Nice property, helpful staff, timely shuttle service, clean room. I recommend Courtyard Marriott.

All was good. But noise from floor above in the middle of the night tells me your building needs cancellation noise systems

Marriott Shuttle was unreliable, they left us at the Port to 2hrs. They were also looking for a driver when it was time to leave the hotel. I think they were all related ans making excuses for the driver who was late. AGAIN.

This information should have been communicated to me from the beginning so I wouldn’t have wasted my time waiting unnecessarily. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and consider this poor customer service.

The carpet had dirty mystery stains in it. The shower and sink were filled with water marks.

The front desk clerk was the best her name slips my mind but I think it begins with A. The place was very nice easy to walk to restaurants great place post amazing cruise. The shuttle driver that took us to the airport was very rude and slammed the door shut without warning almost catching my arm but did catch my hair. As a disabled person he didn't help or put the step so to help getting out another passenger did that.

I gave 4 stars because of the lighting in the room was very poor. Yes, it have the blackout shades, however they are broken, unable to open. We have to use the phone light, otherwise I have no complaints.

Very nice clean room for the price. Good curtains, not quite full blackout but as good as it usually gets. There were minimal extra LED lights in the room as well. Sleepers rejoice! Only downside was I’d rate the shower as just OK.

Great location near the airport. The complimentary shuttle was a plus as well as the Bistro Cafe. Didn't have to leave the property for a good meal. The staff was prompt in assisting with medication left in the room. Thank you! Nothing could have been better. The property exceeded my expectations. It is on my list for my next visit to the Seattle area.

Arrived after a long day of travel to their computer down in late evening. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting, they gave us paper forms to fill out. We had a reservation. No regular coffee in room coffee maker, only decaf. No complimentary coffee in lobby until 7am. We arrived to catch our shuttle at 6:02 but the 6:00 had left. The guy returned at 6:14 and we pleaded to take us to airport for fear of missing flight, the lady at desk wouldn’t budge and we had to wait until 6:30. There was no one else waiting. We were it and she wouldn’t make an exception. Gave the lame excuse “it was policy they only left on the half hour. What happened to kindness and customer service exception? Driver was nice and he tried but she wouldn’t let him take us until 6:30. No more Marriotts for us.

I booked this for my elderly sister who was traveling alone. She felt very safe there, staff was very helpful, bistro was very good and convenient to have in the hotel so she didn’t have to go out to eat.

The Hotel is fine for a couple nights stay but the morning front desk lady needs proper training on not being biased.

Flight was delayed last minute and needed to return our car and book a night, price was pretty fair, there was a bistro so we didn’t need to uber anywhere. There is airport shuttle as well that really helped. Staff were all nice and helpful.

Very convenient to the airport. Pretty easy walk to a couple restaurants but not much else nearby, great for a short stay to keep you close to the airport. Staff was great and the bar/bistro was great too

I booked this hotel for my wife and friend who were doing an Alaska cruise. Location next to the airport, breakfast in the am, easy meet up with my buddy who was taking them to the cruise terminal were all a plus.

The rooms are comfortable, the staff is always helpful and I like being able to park in the secure garage. This hotel is convenient to the airport and a great value.

The food selection and service was banal

The staff was semi-friendly. The room was in horrible condition. The bed was broken on one side. When you sat down to get in on that side it basically went to the floor. The shower in the bathroom was terrible. It barely had any pressure and the spigot in it was pulled out of the wall. It was supposed to be a handicap shower but it had no sprayer if you needed to spray off the soap on you. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again.

Housekeeping never arrived to clean more restock our towels & toiletries. The room was extremely dim and smelt odd. I asked the front desk about getting ice from the bar he responded very what felt like Ridley directly me to the ice maker on my floor and when going to the ice maker it didn’t even work. Just didn’t feel like my usual Marriott feelings of courtesy or cleanliness to include the normal customer service I’m use too. I wouldn’t stay here again. Then to also charge for parking seemed ridiculous $21 a day. Not worth the extra charge when other hotels offer more at a better price.

The airport shuttle was always on time, and the driver so helpful with my many suitcases. Breakfast was good, made to order options which was a pleasant surprise. Roberto was always friendly and efficient during breakfast hours. I took off one star because of the noise from neighboring rooms, and endless room doors slamming. Otherwise I had a great stay at this hotel.

Check in staff was very hands off, I had to confirm the need for a parking pass. The rest of staff we interacted with was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay, overall, the hotel and our room was well maintained and clean.

No bathroom amenities, no free breakfast, no free parking.

