was forgotten as well.
- 4/5
Clean but hotel needs updating.
- 3/5
Room is small and so is the restroom. No good city view only if you request a corner room wasn't aware. Small issues over all okay.

Room was very congested

Only small thing this time was the AC not sure if it was us or the AC unit but cold air was not coming out . But everything else amazing
- 4/5
The bathroom was very small and shower nozzle did not work properly. The bedroom lamp did not work, bulb was old
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff

Nothing that was really accommodating or that was exceptional. I would choose a different hotel next time. They tried to charge me double, but fixed it in the end, so that ended up okay.

- 2/5
Nothing on the site indicated that this hotel was not disability accessible. Parking is a half block away (uphill Seattle streets) and the elevator requires stairs to access.
- 5/5
Love staying here. Israel & Riley are the absolute best and they make our stay enjoyable every time.
- 4/5
I really enjoy staying in older, well-maintained properties when visiting downtown Seattle, and the Executive Hotel Pacific definitely fits that definition. This cool old building is definitely a timeless icon of of historic architecture, with an exterior façade that belongs in a black and white detective movie. The rooms (ours was on floor 2 facing 4th Avenue) are modest in size but full of character and charm. Everything was very clean and worked perfectly. Bathrooms are small by modern hotel standards but larger than bathrooms in similarly aged historic hotel buildings in Seattle. Beds are comfortable, but on the softer side, and included like six pillows! The hotel provided ear plugs as a free amenity and I was very thankful for that as a light sleeper (downtown Seattle wakes up earlier than me.) The true highlight of staying here was the staff: every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and sincere. In my book, that goes a long way towards influencing my choices next time I'm in Seattle. We love staying in older hotels and will definitely be back to the Executive Hotel Pacific in the future.
- 1/5
The room was covered in mold
- 2/5
The AC did nothing to keep the room cool. April isn’t exactly warm in Seattle, so I can’t imagine staying there during the summer months. The room was clean but very basic-get what you pay for there! The staff though were not very warm and welcoming.
- 4/5
The parking garage is also quite confusing. There’s not a way to pay for parking before checking in and there’s no places to park before checking in. So unless you find a spot to park despite the parking garage, it’ll be $50 unfortunately. There were cafes down stairs but the hours were varied and we didn’t eat there. Location is a good spot we felt safe and it was a quick walk to pike place.
- 4/5
Very close to most of the tourist attractions in the area

