Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness, location, and friendly staff. However, there are consistent complaints about the high parking fees, small rooms, and occasional issues with amenities and service.
- Clean and modern rooms
- Excellent location, especially for events at Lumen Field

The room was clean and meet our expectations, however, I didn’t like the bathroom that doesn’t have locks, anyone can just walk in and it won’t be good for someone who shower. We did not like the smells of the elevators, it smells and not very clean. The hallway was not the best either, carpet hallway should be clean and smells good. It is the first impressions that customers like. The furniture in the lobby or waiting area is very outdated and has many stains on it l. Otherwise, breakfast was good, staff was very helpful and respectful.

A very good pick for our precruise hotel. Embassy suites always hits just right.
- 5/5
Great location and reasonable rates. Especially liked the suites layout.

Awesome awesomeness
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff, and clean. Will recommend it to family and friends.
- 5/5
Good place to stay. Clean, ample rooms, close to waterfront
- 3/5
Hot tub is the same temperature as the pool. Included breakfast has an omelet bar and the staff was quick and friendly. The place feels like they are trying but no attention to detail and the staff are tired, short handed but trying their best.
- 5/5
This hotel is beautiful and very clean. We loved our huge windows with the view of the water and ships. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good. We hope to stay at this hotel when we visit Seattle next time too.

I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be walking distance to the game. We also loved all the little shops close by and the restaurants attached to the hotel. The food was amazing. We are definitely staying here again in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

The morning breakfast was a great ad. Saved a lot of money on our trip. Everything was very good. I’d stay there again.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The amenities were fantastic. Great breakfast and nightly cocktail hour. The pool was big for kids to play. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Will always stay here.
- 4.5/5
Nice location I hate the sliding bathroom doors! They provide no privacy!
- 3.5/5
Large room and breakfast. The hotel is decent. The area in front of the elevator on the 7th and 8th floor were dirty. Lots of crumbs. The room was okay. I paid less the last time we stayed in a single room and the view and room were much better. The King suite is extremely plain. I feel like the hotel has went down in quality since the last time we stayed. It looks a little unkept.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel

We had a great stay at Embassy Suites. It’s in a great location, close to the stadium and the train. Pioneer Square is a few blocks with lots of food, bars, and fun. The hotel staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay there again for my next Seattle visit.

Hotel has adjoining restaurant/café Pool and hot tub Breakfast in the morning and bonus happy hour in the afternoon! Our girl Dom looked after us from start to finish most professionally and superbly!

The welcome was genuine. I asked for an upgrade and moved up to a two room suite. It was only me, but I deserved it. The bed was very comfortable, room temperature was ideal for sleeping and the shower had very good water pressure. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Amtrak station. Thank you, I will stay here again. Everything was very good

The added unexpected cost of parking made it feel less worth it. Great breakfast
- 5/5
The reception staff was amazing! They let us store our luggage until check in time so we could explore Seattle.

The manager Natalie partnered with us to resolve a billing matter that concerned us. Natalie resolved the issue as a win/win for both parties. We weren’t very happy with quality of food or service at the restaurant on the premises. The service was slow and the final bill was inaccurate by almost double what the price should have been. We arrived in the evening which is why we were unable to have time to explore and enjoy the amenities offered by the hotel.

