As always, the room was spotless and well appointed. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was awesome. Parking being $20/day is pretty high considering where this hotel is located, and having three elevators but only one in operation were downsides, but I always have a good stay at Embassy Suites.
- 3/5
Upon check in, we should have been informed of this before agreeing to a room on the top floor. The room itself was normal for this chain, nothing special. The happy hour was pathetic. Would not stay here again.

I always like coming here, the rooms are large and spacious Construction noise and dust

The staff are doing the best they can with what they have .. the good ? Breakfast and the evening reception the bad ? Everything is broken. My guess is this is a cruise package hotel lots of cruise guests that stay for a day so maybe if that's your plan this hotel will be fine . We a family of 4 stayed 6 days. They charge $25 per night for parking when no other hotel in the area charges for parking. The pool was closed unexpectedly, the jacuzzi was under renovation and will be until December. Only 1/3 elevators worked and staff blamed it on kids but in my 6 days the other 2 never worked. The glass doors to the front entrance was off the track for a while and the 2 washers /dryers they have only half worked. I've stayed with Hilton specifically embassy suites all over the country for years and never stayed at one as run down as this. For what I spent I could've stayed downtown Seattle. Save your money and book anywhere else unless it's for 1 night only and you don't mind taking the stairs during high traffic times.

I love embassy suites. I always prefer to stay in embassy suites during my vacations. Unfortunately this property will change my view. The property management is below average. Only after we started to stay here, we were notified that the pool and the elevators are under maintenance. The pool was closed for all the days of my stay which is very disappointing.
- 4/5
Great personable staff I cold day before I arrived to verify that construction on Hotel would not affect the pool of breakfast.. i was told they would not be affected, but the hot tub was broken. When I arrived the next day the pool had a closed sign on it. I was looking forward to th a t and it was not available.
- 3/5
Room was great, breakfast was great, staff was helpful. Only had two issues out of our one night stay. Only had one working elevator out of three. Hotel is eight floors and lots of people coming in and it made for long wait time. The pool also had to close but that wasn’t really an issue. Would recommend this place again.

The breakfast was very good Staff could care less clients were happy or not. They charge for the shuttle from the airport. Happy hour was very mediocre Chairs were torn and worn everywhere. Not a good look, and very uncomfortable. Used towels were on the floor when we arrived in our room

We were very disappointed to learn that the pool was down and also out of 3 elevators only one was working on a busy memorial weekend which made it very difficult inconvenience. they should have taken care of this problem fast
- 3/5
The staff was very nice and helpful. The negative thing was that the pool was not open. My 2 kids were really disapointed. I wish I knew that before I booked this. It would have been nice to know that information, so that guests can decide if they want to stay or not. Posting it on the website would be helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, quiet I am being careful not to compare this place to what Embassy Suites once was, as this is far from that great place. Only one of three elevators was operational, and the hot tub was closed. They said it was due to a "big renovation", but the situation was the same last year when I stayed there. One of three ice machines was not working. The bed is at least 12" too high. I am 6' high, and had to jump up to get into bed. And forget about sitting on it to get dressed! I had to run the water full-blast for 3-4 minutes to get any hot water. And be sure to add $25 per night for parking (per car if multiple). There are better values in the immediate area.

Property was very worn and tired. Only one working elevator and no ice/vending on several floors. Peloton bike in fitness area did not work and was unusable.

The breakfast was great! The restaurant wasn't open when we went. Only one of the elevators waa qorking, but overall the hotel was great.
- 5/5
Welcoming staff got us checked in and promptly let us know about their happy hour that was happening at that time, plus all the details we needed about breakfast and other amenities. Rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious as always. Elevators were slow and possibly being worked on, took a stairwell from 2nd floor and couldn't get into lobby (we like taking the stairs when possible), parking at $25/night a bit pricey. Overall though it was a great stay and I'd stay again.
- 4/5
Property under renovation, which should be posted before you decide to book there, one elevator for 8 floors.
- 3/5
Only one elevator was working (of three), and with no public stairs, it was clogging up the line the whole trip. Pool was too small with how busy it was and the hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was pretty good, everything was pretty clean, making the overall stay okay/decent.
- 4/5
Room was newly updated we only stayed one night so didn’t use the amenities. The 2 free drinks were nice to unwind after our travel time .
- 5/5
It was very clean The person that checks us in, didn’t tell us how to to the room or that we need cards for breakfast in morning, I overheard someone asked for breakfast cards. but when I ask for the cards I was told they ran out and that we would not need it that We just needed to give the number if they requested the cards. Then in the morning the lady at the omelette bar ask for the card and I told her what the front counter said and she didn’t believe me. She gave me a weird look. I was very embarrassed. She didn’t even ask the people behind me for their passes for breakfast. I gave my room number and she ask me if I had the room key. Very awkward moment.

