- Clean rooms
- Unsafe location with high homeless population
- Poor quality breakfast

Great location. WE didn't get a car during our trip to Seattle. And this was really great for using public transportation to get to downtown Seattle. Everything was meh...but it was okay for value. The breakfast was minimal packaged bakes and bananas.
- 5/5
Only downside, price. Rewards programs are great and all, but a book rate at $165 per night was definitely a bit hard to swallow. I'll be back for sure. Convenient location, great staff, clean rooms, excellent property overall.

Warm and friendly staff, and complimentary breakfast. Availability of microwave and fridge in unit. Loud vent; not the most sound-proof walls. Curtains don't block light well.
- 2/5
Initially no water as they were working on repair or maintenance, unbeknownst to us. Then the workers continued right out our door til 8 pm. Annoying but tolerable. Dudnt linger any longer than necessary do no clue on breakfast offered.
- 5/5
Definitely a great location, other than the occasional noise of the neighborhood....but overall, a great place. Will definitely return

Breakfast was mostly non-existent - coffee (with fake creamer), cheap packaged pastries, fake orange juice. There were real bananas, though, which was appreciated. The internet didn't work. At 4 am, folks were smoking near our room with the smoke wafting into our room.

The location is close to downtown and provides easy access to all locations like the space needle and the Amazon sphere and such There are too many homeless people around. Some even came onto the property and were sitting under the staircase. 2 of them must have had an issue and started shouting loudly at each other. This scared my wife and daughter causing us to cut short our stay and check out.
- 5/5
Absolutely great
- 4/5
I liked the tub, but the jets were not working. No grab bars to around the tub. same

The guy at the front desk was a super nice guy, and really helpful. From the streets looking in, I was actually a little concerned about the choice to stay there, but to my surprise, the room was pretty clean and comfortable. The beds are a little outdated but do the trick. The location was ok. But WAY too many people doing drugs in front of the buildings, and prostitutes walking up and down the road during the day and night. But it’s easy to get to down town, the zoo, and many other places. So if you’re looking to stay with young children, just beware of the junkies and other things they may see while there.
- 4/5
Pitiful "breakfast". When we asked what would be available, we were told "juice and coffee. Oh, and pastries." I'm sorry, that's not breakfast, just diabetes in the making.
- 0.5/5
Had no nice things to say Unfortunately the staff had been less than helpful and would much rather have people who are prepared to pay in cash for their stay on the streets. Going through unfortunate events in misplacing a wallet, I offered cash and they refused to allow me one night because I didn’t have a card with my name on it. I offered to extend extra cash for any accidental fees. The location was filthy and unkept in the lobby.. I will never recommend this area to anyone

The incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Zach and Brandi are amazing workers very friendly and helpful. On the negative location. But public transportation is very close and fairly decent.
- 4/5
Clean room. Staff is helpful and friendly. Light breakfast but it was good, enough for us. The surrounding area is not feeling safe in the night. The hotel was close to the road so it was noisy in the night.
- 4/5
Didn't had time 2 eat breakfast
- 5/5
Wonderful stay in a very affordable hotel.
- 4/5
The surrounding area was a bit loud you could here traffic all night long
- 4/5
Clean room, convenient location, heat and AC. The wake-up/time to go call was a surprise, half hour before check-out.
- 5/5
I just needed to be there at night.Heater worked great, TV worked great value
- 1/5
Was not located in safe place. Told them at time of check in I would only be staying one night. The hotel employee said he would refund the remaining two nights to my credit card. I waited three weeks and no refund. I tried calling several times and they always say they will get back to me and never do. I tried asking for names, and the male employee would not give me his name
- 4/5
It was inexpensive.
- 4/5
No
- 2/5
No elevator for seniors with heavy luggage . It’s unexpected and not acceptable at all .
- 2/5
Terrible smell, very noisy.

It was not what it looks like in picture.it has bed bugs the towels are brown i will never stay again.