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was extremely friendly and helped me with perfect itinerary for the trip. Breakfast was made to order with a few selection of food items.
- 5/5
Worth coming back. Good job.
- 4/5
The room was spacious, which was nice. And had AC which was a must since you couldn't open any windows outside the one in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel was communicative prior to arrival via email and text. Room was a bit stuffy, and the hotel itself was a bit dated. But location was phenomenal - walking distance from everything we needed.
- 3/5
Restrooms are small. The charges on the rooms when you check in are a bit confusing. No smart TVs in the rooms. No hair dryers either.
- 3/5
I wouldn’t recommend to stay at this hotel. Very disorganized! The rooms are very small and heater doesn’t work.
- 4/5
The air conditioner didn't work on the 7th floor we had to open our window.
- 4/5
Our second time here, if you are handicapped and need a ramp, Beware! There are no ramps, only stairs, turned on tv at 9am and there was no signal, same thing happened 7 months earlier? Coincidence or conspiracy? They blew me up with text and emails about touchless check in, when we got there 1 kiosk was in Japanese and the other one was down 😔so don’t be surprised when you check in, hotel is old and a lot of wear marks BUT all in all it was clean, comfortable, convenient, had a Great Bar and Grill in house and a nice morning cafe, definitely recommend if wanting to explore downtown Seattle and the Market!
- 4/5
Great price and location. But was very chilly in the room when I went. Outside temperature was 45 Fahrenheit at night, 70-80 during the day and the room barely got warmer than 65. Showers were also pretty cold. I don't expect anyone to use the gym as it is too small. And the rooms themselves were also pretty small. But overall for the price and location I was very satisfied. Slept comfortably the whole stay.
- 3/5
Parts of the property are tired and in need of upgrading or repair (peeling wallpaper, rusty hinges in the bathroom, no venting or fan in the bathroom, etc.). Not deal breakers, but reflective of the price when compared to other properties.
- 5/5
There is no A/C so it is rather warm. So if you plan on staying cool bring your own fan. The 1 they gave me barely blew any air at all.
- 5/5
I absolutely loved the cafe underneath, such amazing little treats
- 3/5
The room was clean. However the bathroom window was crooked and couldn’t fully shut letting in flying bugs as there always no screen. There’s no bathroom fan so you have to proof that window open. We were there for 3 nights/4 days and requested towels the second day and there was a lot of confusion and couldn’t get ahold of anyone for a long time. Rooms are outdated but fair for the pricing. We got locked out of our rooms around 10am even tho check out was 11, so had to get a new key, no explanation or apology was given for that. Staff was nice enough. The bar downstairs is trash, the coffee wine bar is amazing. Oh the tv has barely any channels even tho the tv guide left in room says theirs HBO, that’s a lie.
- 5/5
I like the self check in. The room was a bit small but very clean with good amenities. The bed was excellent. The hotel is walking distance to the waterfront .
- 3/5
The room was clean but we were not happy about the fact that the room service was every 7 days and if you wanted your room cleaned during your stay and you were staying 3-4 days or so you had to pay $40. The coffee machine only makes Luke warm water/coffee. On our first night we found earplugs inside the sheets. Obviously they are not cleaning the rooms correctly. We won’t be staying there again.
- 1/5
Staff came into the room multiple times overnight and early morning. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Lobby kiosks wouldn’t work and the attendant was less than enthused to have to help customers. Paid for parking ahead of time and the attendant did not want to provide us with our parking pass that we had already paid for. We had stayed here in the past and enjoyed it. This trip was a mess from top to bottom.
- 1/5
Ghetto downtown, not the best.
- 3/5
You did fine. It’s a solid 3 star hotel. Rooms are small, bathroom small, housekeeping every 4 days which is fine with me. Don’t pay extra for corner room as not worth it socially the one on the two corner. The price is just right. I liked the location.
- 5/5
Small, clean rooms. Easy check in.
- 2/5
Second- and worst of all, there was a metal frame under the bed and for some reason a long metal stick was sticking out of it. Was originally covered by the large comforter so I didn’t notice it until our first morning when I hit it with my bare foot. The metal cut the top of my foot open and left me bruised-which sucked on the long walks throughout my trip. I called staff about 4 times for a first aid kit but no answer. I wrapped my foot in toilet paper and went to the nearest Walgreens. I get this place is trying to use technology and reduce interactions but when you needed an actual human it took some hunting down. Next, the bathroom door kept coming off the hinges, and it became such a pain that we stopped trying to close it- which meant zero privacy. Lastly, although I get it somewhat, there was no AC despite being listed. It was 80+ degrees in the room which was uncomfortable for me and my wife. We did eventually get a fan from staff that brought it down to 76. Still not ideal. The location is great, but that’s it