The 5th floor showers have ZERO water pressure. Figure this into your schedule because showering will take 45min for a 15min shower

The room was ok except for both sets of curtains/shades were broken. The chain hardware was off both so my husband fixed it so we could get some light. The breakfast didn’t begin until 7 and my sister thought she could eat before her flight but left on the shuttle at 7. Was not made clear on our reservations. Coffee was marginal.

Restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Complimentary coffee was great!

We got there at 4:pm and left at 4 am, and it was everything we needed, clean, commodious, close, and friendly. We weren’t looking for Disneyland or Paris or Dubai. ,

I was pleasantly surprised. It’s very close to the airport in a so-so part of town; but, to my surprise that was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in recently. Very nice, large shower with a nice glass door (no annoying shower curtain). Staff was very friendly. I also had a very nice Mediterranean salad at the restaurant downstairs in the lobby. Would absolutely stay here again.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was used tissue paper left in the trash bin, and the bath towels were poorly folded, giving the impression they may have been used by previous guests without the housekeeper noticing. Additionally, there were visible dirty spots on the bed sheets.

We stayed on the 6th floor and the elevator was broken our entire stay. We had to walk the stairs all 3 nights. There was also no parking in their parking lot, so we had to park down the street and walk in 29 degree cold, rainy weather to and from the hotel to the car.

However, our experience with the morning shuttle driver (around 11 AM) was very disappointing. He was rude about the four bags we were traveling with and made an inappropriate comment about us coming from India, implying that we had multiple bags because “everything is cheap there.” We found this remark disrespectful and unnecessary. Because of this incident, I cannot give a 5-star rating. Otherwise, the stay would have been great.

We were kept awake until 3:45am with loud yelling from one of the rooms. There is no security at this hotel which is not in a great area near SeaTac. The lone front desk young lady tried to help, but when I realized she was alone I told her to call the police as is was not safe to get involved. Things finally settled down, but we got no rest. Will not stay here again! Hotels in this area should have some level of security!

On arrival, the front doors were locked. I waited outside for about 10 minutes in freezing conditions (-2°C) before anyone opened the door. The person who let me in couldn’t check me in, so I waited another 5 minutes for the front desk agent. No apology or acknowledgment was offered. The front desk staff was aloof and unwelcoming. My spouse and young children were waiting in the car, exhausted. This was not a great first impression, especially late at night with kids. For safety and sleep hygiene reasons, our toddler sleeps in a crib. We requested a Pack ’n Play, and charging extra for this basic infant safety accommodation felt unnecessary and inconsistent with Marriott standards, particularly for a Platinum Bonvoy member. We have stayed at many Marriott properties around the world and have never been surcharged for this basic request. No thank you. Between being left waiting in the cold, lack of basic customer service, and the unexpected surcharge requested , this stay fell well below expectations.

Very clean, with a full shower (no bath, though) and a great shuttle that got is to and from the airport quickly. Also, breakfast was great: it's not free but much, much better than what is usually on offer at other hotels. Well worth the extra bucks.

We booked a room to sleep for a few hours before our flight. I'd called Marriott and directly to the hotel and they told me both times they didn't have any park and seep and fly type available. So I booked parking elsewhere. Then the girl at the desk said yes they did... it's just easiest to tell them when you get there. I'd asked about parking and rates etc...then they charge $21 for parking for our 6 hour stay.

Staff were very accommodating and professional. We needed body wash refill in our room and they went above and beyond and gave us shampoo and conditioner as well. The staff at the restaurant’s hotel was also excellent. Very personable and attentive. The food quality and taste was great! We had breakfast burritos before we had to leave and it was a good size and tasty. We also had fruit cups and they were fresh. We got coffee and it was fresh as well. Our rooms were clean and modern. We were saying that this was one of the best hotels that we stayed at around the airport. Would def stack here again.

We booked this hotel because of its 24-hour shuttle from Seatac Airport. We arrived at Seatac at 11 pm and waited for 90 minutes for a pick-up, but nothing came. In the interim I tried calling a dozen times, but there was no answer. We tried the airport hotel kiosk, but nothing. I called Bonvoy help desk, and they called and could not get thru. Finally, we took an expensive taxi. The desk said the phone system was out. "Why no shuttle? I asked. "Because you have to call to reserve," the desk manager said. "But we could not get through to make the rez," I pointed out. She shrugged. Also, no coffee in the morning for the return to airport.

It was simple, clean and the staff were so friendly. They only charged $20 incidental fee which shows trust and respect for its clients. The shuttle driver dropped me off and picked me up at my dinner spot and honestly I wish every hotel were as easygoing, friendly and trusting as this place. I will stay again. They are wonderful. And yes, the room as clean and the bed was very cozy.