Had a great time, location perfect.
- 4/5
The room was spacious but the bathroom was a problem. The bathroom was large and nice, but the two barn doors that don’t lock, made for very little privacy. Other than that, the hotel was clean, safe and staff were very helpful. The pool, gym and breakfast were fantastic! If you have to stay in the city, this is a great option.
- 5/5
This property was very nice and had fabulous amenities. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was nice and quiet and very clean. They offered a happy hour reception and free breakfast, neither of which we used, but it’s cool they offer them.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent 👌
- 1/5
Was woken up at 5am by protesters picketing over the strike one job should be enough. Was super annoyed with the staff as the did nothing to stop them.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Would definitely go back and stay there.
- 5/5
Highly recommend! Really clean, great amenities, and Lumen field is your backyard. Went with a family with kids and it was great. Pool is heated and big!
- 3/5
This Wyndham wasn't quite up to the usual Wyndham standard. Hallways were dark and carpet stained. The mirror and framed prints in my room were splattered (champagne?). There was leftover food in the refrigerator and the washing machine unit in the room was broken.
- 2/5
We weren't very thrilled with our stay. We called down for blankets twice because it was freezing in our room, they never came. We were woke at 6:30 in the morning by protesters right out side of our window, yelling on a bullhorn, drumming, and chanting. We were not given any warning about it when we checked in. We were told by one of the hotel employee's that staff were aware it was going to happen, and that they were actually Hilton employees! Breakfast was dismal at best. The sausage was uncooked, potatoes soggy, eggs crusty. Parking was a nightmare to find. Hotel staff didn't explain a parking fee, or even where to park. I still don't know if I parked in the proper spot. Even the entrance to the hotel was hard to find. I quite honestly don't even know how much I ended up spending on the room in total. Incidental fee wasn't explained to me. I may have been charged twice for parking. I have no idea. Although I booked with Expedia, I still paid the hotel directly over $500 for one night. We won't be back.
- 4/5
Managers evening hour was ok, but long wait to get served drinks. Appetizers just some veggies. Beautiful city view from our room. Protestors out front took away from a nice experience.
- 5/5
The area does not have a lot within walking distance, but very nice hotel! Great breakfast, comfortable bed!
- 5/5
Staff was great, ask soooo friendly. Elevators were some of the fastest I have been on and pool area / balcony is amazing !! Newer hotel build so it was very clean. Embassy is always a great choice.

Nice room. Clean. Nice staff. Did not like the sliding doors to the bathroom. Not much privacy.
- 5/5
Check-in was easy, the place is clean. The staff is friendly. It’s a very nice place to stay, especially if you’re going to games at either of the stadiums.
- 2/5
On our first hour after checking in, toilet paper had to be requested. Within a few hours, i had to call front desk to request hair conditioner as bottle was completely empty.
- 2/5
Room was somewhat dirty and out dated and the staff was there but definitely a included breakfast that I should of skipped. For what they charge a night I was expecting far better accomodations
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. It was great after a Sounders match. The pool and hot tub were fun for the kids with a great view of lumen. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed.
- 5/5
Love this place, stay here every time we are in Seattle

- 5/5
8th floor roof deck has great views. This is our go to hotel when visiting Seattle!
- 5/5
Clean room, very polite staff.
- 5/5
Everything was great as usual. We’ve stayed here many times and will continue to do so
- 5/5
The property is nicely updated and very clean. Highly recommend a corner unit which has a great view of the Seahawks stadium and the harbor. Conveniently located for train travelers and for sports fans with a very short walk to venues. Will definitely stay here again.
- 1/5
Worst hotel stay of my life after 40 years of traveling the world. Simply appalling. No parking for guests so we the hotel charged us 65.00 for a nearby lot. After a miserable 45 minutes of walking several blocks with all our stuff finally get to our room and the front desk did not give us any keys in our check in folder. Finally get to our now 500.00 a night rom that is tiny with a bathroom separating a small seating area and the only bedroom for 5 people!!! Room offered no privacy despite booking a 2 room suite for 2 parties comprised of 3 adults and 2 kids under five. I had to make my own makeshift bedding on a dinky dink sofa bed that was like sleeping on on metal bars and springs. filthy pool and hotter, I was penalized monetarily and condescended to by staff for booking with a third party( Expedia) as opposed to directly. I want my money back!!

The property and staff were incredibly lovely, but the amount I paid, I should have a bathroom with a fan and not two barn doors that have no way of closing all the way, and you can hear EVERYTHING someone is doing on the bathroom. It felt incredibly uncomfortable, and so frustrating. Why would you do that in a large room that two couples or a family would be using? I don’t need people hearing me blow a** from some bad food I ate. I need to suffer in privacy. Anyway…the bed…pillows were very stiff, and I had a dirty thin duvet stuffed between two flat sheets…why wasn’t it in a cover? It was also very cold, so not enough heat. There were extra blankets, but we used this for the person who slept on the couch. You should have either a thicker duvet (in an actual cover) or some sort of flannel blanket just as extra. Also, the bed didn’t have a fitted sheet cover, it just had a flat sheet over the mattress that kept coming off…BECAUSE IT WASN’T A FITTED SHEET. I also have a pending $175 charge that I have no idea what for. I hope it’s not parking. I paid the damn room and then got charged $75 when I checked in as some sort of service fee (I don’t f*cking know), and now a pending $175 that I have no idea for. Didn’t leave the room in a state that needed any special cleaning, that’s for sure. Just towels in the bathroom and trash in the bins. The only cool thing is the amenities, but it’s not worth it for the bizarre room or that price point.
- 5/5
Would be better if there are discounts or cheaoer but it is what it is