Yes, the breakfast was fresh & offered a variety of selections. The bar tenders at evening reception had a well stocked bar. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice clean room, very helpful staff
- 3/5
Hotel had a little remodel happening and the pool was just reopened which they were unsure about. Room description was inaccurate, not queen beds they were doubles. Only 1 Check-in staff so they were a little stressed but still friendly. Other front desk staff later in the evening were very friendly and helpful getting our DoorDash to us. Room was clean, comfortable and work for our 1 night stay. Breakfast service was okay.
- 3/5
I know this hotel is in the middle of a renovation but to see the pool was down was sad. The room was clean and enough space for my group. The in breakfast for the morning in the main lobby was great. Definitely a different type of lay out.
- 1/5
Staff was not nice
- 2/5
The pool was broken, and I wasn’t even informed during check-in, which kind of ruin the stay for the kids. There’s a ton of construction going on in the hotel. There’s three elevators and only one of them was operational and no service elevator for the construction workers to use so a way to get from any floor to the main floor was 10 to 15 minutes. The stairs are only usable for an emergency once you get to the main floor there’s a door with an alarm that goes outside so couldn’t even resort to use in stairs with the elevators being down. There were sugar ants all over our room. The breakfast offered was pretty much the only great thing about this stay!
- 4/5
Swimming pool and hotbtub both closed. Would have appreciated a heads up as our plan was to use both. Parking prices are ridiculous!
- 5/5
I appreciate the clean room and the clean property. Very quiet and peaceful. Location of the bar and selection of wines were great.Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we left on Saturday and our plane flew out before we got to appreciate the breakfast bar.

- 4/5
Staff was friendly and the food/drinks were good. One elevator was working and the pool was closed (which is a big bummer when you have kids). There was nothing noted about the pool being closed so that was frustrating.
- 1/5
Only 1 of 3 elevators were functional. Everytime we needed one, we waited for it to go up and down mulitple times before we could get on. Another guest said he's been staying there off and on for 6 months and they haven't worked the whole time he's been there. The pool was also closed our entire stay. Not worth the high price given these things. We won't be back.
- 2/5
$25 daily parking fee needs to be disclosed up front
- 2/5
Breakfast menu was fresh and good. Room was clean. $25 hidden parking fee wasn’t disclosed up front. I would have booked an entire week here but the assistant manager wouldn’t budge on the fee. I probably will not stay at this location again. I stay at Hilton property locations all over the US. Mgmt needs some coaching from upper leadership here…