I stayed here during an overnight layover. It was clean, quiet and had everything I needed. It is very close to the airport, just a short drive. The staff was nice as well. The only bummer was having to pay for non-valet parking in an open lot when I already paid to stay in a room. Otherwise my stay was great.

This was a clean and comfortable hotel near the airport. We didn't use the shuttle, but it appeared to run 24/7. There were also dinner and breakfast available that we didn't partake of this trip. The coffee maker in the room didn't work but we were able to get coffee from the lobby. You definitely can hear the airplanes but it wasn't bad enough to keep you from sleeping.

Typical hotel near an airport but staff was nice and rooms worked for our needs. Food in the bistro was ok. We ate there because we didn’t want to travel to downtown to search for a better restaurant when we only stayed 1 night.

We stayed here for one night. I barely got any sleep because you can hear the nearby room doors shut, and I could hear the people in the room next to us. I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s clean, but the fact that it’s so noisy and I could hear everything would prevent me from staying here again.

The Courtyard Marriott has a clean, quiet facility. The beds are very comfortable, the WiFi is reliable and fast. The water is hot, the water pressure is great, the soaps were full, and the a/c works great. The shuttle is easy to catch and on time with friendly drivers.

Seems like they might be short staffed. Only one check-in person when full shuttle buses of guests arrive. No other walkable options for dining nearby, without crossing very busy roads, although there’s a 7-11 next door.

Their airport shuttle does not take you to Departures. It drops you at furthest point in parking garage. Good thing I asked. Ended up ordering an Uber instead. So their airport shuttle service is deceiving Had to walk from luggage to elevators, bridges and furthest part of parking when I arrived.

Beautiful very large room

Shuttle service dropped us off for dinner and told us to call once done. In a couple hours we were done with dinner and tried many times to call hotel and they never answered. We had to call an uber to come get us after waiting 45 minutes. Also gal bartender was not welcoming or friendly. Even after giving a generous tip very ride. We will not be staying here again and neither the couple of friends we were traveling with.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. It was a requirement with a 5:00 am flight. Would highly recommend.

For how easy it was with shuttle to airport and fact that it was first hotel with a restaurant that stayed up till 10 on my entire trip i was quiet pleased after the long day i had to get something

We stayed only a few hours - late arrival and very early departure. Jerry (front desk) was terrific helping us arrange a shuttle pickup near the Angle Street rail station, and the airport shuttle driver was wonderful assisting a disabled passenger and the remaining full load of passengers. The room was clean, and the bed/pillows were comfortable. The walk-in shower was convenient. Great place to stay if you need a place near the airport.

The staff was very helpful in getting us around the city, suggesting ways of transportation from point A to point B. The beds were very comfortable and the Bistro had excellent food and service.

We only stayed one night but enjoyed using the hotel shuttle a couple of times. Tip: don’t use a car service to take you downtown. Take the shuttle back to the airport and take the light rail for $3 per person. The bar was lively at night with a great bar manager.

Everything was fine nothing great, but really close to the airport. Even the food was good enough.

Complimentary airport shuttle is why I selected this hotel. For the price, complimentary breakfast should be offered. The room and amenities are comparable to other hotels with a shuttle and breakfast. Now I know for next time

Came up for the night from Portland for a Seahawks game. It was convenient, very clean and nice, free parking and close enough for a quick uber ride to the stadium!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed—perfect for tired climbers in need of a recharge. The beds were especially appreciated after long days on the mountain. The hotel’s proximity to the airport made our travel logistics simple and stress-free, while still providing a quiet, restful environment. Having on-site dining and easy access to nearby food options gave our team the chance to refuel and relax together before heading home. Overall, the Courtyard offered the right balance of comfort, convenience, and hospitality, giving us exactly what we needed on our final day. Nice hotel with spacious comfortable rooms. It is near the airport and convenient. Other guests were a bit noisy and my upstairs neighbor was up late and in the wee hours of the morning stomping on my head.

Sink wouldn’t drain, but staff fixed it properly after it was reported to the front desk. Nice modern room. Wish breakfast was included.

The food at the Bistro was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t expect much but the food tasted very fresh and well made. At check in my sister was given a key to a room that was already occupied. Huge inconvenience for her and the occupants. A new room was assigned but after a full day of travel that was not a good way to end the day.

Could hear the people upstairs walking around and we could hear water all night going in pipes.

Would not recommend this place if you want to sleep. Could hear every word said in both adjacent rooms. Have never experienced this before.
