The shuttle service was great.
- 2/5
First room the dead bolt did not lock, we went back downstairs with out luggage. They changed our room. We go back up stairs and that room had not been cleaned after the last guest. We called the front desk. They changed our room for the third time. The bathroom shower did not have a shower curtain. I called downstairs and they sent one to our room. The hotel needs minor upgrades. The hot breakfast was good but I question if the eggs were fresh? Breakfast 6am-9am. We are on vacation not going to work. 10 end time would let you get some slee

Although we prepaid for our room, motel was overbooked and front dest tried to move us to a different morel. We accepted a downgrade room. Front desk lady on checkout tried to be helpful with transportation to pier.
- 4/5
The elevator was out of service but other than that, it was a good value for the price.
- 3/5
Staff were not friendly. Elevator was not working. Tried to put us on 4th floor (we are elderly) & had to fight to get the 3rd floor. Hallways & stairs were dirty! Breakfast was just okay. Only stayed 1 night!
- 1.5/5
Had to carry my luggage up 5 flights of stairs because the elevator wasn’t working. No help from staff and heard from another guest that the elevator has been out the whole 5 days they had been there.
- 4/5
Updated rooms was nice.
- 1/5
Hotels.com sucks
- 5/5
Air conditioning was on in the continental breakfast, was quite chilly considering it was cold outside. Consequently the eggs got cold quite fast.
- 5/5
Transferred to the sister hotel “sleep inn”… all the credit to them…. FANTABOULUS”!!
- 5/5
Exercise
- 5/5
The floor was so clean I felt dirty in my old socks. I like clean floors so I’ll buy nice socks. It was an awareness situation.
- 2/5
The air codioning was broken & there was no help up the stairs. I am on a cane so that was difficult, especially with luggage. The room was just so-so & the carpeting throughout needs to be replaced. We will not be back.
- 1/5
Nothing worse hotel stay i have ever had
- 5/5
I forget deodorant.
- 1.5/5
The staff were very unprofessional, she took a personal call while checking us in, the other lady was mad because she needed to walk and show us a room. They were very rude and nonchalant. The breakfast was very poor, elevator was off

- 3/5
The room was clean, you could hear the people upstairs walking around in their room pretty easily, and the elevator didn’t work.
- 2/5
4nd had bad knees and were in 4rd floor. Took me 4 trips to bring everything down. Had to park up a hill at neighboring hotels.
- 4/5
Nice enough hotel by the airport. We had remodeled room which was clean and comfortable. The overall property is dated. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The shuttle person was nice as well and helped us load big bike boxes into the van. I left something behind and they kept it at front desk until pickup.
- 5/5
Nice, easy stay as we flew in and out of SeaTac. Shuttle was convenient and breakfast was great!
- 5/5

- 3/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathtub drain didn’t work properly and the hot water wasn’t near as hot as I like it. Also, the ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast.
- 1/5
Room smelled
- 2/5
So so
- 1/5
Stayed there for 3 days and No Cable services, No Tv to watch after a long day of visiting the city.. pictures on app not exactly what you get in person. Parking was a joke , the last day of our stay we were needing to get to a very important appointment and we had an employees car parked in front of my car. Blocking us from getting out . Making us stress about getting to our appointment on time. Would not recommend this Hotel.
- 1/5
I had to cancel my stay here because the airline changed my flight schedule. Comfort Inn refused to give me a refund. Also, I had purchased the protection from Hotels.com and that was a waste of money. They didn’t even return the money I paid for that room protection.👎👎👎
- 5/5
Very clean room
- 5/5
No
- 4/5
Cable out for several days seems like it was planned outage and not ok to do to guests
- 4/5
Handy to Seatac Suttle was on time
- 2/5
No lights in the room and shower curtain so long that you could slip on it while showering. Multiple times asked staff to put light bulbs in. I was there for 4 nights and never fixed. Staff said on day of departure that they could send someone up. What’s the use when I was leaving. I just hope they fix it for the next guess. Also reported it to the general manager and because we didnt book the hotel directly with them they couldn’t compensate or issues a discount or refund for the safety issues. It shouldn’t matter how a person books the hotel you should always make it right!
- 4/5
Mold in bathroom
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff friendly.
- 2/5
Its not ideal, they dont have essentials like toothpaste, they didnt clean the room on our last stay.
- 5/5
TV was out of signal for the entire stay, elevator was out of service as well
- 4/5
Room was clean, good breakfast. Parking was a bit sketchy. But otherwise good stay.