This hotel is located in an area of Seattle where rough looking people hang out close by. We drove to the building where we were told our suite was and did not even feel safeenough to leave our car. We enddd up not staying in the hotel and, instead, decided to make the 3 hour drive back ti vancouver instead. Please be ware!!!!!
- 2/5
The staff did not show until 3:00 pm that day, we had to wait from 12:00 through 3:00 pm (3 hours) outside of the hotel! The breakfast was provided with only coffee and muffins.
- 1/5
Bad wifi, poor accomodations, not a lot of help, didn't respect privacy.
- 5/5
I saw some bad reviews when i booked but it was reasonable price than downtown and it turned out to be very clean..the guy in the front who helped me check in was friendly and welcoming..i will def be back and the area to me was not bad..yeah theres a bus stop and homeless people but thats everywhere even downtown!
- 4/5
Not in the greatest area. Buildings quite old. But our unit was nice and clean. great beds
- 1/5
DO NOT stay at this motel. It is in a terrible area and very sketchy. Window in bathroom didn’t lock, stairs are broken. Room stinks and Its not just from smoke. They wouldn’t even let you in the front office because if THEIR safety. We didn’t around until after 1 am due to flight delays and felt stuck. This place needs to advertised as motel by the hour ONLY.
- 1/5
The food was Prepackaged hostess pastries when promised continental breakfast and only available for two hours, low quality brown fruit and bottled juice
- 1/5
Terrible
- 4/5
The hotel room was clean, had good pillows! good water pressure in the shower...
- 5/5
Very friendly
- 4/5
Room was very clean and comfy. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was mediocre.
- 5/5
Brandy is a gem!! From making herself available to me for an early check-in support me and my trip then to help me find my phone that I lost in an Uber shes the one who was able to contact Uber for me without me having my phone it was great! She really is an asset to your property!! She cares and is dedicated and you can't buy or train that great job Brandy!
- 3/5
Breakfast was ok could be better !!
- 4/5
Very nice staff, clean room and very convenient location. Breakfast needs to be improved
- 5/5
excellent.
- 2/5
Just another tired, dirty motel. Even grandkids didn’t like it and couldn’t stop talking about how dirty the bathroom was.
- 3/5
Hotel itself was alright. Its an old building for sure. Surrounding area was very dirty. Drug users and alot of homeless people.
- 3/5
Older motel with outside entrances. No elevator. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
The gentleman at the desk was nice. When we arrived at the property and checked in it was alright. He told us we were in the building across the street. We drove over there and there were people hanging around in the walkways drinking and smoking, the front windows of the room were bolted shut with brackets and the back window to the room was wide open, no screen, no lock just A STICK IN THE TRACK! There were stains on the beds and bedding, a substance in the drawers, and the electrical outsets had gaps in them leading to the other room. The part of town is not safe at all or recommend especially for people with children!
- 3/5
The desk manager was pleasant enough, but when my key did not work either day, he was irritated and even though HE could not get the key to work either, he still somehow tried to blame me. You get what you pay for. Would not stay again.
- 2/5
The only real upside was the Hispanic cleaning lady who refreshed our room while we were out. She did a great job.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable room. The HVAC was noisy when it kicked on to cool the room, more than I would say is normal. The lighting around the mirrors was somewhat dim and my wife complained about this while applying makeup. I noticed same when shaving. The coffee makers that are being supplied in room which use the tea like bags for coffee are worthless. Might as well not have them available. The coffee available in the breakfast area was good with several different blends. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Overall a great location in a bad part of town. The hotel is more of a motel - it can’t help the area around it has become seedy. Hotel staff friendly and professional. Room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. Surprisingly comfy beds!! On site laundry which we did not use but was very popular. If you don’t mind staying a night or two in a less desirable area, you’ll have a decent stay here. Only 20 minutes from Pike Place.
- 3/5
The check-in clerk was not very friendly, but the check-out clerk was very nice. It is in pretty good shape, but in a very bad part of town.
- 2/5
Bad areas
- 5/5
Bed was super comfortable, front desk staff was great.
- 1/5
There were ants, insects on the tables and window panels. Pets hair on the floor, so poorly maintained property. Would never recommend a stay here. Not worth it. Waste of money with this website and this hotel
- 1/5
Nasty drug infested, prostitute infested, gang violence horrible place
- 2/5
Loud and sketchy location. Not a "family" hotel. Wont stay again... left a day early.
- 4/5
The room was clean.
- 4/5
clean and service
- 5/5
My room was spotless and comfortable, great bathroom, warm and dry. The front desk clerk let me check in very early, which was super cool. Yah, it's not the nicest neighborhood in Seattle, but it isn't the worst spot on Aurora either. Just watch your step around the homeless crazies. But the property itself is fine, rooms are basic but comfy.
- 4/5
A nice room and freindly desk clerk, but a sketchy part of town.
- 3/5
Could have offered more breakfast options. The room was decent. Very clean. Overall stay was alright.
