Nice property and staff. Wish they had longer restaurant hours, more choices, and room service. They doubled the rates due to world cup coming this week.

The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping folks were outstanding and really were trying hard! The food in the Bistro was great tasting, but took a very, very long time. We were the only group (4) in the restaurant at the time, and we waited for quite some time.
- 5/5
We enjoyed the Bistro especially, Lauren is an amazing person and we really enjoyed her service! Thank you! Barry and Cheryl

Clean modern room, friendly staff. One side overlooks a gas station so you may want to request to be away from that but it didn’t bother me.

Would have liked complimentary coffee- and the filtered water offered in the lobby was empty.

Unfortunately there were ants in the bathroom. I got rid of quite a few but they kept showing up. Room was near ice machine and elevator so it was constantly noisy with loud people and the loud dispensing of ice throughout the night.
- 5/5
The room decor is new and clean, everything nice and tidy, well managed. Love it. Although it takes a bus detour to the light rail, it’s closer to the high way and takes only 6-7 minutes Lyft to the Green Lake area for a breezy walk. Same price but much better experience than the downtown classy ones.
- 4/5
High traffic area, a little noisy
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was just what we needed and the cafe was really nice. The food and service was great!
- 4/5
I really like the different tables and booths, TVs and fireplace. Welcoming!
- 5/5
extednded stay. Excellent staff and service. Nice, spacious rooms. quiet. Good location if you need to stay a bit North of downtown Seattle. Adequate breakfast, but I wish there were some healthier and varied choices. Amenities are good, but no shower cap. Overall, I would stay here again.
- 2/5
Close and convenient and clean Having to pay for underground parking that was too tight to pass another car. And no complimentary breakfast
- 2/5
Didn’t sleep all night. Sirens from the nearby intersection kept me up all night.
- 5/5
The room was clean and beds very comfortable
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff was helpful and courteous and food at the bistro was amazing
- 3/5
room was small for two beds price before discount. No water in room.
- 4/5
Clean, friendly
- 5/5
Absolutely lovely staff. From the front counter to the he cleaning crew. New linen and towels without me needing to ask.
- 4/5
This hotel was convenient, but we were on the street side, second floor, with an emergency room across the street. Very noisy. We should have specified the garden side of the building. We will request that next time we need to stay in Seattle. Otherw, very nice.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Clean room. Comfortable furniture
- 3/5
The walls seemed very thin. Could her the neighbor's talking and their tv. The emergency light in the ceiling flashed every 15 seconds. Shower design causes the water to splash all over the floor. Prices at the cafe were outrageous. Only cream for room coffee was powdered. Staff was courteous. Workout room was great.
- 5/5
Great hotel in North Seattle!!! Well stay again soon.
- 5/5
I really appreciated the free and safe parking . It was very easy. Check in is quick, the staff was friendly, and the room had all the amenities I needed, including a microwave. The hotel is a couple blocks from a 24 hr Starbucks even.
- 3/5
Room was modern and new, but the noise was annoying. Nice, fresh breakfast food at the bistro/Starbucks for a fee
- 5/5
It was good
- 5/5
Rooms were clean - everything was great.
- 4/5
Stay was fine. Shower pan was so loud I had to put a towel down on the drain. Sounded like a tin drum. Beds and room were clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, room was clean, close to highway and public transit is a couple minutea away feom hotwl, easy for getting into the downtown core
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet
- 4/5
Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was very expensive. Parking was $20 a day.
- 5/5