Room was nice and clean but very small for a 1 bedroom suite
- 5/5
Great large room, super convenient location, restaurant downstairs is great and we loved the pool and hot tub!
- 5/5
Convenient location if traveling via Amtrak. Breakfast is great, room was clean enough, though there were soda bottles from a previous guest left over in the fridge.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great and the staff was amazing!
- 5/5
my only gripe was that the pool water looked a bit murky but aside from it all everything went well
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay. Very close to Lumen Field and T Mobile Park. Staff was great, place was clean and convenient to attractions (short Uber ride).
- 5/5
Hotel was conveniently located across from Amtrak teminal and hotel was very nice. Breakfast was also great.
- 5/5
Excellent continental breakfast with choice of omelets made by chef.
- 5/5
The free breakfast was amazing! It was huge, no one left hungry for sure.
- 5/5
Great breakfast
- 4/5
No shampoo in room. Dispenser was missing.
- 2/5
Good breakfast but the parking is 65 a night which should be included
- 3/5
Free breakfast is a buffet with the usual sheet of scrambled eggs, then sausage, doughnuts, juice. Nothing special. Now, let me tell you about the parking. A outrageous $65 a day. We were told our room key would let us in and out and we'd be charged on the hotel bill. It's a public lot. This was not the case. We couldnt get in or out without taking a tticket (in) then paying to get out. We addressed this upon checkout when they assured us they fixed our room card so we'd be able to exit without paying $68. When we went to leave, it didnt work, we were stuck in the garage with a big libe of cars behind us until we paid another $68. We called when we got home and were told we would be credited. Were we? I'm not sure but it should have been free due to the hassles.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good but nothing special.
- 5/5
Great location for events at Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. Rooms are nice and clean.
- 2/5
Not enjoying this stay
- 5/5
Very great location by the train station and walking distance to WAMU theater. My room was cozy and breakfast was pretty good!
- 4/5
Not so great- since we booked through this 3rd party site, the hotel charged me again for my stay which was a huge inconvenience. Wasn’t expecting to pay twice for the room or have that amount of money. They did not ask prior to, so those funds will be tied up u til released.
- 4/5
The rest on the hotel was nice.
- 5/5
Cook to order breakfast was great.

Great view, location, staff.
- 5/5
EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! GREAT LOCATION AS WE WENT TO THE SEAHAWKS PLAYOFF GAME!
- 5/5
I thought the hotel and room would be nice but both were better than expected. The room was larger than I thought and the hotel amenities were very good. The evening reception, view, breakfast, pool, and work out facilities were all top notch. The location of the hotel was perfect for my event.
- 5/5
Awesome. Clean, modern, quiet room, very friendly and accommodating staff. Best Embassy Suites breakfast I’ve experienced in many years of travel. I would rate this as the best Embassy property I’ve stayed at. Very convenient to Amtrak Station and Link light rail.
- 5/5
Gods location and pool! We had a suite but it was kind of small for a suite
- 4/5
Everything was clean, and the breakfast was great. A little disappointed there wasn’t staff on hand to help with loading and unloading bags.
- 5/5
Check in and bar staff were super kind and helped us take advantage of all the amenities at the hotel.
- 5/5
Great location, close to ferry and downtown area.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good, friendly stafd
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and amenities were amazing, view was fantastic. I'd stay here again even WITH the fire evacuation that happened at 1 in the morning.
- 4/5
Breakfast was great (and basically the entire reason we booked here). Had issues with parking garage and had to call every time to get out (keys wouldn’t work), so that was a pain.
- 5/5
The pool
- 5/5
Easily walkable to either Seahawks football game or Mariners baseball game. As safe an area for a walk as can be expected in a large downtown metro area. Hundreds of mom and pop shops, cafes, restaurants, and places to just hang out within walking distance. I never felt insecure about my security, even while walking at night. That said you still need to have and use some common sense. I will definitely be staying there every time I go to visit my children who both live there.
- 5/5
Great location with awesome staff.
- 5/5
Clean and great experience definitely worth it
- 5/5
Must stay !
- 4/5
The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. This hotel was in a great location. We booked two rooms at this property, a few downsides were the rooms did not come with water bottles, and the doors on the bathrooms were sliding doors not actual doors that closed all the way. It felt like it was lacking privacy when anyone used the bathroom, the sliding function of the doors was also loud. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and the garage is well-lit and clean. The hotel had a power outage a couple days before we were there, so it did take a while for our room to be ready, even though we checked in at normal time. Only other co plant was that the “hot tub” was basically the same temperature as the heated pool.
- 5/5
Comfortable rooms. Staff were very pleasant and made sure you had everything you need. 13 coins is an amazing restaurant to have in the building.
- 5/5
Great location, great breakfast!
- 5/5
It’s our go to hotel in pioneer square!