- 1/5
The hotel worker a Mexican man with a deep tan complexion, large middle region and tiny small legs had stolen my car rental keys. He pretended to be helpful & parked our car and never gave them back. Had a very sneaky vibe with dark eyes. Please do not trust him. I wouldn’t trust the other workers there. They will pretend to give “free parking” and pretend to park your car just so you can get a ticket and owe the rental company who they are in kahoots with.
- 5/5
Great budget hotel
- 5/5
The staff so kind and helpful
- 5/5
Staff, the receptionist either day and nights shift are so kind and helpful. The room so clean, the hotel close to any place that on my lists to go. I’m so happy to choose this hotel. I’m traveling all the way from New Hampshire bytheway
- 5/5
Great service, room was super cute clean. Definitely recommend this place.
- 4/5
Good location, reasonable restaurant in the hotel (1928), friendly staff
- 4/5
Staff was great. Bed was super comfy. The window was super flimsy and the outside noise was intense. Also anytime someone closed a door in the hallway it slammed.....fix the door swing up top and that solves it. The staff couldn't have been better and Fara(sp) at the front desk and Israel were awesome!!
- 3/5
Needs a refresh and repairs and some proper cleaning and tightening of hardware. If your out all day and need a budget stay then this would be the hotel.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was very nice!
- 5/5
Was a great experience
- 4/5
The staff are amazing - kind, polite, friendly, and efficient. I appreciated the very central location and close proximity to transit, restaurants, shopping and attractions. The room was very clean, and for being so central, was fairly quiet. I also liked that there was a little coffee shop downstairs. I didn’t get the breakfast, but appreciated the hotel discount on my coffee and pastry. I also appreciated that they were able to hold my luggage for me on the day I checked out. The bathroom was squeaky clean, but the toilet was oddly located and kind of hard to use (not much space). There were also a couple small sets of stairs. Still, I’ll go back, but maybe ask for an accessible room.
- 4/5
Big room nice people
- 5/5
Great location to downtown. Staff was very nice.
- 3/5
lo
- 4/5
Very nice hotel. Room was decent. Parking was a bit of a pain but worked out
- 2/5
Hotel is getting run down, not as clean as previous stays. Valet parking is now self parking for the same price.
- 4/5
Overall the location is great, shower warmed up fast, and breakfast was yummy. Would consider staying again.
- 3/5
However, location is great, especially for the Super Bowl parade. Rooms are priced well & parking at the library was cheap! Plus, dog friendly :)
- 5/5
Fast friendly checking check in and out. $40 parking, with some effort and a small stroll we found street parking. Super walkable location!
- 4/5
Super happy I found this place for the price. It’s unbeatable especially the location. I felt safe walking around at night and close to all bus and Metro stops. It’s never more than half an hour walk to all the major tourist spots of museums. Not the biggest fan of the self check in and check out computers, but their customer service is outstanding. Had an issue with the size of the bathroom and toilet layout it was in an and toilet layout it was in a really weird corner and they went above and beyond to switch out my room. I stay there four nights and I would definitely stay again very clean and nice rooms and the café and restaurant in the building is also decent.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, pet friendly. Overall great experience.
- 3/5
The room was fairly small and outdated. The caulking in the bathroom was moldy (most likely due to the lack of bathroom fan). We attempted to use the AC unit but it wasn't working. We got a good deal on the room which is why I gave it a 3-star rating.
- 4/5
Clean room. Seems like a new bed. Convenient location to International District/Chinatown, all the Piers, Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Capitol Hill, transportation to Bellevue, Light Rail Link. & all buses. On-site 1928 Tap & Grill (restaurant/bar) & Pacific Provisions Cafe. Located on hill looking down to the ocean - piers. Online/ kiosk check-in and out. Gym with water dispenser; no need to buy water seperately. Small refregerator in the room. Single coffee maker. Only negative is there is no dresser/closet. Stayed for four nights & did not have a place to put our clothing.
- 4/5
Everything was nice
- 5/5
Will choose to stay again at this hotel. Thank you.
- 1/5
Staff sucked. Don’t know what there doing and doesn’t help the customers!!!!!!!!
- 2/5
Also- the water pressure for the shower is terrible. The water pressure was terrible to actually take showers.
- 5/5
Room was clean, good service by staff. Recommend.
- 5/5