- 1/5
Horrible staff. Mediocre rooms. Uncomfortable beds. Save your money and go elsewhere.
- 5/5
Good! No complaints
- 3/5
Great location if you need a place near UW hospital. The neighborhood is a little iffy. They do have parking and rooms are nice.
- 5/5
I am always impressed with the marriots., my flight arrived early and they accommodated early checkend. I am looking forward to my next stay.
- 5/5
i feel safe. Wonderful staff and accommodations
- 5/5
We have become familiar with this property, staying there many times for different reasons. Whenever visiting Seattle it seems to be conveniently located for a number driving destinations around the Seattle area
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds
- 5/5
Very convenient location was great. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice facility.
- 5/5
The staff was great and the room was well-appointed, comfortable and clean. The bar was also nice (great old fashioned and snacks). The parking/check in situation is a little confusing, and the neighborhood is a little noisy, but nothing that a little white noise on my phone couldn’t fix. I would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Convenient, comfortable bed, good size room
- 5/5
Great place to stay if you are looking for a clean and comfortable room with a friendly staff. Only small thing that went wrong was on the third day of our stay, housekeeping did not clean up our room. Perhaps, it was an off day as I think they have housekeeping every other day. Nonetheless, great place that I would reserve again in the future.
- 3/5
Restaurant closed till 5
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, well lit and modern.
- 5/5
I was very happy with mistake here. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. The entire facility was walked out and spotless. The staff was kind and courteous. I especially enjoy walking to nearby restaurants for food. And the shopping was right down the road.
- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
Didn’t like that my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait an hour past check in time. I had attractions to do as I was on vacation and the room situation interfered with that. Other then that it was a nice room plenty of food options nearby
- 5/5
During my stay for the very first time booking here it left a good impression on the hotel and staff but most importantly good service also when my check in was 3pm but I showed up early late night 3 am etc they were able to hook me up to check in whenever I showed up I got my room right away and they adjusted for me 🥹👍🙂↔️ great food too breakfast burrito was da Bomb yo
- 5/5
Easy to get to the link to get to the stadium.
- 1/5
This please was the worst we’ve ever been. There was a charge for everything, even parking and the staff was very rude. NOT RECOMMENDED AND A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
- 4/5
Food overpriced and not good. Mcd is close, a couple blocks away
- 1/5
The Courtyard by Marriott property was overbooked and upon arrival the staff redirected us to another hotel. Despite the fact that our stay was prepaid we had to drive additional 25 miles north late at night after a long day of travel and return back 25 miles early next day for our meetings. This is a terrible and inexcusable business practice!
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
The standout was that the staff were friendly.
- 5/5
Clean property with friendly staff, easy parking and convenient location. Would stay again.
- 5/5
It was amazing, cleaning and receptionist good and more than imagine.
- 5/5
The Courtyard strikes you as new, and the underground parking is a welcome amenity. My room impressed me with its eight sets of lights, a good indicator of its thoughtful design. It featured two comfortable queen beds and a useful sitting area with a pullout couch. Having two Samsung TVs and reliable internet speeds for streaming Netflix was also a bonus. Considering the room rate, I felt I got great value, even if I wished for complimentary breakfast and parking.
- 3/5
Close to places we want to access and it’s convenience
- 4/5
Great place to stay! It’s very clean, spacious and all staff members were very kind & courteous! They had nice dine-in selections that were very good. I came across a few minor issues like the doors were creaking every time they were to be open or closed. The complimentary coffee in our room was awful! We are in Seattle, so I expected better. Anyways breakfast and dinner at The Bistro made up for it!!! I would definitely book here again and skip the “in room coffee” altogether.
- 5/5
The hotel was good. Everything we needed was available… the only thing is the was no pool for the kids (but that won’t keep us from booking here again).
- 5/5
Stay was great. When they checked us in we were never told about needing a parking pass. When we went to check out there was a letter on our vehicle about needing a parking pass. The lady at the dexk made sure there wasn't any parking charges though and apologized. That was the only issue. I was surprised with how big the hotel room was.
- 5/5
Nice place with friendly staff. Lauren was exceptional!
- 5/5
This Hotel is very clean inside and out. The service is excellent! Will stay again for sure.
- 5/5
Management and staff were amazing. General Manager performed a service above and beyond when she personally drove the handbag I mistakenly left behind to my gate are the airport in time for me to not miss my flight

- 4/5
Nice and easy location for us to get to where we wanted. The hotel is clean and staff was friendly. Rooms were clean as well. Overall stay was great, only downside was it was a bit loud in the hallways at night, got woken up a few time during my stay due to hallway noises.
- 5/5
Great customer service!
- 4/5
The only downside to this hotel was that it’s near a hospital so we were waken each night by the sirens of emergency vehicles.
- 5/5
Brief stay and was very comfortable
- 5/5
So clean and very close to downtown. I would definitely come back
- 4/5
Did not like secluded location of hotel as a visitor unfamiliar with area and no particular scenic views available from this hotel location.
- 3/5
Very confusing to get into. It does not indicate you need to park in the parking garage to check in. There was also no parking,
- 5/5
Helpful staff - plenty of parking and excellent rooms - very clean
- 5/5
Very beautiful and cozy.
- 5/5
The employees were very friendly and helpful!
- 3/5
Very thin walls, you can hear everything that’s going on outside of your door, and everything that’s going on outside of the hotel. The surrounding area is not very safe either, lots of sketchy homeless folks hanging around. I heard car alarms going off in the middle of the night, assuming they’re set off by people trying to break in. The staff are not very friendly either, they’re just there to get you in and out. Not very helpful with questions, and doesn’t even try to provide bare minimum customer service.
- 3/5
Great hotel and great staff. The beds in the room were hard as a rock, felt like I was sleeping on a hard surface.
- 4/5
Good value
- 5/5
Great staff and location.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel and very helpful staff
- 5/5
We wanted to be close to the kite rail so that we could attend an event at Lumen field. It was super clean and the rooms were huge.
- 5/5
Great hotel, Great location.
- 5/5
Nice room and convenient location.

We were there for medical needs, and it was very convenient

Just like the last time Terrik was there with a warm greeting. And he remembered my name. The whole staff was awesome.
- 4/5
Choose this hotel because it has a restaurant. Food was mediocre at best. Room was clean & comfortable. Area is noisy.
- 5/5
Finding the parking was difficult. We had to call to find out how to enter the parking garage
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Staff was great. Fixed problems. Sonia cleaning staff was wonderful!
- 4/5
It was clean and quiet, relatively new, near the Link lite rail. Parking was scarce around the hotel, and the garage is a tight fit. Breakfast sandwich and coffee were good in the restaurant/cafe.
- 5/5
We extended our stay. The place was so lovely, that we extended our stay. Terrick was so helpful and patient.
- 5/5
This place was perfect. In fact we extended our stay.