- 4/5
Quiet and safe / close to airport - maybe 5 minutes. Perfect location.
- 3/5
Room was basic you can tell it needs updating. Some of the lamps had some small dark spots on it I hope it wasn’t bed bugs I took pictures. The bathroom looked dirty almost like they didn’t even change out the toilet paper roll it looked used. They had 3 elevators and 2 of them were down so it took about 10 minutes for the elevator to come for us. During check out it was even worse. The breakfast was maybe a 5/10 the eggs seemed undercooked and the rest of the breakfast was just mediocre. I think this will be the last time we stay here I would rather pay more for something nicer.
- 1/5
We were not told the property was under renovation. We did not have hot water and electricity was off most the day. They never informed us this would happen when we checked in also the pool was out of order and that was the main reason we booked this hotel with kids. They had only one elevator working and it was impossible to get on the elevator because the construction crew was using it the whole time
- 1/5
This place is awful. They only had one elevator that was working. They didn’t tell us the pool was out of service. There was fighting in the hallway at 2am. The only thing that was good about the one night stay was I got reimbursed for my reservation and the office staff was very helpful.
- 4/5
.
- 1/5
Lady at the front counter was very rude. She didn't even acknowledge my birthday, and I go there every year. Pool was closed so ly kids went home. They didn't tell us they were under construction. So mad from the time I got there. Will be calling to file a formal complaint.
- 2/5
Breakfast juices were severely watered down. Scrambled Eggs were runny and without flavor. Area was very clean. Pull out sofa bedding was dirty. Only 1 working elevator that was used for guests and construction crew. Took forever to get back and forth. Construction at 7 am waking my family up.
- 1/5
Wouldn't stay here again.
- 1/5
The hotel is under renovation. The pool isn't open. Only one of their three elevators works. Staff are unresponsive and not service-minded.
- 1/5
We decided to stay here again because 3 years ago it was really nice. But we this time around was horrible the couch/bed cut my friend hand and then he said their was springs sticking out. Only one elevator working. Waited 3 times for it to come by and each time it was so full! Finally had to use the stairs to end up behind the kitchen staff.
- 5/5
Complimentary drinks
- 4/5
The suites are spacious and perfect for families—definitely nice to have extra room when traveling with kids. Price was also really reasonable compared to staying closer to Seattle, so it felt like a good value. Only downside was the pool being closed 😞 That was honestly a big disappointment since the kids were really looking forward to swimming. If that’s important for your trip, maybe double check before booking. Breakfast was decent—not amazing but good enough to start the day before heading out. Overall: great space and value for families, but missing that pool definitely affected the experience.
- 3/5
Complimentary evening beverage was nice. Negatives: upon checking-in the front desk agent assigned us to a room with another guest already inside. They were quick to remedy this and assign us to a new room. **The pool is closed!**The pool heater is broken and won’t be repaired until April. The hot tub is drained. We were informed that we could swim in the pool at our own choosing but the water would be cold. Only 1 out of 3 elevators in service. With a hotel this size, it made for long wait times and crowded, slow trips up and down. Evening reception snacks were lacking; chips , crackers, and cheese, (rice crackers were stale). The rooms are being renovated. Construction taking place throughout the day. Workers hauling materials and furniture had to use the same working elevator as the guests. Guests are informed there may be intermittent water and/or electrical interruptions. If we make this trip again, we would choose to stay at a different property all together.
- 3/5
Only one elevator was working and the pool/hot tub were not open. Also, there was an altercation at ~2am on our first night where we were awoken to someone screaming and yelling... it was very disturbing and scary. Police were on scene and spent about an hour resolving the situation. The incident happened a floor above us, and due to the atrium style you could hear/see everything.
- 5/5
We had a late check in at midnight and the system was down. The two ladies at the front desk informed us and was able to turnaround the issue and got us checked in. The rest of our stay was perfect.
- 4/5
My only two complaints about the property is that there was only one of three elevators working when I arrived. Second complaint is that if you get a room close to the elevators, be prepared to hear them going up and down via the mechanical room. Check in was a breeze. Staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was great! A lot of options including those for dietary restrictions.
- 2/5
It would be nice if somehow Expedia would be able to put all this info on the booking. Weweteduoer bummed that we couldn't swim or sit in the hot tub. We also missed Happy Hour. Which was kinda a bummer.
- 1/5
Business was under construction one of three elevators was working causing long delays. Pool was closed. Bed had dog hair on it. Addressed it with hotel staff and they just basically handed us another comforter and then 20 minutes came back later saying they needed the other one. Kind of an awkward chain of events. Front desk people were nice that's about the only good thing to say.
- 4/5
Some staff members (Julian at the bar) were amazing! The cleaning staff was also amazing. There was a woman at the front counter w h o seemed to be having a bad day and took it out on the customers.
- 1/5
My daughter was jumped by three gangsters outside of the hotel. Hotel security did nothing. Front desk staff wouldn’t even call the police. The pool was down, which was one of the main reasons we booked there. Horrible experience!
- 5/5
Friendly staffs. Nice place
- 3/5
Bed was perfect. Noise cancellation was great in the room. Shower was okay. The water was warm and the curtain wouldn't stay in place and was a bit used adn torn.
- 5/5
Rooms are clean everybody’s nice. The breakfast was very good.
- 4/5
The property was cleaned, but the elevators did not work correctly so they had one elevator working for eight floors and a lot of people so the weights were very very long. The pool was not working and they did not mention that until after we booked in and that was our main reason for staying there so we are very disappointed in the hot tub was out of order, and again this was not mentioned till after the fact
- 3/5
Room cleanliness was not the best. Found other peoples belonging in the room and the bathroom was dirty with left over hairs and a fee stains. Breakfast and staff was good.
- 5/5
Great for an early flight
- 5/5
The room was nice and very clean. Breakfast was really good and had a good variety. The staff was okay and helpful when needed. Just a heads-up that the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, so you might notice some construction around the property.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed
- 5/5
Friendly, clean. Would come again
- 4/5
Yes it was
- 3/5
I would consider asking if some issues are taken care of next time I plan to book there. Which now would be a last option.
- 1/5
Was looking to relax in the hot tub mainly
- 3/5
Good but the elevator is an issue
- 4/5
Our room was all clean and in order
- 2/5
Elevators weren’t working - hot tub is out of order and they’re updating rooms _ so power was out some of the day
- 2/5
There is no shower gel in the hotel bathroom. The hot tub was down and the pool, which was something I was looking forward to and the there was only one working elevator I like this hotel and I go there allot I was very disappointed and wanted some type of compensation for thee lack of accommodations.
- 3/5
The parking fee is too high….$25.00 per night. (especially because at a different time we were there, our vehicle was broken into). The staff, however, were Amazing! They apologized and compensated us. Their concern was sincere. We truly appreciated it.
- 5/5
Yes, the room was spotless, and the staff brought a stool for my wife to get into the bed. The only disappointment was breakfast only went till 9 o’clock and coming from a long plane ride, we overslept.
- 3/5
Clean rooms and really good breakfast!
- 3/5
Room very dark and outdated
- 2/5
The pool water was nasty green and moldy looking. Hot tub was not working. In the room, we had to let the hot water run for about 10 minutes in the bathtub before we got hot water for a shower.
- 3/5
The bedding in the room had an unpleasant smell. I was very disappointed by the lack of a working swimming pool and jacuzzi, as this was the main criterion when choosing the hotel. There were no fresh vegetables at breakfast, which I consider an essential component of a healthy diet. The people at the reception were wonderful, and the people who prepared the omelets were also great.
- 1/5
We ending up cleaning the bathroom our self!
- 2/5
Everything is great except the fact that the pool is ice cold. And that's the whole reason we came here . It's my son's birthday and he wanted to swim. And now he cannot swim
- 2/5
We booked a room for a Friday night and were told we had been put into one of their brand newly refurbished rooms. Our room had a broken sofa bed, torn couch cushions
- 4/5
The room needs paint. The mirror was dirty and toilet is scratched. For the price I paid I expected better.
- 5/5
Very well. Slow elevator but is okay
- 5/5
Great service quality accommodations
- 5/5
Very good hotel
- 5/5
Great breakfast, friendly and efficient staff.
- 5/5
Fun staff!
- 5/5
Perfect hotel for families! Very clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff were kind and respectful, and the rooms were spacious and quiet. The location is convenient, and everything we needed was nearby. Our family felt very comfortable during the stay. Highly recommended for families and travelers.
- 1/5
2 bedroom premium was not available due to renovation but I was charged anyways. I was told to speak with ExpediA but too much time consuming, not spending my vacation with this inconvenience. Staff at the hotel was not apologetic.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Great room and excellent breakfast.
- 3/5
Not told that Pool and hot tub were not working, even though I'd called and asked the previous day. Water leaking around the bathroom, carpets wet and smell terrible.
- 1/5
I would like to start by saying, I love emabassy suites hotels and usually our family always has a great experience especially being hilton. This location is greatly suffering as we had multiple issues. One and the worst issue was the couch in the living room our infant was sat on and fell through. We then lifted up the cushions to find a laminated sign that said it was broken and to not use, how can you give a room to someone with broken furniture? We alterted house keeping and her only response was yes I know when we told her it was broken. When we told the front desk, her response was that they didnt think we would use the couch. We never used the fold out simply sitting on it, it was so broken our baby fell inside of it. Second issue, which we were never told before checking in, but only recieved a letter at the door the next day after check in, was that the water was to be shut off the next day at 11am with no time of turning back on listed. They were passing out gallons of water to guests at front desk complaining. One of the elevators didnt even close all the way and I could actually fit my adult hand through it, which is a crazy hazard for all the kids around. We checked out a day earlier than we had reserved. Not to mention the happy hour snacks were stale crackers and brussel sprouts Once we requested early check out, they let us know they are starting renovations, just didnt make any sense why this is happening during the busy holiday season.
- 3/5
Stay was great, beside the pool not being heated,it was freezing, it was great. Wish we would have been given ahea
- 5/5
Very good staff
- 5/5
Nice large room with shuttle service to the airport. Really enjoy their happy hour and an excellent breakfast
- 2/5
Wi-fi didn't work even though we paid for it, had to go back to front desk again for a code. Again, just annoying. The desk clerk was very nice, but waits were long with only one person working. The swimming pool heater was broken so the pool was freezing cold, unusable. We regrouped and decided to watch a Christmas movie together, but the TVs are not smart TVs, so we couldn't stream anything, and they offered family Christmas movies only as pay per view $24.99. Ridiculous. We chose this hotel and usually stay there 2-4 times a year because its reliable, clean, and easy, with plenty of gathering space, a pool, and breakfast, but last night was disappointing.
- 5/5
The front stafff were all so nice and helpful! They ordered my uber and got us on our way. Thank you!!
- 3/5
2) The design is poor with all the rooms directly onto the central “atrium” and people calling out from below until 10pm. That was really a problem when using the sofa bed (hard and lumpy) which is close to the external door. (Also I overlooked the difference between queen and double bed sizes. A double bed is not much more than a twin. That’s my fault.) Positives- good breakfast and very nice housekeeping staff.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Staff was very nice. Hotel was just very relaxing lots of room for socializing and the breakfast was fabulous. Will definitely stay there again.
- 3/5
Took forever to get checked in with only one person checking in, he was very friendly though. One elevator working. Pool was cold.
- 5/5
Breakfast is always good
- 3/5
Room was great, it was at check out when we went to our car there had been 10 or more cars that had their vehicles with broken windows! We were lucky that ours was not hit but sad to see the vehicles near us hit. Very sad and terrible for those families/family. And of course they probably had no cameras. Will not stay there again due to this. Just doesn’t feel safe. Hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was good.
- 3/5
Curteous staff, and easy shuttle to airport. We got a room with alot of space, however, rooms have not been updated in a long time. Wanted to take a bath in the hot tub, but it looked like it had not been cleaned, so I skipped it.