Clean room. Friendly front desk. Shuttle is only every hour and had to wait 25 minutes from the time we called for it and the number for the shuttle on Expedia didn’t work.m and I had to google a different number.
- 5/5
Staff, room, hospitality, safety… everything was good. Will definitely consider this place again.
- 3/5
The room needed some cleaning. It was a bit dirty, also breaking dining area was being remodeled and was closed. (Free breakfast) the room it’s self needed some upgrades for sure and the bathroom door is too close to the toilet and shower. Barely any space to sit comfortably
- 3/5
Extremely noisy
- 5/5
Courteous staff
- 2/5
The only good thing about this place was the staff. They were incredible and so polite and helpful. The bathroom walls were bubbled and warped.from.water damage. When we walked in an addict was lingering in the lobby. When we left it was surrounded by police cars. Not a safe place to stay
- 5/5
The room is very clean and comfortable
- 1/5
Bathroom sink needed repair and wall heater was stuck on heat, no temp control
- 5/5
Nope
- 3/5
Nice friendly staff. Room is basic. Cleanliness is less than it should be and the fabrics are dingy and didn’t feel clean.
- 1.5/5
The staff was very juvenile, bickering over shifts and how late one of them arrived to work and disgruntled coworker conversations bleeding into guest checking in procedures
- 4/5
Parking is horrible. Not many spots to park. Had to park further up near the other hotel in back.
- 5/5
needs attention that’s all I will say?
- 1/5
Tool
- 4/5
Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Food at breakfast bar was replaced once they’d run out of food.
- 1/5
No parking available, I understand that the had this warning on their site but come on, there needs to be some reserved parking regardless for those with a car.
- 3/5
It was okay.
- 1/5
Dirty
- 5/5
The hotel is very convenient; beside the airport, and close to the link lightrail station. Overall, very good.
- 5/5
Good service on check in, plus the help I needed to use the airport shuttle. Nice quiet room, good breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean room and great staff.

