Nice hotel close to airport - seems kinda new - nice check-in with staff

This was a short stop before a flight. It fit the bill. We had to leave before the breakfast was opened but grabbed a juice and yogurt. The room was on the small side but worked out fine for what we needed. It was a little expensive for what it was but we did get a free shuttle to the airport.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The room was perfect for our stay and the shuttle service was great.

Simple little hotel on the boulevard approaching the airport. It is not fancy but it is clean. Show pressure and heat was welcome after an international trip. People stay there were using the trails near by for bicycling, going on an Alaska Cruise, and using the airport. There is a breakfast of scrambled eggs, make your on waffles and other simple fair. Uber eats delivers from a middle east restaurant which I recommend too.

Reviews do not match property. Not at all. Very dated and worn out. Expedia was not able to move us. Not walkable. Area feels unsafe. Safe courteous. Airport shuttle went well.

All things was working in good condition, etc air conditioning, microwave, iron,water and staff great customer service and very helpful and even volunteered information that my family didnt know they with the shuttle so the shuttle will take u to a few places thats close by at no charge its jus a courtesy of them bc you chose to stay at their hotel.i will go bck there wen I go bck to visit family there....

Nothing fancy, but clean and quiet. Short drive to the cruise ship. Paid an extra $30 for early arrival, though.

From the time we walked in we were greeted by a very welcoming staff at the front desk. He was helpful in letting us know about the amenities such as shuttle service to take us to dinner and back. We slept very well and had a lovely simple breakfast before catching the flight out. I very much recommend this hotel. Great place at a great price.

It is a nice comfortable place. Close enough to airport to still get around and sightsee. Only problem I had was requesting that they clean my room. I wasn’t aware that I had to request a cleaning. When I explained that to the front desk after coming back to hotel from sightseeing and wanting to shower and sleep in a nice bed. They gave me a new room right next to my room.

You get what you pay type property. Waited 90mins at the airport for the shuttle. Was told either wait or take a cab as the shuttle is complimentary. There was no body wash..only shampoo and contiditioner. Breakfast was mediocre. Good for 1 night but won't recommend if traveling with kids or for more nights.

Shuttle is not on demand. It must be reserved at specific times - set by hotel. Fitness center has only outdated cardio equipment. Expensive for what it is.

The staff wasn’t very helpful, the rooms are very small. Only one elevator in the building. Overall, it was an okay stay but I won’t be coming back.

Only one driver that had to stop at another motel on their way to ours for almost 30 min. Caused a simple 15 minute drive to be almost 45 minutes. Sleep Inn had some sort of banquet and the elevator areas were packed with the groups of people drinking alcohol, food was dropped and smashed on the floor of the elevator, and the entire building reeked of seafood(whatever they served in the banquet room downstairs

The breakfast room could use a better organizational plan. When there were many guests, there were unnecessary tie ups by the coffee and hot food station.

We stayed on a Friday after flying in from Missouri and arrived near midnight. That’s 2am in Missouri. Saturday checkout was at 11am. Housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9 am!! I did not answer and they came back at 10am to knock again. This time I answered the door and she wanted to know if we were checking out that day. I asked if checkout was at 11 and she confirmed I was correct. I’ve never had housekeeping knock on my door 2 hours before checkout at any property. Given our late arrival from a long travel day, I was not happy and I think she knew it.

They offer a full hot breakfast daily. Eggs. Sausage, waffles, cereal, bread, muffins, milk, juice, coffee. IHop is also located across the parking lot. The staff was phenomenal, especially Laura from the front desk. Very informative about the area and things to do. Hotel was very clean, beds very comfortable. 5 stars all the way

The front desk staff was very helpful I had come to Seattle to take a cruise they help me get a shuttle but took me from the hotel to the cruise port and then picked me up after the trip and take me back to the hotel. Even though I was too early for check in they allowed me to go upstairs and do my laundry while I waited. The rooms were cleaned the beds were comfortable there wasn't a lot of noise and activity even though we were close to the airport. If I ever come back to Seattle I would definitely recommend this place 100%

We just stayed for one night before flying out but it was a nice room. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was okay, but the floor in the breakfast area was super sticky from syrup.

Staff was so friendly, I used the shuttle from the airport to hotel. Easy called the hotel when I got to 3A in the parking garage and only waited 5 min for the shuttle. Got to the hotel at 2330, and was very hungry they recommended a pizza shop ?

