Breakfast was awesome, hot, lots of options and well maintained! They even offer a continental starting at 3AM if you have an early flight. Airport shuttle was excellent and is 24 hours! Front desk staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We stayed here before our Alaska cruise and opted to stay again at the end. Older property, but very clean and well stocked. We would recommend and even met people who stay here regularly when traveling for business because of how accommodating the staff is!

Unexpected stay due to a flight issue, but we were pleasantly surprised with our experience at Best Western! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the hotel was very clean, and while the property is a little dated, it was very well maintained. The breakfast was great, and the airport shuttle was a huge plus after a stressful travel delay. The price was also very affordable for our quick 8-hour stay. Would definitely stay again if needed! Nothing at this time. Everything worked out perfectly.

While the front hotel staff were insightful and helpful, our experience at the Best Western was poor. The room was extremely dated, had a sour odor, and the interior amenities were poorly kept. Of the 2 queen sized mattresses, one had unfamiliar stains on it, which was unfortunate. The shuttle experience was equally poor, if not worse. Our driver from the airport had everyone cramped inside, as she picked up additional guest when the space inside was minimal. The elevator at this establishment is nearly broken, which raised major concern as we had to use it to move our luggage. This property is in major need of attention and repair. From the terrible odor, to the poorly kept rooms, we will surely choose to not stay at another Best Western.

Housekeeping only by request staying multiple nights. We easily got additional towels when we called. Fire alarm system went off at 6:30 AM and a fire truck was dispatched. There is a note about Carbon monoxide detectors in the building do not sure whether it was carbon or fire that set off alarm.

Everything, close to get food. Room was ready and we got to check in early. There was a shuttle to the cruise.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Household staff was friendly and helpful and brought towels upon request in a timely manner. The breakfast was just ho hum, nothing special. However, coffee and water was readily available. Airport was very close and easy to get to. Hotel was somewhat old and used. The shower was weird, no tub but a raised shower floor that did not keep the water in. Mediocre water pressure and the temperature went cold if someone else flushed a toilet, not just in the room but from other rooms. The pool was dated. The jacuzzi never worked, which was disappointing.

They also had a shuttle to the outlets. Staff were friendly. Would stay again.

We had a remodeled room, and it was very nice, comfy and clean The lobby was also very nice The elevators were down so u had to walk waaaay down the hall to your room and breakfast was subpar

Very nicely maintained property, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was typical and worked perfectly fine. Room was quiet and even though we were next to ice machine, it was not loud. Very nice front desk staff. Parking was easy. Highly recommend.

Stayed 6/4/26. Hot tub was broken, jets did not work and water was not hot. The pool was warmer than the water in the tub. Went back to room to take a hot shower, water ran through hot and cold phases until it simply turned cold. Extra star is for the hot breakfast, they had sausage, eggs, hash, pancakes, oatmeal, juice, coffee, bagels, toast, oranges, and apples.

We stayed here for one night due to an early flight. We were at the hotel less than 8 hours so cannot comment much on the amenities. Free parking is a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did use the luggage storage and that was easy. The beds were comfortable. We did have a room on the highway and traffic was noisy. Overall, a nice place to stay before an early flight.

Check in was easy and fast, Fatima at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was hot and plentiful, shuttle was on time and the driver was super friendly. Only downside was you could hear everything going on in the hallway, had some rambunctious children running up and down the corridors until almost 11pm, otherwise a great little place to stay when flying in and out of Seattle!

Clean and perfect stays with teens enjoyed the hot tub pool and game room. Great way to end our trip to Washington our last night before flying home.

Cleanliness

Room odor was masked with room spray which dissipated after a day. Carpet felt dirty which is probably why there were several fleas seen in the room. The neighborhood is not great. Wouldn’t recommend, only reason I stayed was because of it being a work trip.

Most of the staff was friendly. The breakfast was not good even for hotel standards. The pool was open, but the hot tub kind of gross looking and was only like 98*. The room was fine. I wouldn’t be opposed to staying here again but I would look for other comparable options first.

Easy access to the Airport and public transport close by. Breakfast covered all the essentials. Indoor pool and spa was good.

The room was also extremely small and nothing like what was expected or advertised. Paying customers should not have to walk into a dirty, foul-smelling room in these conditions. It felt unhygienic and unacceptable. I wasted my time and money coming here and would never stay at this hotel again. Management seriously needs to improve cleanliness and basic standards because this experience was unacceptable.

