Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette sink. The room was very spacious even if the bathroom wasn't.

Great stay

Staff was friendly even gave us extra blankets because it was cold that night. Room are not terrible just don't expect super fancy stuff. Only downsides are that the heater doesn't blow out a lot of hot air it'll take a few hours for your room to get warm and the location is pretty sketchy. The room has a sign that says no prostitution lol it's one of these places.

Super sketchy area and room had hair in the bed, on the floor, sink, and shower.

Bed was broken when we got there, theres wifi for your phones but you can't connect the TV to it. They say they have live channels, but you can't watch it unless you have wifi... So unless you have a hotspot your out of luck. Floor was sticky, and they never cleaned out the coffee pot so there was a moldy coffee filter left in there... But hey, at least there was no bed bugs.

This is a very dirty hotel. There was dirt everywhere in the room. The chair has pine needles and dirt all over it. The bed was rock hard and overall it was disgusting.

I love this place, the owner deliver warm welcome. The facility inside is new. AC available . Even the location look close street, but I did not hear anything during my stay. The big Asian food market and a lot of Asian restaurant just 15 min walking distance. Great stay with good price

Once arrived, the family and i looked at eachother and knew this area was not what was shown in pictures. Cig. Burns in bed spreads. The lady at desk, tina, was supportive and called the owner and approved a refund. But they wont answer phone with expedia staff to reverse my charge. Still waiting!!!

When I first got there the room I was put in had a weird odor and was not very clean. You could see fingerprints on the door and also there was a piece of toilet paper that had not been flushed in the toilet. The floors look so dirty that I did not takeoff my sandals. The bed look nice and I didn’t see any bugs. I tried to take a shower and the water was ice cold. I put a towel on the floor so I got the water that I had made. When I picked up the towel, It was filthy. Doesn’t look like the floors have been cleaned in a long time. I went to the manager and he moved me to another room promptly and that was a lot better, but still overall a very rundown property. I debated just taking the loss of money and going home. It was very loud at night with people, yelling outside and loud cars. I woke up several times throughout the night and ended up just getting up to leave at 4 AM as I figured a rest stop would be more restful. I’m not sure if the motel six would’ve been better.

Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and they were helpful with suggesting public transportation to get to Downtown Seattle. The room was great for the night. My only conplaints are that we did not have hot water to shower with and the frost on the bathroom window was peeling. I dont know if there are people who live behind the building but it made me uncomfortable that someone would have the ability to see in the bathroom. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and staff at Beston. I would stay there again.

The shower was set really far into the wall and wasnt very tall, felt really claustrophobic and too dark as light couldn't reach in

We paid for 2 nights then they came banging on our door claiming angrily to us we didn't pay for the second night. They showed us a pice of paper to tell us we only paid one night. I told the guy when checking out we were staying both Saturday and Sunday. He was yhe one we already paid online and had us sign the piece of paper. It was entirely ugly experience . The sewer gas coming from toilet and no air conditioning and no proper amenities, no housekeeping, extremely tiny room, on top of all this they said an hour and a half before checkout time we had to pay 2nd night which was not correct. Our billing statement from expedia/Orbitz.com showed we paid for 2 nights. It was the worst experience ever along with Seattle downtown experience.

Help and got the wrong room and had to ask for the one I ordered

It wasn’t too bad. Just wasn’t the best area of town but it wasn’t noisy or any drama related issues. Great stay for me overall.

We showed up to get our keys to the room we reserved but they were closed (never had the front desk be closed in other motels no matter what time we arrive) our flight arrived late but that has never been an issue before in other motels but it was in this one since the front desk was closed and had to sleep in our car that night.

It was small, not overly crowded but the other tenets could have learned some manners, it’s not

floor filthy, no toilet paper holder, no bath mat, very poor neighborhood, limited dining nearby, no ac, big, noisy fan for cooling, no coffee maker, no seperation of sink from shower.... all in all not up to even the least standards one would expect.

I should have checked first but there was no AC just a fan. The room was small with a smell. The bed was not comfortable at all and there were people talking until 3 am and then started again at 6 am. We got no sleep.

Værelset var nedrivnings klar. Døren var utæt. Man kunne skære sig på fødderne af afløbet i badeværelset. Så hvis man søger et skummelt sted så er det her man skal være omgivelserne taget i betragtning.

Room and property were ok in many ways, but not in others. Location is in an area with limited sidewalks, with places to eat really close, extra caution required. Room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom recently renovated, but nowhere to hang clothes, no towel bars and no coffee supplied. A place for a decent night’s sleep.

Room was clean, property was quiet, parking right in front of the room, very kind owners. I had the queen bed for 2 and we had a wonderful time coming and going as we please. Would definitely recommend and come back for sure.

Tried to cancel, couldnt. It was a sketchy area, i should have checked it out before i booked, so to be fair also my fault.

The poor owner is a sweet man but we stayed in the double queen suite and the sheets and pillowcases were still dirty, fresh drool marks and everything. The room smelled like cigarettes SO BADLY I could hardly breathe. The area is DISGUSTING prostitution and druggies every where. I thought we were in an episode of grand theft auto. Super ghetto, dirty, smelly, so nasty… it was around midnight when we finally got there and we couldn’t switch hotels. We counted down the hours till morning and left as soon as the sun came up. Pictures were very very deceiving.

There was not even luke warm water for shower in. It was freezing cold. Left it on for 20 minutes to see if it would warm up. It never did.

Value of Money.Staff is very helpful

While the staff person was friendly and very helpful, he even offered to upgrade our room for free. Our room was very cold, lacked lighting, had no heat in the bathroom, and many of our outlets didn’t work. We didn’t have hot water in the bathroom sink, the sink leaked into the under cabinet. It’s a very basic room and was not super clean. The beds and bedding were alright. For a cheap one night room we would stay again. We also felt the fenced in parking lot was safe.