If pricing could be more transparent. But everything else was fantastic.

Some lights in the room didnt work, and the tv turned on by itself every few hours, we had to unplug it at night. Outside of that we had a great stay and the minor issues werent a huge deal.
- 5/5
Room was clean

Hotel was nice as well as staff. However food took two hours and pool was over filled with kids doing backflips and jumping and out of control.

The concierge was extremely patient and kind, and the whole interaction with the front desk was smooth. The hotel room was clean and nicely organized, and we had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The pool was roomy and good for spending the evening with the kids. Overall, the stay was enjoyable.
- 3/5
It’s not good to stay longer coz the breakfast is the same everyday. The sink has weirdly sound like it’s gargling and the water get stuck. I stayed for 5 nights and got 1 bottled water only. The housekeeper cleaned the room everyday.
- 5/5
Staff was so helpful and welcoming! We got a room upgrade to city view! The pool and hot tub were clean ans big. The complimentary reception had a nice variety of snacks and the free drinks were awesome. The breakfast was the best we have had and there was something for everyone jn our 7 person party. The omelet bar was our favorite. We will definitely be back
- 5/5
It was so close to Luman field I was amazed and the view was unbelievable! The grounds were beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was delicious!
- 5/5
the breakfast options were amazing! Do much to choose from.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good and on-site restaurant, 13 Coins, was also very good.
- 5/5
A little confusing figuring out how to check in. I’d clearly explain that you park in the public parking garage and the hotel charges you 65 per day.
- 5/5
Room was well kept. Breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to get into.
- 5/5
But i heard a few complaints from women that the hotel does not have a sauna or hot tubs.
- 5/5
The staffs are very friendly, the room is very clean. The front desks are very quick to response to any inquiries.
- 5/5
Front desk was super helpful and nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were extra comfy. Breakfast was a hit. Steps away from King Street Station, overall great stay!
- 5/5
Room was spotless, staff were very curteous and helpful, gym and fitness center were well maintained, and breakfast was great.
- 5/5
Súper awesome staff from the minute I walked in. Got me to check in desk and they were fast and nice and love the room
- 1/5
This booking totally sucked. I am a senior, I tried to fix a mistake and you and the hotel both said the hotel will have to take care of it. Then the hotel said hotels. Com has to take care of it. That is messed up
- 5/5
Staff was courteous and helpful, our few requests were accommodated. The room was clean and freshened during our short stay, very roomy and comfortable. Breakfast had many choices and was very delicious. I loved the omelette bar!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm sure the breakfast was great, however I slept until 10 am so I missed it! Would definitely recommend the Embassy hotel to people and would definitely stay again sometime.

Room was not spotless (tape on walls from some decorations) and surprised to see that bathroom doors don't shut all the way and instead slide shut without any seal
- 5/5
Very clean and spacious room. Excellent staff, very attentive
- 5/5
Gabe, Tess, Guy, Ben, Bruce, Mark were all instrumental and amazing in making sure I had an amazing time. Can’t wait to host my company’s meeting in Feb. Oh and it’s walkable, quiet, safe, extremely clean and comfortable.