Executive Hotel Pacific it’s a gem, and more Riley a staff member who went above and beyond my expectations. He was really friendly, making sure everything was always taken care of. I would absolutely be back.
- 3/5
Rooms were
- 5/5
Israel attended to me in a very courteous manner. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you 🙏
- 2/5
The room was nothing like the photos. The bathroom sink cabinet was falling apart. The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning didn’t have any settings that made sense. The bathroom was the size of a closet. You couldn’t open the door and use any portion of the bathroom at the same time. The shower tub had a large brown ring around the drain. The water pressure was non existent in the shower. They also had construction going on at the front desk during check-in and the saw was being run without any sound or material barrier towards the guests.
- 4/5
The room was clean and staff was helpful. The restaurant and the bar sucked and was expensive.
- 3/5
Fridge door was broken. Opened itself during the night. All food had to be thrown away
- 5/5
Great view of the parade decent room though small
- 2/5
No hot water for shower, no parking and no advice on where to park.
- 3/5
This hotel is pretty run down. Hallways and carpet have a stale smoke smell. Our bathroom was very “rustic”. The room had about 20 layers of paint, lots of patch work. I will say the bed was very comfortable. We had a corner room and it was incredibly noisy. Sirens all night, lots of traffic noise. We also noticed some pretty sketch guests at the hotel. This was one of the cheapest downtown Seattle options when we booked so I guess you get what you pay for.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, closed to everything with walking distance. Self checking and easy access to public transportation such Amtrack and others.
- 4/5
The location was perfect. We came in for the Superbowl parade last minute, but location was amazing. Easy walk to the Stadium, ferry and Pikes place. Everything we needed to do was within walking distance, which was a huge plus. The rooms are on the smaller side and very basic. Out of date but served the purpose of a place to sleep. There also was no dresser to unpack our things which was definitely a con seeing as the rooms are so small hard to navigate open luggage in there. The breakfast was to expensive per night so we just went elsewhere. But the staff was extremely kind in the lobby, coffee shop and restaurant. Thank you for your hospitality!!
- 3/5
Staff was fine, room had broken lamps toil
- 2/5
No parking
- 5/5
Staff were helpful, room was a goid size. Location was excellent.
- 3/5
Mediocre
- 5/5
It was great stay because of staff
- 3/5
Great location, close to everything nearby restaurants. Only thing is no housekeeping daily. Other than that great service, great staff!
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
The staff was great. The room was clean. You can tell it’s an older hotel but they have done a nice job to keep it looking and smelling nice. I loved the comfortable lobby and the coffee shop down the stairs from the hotel was an added bonus
- 3/5
The room was fine but it could have been cleaner. This hotel showed up in a search for PARKING. This hotel does not have parking at their location. It's diagonal across the street in an underground. It's not convenient. Also, their check in parking area is very limited too. Three spaces on the street is not enough especially when staff consistently use one of the spots. Parking also costs an extra $35-40. This hotel should not advertise that it has parking.
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
Was pretty good guy at gront named israel helped us clean room good service
- 1/5
Staff was never helpful. No service to speak of. They don’t clean the room, change the sheets, empty the trash or bring fresh towels unless you request it for an additional $40 per day. Room is very small, water pressure is non existent and the lobby if old and tired.
- 5/5
Israel had attended to us perfectly when there was a leak in the ceiling he went above and beyond to accommodate us and keep us as loyal customers that deserves an honorable mention what an amazing staff person
- 3/5
The hotel is a great location and has decent amenities, but unfortunately the room was uncomfortably hot, as they turn the air conditioners off for half the year, and even leaving the window open as far as it would go the entire time didn’t cool it down enough. Unfortunately a deal breaker for us moving forward!
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay here, room is not crazy big but just the perfect size for my solo trip.
- 5/5
Very pleasant!
- 3/5
No AC in the months of October-April. Rooms are very old, bathrooms are cramped-like you need to sit at an angel to use the toilet, mold/mildew smell in the room. They will clean the room once every 7 days or you can request a cleaning for $40, kinda annoying but it is one of the cheaper hotels in the city so I can see why. VERY THIN WALLS, you will literally think someone is using the bathroom in your room, opening the door to your room and coming in and out of your room. Parking is $40 a day also. Lobby, most employees and the Provisions cafe were the only good part of the hotel