The food server Mat was very good as was breakfast server.
- 5/5
I like how close it is to my house so great for meeting friends or family
- 5/5
I like the rooms and the staff. Not to many things that are in walking distance if there is weather. Can be a long drive to SeaTac
- 5/5
Stayed by myself while my husband was at the near by UW hospital. Felt very safe. Would highly recommend this hotel!
- 5/5
parking was too expensive street was a mess
- 1/5
This hotel. Was the worst hotel ive ever stayed. First night shower didnt work No Hot Water.. So they moved me to another room. The under side of toilet Absolutely Disgusting! Never been ckeaned. I dint recommend this hotel to anyone
- 5/5
😊
- 4/5
Nice
- 2/5
Would consider other properties next time.
- 4/5
Well located and economically priced !
- 2/5
Stayed here for two weeks. Shower had no hot water and I complained to the front desk for 4 days before they moved me to another room. Internet access on property blocks many sites, so I had to do most of my work at the job site. Hotel doesn’t really do maid service so trash builds up in the room. We saw maid service 4 times during our two week stay.
- 3/5
No free parking
- 3/5
The person who checked me in told me to tap my cc on the reader, I touched the side of the reader then it lost power. I said did I do that? She said "Thats why we only tap the machine" She then proceeded to disconnect and reconnect some cables and do something on the back of the main screen, which in my opinion she had done many times before, so I asked Does this happen often? She said no dont worry about it. She used a rude tone while speaking to me. The cc readers are on swivels and look to go forward and back and I barely touched it. Got to my room and only 2 towels for 2 of us, I called housekeeping and it rang for a while then went to a full voice mall box. I called front desk to and she said they will bring towels "IF" she has someone to bring them up. I told her I need tonight so I just crossed my fingers and luckily a nice young man gave us some. But why tell me I can get some only if someone can bring up? It was not late at night. Took my shoes off in room and carpet wet in front of heater and soaked my socks. Glad we only booked one night as my stay has been extended and we're going across the street ,to another hote,l they treat me like their happy to see me and not some pain in the butt guest
- 5/5
Front desk gal was very helpful in giving me directions and light rail info.
- 5/5
Great place love it!
- 3/5
Everything is for a charge. Parking, breakfast, etc.
- 5/5
Perfect for our needs. Clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, great price.
- 5/5
Good food. Good service. Love the later check out at noon.
- 5/5
Room super clean. Smells good. Roomy. Check in fast! Very nice check in service!
- 3/5
Good place area has alot of homeless people
- 5/5
Makayla is awesome!!!
- 5/5
I like the location it was convenient for my needs. The staff was friendly and checked me in promptly. My room was clean and the bed was so soft, I was well-rested.
- 5/5
Nice room and shower. Parking is tight as expected. Staff person on duty was very very friendly and helpful. Noise was caused by emergency vehicles going by fairly often. No fault on hotel. We would stay here again as needed.
- 5/5
Parking garage is poorly designed. Otherwise, facilities were excellent.
- 3/5
Most hotels offer free coffee in lobby. Not here. Also most places offer complimentary breakfast but this place did not. Room tidy and fresh towels every other day but didn’t give us clean cups.
- 5/5
Room was clean and modern. We enjoyed Bistro Bar inside in the Lobby. Jeremy helped us out with check in process. We forgot some belongings in the room, but staff member was so helpful to mail our items to us. THANK YOU.
- 3/5
The room was nice however the breakfast was lacking. The area to eat in was still dirty from the night before and the staff was pretty complacent and not friendly about it. It was almost as if I was putting her out by being there. I was the first person to be served and it still took 15 to 20 minutes to get some eggs and potatoes. I asked to eat there and they brought in a to go box.
- 4/5
Staff is very friendly. Overall a good stay. Some street traffic noise that was expected.
- 5/5
Helpful stuffs and convenience location!.
- 3/5
The food was over priced and awful. No luggage carrier available for us two 74 year olds. The parking spaces are ridiculous.
- 4/5
Property clean and quiet. Staff professional and helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent, clean hotel. Easy access to UW Medical clinic and Kingston/Edmunds Ferry. This will be our hotel of choice for medical visits.
- 4/5
convenient, close to services.
- 3/5
The staff was extremely friendly and approachable. The food and drinks offered were tasty but incredibly expensive but I understand that part of the cost is due to convenience. My only real complaint was the cleanliness of the hotel. My room had obviously not been deep cleaned in some time and there were stains on walls and in the carpet. The bathroom counter had been soaked previously and the tissue box was damp and moldy inside the holder. The lobby furniture had stains and the walls had what I assume (and hope) was coffee splatters around the elevator and some of the seating areas. Overall I’d stay again but would consider other options first due to the overall lack of cleanliness.