Clean, neat, with the essentials including a refrigerator. Good staff at the reception desk. Prompt shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast had all the food essentials that a traveler can expect.

Not many restaurants close by. Nearest they recommended was IHop down the street. Other than that was a restaurant that delivered. Heavy traffic but still quiet.

The cleanest hotel we experience, cleaner than 4 star hotel and yet price is reasonable . Free breakfast and 24 hour shuttle to the airport. What a great stay. We’ll book again

The breakfast menu was limited and less appealing than at my last stay a year ago or so. Also, having Fox news blaring on the lobby television when we walked in -- as well as at 4:30am prior to shuttle to airport -- was a complete turn off. I won't be back.

Good except they didn't have any bananas for breakfast. Poor quality and poor selection of fruit. That's bad news for raw vegans.

This is our 3rd time visiting it was fun quiet they always give my family the corner room upstairs closest to the stairs same exact room and we love it we come from California to visit Seattle and we will be back next year ! Housekeeping does a great job cleaning rooms!

Great space! My only heads up I’d give are if you want to stream, make sure to have a Roku stick because currently they only have basic cable, other than that, 10/10!

The shuttle driver and the breakfast lady were exceptionally helpful and the only staff that were greetful. Receptionist guy was not helpful. The air vent in the room had a bad odor that was reported and he said he couldn't do anything about it. He said he was alone and couldn't come to check it so he sent a bottle of fabreeze. I had to open the balcony door to be able to get fresh air.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful including the Manager was very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and helpful and the shuttle driver was very accommodating. The facility is clean and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding and far beyond what many serve. A great experience for what was paid!

First time I stayed at this property....I was unaware that its located at the end of the runway..had a difficult time getting any rest while jets roared every 5 minutes...staff was very nice though

The bed was worn out. It felt like we were going to roll off on both sides. There were visible signs of wear on the furniture. It seemed like it is past due for rennovation.

The staff was super helpful and kind. The beds were comfy. The A/C unit works; it was just really loud when turned on. The WiFi didn’t work 100% of the time; we had to keep logging on. The WiFi didn’t work anymore during our last night before checkout. The breakfast had a variety of options; taste and quality was okay. We were able to warm up some food we got from the grocery/restaurant using the microwave at the breakfast area during non-breakfast hours. Coffee and hot chocolate were available all day; there was no cover for the mouth opening of the lid, so the hot chocolate splashed on my skin and clothes as I rode on the airport shuttle. The jacuzzi in the pool area was hot, but the jets weren’t working properly. The room key got demagnetized twice during our stay, and we had to have it demagnetized/reactivated. I heard guests in the hallway shouting/using their normally loud voice, especially early in the morning.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Seattle to retrieve our deceased son's remains and pack up his things. The staff was very sensitive to our situation and helped us recover payment on nights we did not wind up staying at the hotel.

I forgot my wedding ring and band in the hotel room, realized about An hour after we checked out and the housekeeping staff had just started on our room and texted me immediately when they found them! We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and th staff was really welcoming. However, there were ants on the bed and in the bathroom. They mobbed a cookie I had been saving lol. Also not pleased that there were 10+ screaming little children in the pool at 10:30pm. I guess that’s not the hotel’s responsibility though - more so the parents. Still unpleasant nonetheless.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable, it was very loud next to the road and worst of all, I killed a cockroach in the bathroom!

Great place to stay! Absolutely pleased with everything! A really good variety of options for breakfast. Great pool hours and recreational room. Definitely would recommend and plan to keep as an option for future stays.

This was our third hotel in four days in the SeaTac area due to flight cancellations, and the other two left much to be desired. So happy to have experienced BW’s clean rooms, pleasant and extremely helpful staff, and their amazing breakfast! The folks that kept the breakfast bar tidy and full were so cordial and smily! Just a great experience! I’ve got no complaints and will most definitely choose Best Western again and again.

Because of an early flight, we didn’t have the chance to experience the hot meal breakfast like eggs, bacon or sausage. We were there at 4:38 am they only have muffins, breads, cereals and some small packages for hot cereals. And they have coffees ready.

Was looking for an airport hotel with extended parking at a reasonable cost. The BW website was not clear about their parking policies and cost. It was an unpleasant surprise to learn at check in that it was going to cost me an additional $150 for 10 days of parking. Should have been disclosed at reservation time.