- 3/5
Aurora is a gritty street, if you’ve been there you know what you’re getting into. Good place if you just need the three S’s.
- 1/5
The room assigned to us room#130 (see 1st 3 pics) was not cleaned and then the other room given #115 has a rug/cleaning cloth on the couch. Hence we decided to cancel.
- 5/5
Numerous shady characters around the area. But for the price days inn offered, I am happy with my choice. Just be ready to uber everywhere from the property for safety.
- 5/5
the gal was very nice and helpful
- 5/5
Easy to get to off I5.
- 5/5
There was a great breakfast and room was large and clean.
- 2/5
It is okay place to stay
- 5/5
Great value. Friendly, cleanand comfortable. Convenient location.
- 3/5
This hotel is fine and very affordable too. Conveniently located with just a short drive to Downtown Seattle, Ballard and other places.
- 2/5
This hotel is In a bad location. We had an intoxicated person try to open our door at 2:30 am and then sleep next to it. We (including my young kids and teenage son) saw multiple prostitutes walking through the parking lot. It is not a place I would stay again.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay at this days inn. Check in agent I believe Brandy was very kind and accommodating. Room was a little dated and had a handful of patchjobs, but overall was very clean and the bed very comfy. Would absolutely stay here again, especially for the price
- 4/5
It was perfect for what me and my friend needed. Simple, unpretentious. Comfortable bed. The area is sketchy. It is Aurora Ave which is not a safe neighborhood
- 5/5
The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the service truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay in Seattle. I'll definitely be back!
- 4/5
Nothing special. Room was dated but comfortable. But the gentlemen whonwas at the desk was awesome. Helped with every request with a perosnable and friendly attitude
- 3/5
It’s ok
- 2/5
Prepare to spend the night with anxiety! Welcome to Seattle! This place is not I repeat not in a good neighborhood. Also, stains in bathroom.
- 3/5
The room stinks of stale cigarettes and urine. We spilled something and when we went to wipe it up the towel turned brown from the carpet that’s apparently never been cleaned. Beds were hard but not lumpy.
- 5/5
Good room
- 1/5
Horrible, unsafe place to stay
- 5/5
Clean, affordable and close the city center. Room was serviced each of our 4 day stay. Neighborhood is a bit edgy but that's just living in the big city. Safe enough for my wife ,teenage kids, and i to walk across the street after dark to an awesome taco cart. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Good service from the front desk staff. Super helpful and friendly. Comfy bed, good for a one night stay. Close to the zoo.
- 4/5
Beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water.
- 1/5
The sink in the bath area was partially clogged and very slow draining. The worst part about staying here was, at about 4 am in the morning a person (possible street walker) began shouting outside our door, LOUDLY and incoherent for about 3 minutes. There was other noise all night long of Semi's driving on Hwy 99. I didn't fell safe staying at this hotel. I am so glad that we checked out after only spending 1 night and rebooked a hotel at a safer area. Maybe if they had a Full-time Security Guard on the premises it would have been a different experience.
- 2/5
To make matters worse, when I initially reported this to the hotel staff, they assured me that a refund would be processed through Expedia. However, when Expedia followed up, the hotel staff claimed to know nothing about our conversation and refused to issue a refund. This was deceitful and incredibly frustrating, as we were misled into believing that the issue would be resolved. The room itself was unclean, and the hotel staff were largely unavailable and unhelpful. This experience has been one of the worst I've ever had with a hotel. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice, as the conditions were deplorable, and the management seems to have no regard for the well-being of their guests. Avoid this place at all costs.
- 2/5
Refused to cancel second night when it was within parameters supposedly set by them. Bathroom was a broom closet, couldn't open door unless you stood in tub, which was a good thing bathroom door ppened to view toilet from windiw, blackout blinds were a joke
- 1/5
It was absolutely horrible. Our worst in life. Was told to go 2nd floor with no elevator. Wifi doesn't work. Area not safe at all. SA s breakfast included but it was grab and go. No sit to eat.
- 1/5
We did not like this property at all👎👎
- 4/5
a little rundown place. Staff's nice. It's motel like properties. wifi not really working. Continental breakfast is a bit disappointed with some packages donuts like pastries; some pies and coffee/tea/juices.
- 1/5
This property isn’t listed as unsafe, prostitution and pan handlers near by all day and all night. For the price we paid, it was a ripoff by expedia.
- 3/5
Not liked: though offered a breakfast but not lot of food choices like other wyndham hotels. Area around the hotel felt unsafe & shady with lots of people doing drugs. No grocery or medical shop near by in case there is an emergency. To Sea-Tac airport from hotel uber costed me $93 one way.
- 4/5
-The breakfast is NOT what the pictures show. They have a tiny fridge full of Sunny D and a few Apple juice, cheep box pies, little pastries/danishes and coffee. -Room 23 has an extra window by the bathroom/kitchenette area. They added a thin curtain for us after we complained but it never really gets dark in there.
- 1/5
There was no breakfast. Mentioning this property as having breakfast is completely misleading. They had prepacked pastries and coffee. Even bananas were not there three days out of five. The property is in a shady area.