Fantastic Location: Easy walk to Chinatown and close to downtown. Nice Staff and Good Breakfast. Cons: The room heater did not work, making the night uncompatable cold and couldn't sleep well The hot tub was only lukewarm (semi-warm), not hot. We found sticky tables and hairs on the chair upon check-in, indicating poor initial cleaning.
- 5/5
We loved everything about this hotel.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful!! But most of all I have to give kudos to the 2 gentleman from the security desk that tended to us for over an hour trying to get our diesel truck to start. We were so thankful they didn’t give up.
- 4/5
All of the above
- 4/5
Breakfast was great and service outstanding
- 5/5
Spotless
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The room was smaller than any other Embassy or major brand hotel Ive visited. The TV system lagged and some channels were un watchable. The TV turned on, by itself, at various times throughout the night waking us up. This was an OK stay.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. Location worked well for us.
- 5/5
stunning
- 5/5
We arrived very early, got a super awesome upgrade with an amazing view. Had a great night in Seattle.
- 5/5
Very kid-friendly !
- 5/5
We stayed here for Boo 2025, and the location could not have been any better. Upon checkout i recieved a room uograde, and 4 tickets for happy hour. As we waited for all of our party, we ate at the resturant downstairs and it was great. For happy hour they hosoted guests with a free drink and they havr trail mix, fruits abd cheeses. Our room was great fkr what we needed. I opted to sleep on the fullout couch, and i hurt for days. This literally is my only complaint. It would be great if they uograded to mattresses where you cant feel the springs. Other than that, we plan on returning for future events.
- 5/5
Great staff! LOVED the early checkin! Very much made our honeymoon special
- 5/5
Great perks, very friendly staff at every shift, close to many close restaurants and things to do!
- 2/5
The staff, rooms, and location are all great. However, they stopped offering complimentary parking and then denied ever providing it, which is why I’m giving a 2-star rating. If you’re staying multiple days, expect to pay hundreds of dollars in parking fees at the garage
- 5/5
Overall had a great experience. Efficient and professional check-in experience, nice fitness facility and pool, and spacious rooms. The breakfast omelettes were great and we never had to wait, even the day of the Seahawks game. Only cons was the hotub was lukewarm, and aside from proximity to Lumen field, the surrounding area is not great in terms of options for eating and walking around.
- 5/5
Beautiful room and gorgeous design. Probably the best continental breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. I had a corner suite and everything was perfect. Grateful for name brand coffee in the room along with real creamers. Staff there were helpful and pleasant. Will return!
- 5/5
From arrival to leaving pretty much exactly how it should go, from staff to facility. You do need to get rid of 13coins though. Not a good restaurant.
- 5/5
Very clean and great location.
- 5/5
Staff was great.
- 5/5
One of our favorites
- 5/5
Amazing service
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
A fun couple days. Hopped off Amtrak. Very walkable area.
- 5/5
Perfect hotel for us and awesome location
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 5/5
Stayed in a corner room with two queen beds. Beautiful view, shower was spa-like. We also had a lovely experience at the 13 Coins Restaurant and Bar.
- 5/5