The room smelt bad.ants were crawling on our table and coffee cup.the mattress sagged in the middle. Bathroom fan didn't work

Excellent front counter experience! Check in was super fast and the front counter was very friendly and helpful. One of the few places that does a noon checkout, which is nice (and can even stay past that for a small fee if notified in advance). The room was spacious and the price was hard to beat. Close to transit and less than a half hour drive to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is small and a little tired and not close to anything walkable, but... Its clean, friwndly staff, cozy room that was perfect for a night in a comfy bed, TV and Wifi worked good and the morning breakfast was perfect. Cold portion starts at 3am for early departures. The room was pretty clean except the few hairs in the bathroom shower. The pool was warm when we went but the hot tub was pretty cold and it is so freaking slippery in there. They have a wet floor sign, but I am telling you the steps coming into the pool are deathly slippery! The breakfast was pretty terrible! The pancakes are like plastic, the juices tasted like plastic or bitter also. The eggs were pretty good and the oatmeal also the potatoes they were really good first time getting crispy potatoes at a hotel! besides that it was just the basics. The bagel was pretty stale also and the coffee was like Gasoline, and the regular no flavor creamer did nothing for it! Staff is pretty nice (NOT THE STAFF IN THE BREAKFAST AREA!!! THEY ARE NOT NICE!!!!) but all other staff SUPER NICE that we experienced!

Well, there was noise from the airport which Made was acclimating to, but a family with very noisy kids moved next to me and I had to change rooms in order to sleep. The staff was good about it and the shuttle drivers were very friendly also.

It was very bad experience to book this hotel. The rooms are very dusty and dirty. I will not able to suggest anyone to stay over there. I booked this hotel for three nights, but I left that hotel very first day within 2 to 3 hours. Lack of staff also.

Got a balcony room and ended up not using it, but traffic noise was a little louder than I would’ve liked. Don’t know what I expected being right next to the light rail line. That was my fault. Breakfast wasn’t terrible just the standard. Pool is old and definitely needs to be redone, but it was nice to sit in the hot tub for the night. Ping-pong table is very warped and not able to be used and they advertise a couple other games but there aren’t any there. Cleanliness and staff, I would stay there again. Price wasn’t terrible and easy access via the light rail to Seattle and the airport was nice.

We wanted a place near the airport with clean facilities, activities to do on our long layover, and easy airport transport. This delivered very well. We especially appreciated the very prompt communication -- we got text messages about the shuttle to help us track progress! And since our flight arrived early in the morning, we were stunned when we were allowed to check in at 10am instead of the published 2pm. This gave us some great and needed rest time. We enjoyed the game room with ping pong and foosball, which is unique for hotels. There are numerous hangout spots throughout the hotel, so we had places to be during the day. We hoped to use the pool and hot tub, but they were closed for maintenance that day. The room was clean, staff were professional and absolutely kind and helpful. The continental breakfast 3-9am was decent, and they add hot items at 6am. Overall a good experience and a good value.

Overall the room was very clean for the most part with various options for breakfast. The indoor spa and jacuzzi was nice. The only downside was the spa jets were out of service. They have a large gym didn’t get a chance to try it out. Other than that it was a nice stay for a short weekend.

All of the staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast bar was great, with eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal, fruit, milk and coffee available with a bit of variety day to day. Clean room, nothing special but well-appointed with TV, refrigerator, and plenty of drawers and good lighting. Only minutes from SeaTac airport. A low-cost option that worked out really well for us.

Pool was great. Clean, some oddities but they weren’t bad and made for fun and a story. Fun game room right outside the pool. My kids enjoyed foosball, as did my husband and I. The machine has a missing handle, but didn’t hamper the fun. I dropped the star because of a combination of a lot of tiny things that aren't a big deal alone on their own.

We like this hotel, stayed here multiple times. They consistently seem to be improving since the previous times. Great shuttle service, good breakfast. Only negative is some people might not feel safe walking around the area at night, but honestly not that bad imo. We'll be staying here again. Great value overall.