- 5/5
Clean and convenient. Good value for the price.
- 4/5
Room and staff
- 5/5
Staff very welcoming & helpful. The location is fab. Right next door to the Rem Koolhaas designed Seattle Public Library. Best architecture in Seattle imo!
- 3/5
Room was clean, but very humid and warm.
- 3/5
Room smelled like smoke very dusty staff was hiod
- 5/5
Clean room, great service, excellent location
- 5/5
Clean room, quick check in, perfect location.
- 5/5
The room was clean, great location.
- 2/5
Food at the hotel was not good and overly priced.
- 1/5
Very bad and small room, not good behavior of staff
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and good value for the price.
- 5/5
Great room easy check in close parking. will stay again
- 5/5
Staff is great room very clean. There are steep hills and multiple steps to enter the building. Parking challenging steps and hills. Anyone with the slightest of mobility issues steer clear
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Room was small but ok, $40 for housekeeping to come and not handicap friendly at all (stairs to get to main elevators). Just keep
- 4/5
Room was nice. Very small. Someone was smoking marijuana a lot and that wasn't very pleasant. I spoke with staff, however they couldn't figure out who. It was bad enough to wake me up.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed the stay and it's close to the train station which was our main priority.
- 2/5
The room was neglected. Did not feel the room was ready to be booked. Plaster coming off the wall, TV only getting limited channels, bathroom missing shelves and we thought the bathroom sink was going to fall off. Room 509
- 5/5
Great location and service for a great price!
- 3/5
Average stay
- 3/5
Good location, no cleaning services, unless you want to pay additional.
- 2/5
I apologized to my partner several times but still if it was only me I couldn’t leave a better review it just wasn’t it. Such a bummer.
- 5/5
Love this place! Big, clean room with everything you could possibly need! Amazing service too!
- 2/5
This hotel has a great location. The downfall is that it’s old and my opinion in need of some room renovation. It was not hard to miss the amount of dust inside the room. On a positive note, the staffs were helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
Solid hotel. Nothing fancy but clean tidy and friendly staff. Convenient to have a coffee bar and restaurant located below
- 5/5
Great location amazing staff!
- 3/5
Room was clean and neat. Felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Great location and great price.
- 5/5
Kumar was excellent attendant or receptionist but he really handle me patiently I really giving him 2 thumbs up Appreciate him & the rest of the crew of the hotel
- 1/5
Cold water. Toilet didn’t flush. Dirty
- 5/5
Room was clean and was a great place to crash. Thank you for the early check-in and great customer service.
- 1/5
No front desk staff, so online self check-in and no one to get local recommendations from. Moldy shower. Exposed bolts and hardware on toilet. Window was bowed and warped so did not fully close let alone lock, causing the room to be below freezing the entire stay. No housekeeping, is an extra charge. It’s misrepresented online. Stay elsewhere.
- 4/5
Welcoming staff was great, even though the rooms we’re not ready. Rooms were clean the enmities are good.
- 5/5
The room was super clean, the staff was really friendly. I had a non hotel related issue and Riley at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The staff really are wonderful there!
- 5/5
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable.
- 1/5
Yes the room was very bad tout the point we didn’t take shower.
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful, very helpful.
- 1/5
Building was really old. Carpets were not very clean. Very small closet space. There was a roof leak in our bathroom on our first day. We came back to our room and the bathroom floor is completely wet. We had to be moved rooms because of the water leak on a different floor away from our kids.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, helpful staff, great location!
- 4/5
The room was suitable for a 1 week stay.
- 5/5
I did not like, self check in and check out. That just seems like laziness. Other than that, great facility and location. Room was small but had everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Another great stay in this classic Seattle hotel. As usual: enjoyed our visit.
- 3/5
The staff was courteous, the room was clean however, the window was in need of repair and it was a bit noisy, but overall met our needs
- 4/5
Location was great, parking was extra $50.
- 5/5
Value and location.
- 5/5
This room was so fun and we loved it. Got it for the pull out couch and it was actually broken but they did bring in two roll away beds and that worked great. It was roomy and and spacious for 5
- 5/5
Staff was really good nice and clean room
- 4/5
Great little rooms. Location great
- 5/5
Location location location