Otherwise everything else was Good
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, great breakfast!
- 4/5
Nice room and breakfast was good
- 5/5
This was our 3rd stay, never disappointed. Everything was great. Will always recommend this stay.
- 5/5
If you get there early the breakfast is fully stocked with a nice variety. Property and rooms are clean and quiet. There is no valet parking.
- 5/5
Great service from staff and we loved our stay rooms where nice definitely coming back to that hotel when I visit Seattle
- 4/5
I like the place not the area to close to stadiums
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast - loved the omelette bar. Excellent location - walking distance to T-Mobile Park and Lumen Field.
- 3/5
The hotel property and staff are great. The staff inside 13 coins Restaurant were rude and did not act happy to be there. We got up and walked out without ordering.
- 5/5
We didn’t try breakfast.
- 5/5
This hotel and our hotel room were great.
- 3/5
For $600 a night, the bathroom should not be dirty. There was pink scum around the shower and dust and dirt all over the bathroom baseboards / floors. Disgusting. I wouldn’t accept that at a $200/night hotel let alone the embassy.
- 5/5
The proximity to the train station is fantastic! Very nice hotel. Will stay again if we get back to Seattle.
- 4/5
Parking was pricey. $65/night
- 5/5
Great location if you are going to any sport games or concerts. Very nice rooms and helpful staff. Will stay again
- 5/5
Great customer service hands down. Clean and organized hotel and everything was walking distance which was great.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
The room was superb! Clean and roomy!
- 5/5
Hotel was immaculate. Beautiful accommodations. Excellent quality fixtures and features.
- 5/5
We stayed after Seahawks game, highly recommend! The parking was $65 but that normal for the game. Bar was great, 13 coins was even better. We had a beautiful view. Worth the $$
- 5/5
This hotel gives free breakfast and they have made to order omelet station and BACONS. A lot of the hotels do not serve bacons anymore. I had a comfortable stay. Next to the hotel, it's Amtrak and Dart Stations. Chinatown is next to the hotel too.
- 5/5
5 stars
- 5/5
The moment we arrived on a Wednesday and greeted with excellent customer service by Dom and the Staff was so refreshing. The next time we come back to Seattle, we will definitely make reservations at the Embassy Suites Downtown Seattle.
- 5/5
Convenient to train station. Staff was professional and courteous.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff, loved the room upgrade and had an awesome stay! Great restaurant downstairs.
- 5/5
Good breakfast Very nice! ⭐️
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. Dining was crowded but plenty of local options and wonderful to be close to walk to everything.
- 5/5
Perfect location for events. Easy walking to stadium. Beautiful hotel and restaurants were great.
- 5/5
Nice suites. Very clean
- 5/5
Restaurant on site and downstairs there's a 13 coins. We had a huge, 2 bed Suite with king size pullout, that was perfect for our group of 4.
- 5/5
Perfect location near the stadium! East walk back after the game!
- 5/5
Clean, large room. Excellent staff - courteous and helpful
- 5/5
Very nice and clean property. All the staff that i encountered was very kind.
- 5/5
love it
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Very nice hotel!
- 5/5
hotel was perfect! Clean and great location! Staff was very friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Overall great stay. Good breakfast and nice rooms. The only issues are the weird noises coming from the elevator shafts and the rooms could have been cleaned a bit better.
- 5/5
Everything
- 4/5
Breakfast buffet was out of Diet Coke two consecutive mornings. Happy hour snacks more basic than other Embassy Suites I have stayed in. Great omelette bar. Great location. One side of king bed did not have a bedside table or a lamp.
- 5/5
Easy access to Lumen and TMobile. Beautiful, clean hotel. Wonderful amenities!
- 5/5
This was a beautiful place to stay
- 4/5
There weren’t any bellmen to help with luggage and the parking was expensive $65/night and off site so transporting luggage was difficult with a toddler. The breakfast was really good though!
- 5/5
Stayed to go to T mobile stadium. Easy and safe walk.
- 5/5
Absolutely loved this property. Staff was amazing, very clean and updated. Great location and great views.
- 5/5
Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, helpful and welcoming!
- 5/5
Right next to the Amtrak station. Just walked over.
- 2/5
So first off, the part that kills be the most is how expensive this hotel was, I paid over $1500 for a 4 night stay and it wasn’t even close to being worth it. As soon as I entered my room, I was in shock, not the good shock, the shock that I felt like I was just ripped off horribly. The room was not anywhere to being spotless, it was old, the carpet was gross, the bathroom floor had marks/ dirt all over them, and the room was tiny. We paid for the nice room with the corner view of the city. Wasn’t nice, was incredibly small, and just flat out not worth the money. Then there’s the area around it, super convenient if you are attending games, but be prepared to walk outside and have drug users walking up to you asking for stuff, it’s right by a train station or something, so as you can imagine all kinds of people are in and out of there. I had a homeless guy sit right in front of the hotel and proceeded to cuss me out the entire time I was outside smoking a cigarette. No security, no employees intervened, nothing. Overall, for the money, not even close to being acceptable. The pictures they put up to show you the property are very good, but very deceptive as well. They hired a great photographer haha.
- 5/5
They never disappoint! The hotel is gorgeous, the staff is so sweet, the food is delicious….we don’t stay anywhere else when we come into town!
- 4/5
Great place
- 3/5
Booked this room MONTHS ago … when I went to check in @ 3 I suddenly found myself wondering if I even had a room. After several minutes of searching the manager was finally called. He was able to “find” my room but I had paid for a corner king suite with full windows and a view of the water - that is not the room I got. It was by the elevators, had a few windows and the view of the water was obstructed. Very disappointed and still paid my original price.

