meh. they said we booked only one room…we had proof that hotels.com had us reserved for 2 rooms/2 people in each w/queen beds. they said Hotels.com was wrong. but found us a room. hotels.com, when i called at check in, said we were reserved for the 2 rooms!

The location close to the airport was great. We were exhausted when we arrived but had a great meal in the restaurant. The room looked great and the beds were comfortable. The shuttle service didn't show up at the airport. We had called and were told to just wait and watch for it to come through and wave it down. It never came. Finally found the courtesy phone, called and it was sent immediately.

Check in was very quick and smooth. The room was very spacious and they even had “Welcome Kevin” displayed on the TV. The sheets were very comfy and clean. The pillows, weren’t the best but not everyone wants the same thing. The restaurant downstairs had some great menu options and the menu items were priced fairly. The food quality was great and the portion size was fair. Overall, the cost of the hotel was great when compared to the experience. Would certainly stay here again.

We had a fire alarm go off and had to wait outside

The loudest road noise hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Impossible to sleep, though we should have packed ear plugs.

The individual, Barbara, who works at the front desk is wonderful! With her beautiful smile she greeted us with warmth. When we needed anything such as, shuttle, laundry, restaurants, etc… Barbara was very helpful. Barbara treated all guests so kind and welcomed. I look forward to seeing her welcoming us when we return in May.

We were greeted so kindly upon arriving at the Hilton Garden Inn at SEATAC after enduring a normally 2 hour shuttle that took 5 hours due to snow shutting down the Snoqualmie pass. The manager and receptionist empathized with us and expedited our room. Before we knew it, we were relaxing in our clean and quiet room with complimentary breakfast tickets. This hotel is strategically located near both the airport and the Southside mall. The breakfast wasn't a typical buffet. It was a sit down/ ordering type thing. The breakfast was fast and very delicious. The only criticism was the coffee--Americano. Not so good in a coffee town. Maybe you all could get an espresso machine? :-)

Staff were helpful, but the fire alarm went off at 1:30 am, and everyone had to evacuate. Staff did the best they could, I guess. Super frustrating though.

I was surprised at how clean and good this hotel was considering it is an airport hotel that is very cheap. Definitely recommend it if you need a layover bed. We didn’t do much here but sleep and shower so I can’t speak on the other amenities but definitely worth the money you pay. Kristine was really really nice too. Shuttle pickup was slow so we took a taxi but it is free and available. We used it for drop off and it worked out great.

The breakfast was delicious, served by a friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable, and there was a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport.

The only complaint I have is the breakfast that I paid to be included in the room rental was so horrible that I and my cousin didn’t even touch it. Please teach the chef or fire him - I’m sorry Hilton you were the best and still is this review is not reflecting the quality of the rooms or the hotel it was superb as always but that breakfast experience almost made me vomit. ONCE AGAIN THIS REVIEW DOESN'T REFLECT THE QUALITY AND CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOMS!

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Business center had excellent wifi where I could work comfortably and uninterrupted during a one-day flight layover. Restaurant on-site was convenient and menu options were good. Free coffee in the morning too!

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff was great and very helpful. The rooms are big, clean, and well appointed. You can't go wrong staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Airport. Great shuttle service to the airport.

The stay was overall good. The only two things I had an issue with was the fact that I was not made aware upon check in that there was going to be a parking fee until I was surprised with the amount I was charged. Plus, they were trying to charge me for the bottles of water that I did not even touch in the room. So when speaking with the someone on the phone from the hotel in regards to this, she did not acknowledge that I was not made aware of the parking fee but offered me a refund of $2 and some change for the water that I supposedly drank. Ridiculous. Second thing, the sink in our bathroom was so loose that it was about to come off.

The proximity to the terminal is why I've stayed there twice. Get your bags, walk a block and you are in!!! So easy! Walkable to metro to the city . Great location.

The Hilton Garden Inn was the best stay of our trip. The beds were so comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great, the staff were very, very helpful, including the shuttle driver to and from the airport. Highly recommend this hotel not only for quick stays when traveling through Seattle, but also for a longer stays.

This is a modern, clean, great hotel if you need to be near the aiport. We used the shuttle to the airport. Parking is in a garage and you need to check in beforehand, but we found it pretty easy.

the place was well cared for. the only issue was the cheap plastic tubs that were the shower. The bottom flexed and was very slick. I fell and left blood everywhere. The staff were wonderful to the last person.

Was a great place, only minor problem was that the only breakfast was full pay. Eco down for no recycle bins around, but they did post the 'reuse your towels' propaganda.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport and has a suttle. It's very comfortable with a good breakfast.

Our coffee bar had only tea and one decaf coffee and not sure it was even coffee

No bottled water in room though so purchase two from the shop in the lobby and it was $18. We felt that was a little much for water when there was none provided in the room.

Good price and comfortable

We dealt with two different women on the reception desk and both were really helpful. The woman who ran the breakfast was also fantastic (Shelly I think?). She took time out to help us out and discuss our vacation with the kids. We only had 24hrs in Seattle and she made a few suggestions on places to visit/eat. All staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was lovely as well. Room was larger than expected and clean. Would happily stay here again.

Last minute stay when we missed our connection so we had low expectations - but the staff and comfortable room far exceeded them. Food was also very good in both the bar/pub and breakfast in the restaurant.

Was unable to check in due to a fire alarm occurring in the hotel at the time we arrived. We had to go get a room elsewhere. Despite Hotels.com best efforts, the Hotel management refuse to issue us a refund.

Very clean and close to the airport

No room service, no food service at he Restourant after 10pm even if you hungry, they charge you parking but parking garage door not open by the card you always have to call with the button front desk to open it for you. After showing no lotion which run out and room cleaner did not even to check to replace it. Hard to pull in when arriving at the lobby with a car so small space so in general what we paid expensive for this hotel per night is not worth it for the place.

For a return flight after a princess cruise. Nice place to stay

This is a great place to stay. The staff incredibly friendly and competent, rooms new and very clean. Easy walk to Mango Thai, a great Thai restaurant. I stop over here on my way to fish in Sitka, and will do this trip every year until I can’t.

Perfect location for the night prior my flight home. Cozy, safe and complimentary transfer to the airport.

The stay was for the evening before our cross country flight. We were delighted with the Happy Hour menu and the excellent service from the waitstaff. We were very pleased with the punctuality of the shuttle service to the airport.

I feel so safe, enjoy the great food at the bar, nice workout gym/pool and dependable transportation to the airport!

To be clear, there's only one negative here. The stay itself was a treat. The greeting and check-in was warm and welcoming. All interactions with staff were pleasant. The cleaners were quick, courteous, and thorough. I didn't get a chance to dine here, or make use of many amenities, but everything seemed absolutely top-notch. The only negative? If you're bringing a car, there isn't much in the way of parking to stop, go in, check in, get your key, and be able to access the parking garage. Seems like the only option is just to find a space somewhere in the drive, park, and hope for the best, which isn't exactly ideal. But aside from that modest negative, fantastic, highly recommended.

We came for a quick stay between flights. There was a free shuttle from airport to hotel. They had our room key ready since we had called for shuttle. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were given a room along the very busy street. It was loud all night with speeding vehicles. Tough night sleeping with the noise and hard bed. Finally, there's a concrete wall obstructing your view as you attempt to drive off the property. Very dangerous.