Overall everything is fine, staff very helpful location it’s good to the airport, the room was clean , maybe cleaning the carpet will get rid of a odor in the room.

Our stay was excellent. My picky husband didn’t even complain and was impressed. Our shuttle from the airport was prompt and our driver very friendly and informative. Our room did have a slight musty smell upon arrival, but that faded and the air conditioning was very good and cold. We did smell some pot in the halls at times but I’m sure that’s just customers coming in and out after smoking, not the hotels fault. We slept well, bed was comfortable and we didn’t get hot. Noise wasn’t bad. Shower was great, had good pressure and my husband appreciated the different settings on the shower head. Continental breakfast was okay- waffles, eggs, sausage links, cereal, muffins, yogurt. Nothing super exceptional but very adequate. We are staying again on our return trip and will be using their shuttle service from the cruise port as well as to the airport. The cruise shuttle is just slightly cheaper than the other shuttle company we used. Very happy with the value and comfort of our stay.

For the price and convenience, it was a steal. It is not a 5 star hotel or anything, but I don't think you should be expecting that when you book this one? Bed was comfy, typical continental breakfast and coffee. There is an IHOP in the parking lot, as well. You can get an Uber from there in as little as 1 minute all day/night.

The room was of a reasonable size, but unfortunately it needs to be updated. The toilet is very small (smaller than some caravan) and the door doesn't have a proper handle on open and close. If you're at room 125 or 127, good luck. It's above the garage shutter and the staff will be opening and closing several times between 10pm to 1am. Stayed there for 3 nights, told them about it on the 1st night but was totally ignored and it went on for the next 2 nights to ruin my sleep. Breakfast was a waste of time, with limited serving and small area. What really turn me off was firstly they over charged me, which I don't understand their reason so the front desk ask me to wait for the manager to arrive after 0930, to refund but I had to catch a flight at 0930. As it was a small amount I decided to leave it as a additional tip for the room service. Next the smoking area was too close to the entrance and the whole corridor smells of cigarettes. I was supposed to return 2 weeks later for my return trip, but I cancelled it.

Pros: Everything was clean, nice breakfast, large room with bathtub, kind staff, pretty flower on bed made from towels, beside IHop. Cons: very slow elevator, hard squeaky bed, paper thin walls (could hear the next room having a good time in their bed), could hear the traffic and train all night long.

Needed a few options on breakfast. Bagels, bananas, English muffin, doughnuts.

The staffs are very nice, helpful. They have complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and the nearest restaurants and back. The room is huge, nice and clean, smells good. The breakfast is good. We will book again, highly recommended.

There was only one front desk person that was helpful. The rest of the staff I came into contact had attitude and were rude. Specifically one cleaning lady who every time I needed help she seemed annoyed and frustrated. I asked for room service because we needed towels and no one came to clean the entire three days we were there. I had to call to get clean towels. Then the day of check out I called early in the morning to extend until 2 pm. I received a call at 1:30 pm letting me know they didn’t have us booked for another day. It was all very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Breakfast menu was simple and fresh. It included waffles also with scrambled eggs and sausage. I opted for buttered toast with orange marmalade. Coffe was fresh. Nice greeting during check-in with Andrew. During Check-out Monica was super-caring trying to secure us a ride when our scheduled shuttle to the pier did not show up on time. It was hour late but did show eventually. Recommend the stay, especially the day before the Alaska cruise. Airport shuttle was easy to locate but you needed to call from the callbox to let the Inn know you are waiting at the designated stop of the airport. Bon voyage!

The only thing that was frustrating was that the cleaning staff knocked on our door 3 times to clean our room even though check out time was 11 am and we checked out at 10:30 am.

Room was clean although there was a bit of a funny smell don’t know if it was the cleaning products they use. Bed was extremely comfy and I had a great sleep. Breakfast was good and area was clean. Not too much choice but enough. Reception staff really nice and helpful. Shuttle area at SeaTac easy to find and free phone to call hotel. Only issue I had was waited about 45 mins for shuttle bus when all other hotels seemed to keep coming multiple times. Don’t know if there was a problem or whether they only run at certain times. After a ten hour flight really just wanted to get to hotel. If I knew there was going to be a wait I would have gotten a taxi. Good that they arranged a shuttle bus from outside company to the pier for cruise ship.

The airport shuttle took a while to come. The rooms were clean. The staff staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Location is very close to a light rail stop. I was able to use that to go downtown & to the airport.