The gentleman at the reception during the night shift was excellent and very professional. The customer service team was one of the best parts of our stay. Breakfast was a nice bonus, and the team did a great job refilling items quickly. A small tip: don’t wait until the last few minutes of breakfast hours, as it gets very busy and crowded. Free parking was appreciated. The bed was decent and comfortable, and the rooms were good overall. However, the doors could definitely benefit from some renovation. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend this place.

Our reception was great! We were greeted with a smile and she was so friendly and welcoming. We just stayed one night, but the room was clean and very comfortable. Love the body wash and lotion they carry. Was of good quality. Also, all of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. After I injured my leg during a hike and had difficulty walking, they kindly arranged a room close to the entrance so I wouldn’t have to struggle with long distances.

This is our favorite property near the Seattle Airport. It is a very clean hotel with great amenities and a wonderful staff. The team here provides a free airport shuttle - a bonus for flights with an early departure! We will definitely stay again.

The staff was very nice but The room smelled like mildew, there was a bucket in the bathroom used as a trashcan, the vending machines were dirty and someone was having a party in the clubhouse so it was hard to enjoy the amenities with a bunch of children running around.

My one and only request is more handicap spaces. It wasn't a huge deal to drop my parents off at the door, park, then go inside, but it would have been great to have more handicap spaces to park and unload.

The shuttle drivers were both great. The breakfast was subpar. The bed was subpar. The shower ran water all over the floor. You had to make sure the door was closed because it didn't close by itself.

Thermostat a bit tricky, logistics of the in room coffee machine were bad, pillows were bricks, other wise very functional hotel room

Best thing about it was the breakfast. A guy from the front desk wasn’t very friendly but all other were great.

Lovely place! Super convenient shuttle and get easy to get to. Was even able to enjoy the pool and hot tub (though a little warm) in the evening. Cold breakfast was also appreciated, as we had to leave very early for the airport.

We were there for less than ten hours the night before a flight. It was just okay for the money. The bed was not great, needs to be replaced with something of more quality. Also the pillows are cheaply made and there were only four on a king sized bed. The pillows and bedding definitely need an upgrade. Very basic hotel near the airport if that's what you need. Got the feeling the owners are coasting along and not investing in keeping things upgraded and fresh. Everything feels dated.

From the moment I booked the room, I received an email welcoming me. I asked questions and they responded immediately. When I called for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel a staff member guided me with exactly what to do. When we arrived at the hotel once again the same staff member was very friendly. I'm not sure whether it was Expedia or the hotel's policy, but refusing to give a refund when someone's travel plans must change due to a legitimate medical diagnosis (in this case incurable pancreatic cancer), despite our ability to provide documentation, is cruel. We paid extra for the ability to get a refund, that 'expired' over a month before the scheduled stay. We privided notice two weeks before the scheduled stay, knowing the room (at the friggin Seattle airport) could eaily be booked again if we canceled in time. We were considerate. Someone else was not. We spent nearly $100 on a room we could not use, thanks to someone's greed. Way to go! I will avoid using Expedia from now on.

Room was clean, a bit shabby with paint gone in spots in the bathroom, but, overall very acceptable. Staff was very polite, courteous, both on check in and our early check out. Husband and son enjoyed the pool, jets in hot tub were not working but they enjoyed nonetheless. Did not partake of the free breakfast so cannot speak to that. Nice selection of foodstuffs in their little market and the vending machines. Price was great for the stay. Would definitely stay again!

The room was extremely outdated and did not match photos shown when booking. There was a terrible smell in the room that lingered the entire stay and traveled in our hair and clothing the next day. We had a 4am wake up and hear people running in the halls all night long. The air in the room did work, and when we picked up the phone to contact the desk..surprise! That didn’t work either. We checked in late so by this time we sucked it up and tried getting some sleep for our early flight. NEVER will we ever stay here again.

The hotel itself and my room were very clean. I read some reviews that said “dated” but that makes it sound really worn and it wasn’t. The bed was comfy as well. Cleanliness is the most important to me and it was spotless. The hotel is in the flight path of some planes, so sometimes you get the overhead noise, but being so close to the airport you have to expect that and it didn’t bother me. You can hear people if they slam doors but pretty quiet otherwise. They do collect a $100 hold/deposit on a card in addition to your room charge at check in just as an FYI - it is returned after checkout but I missed it on the fine print. Wasn’t an issue for me but in case anyone else also misses it and you’re budget sensitive. I will stay here again, I was very comfortable and location is very accessible for my needs at SeaTac.