This hotel's elevator situation was a major disappointment. I literally had to wait 20 or more minutes to go up or down due to only one out of three elevators working on a weekend.

Breakfast were not good except omelette.

Great stay. Staff was wonderful and their airport parking is only $15/day. SeaTac is $37/day. Savings paid for the room

No hot water and hair in bathroom, overall stinky and not a good room. Too expensive for having no hot water and hair in bathroom uncomfortable bed.
- 4/5
Room - smelly (not a good odor) Amenities - decent Food - great breakfast options and a lovely happy hour

Always appreciate staying at the embassy suites when I travel. The hot water in the room never really warmed up, but that didn't dampen my stay much.

- 5/5
The rooms are so spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The front desk were very warm & friendly at check in & check out. Always love staying here!!
- 5/5
It’s a gorgeous hotel. The food was delicious, too.
- 5/5
The only complaint is there were a lot of children I. The jacuzzi without their parents. There should be an age limit for children to be in there without a parent,
- 5/5
Nice stay and wonderful time
- 5/5
Great room choice for after surgery Ty so much
- 2/5
Checked in late and was given a very crappy room. 4 wine glass outside our room, dirty bathroom, and hair in our bed! No body wash and soap for us to use and shampoo dispenser was almost empty. Was not worth our money. Would like a partial refund!

It was great’

Rooms and hotel were a bit outdated it was also not too clean. But the staff were really nice and the my had free breakfast as well as free airport transportation which was nice.
- 4/5
One of the ladies that works in the omelet station is very rude. We stayed four nights and the first time we had omelets she said where is your card? I said I’m sorry I forgot it. She said make sure you bring it tomorrow. I thought to myself I won’t be over here tomorrow because you are so RUDE!!! I saw her over there every morning. I don’t think she should be working in customer service. If she’s that miserable she needs to find a new job.
- 2/5
Be aware kids can easily access to channel which make u pay extra few hundred dollars.
- 5/5
Nice location close to Airport
- 4/5
Open area to sit and eat
- 1/5
I found clothes from previous guests in drawers. The shower didn’t work and they did nothing about it but kept the incidental fee although it was already that way when we got there. Breakfast are was always overcrowded with limited seating, you either had to take breakfast back up to the room or wait around until someone was done. Many families ate standing. Setup of breakfast was spread throughout the area as well, not organized at all.
- 5/5
It was clean and simple. Family friendly atmosphere

Staff breakfast shuttle to the airport

I was told y the one your front desk clerk my parking was free when I had asked on check in day but I was charge. Also, the beds, should update to queens instead of full size. sheets need to be replace news one they are. Also, pillows need to replace because they are very old and soft . The carpet need to be vacuum good. Thanks

Welcoming and helpful staff! Shuttle service to and from the airport is quick. Thank you for the warm welcome during our short unplanned stay. We'll be back longer next time :)
- 5/5
Everything was very good except bath sink which was clogged

Shuttle drivers were great.

Good breakfast!

Incredible staff

The thing I dislike is the pool. It is very cold. I couldn’t even get in the pool. It was freezing, and the hot tub was very foamy. You could see all the dead skin cells on the top of the foam. It was kind of gross but other than that, I had a good experience. The rooms are very nice. The beds are comfy, but the pillows are like couch pillows. I wasn’t impressed by them. Overall my day was good other than those things.
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Service was great, great breakfast options. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked the place so our daughter could swim but the pool was very cold, not heated, we could not swim and the hot tub was out of service.