Although it was only rated as a 2.5 Star Hotel you get the treatment of a 3/4 Star Hotel. I really like the Rooms the cleanliness and the design. Breakfast is pretty basic but it’s enough to get you a bite before you get out of the door. You get everything that you need and good staff.

I don’t want to come back to this hotel again. The service was horrible. I was there for four nights, they never clean my room.

Exceptional

Breakfast was fresh. The room was spectacular! I loved the towel swans on the bed, the toilet paper stamp, and beautifully folded towels. There was also a fitness room available, and IHOP across the parking lot

The rooms were clean. Our party was bigger (8 people) and we thought that "two doubles" meant two queen beds. We were mistaken. The beds are only full size, so we had to reserve another room to fit everyone comfortably. Luckily, the guy at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and was able to give us a discount for the third room. You should be aware though, they only do full size beds in all their hotels, according to what the employee told us.

I had to evacuate my home due to an emergency fire. The entire mountain was on fire and my entire neighborhood was evacuated and I missed my trip and begged for a refund and they said no.

The check-in was an issue because my reservation was cancelled! I didn't cancel it, but the reservation was marked in the system as having been cancelled, but not by whom. The manager finally "un-cancelled" our reservation and all was fine after. Room was nice, clean. Breakfast was fine, and the shuttle was good, though it's important to know it's only once per hour.

Great hotel with friendly staff and convenient location. On this particular night the place was totally booked with many families and, lordy, kids everywhere. Breakfast was compromised due to streams of half-asleep diners, but the staff kept at it, even when every single muffin, bread slice, corn flake and sausage was gone.

We never stayed at Sleep Inn and stayed at comfort inn. Sleep inn was overbooked. I was notified and sent to a sister hotel the had no television for a majority of the stay due to an outage.

Room is not clean on daily basis even when you requested for. Yang the receptionist during the night was very rude- we requested for our room to get clean & to provide us new towels and never help us at all &told us to request it from the supervisor of housekeeping. Basically telling us to do the things we’ve asked for & never apologize for it. I would no t coming back bec of this receptionist.

I love to stay there it’s cheap and it’s usually just for a few nights when family come for a visit!!

The place was quiet and peaceful, breakfast was actually great flavor, customer service very friendly.

Then there was no information that they freshened the room every 3 days. I was staying a week and didn’t know and wasn’t told. I returned to the room to find it as I left it. I had to go down and ask for coffee because apparently that’s a part of freshening up. They never brought it. The room was clean, but the staff was wanting.

FYI We stayed one night at quality inn, was old and clean, no eggs or fruit with breakfast and shower hot cold experience

Everything was great up until we left. My son left his headphones accidently. We realized in the shuttle to the airport. Called the hotel immediately and they "couldn't find them". There is absolutely no way they couldn't find them in the 2 minutes we had been gone but we were unable to go back and look ourselves. The person at the hotel stole my son's expensive headphones. He knows it. And we know it.

Clean, affordable, free breakfast, free airport shuttle. Just a couple other guests who came down after us and were coughing all over the breakfast, so we didn’t get to take full advantage of the free breakfast because it turned us away. Not the hotel’s fault!

Great hotel! Friendly staff. Fast wifi. Clean, secured building nestled in amogst public parks. Complimentary hot breakfast was a welcome surprise! Thick walls means a quiet room at night. Unfortunately, as Seattle suffers more and more from urban atrophy pockets of "dead" neighboorhoods become more and more common. This hotel is in one such once hopping area. It's 2 block walk to the nearest convenience stores which all close around 10pm.

Very easy to check in. They don’t require a credit card, so that was nice. I didn’t see any breakfast when I got downstairs, but I was on the tail end of checking out, so that could be why.

The breakfast is the same thing everyday and nothing healthy. I booked a queen size bed room and they have me one with 2 beds and in front of the laundry room it was super noisy and the employees working there super loud they have cero considertion for costumer in those first floor rooms…

The man behind the desk was very helpful. Allowed me to check in early. His name is Andrew after an early morning flight I appreciated the extra time to relax.

The room had a strong pungent smell. We had to go buy air fresheners to place in the room. They were working on a remodel, at 7am in the room next to us. So much for sleeping in. Will not stay here again. Parking was limited and no condusive to the all the rain.