This was our first travel with our new born. Check in was smooth and we asked for crib for the baby which was also delivered promtly. They start the breakfast at 4am which was ideal my mother-in-law to grab a quick bite before her early morning flight. The morning breakfast has ample items with good options. The sausage stands out to be the best. Other items like eggs, gravy, pancakes were served hot. I liked the automated pancake maker. Overall I will recommend this property for a one night stay closer to airport.

Every single person I met here was so kind. I was here just on an airport layover. I utilized the shuttle service as well. Prompt, easy service, fast check in, rooms clean. I did like having a hot tub to jump in and a small fitness center. (Three ellipticals, three treadmills, some free weights, a bench and a basic cable machine) My room had a "balcony" but it was also close to the freeway and pretty loud with bright lights outside. I couldn't figure out how to close the blinds (I was pretty tired by then) but I did by the morning. I wouldn't pay extra for the balcony is the lesson here. We have stayed before as a family and had a similar, good experience. Beds were also very comfortable.

It was a solid “if I have to” for a super quick one night stay. The elevators and hallways smelled terrible. Our room didn’t smell great and the carpet made my feet wanna curl up into a ball. I wouldn’t walk on it barefoot. The bathroom had hair in it. It was clean, but not intensely clean. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke so we asked for a new room. Staff happily changed us, but the new room also smelled of cigarette smoke although it was slightly less intense. I didn’t wanna be that person and ask to switch again so we just dealt with it. Probably won’t stay here again though

My daughter and I stayed here for one night before a flight and regretted it as soon as we walked into the room. And we are not picky! But my young daughter even commented on some gross stuff in the bathtub and on the floor. The flloors and bedskirts were so gross that I even took some picture to send to my husband so he could see. After my daughters socks looked filthy, I laid towels down on the floor. You can even see how grimey the grout was compared to the grout under the counter. Our room was on the main road and the windows were thin, so we heard multiple cars racing throughout the night. This is the first negative review I have ever left for a hotel, but this room really was THAT bad. The breakfast was decent. A good amount of seating, friendly staff, and enough options. Though the waffle station was completely shut down. Hopefully temporary. Kind of in a sketchy area. Saw a man acting erratic walking through the parking lot so make sure to lock up your car.

This was a very good stay. Staff was super helpful and professional, location was ideal - close to tram/train station. The only downside was the reduced hours for breakfast. 9am is not an acceptable end time for breakfast, nor I was made aware of it. Having hot breakfast available was a determinant factor in choosing this hotel, therefore it was disappointing to not being able to enjoy it.

Sufficient for a quick layover

When i arrives, i was told that it they saw the message to hold it, bit someone else had it; and was in it for a few days. I think they just diisnt want to lose reservation. I was then given a room on yhe noise street side of the hotel. Very disappointed.

Although when checking with the front desk at 5 am before my 530 ride to the airport I asked about breakfast and the first remark was “are you a guest here”. No I just like to wake up at 4 am and go to random hotels for free breakfast. I have never experienced a front desk asking a customer that question before in a rude yet slightly professional manner.

Clearly a good deal and clean. But know it is a very, very, very, well used facility with the accordant odor. The online ratings have to be understood by value. Whatever the star rating…that is what it is. Certainly not an 8 or 9.

The most expensive part is going to downtown Seattle — Uber or taxi costs $80 or more one way. You can take the train for about $12 with an all-day pass, but it takes about an hour. Everything else was fine.**

We liked that the hotel is close to the airport. There is airport noise of jets taking off and landing. Our room is clean. We did not like the impersonal check in staff. Two people at the desk and neither one of them made eye contact or offered a welcoming greeting.

This hotel worked really well for me. It was close enough to Angel Lake transit to go into town on the light rail and there were several fast food options around. I stayed 5 days and the breakfast had a good variety every day. They even had gluten free bread and turkey sausage. It was quiet most of the time I was there except for the last day with kids running the halls. I’d stay again if I come back.

The staff were extremely helpful when we stayed an extra day after our cruise to explore Seattle Got our rooms ready earlier than expected. Gave us a map, marked the map as to where transportation would be. Shuttled us to train station and picked us back up to return to the hotel. Transportation to the airport was very easy and quick. Property offered a lot of helpful amenities for individuals flying out of SeaTac, like a grab and go breakfast starting at 3 am. The parking was a bit limited and the lot could benefit from placing designated smoking areas a bit further from the entrance as people were sort of just all over the parking lot and on the sidewalks as we walked up. The room was very clean and while the facility was a bit dated, it was clear that they desired to keep things neat and functioning well.