- 2/5
was really disappointed with this property. I guess you really do get what you pay for. I thought I had done my due diligence by reading reviews, I don't think I gave enough weight to the bad reviews and too much to the ok reviews. I'm not hard to please and not fancy by any means, but this place was horrible. It felt unsafe. drug users and prostitutes were literally a few feet from our door. I'm not sure what the standard is for room cleaning ,but after our first day out, we came back and room had not been cleaned. I was informed by the front desk that it is done once every three days. The other big concern was the ants in the bathroom. when I mentioned it to the desk, the response was " oh yeah, those sugar ants, we'll make sure we spray." all I can say is spend a few bucks more and stay somewhere else
- 2/5
No wifi, lock on sink window is a piece of wood
- 2/5
Not what we expected
- 2/5
Was a shadier part of town glad it was t wife an Kids alone
- 1/5
Sketchy area with questionable people around. The office is only staffed certain hours of the day. The office is always locked because of the people that hang around the area.
- 3/5
We rented three rooms for two nights. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were nice and clean, although dated. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best and the TV was all static. The buildings on the outside are not very clean or welcoming and the hotel itself is in a sketchy area. There were gunshots behind the hotel one night, and we were not sure we were very safe as a homeless person camped out overnight on the stairwell beneath us. There were signs saying there were security cameras, but we looked closely and couldn't find any actual cameras. The hotel was convenient to our family in Ballard and easy to get to downtown from, and it was much cheaper than some other places. We pretty much got what we paid for, but we won't be back.
- 2/5
There is a bus station in front of hotel and people stay there overnight. My credit card got hacked after I checked in to this hotel. Not recommended. I immediately changed to another hotel.
- 4/5
Location to buses is good. Not the best area of town. Room was clean and comfortable. All there was for breakfast was minimal. Coffee, juice and packaged pastries.
- 4/5
The bed had a very low spot in the middle , no night stands or closet for our clothes to put in.
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed.
- 3/5
It's comfortable for 1 night stay. Cold pastries for breakfast, reception was okay. No restaurant in and around the area.
- 5/5
staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are very clean.
- 3/5
In comparison to other hotels nearby, it was more expensive even though that hotel is similar to the other similar hotels nearby. The staff were friendly and cordial.
- 2/5
Properly is in bad shape, carpet is dirty, bathroom bathtubs have a cracked on the floor of the bathtubs Heating is not working . Room feels cold.
- 2/5
I only chose this place because of the continental breakfast. Had I known it was limited to a cheap box apple pie or danish, i would have not stayed overnight. To top it off the staff was never in the office when we needed them to be.
- 2/5
Nasty place
- 4/5
I like everything about this property for sure it's just that it's a lot of empty rooms and I get put in the same room, can I get a different room next time?
- 1/5
I was charged twice and no one is helping me
- 5/5
Check in was easy. The parking was convenient and there were lots of convenient dining options
- 1/5
I would not recommend to anyone ever
- 2/5
Every idea for breakfast very unhealthy, except bananas. Unhelpful front desk!
- 1/5
A great picture of a dump. Homeless people yelling outside the office and gaps all around the door.
- 3/5
I've stayed here one other time. This time had same problem of no "regular" coffee with the coffee pot. Also, this room had a deep, "jetted" tub, that I was looking forward to trying out. The jets would not turn on, therefore, dysfunctional. The office staff was really friendly and the room itself was comfortable and clean.
- 3/5
This was the best value inn Seattle. Close to public transportation. Not a lot of walkable restaurants, or anything for that matter what area. But it was the only place that was under $200 a night, and it was safe during the day.
- 3/5
It wasn’t anything fancy but was clean and served its purpose. The continental breakfast wasn’t very good. They could have had some cold cereal and milk or yogurt but only offered packaged pastries and bananas. The coffee was good.
- 2/5
It listed a restaurant but when we asked we were told it was the Taco Bell next door. We also found out that we were on the main “street warmer” strip and should have been told for our own protection. There was a loud noise that sounded like a machine that was outside our room that keep going off and on all night long so we had a very noisy room. For the price we had to pay we expected more. Will never stay there again!!
- 2/5
The sink area was not clean. There are hairs left from a previous guest shaving at the sink. The microwave has Texas food all over inside, and the area around the mini fridge is dirty and grungy. There is crud in the corners and most of the crevices on the counters, the water faucet, and around the sink, as well as grunge in the tub. My big mistake was not booking a hotel earlier because of the holiday weekend. It’s a seedy area, and doesn’t feel very safe.
- 2/5
The noise was horrible next to a main road. The rooms were very noisey and staff was hard to find.
- 1/5
Will never stay here again and will warn people about this locations undesirability!! Stay away everyone!!!
