I asked for a handy cap room didn’t get it was just on the first floor. The bathroom was big but the toilet was so low could barely get on and off with out pain. The tub I couldn’t get in it so my hole stay was unable to get clean.! The bed was hard and lumpy didn’t sleep well. The room was clean the AC worked well. The staff were great helped us more than once. Didn’t use the laundry room. The breakfast was a joke there was a loaf of bread and two things of cereal the juice was empty. That sums up my stay.

El personal es muy amable y serviciales, los cuatro son amplió.

Nancy was amazing. Her customer service is 2nd to non. She gave ideas for the best things to see in and around the city, and how to get there. Breakfast was very disappointing (toast, cereal, boiled eggs coffee and apple juice). The eggs was in the fridge which makes us think it was not freshly boiled. No staff member was availabe at the breakfast room, was basically self service. Beautitful spacious and clean but breakfast left much to be desired.

Personnel courtois, transport de l'aéroport à l'hôtel parfait, bâtisse qui aurait besoin d'amour, petit déjeuner de base
- 3/5
For one night stay was good! Convenient.
- 2/5
I drove a long way and was very much looking forward to a hot shower upon my arrival. I was very disappointed when I got in the shower and the water was not hot, lukewarm at the most. Was the temperature of the hot water reduced to save money? I have stayed at this hotel before without any problem but after my most recent stay I will not be staying there again.
- 5/5
The property was clean, and we'll maintained. Everything worked fine.
- 4/5
Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was an attempt at being sub par. I had toast and coffee.
- 5/5
The turn into the parking lot sneaks upnon you quick but thats only because of the plants that make you feel like you arent right next to a main road. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions. The room was a lot bigger than i expected. Great experience for the price.
- 3/5
Dated, smelled a little old musty. Looked clean.
- 3/5
Location and park and fly option time for updates for the price. poorly represented breakfast, very limited

When we arrived, we had to wait about 15 minutes to check in because no one really knew what to do to get us checked in. Then our door key didn’t work. Then the hot water didn’t work. Then the Internet didn’t work. The one redeeming value this hotel has is when you encounter all these problems they do their best to fix them. No complaints about the staff. Then we decided to get some breakfast in the morning before we left, but all they had was a half loaf of bread and some boiled eggs in the refrigerator with a questionable date of preparation. Everything else was fixable, but the breakfast was so weak. Will we stay here again? No. And I apologize for the staff because I know you did everything you could to make our stay better so thank you to you at least.

Staff are great but hotel is old and run down

Clean and spacious room. Very quiet. Super friendly and helpful stuff. Will stay again.
- 4/5
Breakfast was very limited and the shuttle driver on our check out day was not nearly as helpful. The TV was very blurry and hard to see.
- 4/5
Our shuttle driver and hostess for the first night and morning was wonderful! Friendly, helpful and had good information for us restaurants and local transportation. She made check in easy and made us feel at home! Breakfast was very limited and the shuttle driver on our check out day was not nearly as helpful. The TV was very blurry and hard to see.

Great hotel great service everyone was really nice thank you
- 2.5/5
It was clean. The hotel looked worn and dated.
- 1/5
Check in was easy with Nancy she was very friendly. The bed was as hard as a rock I tossed and turned all night and barely slept. I was in a room by the parking and even with the shades 100% closed the car lights were shining into my room all night. Everything is very dated and seemed musty. There was no hot/warm water in the shower so I ended up taking a cold shower at 4 am before leaving for my flight. There were spider webs in the shower so clearly my room wasn’t cleaned regularly with how large the webs were and some old ones dangling above the shower. When I returned from my flight I called as I was told to do when I reached the hotel shuttle pick up area- I was told it was a 40 minute wait at 9:30 pm. I was very confused because I was told when I got dropped off at the airport when I called when I got there it would be about 10 minutes and someone would pick me up. I told this to the man working 7/18/25 and he raised his voice said it’s 40 minutes and hung up. I called back and said it’s 9:30 at night I was told it would be 10 minutes and as a single women traveler I am not comfortable standing outside alone for 40 minutes and I needed something sooner. He said 40 minutes and hung up. So I called back and he automatically hung up. I called again and told him I would be taking an uber ($11.89) to get my vehicle at the hotel and will be contacting them for reimbursement as this is now a safety issue and customer service issue. He said I have to wait 40 minutes for the shuttle I said I won’t be here I’m getting an uber and he hung up.