- 4/5
Nicely remodled room and bathroom. Not as impressed with breakfast.
- 3/5
Room was okay
- 5/5
Older hotel but well maintained with great staff.
- 3/5
The first room we were given, had been completely torn apart to be painted! When i returned to the office, we were given a second room, but the heat didnt work. They did not have any other rooms open, so we made do with extra blankets on the bed.
- 2/5
The property was very dirty and it had a funky smell of sweat and something else. There was also a bag over the smoke alarm when I entered the room for god knows what. The wait at the front desk was long and they couldn't find my reservation because they entered my last name wrong when saving my reservation. There are also two separate $150 pending charges on my card so not sure they can be trusted with a credit card for the security deposit. It is close to Seatac so that is one positive I guess.
- 1/5
Upon check in (which ended up being almost 1am) the male staff who was working front desk kept commenting on how good I look in my ID and I can still look like that if I put in the hard work that it will take I can look like that again. And that he would put his "c**k"inside the woman on the ID. I was so offended, disgusted, livid, and baffled. It made me feel so uncomfortable that every time I had to go down stairs I would pray he wasn't working and if he was I would get extreme anxiety and speed up whatever I was doing and get away from the area he was in. It made what was supposed to be a relaxing stay with my fiance into just trying not to cross paths with the disgusting, rude, unprofessional, front desk staff who felt like it was okay to talk to me like that.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
The front staff was very welcoming and courteous.
- 5/5
Airport shuttle was very helpful. Room was great too
- 5/5
Friendly helpful staff at late check it. Good shuttle service for early flight.
- 4/5
Shuttle service to airport was easy
- 3/5
Room was spacious, but stark. No paintings or any decoration on the wall or in the room. Flooring was some type of vinyl plank, cold to walk on. Only one small chair (which was uncomfortable to sit in) and one office chair. For such a large room, a loveseat or couch would have been nice. Coffee machine didn't have the correct filter tray for the machine, so making coffee in the room was impossible. Microwave oven platter gear was broken so the platter wouldn't turn. Bed and pillows were ok, but not great. Breakfast was average, nothing special. The breakfast room itself was chilly. Bottom line, for a hotel that has Comfort in its name, this was not a comfortable stay for us.
- 4/5
Great staff, good room? Free breakfast was very solid.
- 5/5
Clean and very comfortable.
- 2/5
The staff was unengaged and not personable. The hotel as a whole is in need of modernization.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, especially the shuttle bus drivers from and to airport.
- 5/5
breakfast bar was nice
- 5/5
Online it shows shuttle service, hotel doesn’t offers anymore
- 3/5
Room was ok. Crew there was good.
- 2/5
The hotel overall was pretty run down and dated. The elevator was very loud and shaky, there were areas taped off roughly… overall just not very kept up or clean. The staff was nice but really focused on their own conversations and not what we were doing checking in. Breakfast was terrible except for the waffles. :) The airport shuttle was 15 mins late… but I appreciated how friendly they were. That was nice.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Despite a small parking lot on the property, they did have parking available at the hotel next door. Breakfast had few options and was mediocre. Overall, decent hotel for the price.
- 1/5
Everything was dingy and just out dated! Awful old smell
- 4/5
It was close to the airport, but I didn't like the parking, however, that's the way the property is setup.
- 5/5
We found this to be a reasonably priced to leave our car while on vacation and to stay over night on our way back. We wanted to go up one day early before our flight and Best was amazing!! She worked through the craziness of needing to find our original booking and then add the new night. She stayed calm and patient which helped us out a lot as we were already stressed that we could not check into our flight. I want to give her a shout out for being so helpful and willing to make customers feel at home.
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
Shuttle is very efficient, and rooms clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
The hotel is about due for a remodel. The hotel staff was really nice.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable rooms.
- 3/5
Room was great but this is a VERY loud hotel. Floors squeek very badly. Lots of late night traffic, this is a hotel Airlines put people in that fights have been delayed. Not a great nights sleep.
- 4/5
Comfy and clean bed and bathroom, but noisy environment, parking feels not safe
- 5/5
A great hotel with excellent customer service! The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended.
- 1/5
Costumer services terrible
- 4/5
All good. Very helpful and friendly staff. The shuttle was very easy to find.
- 4/5
We got the breakfast before our airport shuttle, on time.
- 5/5
Very clean!
- 3/5
Check-in was an efficient but unfriendly process. Parking is a nightmare. The HVAC in my room didn't work so I had to leave the window open, next to the airport.
- 5/5
Great place for access to the airport
- 4/5
Stay was good. Service at check in was great. Room was as expected. Chose it based on the covered long term parking and shuttle to airport. Only problem was the onsite parking said 15 a day in the listing and was 20 a day when we arrived. Didn’t break the bank but why advertise one price and charge another?
- 4/5
The nice pictures online did not match what the actual room looked like…needs updating. The small fridge was barely cold and was not balanced… thought it was going to fall over when I opened the door. The airport shuttle said Sleep Inn on the side of the van with a paper in the window saying Comfort Inn...didn’t know to look for that until I called them a second time while I was waiting to get picked up. But, on the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was updated some and was clean. Breakfast was OK…. Not sure the eggs were real or powdered ?
- 3/5