I chose this hotel because I missed a connecting flight and had to spend the night in Seattle. This hotel had free shuttle service, and the price was right. The room was clean and comfortable

Friendly, Courteous Staff, Clean Room, Free Shuttle Service to Airport and Discount to Cruise Port, On Property Restaurant and Great Location (Rapid Transit 2 Block Walking Distance). 4 Stars instead of 5 because arrived early and room was not ready, but gladly will hold Guest Luggage for a Fee, per Bag. So much for courtesy, should be a flat fee and/or free, free, free for guests!

This morning at 9am, housekeeping knocked on the door and I told them I had a late check out. Then a little after 11am, the housekeeping manager knocked on the door again and told me I could only stay until 2pm. I have an appointment at 330pm and needed a late check out for this reason. I paid for a late check out and what I paid for was changed after the fact the agreed time. Housekeeping also attempted entry at 9am and continued to interrupt my rest.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable..I love the layout and super convenient with the airport shuttle and extra bonus with IHOP right next to hotel..I highly recommend Sleep inn.

We were encouraged to take the shuttle to nearby restaurants at no charge. They picked us up from the restaurants within minutes of us calling. Staff was friendly and provided bottled water on request. An all around pleasant, quiet and reasonably priced place to stay.

I love their waffles! Airport shuttle was superb. Easy walk to angle lake which was lovely. Also could walk to the light rail, which was cheap, but to 45 min to get downtown.

The hotel itself was old but in good condition. The staff were all very friendly. The main issue I had was the heat/ AC in the room. It was an old wall mount unit WITHOUT a thermostat?!!The problem with that is you can’t regulate the temperature in the room so if the room was a little cold you would try to use the heat but it wouldn’t shut off?! So all throughout the night it would get too hot, then too cold? In other words I didn’t get good rest because of waking up all night to adjust the old wall mount heater/ AC.Because of the lack of temperature control in the room, I wouldn’t book here again….

Other than the scenery (kind of drab and industrial), there was nothing I did not like. I have to believe it is the best value in the area. I would definitely stay again.

Sleep Inn - SeaTac Airport was great for our family. We were only in town for a day in between flights and this worked perfect for us. It was clean, transportation was great. There is an IHOP across the street super convenient. Breakfast in the morning was good also. Staff were nice and helpful as well.

Close to the airport, quiet. Airport transportation was right on time and super friendly driver. Would stay again. Very affordable property.

THE HOTEL STAY WAS GREAT Very clean and well managed. I would definitely stay here again however, the shuttle was a big problem.. I tried for an hour calling hotel for pick up and no answer. I even use the shuttle phone at the airport. Still won’t answer. I ended up taking a taxi. The person at the desk said that the phone wasn’t working properly and every time he answered it would disconnect.

Overall pretty good as a last-minute booking and for how much I paid for it.

I pushed back pretty firmly, and asked how they could have sold my room, since I had a confirmed reservation, and had prepaid for it! After some shuffling around on the computer, and with offering no explanation, the clerk magically came up with a room with a king bed. I don't appreciate being lied to, and don't like businesses engaging in sleazy business practices with their customers!

It’s a good little hotel. Clean for a bounce overnight. Good bed. Decent hot breakfast. Shuttle drivers are great. Prompt. 8 minutes to the airport.

Great front desk associate. He was kind and funny. Room was clean and quiet. I did not realize the shuttle only runs once an hour in the morning, but we were able to walk to the Link Light Rail Station which was maybe 2 blocks up the road.

Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming and there was an IHOP right next door. Airport shuttle was convenient and efficient, but the room itself was disappointing. Right away I noticed the damp, musty smell and I could hear the people upstairs all evening long, as the walls /floors offer no noise insulation. For the price of one night, not sure I would stay here again.

I know hotel benefit financially allowing pets at the cost of other guests which is disgusting to walk into these room . Fortunately front attendant was nice enough to switch our room also for hotel that size very limited parking space available.

Ok for a night.it's not near the city.there's a free airport shuttle which was good.they aren't into letting you checkin until the appointed time.

The female that checked us in was great. She let us check in early. The room was very clean with comfortable beds. We walked to the light rail station where we bought day passes. So we went to the Space Needle, Glass Museum, Pike Market, Aquarium . We had a wonderful time. Complimentary airport shuttle was a good benefit too.

Breakfast included however breakfast emp!oyee was unfriendly did not supply enough muffins for everyone. She also scolded people for taking food but there are paper p!ates and utensils to go as some people go on tours. No cocoa offered. Checkin guy was awesome friendly and welcoming.

Staff was super, property needs some updating and repairs. It worked for what we needed it for.