I was on the bottom floor and there was a child upstairs running around until 3am. I called twice to complain, but it continued.

Room, location, friendly staff The only thing I wasn't into was breakfast; I don't think it made sense.

The only thing I wasn't into was breakfast; I don't think it made sense.
- 4/5
Shower water was hot to start with be became luke warm half way through the shower. Breakfast on a 10 point scale was 0.5 not inviting in the least.
- 3.5/5
Continental breakfast was good. Nancy at front desk awesome. Property Probably needs to be updated.
- 1/5
Outdated and over priced
- 3/5
We liked the big spacious room but it needs to be updated. Good area because it’s close to the airport. Staff was very nice. Breakfast could use a bit of help too.
- 3/5
Drawbacks Morning breakfast consisted of a loaf of wheat bread for toast. 2 kinds of cereal and hard boiled eggs. I walked to subway for breakfast. The cruise shuttle didn’t happen because driver was ill so I had to book a $70 uber. WiFi was good. All in all I think they are trying but improvement is needed.
- 5/5
We really appreciated the complimentary shuttle from the Seattle/Tacoma airport to the Sutton. The driver was friendly and professional.
- 5/5
easy access to airport and port terminal
- 4/5
We stayed for one night prior to a cruise. We had to return a rental car and do some laundry so the location and washing facilities were perfect. there is not really anything to eat near by if you do not have a car but we picked up some food before returning the car and had a picnic in our room later in the evening.
- 5/5
Worked for what we needed
- 5/5
Larger than average room. Clean room. Not much in the way of amenities, but perfectly fine when you need something close to the airport. EXCELLENT service from the night clerk/ shuttle driver. She could not have been more helpful and pleasant.
- 4/5
Stayed one night and it was great for what we needed. Dropped our rental car and could have shuttled, but it was so close we actually just walked. Room was clean and nice, AC worked great, and bed was comfortable. The breakfast left much to be desired, but really, the value was still worth it for the price. Transfer to the airport was easy - we just requested a drop-off time at checkin. Wouldn't have an issue staying here again.
- 4/5
The place is older but it was ckean. Breakfast included was average. Staff was friendly and we used them for free airport pickup and paid for shuttle to cruise ship which was less expensive as Princess wanted to charge. Driver was cautious and cautious.
- 4/5
Older well kept hotel, fast check-in. Super close to airport car rental dropoff.
- 4/5
We would have like a better Centennial Breakfast.
- 5/5
This was our 2nd stay here for an early flight out of SeaTac. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean and the employees very friendly and accommodating.
- 3/5
It was ok for the price, staff was very nice and it was very clean but you can tell it was dated
- 5/5
Very prompt free airport shuttle and convenient (extra cost) shuttle direct to our cruise ship. Huge rooms, free breakfast. Very accommodating staff
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay. Great location near the Seattle Airport. Very friendly staff. Big and clean room. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Fast speed reliable internet. Great breakfast included. Highly recommended place to stay for any family or business needs.
- 4/5
None
- 2/5
Not clean, sparse breakfast — milk had gone bad.
- 4/5
Very good shuttle service, nice & friendly staff. We didn't like that in the room we didn't find any napkins, lotion. The breakfast was poor. Otherwise everything is fine.
- 4/5
Enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
There is really nothing around this property without walking a fair distance. The staff was very nice. The room was a little outdated. The complimentary breakfast was not good at all.
- 3/5
When sitting outside on their patio a car of people drove up and asked if I was selling drugs. Didn't feel safe.
- 5/5
Hotel staff was amazing!
- 3/5
Dated property, room was okay, bed comfortable enough - it was clean , you have to carry luggage up steep stairs continental breakfast was very very sparse - not close to anything but a subway that was a bit pricy over other subways - location is in a sketchy area - they did offer to take you to the port- $30 each person only paid in cash - to check in early was $30 only paid in cash - free pick up to and from airport , van ride was an adventure as the driver weaved in and out of traffic like a nascar driver - owners very pleasant , van drivers very nice .