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean if we needed any thing for our room was made available.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly an helpful but the communication was bad as far as getting service when you are in a room due to the newly renovation they are upgrading in the systems so it was hard to process that part for me but overall I was still helped with my needs an questions:)
- 4/5
The bed was comfortable, room clean. Cant ask for more.
- 5/5
The rooms are comfortable.
- 3/5
Ok
- 4/5
According to photos expecitng room size to be bigger than what was shown.
- 4/5
Computer check in
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Everything was grand
- 5/5
Always a great stay
- 5/5
Very good stay. Great location. Front desk was not very friendly and accommodating. Over all very nice place.
- 1/5
No WiFi and very noisy
- 5/5
I didn't eat breakfast
- 4/5
Helpful staff.
- 4/5
Courteous staff, weird check in process though and they charge $45 for parking. The room was clean, tiny though. All in all, not bad for a downtown hotel in Seattle.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
I had a good stay for 2 days. It is one of the more reasonable options in the downtown area.
- 4/5
The hotel and the room were very clean. Great location
- 4/5
Staff is nice, room was clean, soft beds, hot water
- 5/5
I had a good experience. Pros: the room was clean, the staff members were very friendly (I loved that some of them spoke Spanish), and the hotel is also in a great location in downtown Seattle.
- 5/5
The room was awesome and had a great view, too. Staff is always courteous. Thank you .
- 4/5
Yes.
- 5/5
Room clean
- 3/5
Billing
- 3/5
Room was good, staff very helpful. Only issue was excessive noise from room next door.
- 5/5
Easy check in. Staff were very helpful and friendly
- 5/5
Staff was helpful
- 5/5
Clean and very nice rooms. I thought it was going ro compare to a motel 6 because the price was cheap but I was completelyy worng.. these are upgraded and nice rooms. Israel was very helpful. My thoughts were the price of the room was due to the size but that didnt matter. I didnt come here to stay in the room all day.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Food options were awesome and location was perfect.
- 4/5
The staff was great, the location was perfect, the room was definitely dated, they try their best, but it’s definitely dated to some people’s liking. But for the cost and quality it was fine for us. It was safe and the room was clean
- 3/5
Hotel is quite old and in need of repairs but the staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was not very clean at all but I was only there one night and left the next morning.
- 5/5
Clean easy check in quiet
- 4/5
Elevator was extremely slow.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The staff was hrlpfull and attentive.Im a senoir citizen and staff were accomadating. This was a return to trip to the hotel .I found everything above average at a great price point. ANTHONY DANIELS
- 5/5
Stayed twice for one night in just 3 days. Rooms are compact, but comfortable. On one stay had a shower rather than a bath tub wich was very welcome. Beware that the elevators in the lobby are six steps below the main entrance. There is no ramp to roll your luggage nor, in my case, my walker. Had to ask for assistance from hotel staff to carry luggage and walker up and down stairs.
- 4/5
The hotel is very nice! Food and drinks are conveniently in the hotel. Rooms are not as quiet as i am used to but over all a good stay.
- 3/5
Room is basic nothing special. Was nice to get a discount at the bar but bad and slow service there.
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 5/5
It's always a pleasant & welcoming stay , thanks
- 4/5
Good Bed, clean room and bathroom, the walls are thin 'tho. I heard a dog barking for 2 hrs, so I guess they let pets in there to stay too. I would stay again. Excellent location, it really can't be beat for that alone. Everything significant is in a 5 to 10bmin walking range.
- 5/5
Clean, great staff, and easy to get anywhere by bus or Link.
- 3/5
Our group booked 4 rooms and we all stayed for one night. Our room was fairly clean but outdated and smelled musty. It's good for 1-2 nights maybe a bit longer if you're not picky. What this hotel has going for is the location, value, and customer service.
- 2/5
the hotel is shabby. the people in the next room kept me awake for hours. one elevator didnt work and the other took forever to use with all guests and staff using it.
- 5/5
Isreal was fantastic!
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay.
- 3/5
The water from the shower head sprayed right back at the fan in the bathroom. Maybe thats why it didn't work? It was a pretty rough room in general. Just old and beat up and dirty. BUT It was a super convenient location, and the staff was super kind. And the sheets were clean. and really i just needed a bed for the night. But ehhhh wouldnt stay here again
- 2/5
Living room TV wasnt working, old smell, washroom wasnt cleaned properly.
- 5/5
The room was a perfect size, the hotel was in excellent spot, overall the hotel was great.
- 3/5