I reserved a queen-size room, but was given a full-size bed for me and my wife. The bathroom was extremely small—barely enough space for one person. The room also had a strong unpleasant odor, and the bed made loud clicking noises every time we moved. I had an early morning flight and could not sleep at all because of the discomfort.

Our rooms were in bad condition . My son and family had a room that TV didn’t work and room phone had no cord so it didn’t work either . The first room assigned to us the air conditioner cover fell off and didn’t work . I was really surprised La Quinta is allowing this hotel to operate under their name.

Room was clean and smelled freshly clean when I walked in but the overall property is in need of upgrades. Hallway was a little dusty and has broken lights. Lobby smelled a bit like smoke. Airport shuttle was timely and easy so for a quick and cheap overnight stay it was all I needed.

We stayed at the sleep inn prior to flying out for vacation. The room was quiet, and they had great options for breakfast. Parking rates were decent, and the shuttle to the airport was efficient. We will definately stay again!

There beds are comfortable and firm. Room was very clean, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker are in the room, no extra charge. The shower was delightful with good water pressure and hot as well.

Clean rooms, nice beds with good mattresses, mini fridge and microwave in the room. Shower has great water pressure. Black out curtains block out all of the light allowing for great sleep. AC unit was a little loud and it’s by the airport so you can hear more noise compared to other locations. Complimentary breakfast and shares a parking lot with an IHOP if you want more breakfast!

Staff is very good. The room was clean except there was a small baby cockroach that crept out from under a soap dish. Probably may have travelled with the soap packet while the housekeeping was replenishing the room. But the reception responded immediately and sent someone to attend to it. The IHop restaurant opp the hotel and free airport transfers are a big plus.

The restaurant is absolutely horrible for the price. Horrible at any price really. But everything else was decent.

1 night stay after a long travel day. Sadly, the ceiling is very thin. There was someone ( I suspect children) running around above us at midnight! The room and beds were fine. The hotel breakfast area is too small to accommodate the amount of guests. The server could not keep up and replenish the food. It was good to have the shuttle to the airport.

First room I was offered was for some reason an ADA but stank of smoke. JR quickly changed us, but it was to a ground level room, and the room stank! Could not open window to let the smell out ( sort of a cleaning fluid/deodorizer)? Loved the shuttle rides and convenience. Bed seemed very hard but I slept when I could with breathing in the gross smell! Room was clean. (No available seating for breakfast so I can't say what it was like! The room seemed to have a weird assortment of furniture ( not even a fitted wardrobe) Small TV. Hotel nerds some serious updates!

Very handy that it was a very short distance from the airport! Staff was amazing, friendly and knew what they were doing. The neighborhood area seemed a little ishish but I’m from the wide open country so I’m not used to it either….

It for our need for a place to stay the night before our flight out of SeaTac. Having a free shuttle to the airport was one reason we chose this hotel as well as the affordability.The front desk was proactive in finding out when we needed to be at the airport and made sure our information was recorded for the driver the next morning. The shuttle driver was extremely helpful in telling each passenger where to proceed after getting off the bus.

Very convenient shuttle from airport! Helpful staff. Love the waffles! Comfortable beds and pillows. Room was quiet. I was able to safely store my luggage at the desk after my cruise while I explored downtown. Link station was a few blocks away, and took about 45 min to get to Westlake station.

Hotel is convenient, as it’s located next to IHOP. The hotel appears to be a little older and dated..bathroom door didn’t work properly and the room was very small. Great staff though

Clean, quiet, and convenient to the airport…..their shuttle was a plus. Thanks to Danh who gave me instructions for the light rail and monorail to see Seattle without using my car and dealing with traffic and parking - he was spot-on.

Breakfast are busy maybe adding a second waffle maker can help the overall experience.

There is not a restaurant inside the hotel. IHOP is right across the parking lot. If you have the option to eat elsewhere do it! The food at IHop was quite bad!!

We requested adjoining rooms with initial booking. We arrived at the hotel early to drop bags and again asked about adjoining rooms. Then at our actual check in we were given 2 separate rooms. We asked about the adjoining rooms and were told that they didn’t know we had that request and that there weren’t anymore available. That was frustrating. We were able to get rooms next to each other but not ideal with kids.

Breakfast was a mess but if you need a clean room to stay this is your place.

Refrigerator was not working, barely cool, did not keep food cold. Phone was not working, can't call front desk. TV was not working. Room key card stopped working the following day. Very noisy but luckily I am a heavy sleeper. Front desk guy was rude.