- 3/5
I wasn’t expecting this to be some five star resort, but I did experience a few things I think people should know about before staying. I had a Do Not Disturb sign up but was twice woken up or interrupted by loud banging on the door by housekeeping. That was not appreciated. Second, the breakfast spread is legitimately the worst I’ve ever seen, and I stay in 2-3 star accommodations frequently. 7/10 items were “out of order”. Hope you like cereal! They also have signs up saying you can’t bring the (terrible) breakfast to your room and that a 50 dollar fee may apply for food meds in rooms?? I understand if they simply mean outrageous spills and neglect, but not allowing guests to eat in the rooms is insanity.
- 4/5
The pillows were uncomfortable, the television was mounted too high up, the bath and sink plugs wouldn't keep the water from flowing away, the in room safe didn't work, the breakfast items were disappointing. The staff were friendly
- 5/5
Very friendly staff
- 4/5
My only complaint was that I would have had to wait 40 minutes to be picked up at the airport.
- 5/5
Property needs some upgrades
- 3/5
Not what expected. People partying 2 am to 4 am. Noisy. Breakfast not as said.
- 4/5
Everything was great rooms were outdated but for the price it was great
- 5/5
A couple of food places within walking distance. Decent breakfast. Nothing to fancy, but well tended to. Would stay here again.
- 2/5
Night staff was excellent. Daytime not so much.
- 1/5
This property is not what it seems. The old Super 8. Booked 3 nights. Left after a couple hours. Expedia helped us get the other two nights refunded. Smoke detector hanging in pieces off wall. Black mold on ceiling. Something on the screen of TV. Stains on covers. Pungent smell. Again, avoid. Not a hotel. Three stories - no elevator. An RV plugged into the building. Avoid at all cost. It cost me 250, but at least was able to cancel the remainder of the stay.
- 5/5
Even though they don't have room service, the young lady at the front desk recognized I had mobility issues and when I was called to ask where vending machine were she offered to get what I wanted & bring it to my room! She also had a young man bring my bags to & from my room.
- 4/5
Very convinient, and staff was quick with airport pickup and drop off
- 3/5
The stay was good. The airport shuttle service be careful with apparently its only for 1 person per reservation. Stupid since mostbpeople dont travel alone.
- 5/5
Staff were helpful and very accomadating great service
- 5/5
Hotel was handy for our needs and the staff were helpful.
- 4/5
Nice place for a short stay. Make sure you bring cash to pay the shuttle to the cruise port of Seattle.
- 5/5
The front desk person was so nice and helpful.
- 1/5
Nit clean
- 5/5
Nancy at the front desk is great. Drives the shuttle bus, runs the desk and everything in between!
- 5/5
Our room was huge and was nicely decorated. It looks like it was recently updated. We slept well in a king bed. The only suggestions I would have is to supply Kleenex and have a working heater.
- 3/5
I did not appreciate the fact it looks a lot nicer in the add than in real life. Old carpet and walls although clean are long past due to upgrade. Super 8 quality. The layout was nice like a studio apartment. But stove and oven advertised and it was a two burner stove top with no coils attached. Would not stay again simply because of neighborhood and that it's no mare than a motel, not Suites.
- 2/5
I had to us all my strength to get the door to latch.
- 2/5
I’ve chosen not to stay again on my return. It looks as if they tried to update the place, but it looks as if it was a do it yourself.
- 5/5
Excellent service friendly staff . Great shuttle service to SeaTac and train
- 5/5
They went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The transportation team is excellent. Quick pickup from airport, and only $25 pp to Pier 91. Even said they picked up and could take us back to the airport after the cruise. Breakfast was good. Hard-boiled eggs, cereal, pancakes, and the trimmings. Hope to stay again next year for my cruise.
- 5/5
All good
- 4/5
The hotel was clean, the shuttle service was great, and they served breakfast. I was a very quaint place to stay for one night.
- 3/5