- 4/5
Great breakfast and dining facility. Convenient to cruise ship. However room had very poor lightning. Needs updating.
- 5/5
Location right next to the train station was so convenient.
- 5/5
Loved the hotel; nice full gym; large rooms; comfortable beds; excellent location to football stadium and light rail ( to and from airport); quiet, and located walking distance to Pike market
- 4/5
We had a two bedroom suite. It was well appointed and clean with a huge corner window overlooking Lumen Field. It was nice having 13 Coins restaurant in the building and we were able to easily walk to WaMu. This is not thr hotel's fault, but my main complaint was getting there by car on a game day was trecherous and took about 45 minutes to go 8 blocks. Once at the hotel, I paid $65 for ther guest garage parking, but it was full. The free cocktail reception was nice and the breakfast was very nice. All clean an fresh. full. WA Mueasilwapp]
- 5/5
This was a lovely hotel. Has indoor swimming pool and outdoor patio area. Breakfast omelettes were very good. If you are a sports fan across street from both stadiums. Free shuttle to major points of interest. Restaurant in hotel was excellent with breakfast all day. Room cleaning at request but very responsive. Would stay there again. Also train station across the street.
- 5/5
It was so easy to walk to and from WAMU Theater for a concert. We were upgraded to the City View Penthouse and it was amazing. The beds were so comfortable, the view was incredible, especially at night. 100 % recommend.
- 5/5
We loved the corner suite with the views!
- 4/5
We arrived late by train and had a two-minute walk to the hotel, so location was perfect. Hiked the waterfront to the monorail and took that to the Chuhuly Museum for the day. Hotel held our luggage for free and we picked it up in the afternoon and walked over to our train. I found it very convenient. Downside is limited options within walking distance, although Chinatown is pretty close.
- 4/5
But mainly, there was no privacy as the bathroom door was a "barn-type" slider with gaps on either end, non-lockable, as well.
- 5/5
Customer service was great! Front desk was very helpful as was the cleaning staff. Amenities were a big plus with the included breakfast and happy hour. Also the location is great for walking to baseball or football games and surrounding food options. Pioneer Square has really cleaned up and was nice to walk through during the day. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Location where event was held
- 5/5
This was very conveniently located for our event with hotel parking being a big plus. The room was quiet and the staff friendly. Breakfast left a lot to be desired as well as the attached restaurant, but there were other closely located options for food and drinks.
- 5/5
Didn't like the fact that guests of the hotel aren't guaranteed a parking space in the garage when other events are happening in the area.
- 3/5
It was a clean room. However I found the parking to be very expensive and if you couldn’t fit into the underground parking you were forced to find a place downtown and we ended up having homeless ppl parked beside our vehicle for our stay so we were worried about our vehicle and the closest parking for us was about 10 mins walk away. As well when it was time to unload and load here were no spots out front.
- 1/5
Multiple things not working in the room, poor customer service and lack of accommodations.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing
- 5/5
Main door closes around 10pm. Have to walk around the hotel for entrance. Nice spot. 1 minute walk to the train station and 2 minute walk to the stadium
- 5/5
Beautiful place to stay in Seattle especially close to the Amtrak station and Lumen Field. Great eating as well!
- 4/5
To many homeless people around the hotel
- 3/5
Still think the sliding bathroom doors are ridiculous for privacy. May look at other hotels next time.
- 5/5
Amazing views of the downtown area. I felt safe staying here.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. Great location. Will go back again!
- 5/5
A new hotel with huge parking and well designed property including rooms.
- 4/5
One of the features I appreciated most was the self-service laundry on the 8th floor, which cost only $2.75 for both washing and drying—a very practical perk for longer stays. Although the hotel is a bit dated, it’s well maintained and kept very clean. Our corner junior suite offered beautiful views of the Seattle Great Wheel and the downtown skyline, which made our stay especially enjoyable.
- 3/5
The room itself was suitable - the room was fairly clean and staff were kind, helfpul, and professional. But the parking was egregiously overpriced and the breakfast was thoroughly offputting - no breakfast would be far superior to bad breakfast.
- 5/5
We were concerned about hotel parking. It was safe and easy, connected to the hotel. They were also able to arrange a private shuttle to the pier for our family. Would deffinately stay again. Friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
For the price and amenities it's a good hotel.
- 5/5
Stores near by and a few dining options in the hotel and near by. Hotel located right next to Lumen field and a few minutes from T-Mobile arena. It’s a pretty safe walk to a from too. Will def stay again, it’s definitely worth paying more to stay here. Oh, one downside, $65 bucks for parking but it’s near, well-lit and gated (connected to the hotel). I guess the free breakfast and evening reception snacks make up for it though.
- 5/5