The room was clean but it had an off scent. Its an older place and for the price it was a good deal. The staff were great and super helpful. The shuttle was convenient as well. Overall, i didnt make my flight and needed a place to stay immediately. This place did the job for the night.
- 2/5
Did not use business facilities. Air conditioning Ok
- 5/5
Yes, shuttle was easy to locate.
- 3/5
.
- 5/5
I didn’t walk around the property so I don’t know what that area was like and the shuttle to the airport was easy enough to find and drop you right off in front of the hotel
- 5/5
Room for as very clean and they had a good breakfast.
- 4/5
Little bit of smell
- 2/5
Room was supposed to be non-smoking and wasn’t. Was dirty, didn’t last 5 hours. Spacious. Would not recommend.
- 2/5
Room smelled bad
- 4/5
Elevator broken
- 5/5
Busy staff but friendly. They apologized for the wait and answered all my questions and explained that they were doing renovations so there may be some construction areas.
- 5/5
I had to park on another building.
- 3/5
Front desk staff at check in was not the nicest. She was short with me and stopped to look at her phone while checking me in. Breakfast was good, room was cozy and clean.
- 4/5
Staff were super nice and accommodating.
- 4/5
One little detail, I feel there actual Van should have larger font on it that says, Comfort INN in big box letters, not just small print that is hard to see just on the door. I missed mine do to not being able to read the door from a short distance away. I needed up having to pay fro an Uber, which the hotels was willing to pay for. However, me being in a bit of a rush, I forgot to get a receipt, so the Hotel could not reimburse me. When I arrived at the hotel, I explained this to the staff, and they were more than accomidatiing, offering free bottle water, restaurant discounts to local eateries and a room upgrade. I greatly appreciated it and will defiantly be returning.
- 4/5
Definitely not enough parking for the entire hotel. We parked in some random business because we needed to park somewhere.
- 5/5
Lacks sufficient parking
- 3/5
The room looked good until we couldn't close the window. Since it was warm and on the third floor, we weren't afraid or uncomfortable, but the noise from the street was hard to block out. Unfortunately, the whole place was sold out, so there was no other room to move to. Our key didn't work, and the shuttle was full at the time we wanted to go, and they only go once an hour. Their price was sort of ok, but I'm not sure I'll be back. There were just too many problems.
- 1/5
On the positive side, we thought the location was great.
- 1/5
On the positive side, we thought the location was great.
- 2/5
Clean but elevator not working and had to lug our luggage up 6 flights of stairs! No discount for the inconvenience of all this!
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 3/5
Definitely a get what you pay for situation
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Stay was okay. Building and amenities need to be upgraded
- 5/5
The staff was amazing
- 4/5
Staff was ver pleasant. Took an hour to get to the hotel via shuttle. Transport to airport was efficient.
- 3/5
Front desk work was very courteous and happy she turn a long day into a great day didn't catch her name she was great she worked Saturday aug 30 am shift great customer service 👍 😀 👏 👌
- 1/5
Old and dirty. Want to charge extra for everything. They may even count the number of breaths you take and charge you for over the limit
- 4/5
Good breakfast.
- 4/5
It was nice
- 5/5
Run down. .nice front desk. Good shuttle from airport
- 3/5
Airport shuttle was good, checking in was not good. They were too busy joking among themselves & ignoring us. The breakfast staff were good & the house keeping staff were good.
- 5/5
This was a great stay and the property is clean and located convenient for its surroundings. They serve a great breakfast.
- 4/5
Shuttle service from the airport was terrible. Called 10 times and couldn’t anyone to answer the phone. Ended up taking a cab costing me $21 plus tip.
- 4/5
For the price, it was a great and convenient place to stay. I appreciated the kind and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful. Room was clean & property was well maintained. Shuttle there for trips to restaurants & train & airport. All around a great stay.
- 4/5
Property is a bit worn
- 3/5
Service from front desk (her name is Best), was friendly and warm. When I checked in I asked for a quiet room from a different clerk and was put in one that was on the loud busy road side. Best cheerfully relocated me to a quieter room. The breakfast was ot so hot (literrally), with the eggs and sausage being cold. Several people complained.
- 3/5
The breakfast was terrible. People hung out by your table and talked over you. I guess there wasn’t enough room. It was in good location to the airport. The parking lot was a little rough getting in and out.
- 3/5
Basic hotel. It was convenient for the airport but that was about it. Not the cleanest place and the breakfast was basic.
- 4/5
Easy central location for airport and travel. Hotel was clean. Staff was nice.
- 5/5
Nice perk allowing the car to stay while traveling. Shuttle to & from SEATAC was a bonus. Beds were comfortable.
- 3/5
Shuttle service to and from the airport is not running very regularly. By the arrival we had to wait almost 45 min, next day we could not catch the shuttle we wanted as they were departing every hour and with very limited capacity. The building is very old and there is only one elevator for all 4 floors. The rest was very ok.
- 4/5
A great little park across the street that was really pleasant, tall trees, a lake, lots of families there, short trail to walk out the back side, and sidewalks to walk around inside the park. Great food place a short walk away -- the Silver Dollar Casino, great food there, recommended by staff. Staff was very friendly and pleasant, older facility, needs updating, our room was clean and you can tell cleanliness is important, the staff was really great... which bumped up my rating to a four.
- 4/5
Good clean
- 2/5
We arrived two hours early because of our flight time and were told we either had to pay $30 extra to check-in early or pay $12 for the staff to hold our bags. Or sit in the lobby for 2 hours. This for a room we already cost $175. I've never run into this kind of charge at a hotel in this price range. We paid the $33.75 (w/tax) to check in a little early. We had an early checkout due to our plans and the included breakfast was not available at the promised time. Nobody at the desk could tell us when or if it would be provided. We had to run out and buy food at a nearby fast food place, instead. The whole thing left a bad taste and Comfort Inn and Suites is no longer a 'no brainer' reservation for my wife and I.