There was missing shower door, the bathroom door would not shut unlessnyou locked it. The toilet was extremely loud when you flushed it. There was no microwave. The heater/ac did not work. The room was extremely hot and the fan would not cool the room down. Walls are super thin and can hear everything. I paid the extra $25 thinking i wouldnt have to pay for my breakfast and only getting 10% off is not ok.
- 5/5
Nice rooms for the price. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
Initially ok but once in bed for the night, discovered that the fan blew hot air even when temp set at 50. Had to turn fan off so air was too warm and not very comfortable in the room. I let them know in the mornings. I hope the next person that occupies 815 fares better. Otherwise a decent place for the price.
- 5/5
Israel from the front desk was accommodating from the start. Had a small mishap and he was on top of it to get it fixed. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
- 3/5
I booked for a King Suite, we were put in a room with a Queen bed. The door to our room was not properly sealed, light came in all around. While the bed itself was decently comfortable, there was very little room to maneuver around it. The floor to the bathroom was raised approximately half an inch above the carpeted flooring causing me to catch my toes on more than one occasion. The bathroom was incredibly tight, definitely not up to ADA standards. Every time I sat on the toilet, my right shoulder hit the toilet paper holder on the wall. Very little space for even the most basic of toiletry necessities. The shower head lack of water pressure made washing my hair challenging. Just standing in the tub with my feet shoulder width apart had my feet going up the sides of the tubs. And black mold around the bathroom window. Will be booking elsewhere in the future.
- 5/5
The experience was charming when we arrived. Then the rooms were clean and comfortable with a Keurig coffee maker.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Excellent 👌
- 5/5
Clean room in central location.
- 3/5
Friendly staff, cute hotel. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable enough and clean. Be prepared to hear noise since you are in the city but that is the trade off for being in the city.
- 5/5
Best price for money great over all hotel stay
- 5/5
It was m, as always, a gem in downtown. Easy to get to and warm and clean inside. The staff were very friendly. Kumar was helpful on my last day as well. This is where I almost always go in Seattle and will go back!
- 5/5
Nice staff. Room was great
- 5/5
The room was comfortable, clean, staff accommodating and friendly. Location excellent
- 5/5
The staff was amazing. The hotel was clean, organized and close to downtown.
- 5/5
Excellent 👌
- 4/5
No staff. It was more of self service
- 5/5
Check on was smooth and staff helpful
- 5/5
FANTASTIC BED !!!
- 2/5
Excellent location.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay
- 4/5
Room has good space, good bathroom and great staff
- 5/5
The bathroom was on the smaller size, but the amenities were great. We enjoyed the restaurant in the building too.
- 4/5
My stay at this hotel was okay overall. What really stood out was the front desk guy—he was very friendly and helpful. I arrived in the early morning hours, and he took great care of me. I really appreciated the good service at that time of night.
- 5/5
Isreal, was so kind and accommodating. The staff went above and beyond.
- 1/5
The shower was broken and hard to use, also no microwave to heat things up
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, great location, beautiful Hotel, perfect for the weary traveler, and the bed was so comfortable
- 4/5
overall good. reasonable rate for downtown, but rooms are average. all done was white paint all over the room to look renovated.
- 5/5
Super helpful and friendly staff. Provided great recommendations for dinner.
- 3/5
Room was extremely hot and AC did not work, our view was a homeless camp
- 5/5
The room showed some wear, but everything worked. Normally I’d give four stars, but the room was an incredible bargain given the location
- 5/5
Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay there n look forward to staying there again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff!!!!
- 5/5
No contact check-in, but there was some in the lobby to assist. Needed room key to operate elevator, which is a nice touch. Room was well appointed with multiple plugs and USB ports. Desk, chair, safe, microwave, fridge. Coffee maker but only decaffeinated available. Attached restaurant / bar with very good food.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. Easy check in check out.
- 4/5
Great budget place for a quick Seattle weekend! We went to a game so it was convenient and close to Lumen Field. The staff was very nice and helpful! The decor is nice. I liked the ambience. There is a quiet lounge on the second floor, its cute, you can miss it if you just go right in and take the elevator. Room was clean. The beda are comfortable. The walls are thin so if you have sensitive hearing you're gonna hear the other rooms. They do give you earplugs. Overall good choice if you're watching your money as it does the trick. We had a good trip..