The room was excellent. The building was beautiful. The staff were quick to help us, eve though therewas a concert, a football game and cruise ships coming in. I would stay again
- 5/5
Na
- 4/5
This hotel is fine. The only issue I had are the doors to the bathroom. It's a sliding door that doesn't really fully close as there is a gap between the door and the wall especially the one from the bedroom so guests do not have complete privacy.
- 4/5
Very close to Seattle Mariners stadium and very walkable and safe. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was the only disappointment..not serviced and food was not replaced promptly...very busy...overall would stay again in this location
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff, close to lots of activities. Loved staying here.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, extremely nice staff
- 5/5
Everything is great EXCEPT whole paper thin windows! We were on the 19th floor and hear every loud car/siren/etc like we were right next to it. I mean it’s the city and it’s loud so maybe some better windows so the people who pay to sleep there get some…sleep? Otherwise great place
- 5/5
Had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton. It was in a great location, near T-Mobile Park, just a 10 min walk. We walked to the game and back without needing to deal with parking a car or getting a Lyft. There's also a free Waterfront Shuttle that runs every 30 mins or so. Another plus was the free breakfast every morning, lots of food options available! We will be staying here again for future trips!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and It was perfect with no noise around us. I love how they had a fridge and microwave. Would stay there again ! We enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Thank you
- 5/5
Great place to stay when in Seattle for Mariner's or Seahawk's games! Park your car and it's a short walk to either stadium. Comfy beds, nice hot showers...and no fighting after game traffic!
- 5/5
I loved everything about this hotel. We will stay here again for sure!!
- 5/5
The only thing we didn't care for were the barn doors on the bathroom and private sleeping quarters. It was not private while traveling with our two sons. The doors had gaps due to the style.
- 5/5
Perfect hotel for accessibility to Seattle. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the complementary drinks and snacks every afternoon.
- 4/5
A lot of homeless in this area
- 5/5
Great stay, excellent staff. I would stay here again
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Overall I was really impressed with the offerings: the evening reception was nice, the breakfasts were excellent (the team making the omelets were both friendly and skilled). My only real disappointment was the television offerings. I've stayed at other hotels that had more options for accessing streaming services and easier ways of connecting to them. Though I wasn't in town just to watch television, it would have been nice to have better access to streaming options when I was in for the night.
- 5/5
Breakfast Buffet was the best I’ve ever had a hotel!
- 5/5
Loved the hotel, we’ve stayed many times
- 5/5
Great location, amazing staff
- 5/5
Great staff! Check in and late night employees are amazing! Love this hotel.
- 5/5
We were in Seattle for a wedding. Found this location to be convenient since festivities took place in Pioneer Square. Location also convenient for light rail from airport, for free shuttle to tourist sights and restaurants.
- 5/5
Easy walk to the arena. Restaurant was nice, food was good and staff was friendly. I appreciated the free water when we returned late from the concert. The EV charging station was slow but I was glad to be able to use it.
- 3/5
No conditioner in the shower. No soap in the bathroom and no extra toilet paper. Carpet was dirty in room and sticky floors on the 2nd floor common area
- 3/5
Good location if you’re in downtown Great transportation options right out the front door. Free waterfront shuttle that takes you to space needle, aquarium another hotspot. Always taxis out front, and tons of lime, scooters, and bicycles out front. The test restaurant is good for no travel dining Cons: During peak, check-in and checkout hours, don’t even think you’re using the elevator anytime soon. 8 to 12 minute waits None of the phones in our room worked, which is a safety concern. A technician had to come up late on evening with my family sleeping to reset them and that only worked for a few hours. I should not have to use my cell phone to get a hold of the front desk Conditioner, shower door were empty and never got refilled even upon request after having a room serviced
- 5/5
Clean. Great amenities. Food and Drinks on site.
- 5/5
I have absolutely no issues with the property however, the area around this place is a bit unsafe. I could see drug users on the street and a lot of homeless people walking around too.
- 3/5
No concierge. You have to take all your luggages by yourself.
- 5/5
Very nice, clean, and amazing staff.
- 4/5
Room was missing a couple of small items that should have been restocked.
- 3/5
Over priced and right next to the train station so you can hear it all night long.
- 5/5
Stayed here for a concert at Lumen Field, was able to walk to the concert and there’s a restaurant at the hotel that’s open late!
- 5/5
Always friendly and great experience
- 5/5
Gorgeous room-so contemporary and we even got a visit from Milton the robot!
- 5/5
Clear, loved the gym and the breakfast was great!
- 5/5
Great place to stay in Seattle. Very convenient to the stadiums and Amtrak. Great made to order eggs and very filling breakfast! Would love to stay at this location again!