Lift shortage!

The pool was not heated, after advertising it was heated. The hot tub was dirty and couldn’t be used. The pool out couch could not be used and after multiple attempts trying to reach the front desk, there was nothing they could do. This was unacceptable due to the fact I booked the room for the purpose of the pull out couch. There was a note on tape on there saying it couldn’t be used and contact the front desk and we couldn’t reach them. There was black mold or something similar in the bathtub. They said all the rooms were booked.
- 4/5
Please get better pillows. The lumpy foam bits don't work and the sheets for the hide-a-bed didn't fit. Really nice breakfast and staff. Parking is a bit wonky.
- 3/5
It appeared the property had a recent repainting. Some of the seating in the lobby area was work. Check in staff when we arrived were very friendly. Interactions with other front desk people after was meh at best. Guests share the elevators with housekeeping. Seems odd there is no service elevator. This arrangement led to delays for guests and housekeepers alike. There was not enough seating for breakfast. We wandered around for some time looking for a place to sit, including in the lobby.
- 5/5
Some of the main entrance couches/chairs are in bad condition and look dirty. I did not want to set while I was waiting to check in because of how dirty ir is.
- 5/5
Room was very nice and the breakfast was really good!

The place needs to be renovated. It was clean but worn out. Nice area of town.
- 4/5
Noticed that several of the towel racks and clothes hokes in bath room were not securely attached
- 5/5
Staff are friendly and made an effort to make sure we felt welcomed. Some furniture is peeling and needs some attention. The rooms are clean and big.
- 3/5
This is the first and only Embassy Suites I've stayed at that has a parking charge. I understand that some guests are probably leaving their vehicle while on vacation due to the proximity to the airport however parking should be included while you are staying at the hotel and then if you wish to leave your vehicle while away then a daily or weekly parking charge makes sense. The pool was freezing and seemed like it wasn't heated at all. Also the evening we went down the hot tub looked like someone had pooped in it as it was discolored and had floating brown pieces in it while being very foamy. Our room was adequately clean though there were spots missed. The mirrors in our room along with in public areas were all dirty and appeared to be cleaned with the wrong cleaner. The evening reception and breakfast were good and the staff was helpful and pleasant. Based on my experience I would likely look to stay elsewhere when staying in this area.
- 4/5
The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. The facility needs some renovations (wear and tear), but basically sound.
- 5/5
Great friendly staff. Dated hotel. You can hear the planes taking and landing all night and into morning. The sound of the elevators Ringing starting around 5:00am we’re pretty annoying
- 5/5
Beautiful property great location, would definitely stay again
- 5/5
Went out of their way to accommodate us n left quickly to pick up rest of family who were on a later flight Very Friendly and helpful (night crew n shuttle driver especially) Beautiful hotel. Thank Uou

The best part was the check in staff. Everything was smooth from beginning to end. I was upset to see how deteriorated this hotel has become. I actually hyped the place up to our guest we invited. We had stayed a few years back. As you walk in you get the worst impression. The whole lobby has old, dirty seats and chairs. One of my rooms smelt like it hadn’t been dusted in a few days. No air was circulating so it made the smell worse. The blankets in the room look like they are old and not washed. The breakfast options were amazing. Made to order omelets is the whole reason my 12 year old begged us to return to. Unfortunately this wonderful option was shattered by the way the lady at the breakfast line treated us. You can clearly tell she hates her job or is annoyed by people. My 12 year old quickly picked up her poor attitude towards us when all we were asking was a question that yes I’m sure she gets asked a million times. No need to be rude. I was clearly told there is two signs that state this. I was practically told I was stupid. My bad for asking the question. However, The lady cooking up the omelette deserves a raise she is wonderful. She should get all the credit. She had a smile on her face and you could tell her attitude was way different than the first gal. I’m sadden to say I will never give my money to this place. Corporate step up your game for what you charge and for the name you carry look to change this place up. People deserve better

Staff were all nice. Food 4 stars, had dinner and breakfast. Solid and decent variety. Happy hour is nice, especially for free!
- 4/5
Stay was good. Room was clean & comfortable.
- 3/5
This hotel is extremely dated and not clean. The staff was pleasant but expected so much more from the property, as it is a Hilton property. Kind of disappointing
- 4/5
Hotel furniture is dated. Evening reception consist of minimal snacks.
- 3/5
Very nice staff.
- 3/5
Location was great. Staff was friendly.