Was a good location. Shuttle service was offered. Nancy at the front desk was very friendly. Gave her flowers for her service. However, this place was very very outdated. None of the internet essentials we rely on today, ie no charging ports for charging devices, very very poor what they call breakfast, should just eliminate this option totally from their website, DOESN'T HAVE an elevator. Please pay attention to this. Was supposed to stay there on our return from our cruise, but chose not to. Website picture must have been from when they 1st opened, years ago. Very misleading.
- 5/5
I had no problems with this place I will stay there Again if I need to the guy picked me up from the airport and brought me back the next morning even gave me a wake up call
- 4/5
Staff very helpful
- 5/5
Big room & a very quiet stay.
- 4/5
My husband said it was a decent place to stay and the front desk gave options of a place to get a pizza.
- 2/5
Its old
- 4/5
This hotel is very good bargained if you are staying around, SeaTac airport. The staff really shine. The rooms are very nice given the price. Would stay there again.
- 4/5
Convenient location
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 3/5
Front desk staff was nice, though. All that said, it's a 6-7 min drive to SeaTac.
- 3/5
no comment
- 4/5
Older property
- 4/5
This is an older property and it needs a facelift but the rooms were clean and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast offerings were slim but it was free. It was fine for one night when flying out of SeaTac. I would stay again.
- 4/5
I would not recommend this hotel.
- 3/5
Very basic accommodation but close to airport and rental car facility.
- 4/5
Better than expected, staff was very nice.
- 5/5
Staff very polite and helpful.
- 4/5
Breakfast was average.
- 2/5
While the shuttle service driver of the hotel was pleasant, everything began to go downhill after I arrived. The hotel looked liked a backdrop of a ghost town where weeds were everywhere in the 'courtyard', the room may have been a suite before but all it really was a big room with some appliances removed (what appeared to be a place for a fireplace). The Cable TV service was in 480i, which in case you don't know, dates back to the 80's specs. Breakfast nook was a joke....please, I know orange juice prices have spiked, but don't kid us with the "Out of Order" sign. There are plenty of other juices available for breakfast. Why not make them available?
- 5/5
Good value close to the lrt nice big room
- 5/5
Great location! Airport shuttle was fabulous!
- 1/5
this place is deceptive. It lookes nothing like what the picture led us to believe. We didnt even stay, but decided to stay somewhere else.
- 5/5
Good spot for a quick sleep away. Comfy and clean.
- 1/5
This hotel had no elevators, so it is not ADA friendly. I use a cane and had to walk up one fight upstairs. At least they kept our two larger luggage in a locked room I hope They did pick up at the airport after we had to call. We waited about 25 minutes. They help load the luggage on the van And unloaded when we got to the hotel. However, they did not help take the luggage into the lobby area Had to ask for a receipt the next morning And the person behind the desk said why did I not ask last night? Well, I did and I never got it. That’s why I asked. They offered for $100 in cash $50 one-way from the hotel to the Pier 91 Pick up from the pier when we docked and take us to the airport They said Uber was going to be way too much more Which actually wasn’t true, so I’m glad I did not take that offer The free breakfast was nothing that I’ve ever seen before. I saw a half a gallon of apple juice A little bit of milk for cereal Toast Coffee, And a cold water fountain. That was pretty much it So left without having anything Sorry it is true you get what you pay for and I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends and I will not be back again
- 2/5
I booked a room for my Mother for a night, she got there and there was no elevator for her which was difficult for her, she had no coffee pot, the room was very dingy and outdated, and she said the pillows were awful. The only thing she was good with was it was quiet. Sad cause online it looked ok, lesson learned
- 4/5
This facility does not have an elevator. If you cannot climb stairs, I recommend you call ahead and ask them to reserve a first floor room. They were very friendly and accommodating, but I got the last first floor room. They did offer to help carry my luggage upstairs.