We were looking for a place to stay before going to the airport the following day. This place was perfect. The room was large and comfortable for a family of three. The breakfast was tasty and the gym had most of the equipment that one would want.

Easy access to transportation into downtown Seattle. Close to the airport. My room was big and had space. The bathroom wasn’t the best but it was clean. Had to deal with a malfunctioning bath tub handle. Other than that, not a bad place to stay and would stay again.

Questioning how Expedia gives ratings after this stay. Picked this hotel because Expedia described it as a very good stay. Nope. Staff were fine. Parking wasn’t safe, there is broken car window glass all around the hotel. The smell in the corridors and elevator were very strong and not in a good way. The room was 7/10 for clean. The beds were ok comfortable. The bed skirts were quite dirty or stained. The bathroom was 2/10 found hair on the floor and in the shower, the shower liner had what looked like boogers and hair on it the backs of the shampoo and soap squeeze bottle had build up and were slimy. It was hard to exit the shower feeling fully clean. Finally the noise. We heard and felt every door slam and every heavy foot around us. The beds are connected to one giant headboard that’s bolted to the wall. It reverbs every vibration and was horrible. It many gummies to fall asleep. We left early before breakfast

Airport shuttle right on time. We did not eat breakfast as we left at 5 am but they did have cold items available with hot food starting at 6 pm. Within walking distance to grocery store or several places to eat along with info at check in on how to order in pizza if desired. They do have pool and work out room but we did not use as it was a quick overnight to airport.

Friendly front desk. Hotel is clean.

This hotel offers free shuttle to and from the airport. To get from SeaTac to the hotel, you call the airport and they tell you where to go (across the street from luggage to where hotel transportation picks up) they take your name and send you a bus tracking to your phone. The shuttle got us within 15 minutes. The ride was quick and easy. I also set up a ride back to the airport with the hotel. They take down my name, room number, and time I need the ride. It was on time and organized. Hotel has an indoor pool and jacuzzi which is family friendly. Hotel rooms were comfortable, though slightly outdated. This didn't bother me at all. I had a shower (no bath) and in-room fridge. Check in was easy Hotel breakfast was good all things considered. Boxed milk and juice, coffee and tea, scrambled eggs and sausage, tons of bread choices, pancake machine and fruit, juice machine, yogurt. Breakfast is 3am to 6am for on the go, and then hot breakfast starts at 6. Cons: Not a con for me, I am not super picky, but the rooms are outdated as many point out. I don't think this detracts from the hotel or comfort. I ordered pizza from a delivery place. Waited in the lobby for a while and never got it. I let the front desk know and asked if they could either call me or have the guy drop it off at my room. The man working the front desk said it would be better for me to wait in the lobby longer for the pizza. I thought this was silly, why couldn't they just call my room...?

It's an odd location, but conveniently located and the staff were really nice.

Airport shuttle

Property very old. Weird smell in the entire place. Poor breakfast. Area did not feel safe.

No offer for reduction in price offered even asking for such. Hot Tub was actually a tub full of Hot Water whereas the jets on the Spa were unoperable & had been broken/out of commission for some time. Breakfast was o.k. & typical. Front desk personnel gave free tokens for washer/dryer - savings of $3. Within walking distance (3 blocks) to light rail station (Angel Lake) for easy access to downtown Seattle & Univ. of WA.

The room was immaculate and comfortable. However we had difficulty turning on the shower. Hopefully the problem has been solved. Great breakfast, lovely welcome by Florence.

Front Desk need major improvement. Everything else is great!

Our stay met all of our needs. We even utilized the guest laundry room to wash our backpacking clothes prior to departing. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, but it was very dark and dated.

Staff is always very friendly. Hotel meets my needs. It is a bit dated. Could use an upgrade. I like that it is near the airport, there is free parking

Nice room, comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff does not answer the phone. We called for shuttle for over 20 minutes, searching other phone numbers, using two phones, repeatedly, no answer. Twice we called them for shuttles and it took way too long for them to answer. Fustrating.

No plane noise!

No security. Didn’t feel like my vehicle was safe parked there.