Outdated and in need of remodeling.
- 4/5
Great staff
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and great. We will definitely stay there again.
- 3/5
We were in the area for a soccer tournament, the hotel was very close to the fields, so this was nice. The facility is extremely outdated and needs a face lift badly. The furniture in the lobby is GROSS and should be tossed immediately. There was mildew all over the shower. The breakfast was decent. My family had a good stay, but likely will not stay here again.
- 3/5
Kids were running around everywhere even during reception hour kids all over the place. Was not able to use pool because it was full of kids and probably 1 or 2 adults
- 4/5
We did enjoy the complementary drinks and snacks before 7 pm. We also enjoyed the included breakfast. It was one of the best breakfasts we have had at a hotel.
- 3/5
When hosting several teams at your hotel, train your employees on how to handle that’s situation. The employees were acting like they had never dealt with kids before.
- 1/5
My room was very dirty and smelled of musty. I let the front desk know, but they didn't solve anything for me. The bathroom was very dirty, the refrigerator was dirty with cinnamon sticks inside. I took several photos, there was dust where the TV was. The air conditioning didn't work properly, it was terrible. I won't return to that hotel. What solution can I have with this unpleasant moment?
- 5/5
Top sheet was dirty, that was my only concern.

- 4/5
Was a great price, good breakfast options. But we didn’t like the taste of the food options on the dinner menu and would have liked more variety. Our room fit us perfectly with 6 people in our family. However it was muggy and hot most of the night and hard to control the room temperature. Does have an old hotel smell as well. But great for the price and we only stayed a night prior to our flight.
- 3/5
Hotel is very nice. But if you are traveling with children and use the pool. Be aware it is 5 foot deep no real sallow end. The pool was also cold. Like colder than outdoor pools. Airport shuttle was good. Breakfast was the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. The room was clean and vet spacious.
- 5/5
Overall great place to stay!
- 4/5
The shuttle from the airport isn’t free, which we did not know about. Parking at the hotel was $22.00 per day, the pool was more like a hot tub in size, not how it appears in hotel photos, and not once did they come clean out room in the 4 days we stayed there. However, the room was large and clean and breakfast was great.
- 3/5
Happy hour was super limited. Often, there are more options like vegetables and dips. The best part of the whole experience was the friendliness of the front desk and kitchen staff.
- 5/5
Beautiful

Perfect for my Daughter's 17th Birthday Bash. Took the whole family and all of our friends. Breakfast was so quiet lol!! Great staycation!
- 5/5
Great experience
- 1/5
Over priced, lousy food also over priced. I could have door dashed better food for far less money. Room service is outrageous, the cocktail hr….. 2 free drinks a person was great but veggies and dip, chips and salsa or trail mix is not cocktail hr where I’m from.

Family oriented. Safe, friendly staff

The happy hour compared to other embassy suites was very poor people at the desk were not very friendly. The restaurant was closed, so there was nowhere to get anything to eat.
- 2/5
You know it’s going to be a bad stay when the lobby furniture is filthy and distressed. I can’t believe ES allows their logo on this place. The pillows were chunky and so uncomfortable. There are plenty of other hotel options close to the airport, don’t stay here.
- 5/5
Lots of options for breakfast

This was a two night stay, the staff was friendly and helpful since we were taking a cruise and the accommodations were very nice, no issues and they offer free breakfast in the morning and shuttle to and from the airport.
- 3/5
Over priced for parking and not originally disclosed in booking
- 5/5
Great staff!
- 4/5
In dire need of updating, as furniture is torn and worn out. Beds are too high and soft & pillows are not supportive.
- 4/5
I didn't like that the shuttle to the airport wasn't free and that half of the time there was no driver.
- 4/5
clogged bathroom sink upon arrival.
- 2/5
The online booking was terrible. It would not allow me to modify once I realized it was wrong so I called the hotel directly. They indicated not to worry once there I could fix the issue and they said they would keep us in the room we booked on the first day and not move our room on the 2nd. When we arrived they said they could not do that. So we moved rooms on the 2nd day. I also told them the departure date was wrong. We left on Saturday and I specifically called to tell the desk we were checking out. We left and that night the hotel called me to ask if we were still in the room as our check out was Sunday!!!! It was a cluster the entire time. And, to add insult the rooms were poorly stocked with minimal supplies.