- 4/5
It was very practical as a hotel for solo traveller. Staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was functional and clean. They provided a simple breakfast (cereal, bread, jam, egg, juice, coffee and pancake machine with batter). However, I didn’t feel safe walking around at night in the area. The nearest train station is about 20min from the hotel. Also, I had a hard time closing the door from the outside. Normally, once you lock the door, it remains locks. However, I was able to open the door after pushing it. I couldn’t leave my valuables due to the door. In overall, as long you are vigilant, everything is good with the hotel.
- 2/5
Bed was the #1 worst bed in all our travels all of the time. No hot water. had to ask for coffee n tissues. Will never stay there again. Staff was friendly n courteous and shuttle was great!
- 2/5
No way to fix a hot drink. No mugs. Breakfast closed too early. No WIFI. people working there were kind but overworked.
- 3/5
Ill-equipped. Too many little things just not there.
- 4/5
They make you pay for early checkin before 3. But free 24-hr shuttle was nice.
- 3/5
Very old property that has not been updated in decades. Lady at check in was very pleasant.
- 3/5
No elevator.
- 4/5
Okay but some yogurts and a few packets of oatmeal and some hot water would round out the meagre breakfast offerings without breaking the bank.
- 2/5
Outdated, dirty and overpriced property. Owners need to give the rooms and property a complete overhaul to justify the prices.
- 5/5
Staff were very sweet.
- 4/5
Very clean, but dated decor. Helpful staff. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, and this made it difficult for me to get to my room. A staff member carried my luggage. There does not appear to be adequate signage for the breakfast room. Also, signage on the courtesy van is unclear; van is marked "Park 'N Fly" in big letters and "Sutton Suites" in small letters on a separate small sign.
- 1/5
Very low quality hotel. The room had this old building smell.
- 3/5
Shuttle not available after 8 pm .. listed as an airport hotel? When I went to check out, no one around, dialed the number at the desk no answer. Felt uncomfortable leaving the keys to the room just on the desk. Rooms need some updating however bed very comfortable Only given 2 bath towels 1 hand towel Coffee not replaced daily It is listed as a suite hotel and in the room large fridge, microwave and 2 burner stove however no cooking supplies or dishes ? need to ask for at the desk.. we didn't need them but found it unusual that the cupboards would be bare. Easy parking and close to a large mall with Macy, JC Penney etc.
- 1/5
No elevator and they stop u from bringing breakfast up to room. Room is very ran down and old. Needs updated and better service to custimers.
- 4/5
old needs updating. staff was nice. room smelled .
- 3/5
This hotel is very old and not in good shape. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. The staff was pleasant and helpful, but this is not a hotel for a long stay or vacation. It is good for a quick sleep only. No amenities.
- 5/5
Staff showed us where to eat, the train system, and major things to see. This staff was really great!
- 3/5
The guest service was really good. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. There was a mini fridge/freezer in the room which was very nice. The bathtub was very spacious as well. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. As was all of the other furniture in the room. Be aware that there is no elevator in this hotel and there is 3 floors of rooms.
- 5/5
Excellent service and spacious rooms.
- 3/5
Vimos basura en los alrededores, problemas con el grifo para abrir y bañarse.
- 4/5
The property is a bit dated (exactly as pictured), but it’s clean and the staff is amazing. Airport shuttle service was prompt every use and they even shuttle to the light rail station upon request. We did walk it a couple times tho and it is less than 15 minutes and pretty easy. Bonus was a little continental breakfast in the mornings which were perfect to hold us over until we got downtown and did lunch. Grocery store and pub about 10 minute walk from hotel which were nice on our first evening as we flew in late and didn’t plan to go downtown.
- 1/5
Interesting that someone tried to charge $719 to my credit card within 5 minutes af them verifying my card! Will never use this method to book!
- 2/5
it was dirty, run down, not maintained