- 1/5
The next update came later, and our flight was eventually rebooked for Friday, so I extended our stay by two more nights (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights). However, later on Wednesday, we were notified of an earlier flight option that would allow us to leave that on Thursday. As soon as I received that update on July 30th, I went to the front desk to let them know I would no longer need the night of Thursday, July 31st. Unfortunately, I was told I couldn’t cancel due to the hotel’s 24-hour cancellation policy. While I understand policies are in place, it was disappointing given the unusual circumstances. For me, it’s less about the money and more about the principle of flexibility in a situation like this. I’ve never given a 1 star review before but I think this warrants one. Wouldn’t ever come back.
- 5/5
Overall very comfy
- 4/5
I was a little worried because when I walked in, the lobby smelled like a port-o-potty, but that smell was gone later in the day. Front desk staff was super kind and VERY helpful, even when she was busy getting pulled in several different places. Bed was really comfortable, room seemed clean minus some small weird spots on the walls. Overall, I'd say the property was good to spend a night at!
- 4/5
AC filters need more frequent cleaning
- 4/5
Great location, nice hotel. The doors slam and need soft-close mechanisms. Room 342 had an odd smell.
- 1/5
Manager was rude when explained what happened as if it wasn't a big deal. 10 mins of pure panic! Take the freakin stairs or go somewhere else. Unbelievable.
- 2/5
Bathroom har a sticky floor
- 5/5
Nice and very helpful
- 2/5
If you can stay elsewhere do it. Property was old and has not been renovated. Some rooms are, but not all of them which is very disappointing.
- 5/5
Fine
- 3/5
Needs a major make over
- 4/5
Reasonable price. Breakfast included.
- 3/5
Parking was difficult for a large SUV Breakfast the waffle makers did not work, the juice machine did not work, the hot food server was empty, and half of the toaster slots were inop Yogurt and muffins were locked up but available at the front desk
- 5/5
Relaxing!
- 3/5
All was just fine for a stop before cruise departure. There was no breakfast due to a staff emergency. We understand, but it was unfortunate.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and welcoming
- 5/5
I had a re-modeled room with no carpet. I have a mold allergy so sometimes old carpet will cause a headache. My room had no carpet and was very clean.
- 5/5
Convince location
- 4/5
The hotel is older, but the room was very nice.
- 1/5
The place was very dirty and dated !! Don't Stay there !!
- 1/5
The shuttle driver was very rude and only goes once an hour and if it’s full you are out of luck, we had to uber to the airport because it was full. The front desk staff were very friendly and nice. The place was kind of dirty and really outdated. The shuttle was the big problem though, very upsetting.
- 5/5
👍
- 3/5
Property tired but the staff is out of this world!!! Friendly, helpful and gave us fantastic tips!!!! Best restaurant suggestion from the front desk!!! I will not forget that meal!!! Local BBQ down the street!!! Yummy 😋
- 5/5
The staff was helpful pleasant and professional
- 5/5
All a good experience
- 4/5
My only complaint is that the walls and floors are not sound insulated at all. I suffer from tinnitus so if I can hear the noise then it is way to loud.
- 3/5
No towels Hairdryer not working Shows its age Friendly staff is the only good about it
- 4/5
Microwave wasn’t working. I think because it was plugged into a lamp. Which might be a fire hazard. Room service was actually the Dennys down the street. Still good food. But would have tried to use my senior discount. And it is very noisy. Apparently a lot of cruise one nighters who get up early.
- 1/5
Shuttle bus is not guaranteed. I called three times at 8:35 pm, 8:40 pm, and 8:45 pm. Nobody answered my calls. I had to walk 25 minutes from the airport to this hotel. Unlikely rain dropped just a little bit.
- 4/5
Close to airport and has a shuttle
- 5/5
Friendly staff and shuttle to airport.
- 2/5
Why most hotel charge twice they claim it as down payment if there is scratch or messing in the room ? And they don't return the money like they usually said.
- 3/5
Bad parking availability.
- 3/5
Convenient Location.
- 5/5
Great place to stay when catching a Mariners game. Room had a refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable bed, extra pillows as requested. Easy parking, and right across from the Silver Dollar Casino
- 2/5
The whole place needs to be gutted and renovated. Dirty floors and carpets, old musty stinky rooms that aren’t well maintained, horrible breakfast, breakfast room chair upholstery was literally falling apart, not enough parking spots. The only good things I can say are that all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

There was nothing good about this stay from beginning to end. Would not refund or discount. Not clean ir updated. No food at fee breakfast . Broken toaster, no butter forctoast, no eggs. Filthy stained chair cushions all around . Scuffed walks and doors everywhere. Trash in garage every day. Spider in room, hair clogs in bath plug.

The check in process was very fast and friendly. Overall the hotel needs an upgrade, but was comfortable to stay in.

Room 401 was a disappointment. It’s located by the main road, and the windows are poorly insulated, allowing in significant noise and making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Room was very nice. Would recommend to family, friends & fellow travelers.

Noisy, shabby, awkward room layout (have stayed many times at other Comfort Inns), dislike bistro tables- want feet on floor when eating breakfast.

Close to the airport with comfortable rooms.

Close to the airport for picking up people.

Only one person working front desk. Too overwhelmed with large group, check in process took way too long. Elevator extremely slow, no clear signs/directions for using stairs. No USB outlets in room. Coffee was cold at 7:30am.

Stayed here several times in the past. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Facilities could use a mild facelift and upgrade, but always a great stay!