Great place to stay
- 5/5
We stayed five nights and it was great, the pool, yard games, bbq and everything. It was a good experience and an excellent stay
- 5/5
Bbhhhh
- 5/5
Hotel staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Close to airport and 20 minutes from Seattle. Not sure why you have to pay to park here but everything else was good. Pool was closed with some sort of an issue but everything else was fine.
- 5/5
Great vibe
- 2/5
Lobby area is extremely dilapidated, furniture torn and worn out. Rate may be good but extra charge for parking and airport shuttle were not expected. Stayed in a two bed suite. Beds were so high I couldn’t climb onto them and had to sleep on pullout signed. no vent in bathroom to defog mirror. Only plus for this hotel is excellent breakfast buffet.
- 1/5
traswh overflolwing infront of the lobby, leaks in hotel room, no one picks up the phone if you call down to the lobby, laundry machiens dont work. sofa sleeper was broken. kithcen closes when the staff wants to close the kitchen thye dont follow their hours. overall worst experience i have had with embassy suites.
- 5/5
Close to the airport and mall
- 3/5
This hotel was good but outdated, everything needed a facelift, it was clean but old. Staff was friendly and manager was really nice. Breakfast was the highlight it was delicious.

Convenient and a staff friendly

I love the view and the service
- 5/5
Love the consistency of the embassy suites chain, managers special and hot breakfast. Always a good choice
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was beyond dirty, when we called to complaint about it they suggested a new room 6 floors above us. Meaning we would need to lug all our luggage again. I was traveling with my 2 kids. Moving rooms with kids is not easy. The bathroom was disgusting like if it wasn’t even cleaned for a while. The bed sheets were stained. I was beyond exhausted from traveling that I slept in my clothes and sweater so that my head doesn’t touch the pillows. I was bitten by some insect. Do not believe the reviews that people are stating this is a good hotel. It is not
- 3/5
No bed were made. towels were not picked from the bathroom floor Front desk wouldn't retrieve items left in room after checkout and asked to contact chargerback site it was so inconvenient.
- 5/5
great stay! my mom and I were so pleased with our stay at Hilton! Thank you to everyone who made it possible!
- 3/5
I was in room 702. The AC did not feel cold at all. The pull out matress frame was broken. I layed my son on it and he fell off it. It wasn't a high fall, Kai something we didn't expect.
- 5/5
Everything was great, the only thing is that that the pull out couch metal bar is broken and we didn't know so it startled us when we played in it to watch movies.
- 5/5
Nice stay..

Property is dated and smells of mildew/mold. We ended up leaving for a different hotel.

Great place to stay! Ample parking, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, and quick check-in.

A/C did not work and there was no towels and the front desk dont answer the phone
- 4/5
This is an old hotel. But it wa s clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fabulous! To p ark there us expensive!! They just need to update carpet snd funiture. Then this place would be alot better.
- 3/5
Property need a refresh
- 4/5
Everything was good except the horrible tiny pillows I fought with the 3 tiny mini pillows all night. Every hotel has gone to these and they suck. Instead of putting 6 mini pillows on a king bed let’s go back to 4 king size pillows
- 3/5
The outside was noisy. The breakfast and manager’s reception was very average. The lady working the breakfast buffet was not very nice. We stayed at this hotel because we enjoy the separate bedroom. The air conditioning did not work well and it was warm in the room. It was a good location near the mall and museum. It’s the least nice embassy suites we’ve stayed at
- 5/5
Great location, great sized rooms
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean, they have good breakfast
- 4/5
Most of the staff were amazing the only problem i had at this hotel was info that had to do with my service animal and their particular information/policy on the matter specifically they tried to charge me for my licensed service animal because myself and my service animal didnt actually stay the night the first night because when i came to check in there were big group drunk people outside fighting the cops was on the way i was told so i didnt want to stress my dog with all the loud physical fights between several people that were also staying there so decided not to bring her n stay the 1st night of our weekend stay for my two kids birthdays we celebrate together my husband stayed that first night with our children i was in n out that evening bringing things back n forth n then the 2nd night is when my service animal n i stayed the night n the mg told me because i didnt bring her the first night i would have to pay 75+ for each night even tho i could provide my paper work if they really needed me to go grab it so yeah at that point i had already had 1025.00 tooken off my debit so to add another 75.00 for a place i legally shouldnt have been charged for so yeah it was a hassle n i feel i had to kiss the ladies (managers) butt n act like i wasnt pissed n annoyed i had to spend a hr of my time doing all the extra stuff with her so that was my only complaint really that n the pool was closed longer then the specified time that was on their signs n online sunday it wasnt open on