The staff at the lobby were amazing and so helpful and happy !! I'm not sure what his name was but his energy was amazing and just made everyone feel good. Especially after a long day of travel and traffic. The hotel is older so it has its own special charm. The bed was so comfortable. Great location and easy to get to right off the highway. Would recommend!!

Room was decent, small but good. Only issue was was told during check in we could stay parked in parking until after football game but when checking out was told that was not the case. But overall, a good stay.

For the price, I expected at least basic comfort and hygiene. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both. I would not recommend staying here.

The lady at counter to check us in went above and beyond, upgraded us, gave us wine, glasses and snack pack. She was curtious.

The staff was really nice. The room was spotless. I saw a cafe, a lounge, and an exercise room on the way in. The bathroom had an actual tub, which is a big plus in my book. The toilet was one of these power-flush deals. Maybe it's a guy thing, but when that thing flushed.. it's like it's banishing your excretions to the darkest circles of hell, never to be seen again. My only complaint is the $100 fee for losing the key card. Not cool man. Still, it's a pretty nice place, overall.

Old and run down. The price doesn’t reflect what you are paying for unfortunately

I stayed here alone and I didn’t have guest. However I found a pair of dirty men underwear wrapped in the duvet/comforter. I let the front desk know immediately and I provided a photo. They showed such a lack of concern. I was absolutely disappointed and I will not stay here again.

The room was great they had no handi cap entry no matter were you are you can not access an elevator untill you climb stairs 1dt.. so no walkers and definitely no wheelchair access. Hope this helps with your travels. But if you book with them and you tell them prior to checking in then they will refundor let you out of anything saying you want a room there thankfully.when the usually do not let you out of your reservation plus I used hotels.come and only paid about 74

When we arrived the young lady asked how long we’re staying because certain parking spots weren’t safe! Then she proceeded to check us in. We went to our room which was a “ superior queen “ was extremely small. The walls had something black all over them, mold in the bathroom and I was there for a medical procedure. When we went back downstairs to inform the front desk we weren’t offered another room or anything. I’d very much appreciate a full refund for that night.

Parking is weird because you have to use private lots in the area but desk staff don't know much about it. Not very helpful for travellers.

Good location. No cleaning service for free unless you pay

The only issue we had was the room only had one chair. Being seniors sitting on the bed is not a great option. We requested another chair but none were available. Were told all rooms only have one chair.

Always have a good time un Seattle and this is my go to hotel. Great service, clean rooms. Close to the Market and great little shops all around.

Our room spelled like cigarettes, which was frustraing since we had a baby with us. Pur room was great otherwise, though I wish that 1 bedroom meant there would be a door

This hotel served it's purpose and was fine, but not great. Pros: It was in a great location and a fine place to stay for one night, arriving late and leaving hotel early for a client breakfast across the street at the Fairmont the next morning. Digital check-in and check out was self-service, but very easy. Price point was good. Cons: otel itself was a bit tired (frayed shower curtain, some chips in bathroom and on walls/ceilings, few electrical plugs to be found in room, very small rooms (felt like NYC) etc). Walls were also thin, and it was noisy from other rooms. All that said, no major complaints, just would probably upgrade to stay at a higher-end property in the future.

The room was clean, the staff was nice and helpful, the location was great and the little cafe and restaurant were great too. Overall a100% recommend.

the best part was the staff, especially Israel. he was SO helpful the whole time- helped with our luggage, brought us robes, slippers, and even a microwave for the room. and, showed us the amenities offered at the hotel. we asked if they had a laundry room (they didn’t), but he still suggested a laundry pickup service. he was super friendly and really made our stay better. honestly, 10/10 experience. would for sure stay again.
