Clean and relatively comfortable but with minimal facilities. It is way too expensive considering it is a ‘budget’ hotel with no facilities.

Aloft is my favourite hotel to stay at whenever I am in Seattle.

Absolutely beautiful. Impeccable facility with many family themed activities to do. Would have been nice to have at least free coffee or breakfast.

Very welcoming staff as well. One light switch controlled lights to whole room , it would be nice to have a separate switch for bathroom only without lighting up the whole room

Breakfast was good and affordable. Loved the snacks that were available. Rooms are very large and the staff was very nice. Would recommend.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The amenities in the lobby were awesome for my family and toddler. Some airport noise, but it didn't effect my sleep. Recommend a stay here!

Mattress was sunk in with springs poking the back, tap was broken, doors had evident gaps with light coming in and noise going both ways, requested room change, the mattress was ok but almost same condition, bathroom doors weren’t closing properly with huge gaps, chair was so dirty. Not worth the price, not a comfortable stag but put up with it. Coffee was good. Veg burger was good. Staff excellent. Elevators smelled and dingy.

Room was falling apart! Toilet shook really bab! Doors don’t close well. Air can’t be controlled. Window have to open but that’s not safe! Clean but falling apart! Staff didn’t really talk. Won’t say again

Shower sheds water more than normal, ripped carpet near bathroom, and a musty smell when entering after checkin.

Hotel itself is clean but a bit dated - the carpet in our room was in disrepair and the hallways where painted dark brown - a little dreary

Huge room. So quiet and great for recharging.

The left blind window was kind of being out of shape every time when I try to close it or pass the button to go up and whenever when I pressed down it's just the left blend window is just extending more cling to be out of normal. Other than that the hotel was great even though the style of room wasn't my fit but I survived it.

The room was spacious, ckean, and had nice amenities like a coffee machine, steamer, and fridge.

Modern and open design was inviting, staff welcomed our two dogs, liked having the breakfast room and lounge in-house. Very quiet room.

Room was spotless, hotel was clean and very cute. But the front desk receptionist was who stood out. Her name is Grace, and she went over and beyond to meet my needs and I am very grateful for her. Will be booking here again.

Easy airport, great lady at the front desk. First room was dirty and overall the rooms and hotel could use improvement and a better eye for cleanliness. I expected better from the pictures, but the rooms are a bit run down in person.

Erin checked us in and was very helpful and accommodating.

We do Love this hotel though.

When we checked in, the front desk agent explained how to drop off our car at the rental center, take the shuttle to the airport, and catch the hotel shuttle back to the hotel. Then in the morning we were able to take the hotel shuttle to the airport in ample time to make our flight. Everything went well.

Great property, very clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was the food options were limited and expensive for what was available.

Had a very good 2 night stay. Very friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms and plenty of parking. The downside is the hotel is right next to the light railway which runs until 2am.

I had to have an early check in and Erin was beyond helpful and amazing. She really went above and beyond. Rooms were great! 10 out of 10

Spotless room with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The room has a corporate feel, but is comfy with anything a person might need as well as close proximity to the airport. Friendly reception and bar staff. We would stay here again.

Everything was good except for a shockingly old sheets in Room 417 that had pills all over. So the sleep wasn't smooth, literally.

We stayed at the Aloft when our flight was canceled during an IT outage. The staff was friendly and compassionate. They checked us in quickly and advised us getting back to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. Lots of nice amenities including the gym and the breakfast area.

It's always a pleasure staying at Aloft.

This is usually one of my favorite places to stay but this time I was disappointed by the condition of my room. There were no bath towels which I didn't discover until I was getting into the shower and then found someone else's hair all over the shower walls.

Very clean and safe. Parking is better if it is free and if there is free breakfast. Nevertheless, staff is very friendly and accomodating.

We have stayed in this hotel before. It was good then. This time we were put in a room just a few feet from the monorail and it was very noisy. I asked to be moved and she said they were sold out. The bed had definitely seen better days. It was not as comfortable as they have been before.

My second hotel stay was at the Aloft hotel in the airport area. This was 1 night after our cruise. Aloft Seattle Airport is super nice! Large rooms, shuttle, and a bar area with small bites made it perfect for our overnight stay. The front desk and shuttle staff were informative, friendly and professionsl. The beds were comfortably done and the shuttle to the Seattle airport is free. The price to stay at Aloft is very reasonable, especially for how well the hotel presents itself and its amenities! I'd stay at Aloft again when needing to be close to the airport.

Property was clean and nice over all! Extremely convenient, many places to eat, mall, and all kinds of stores, and the airport is about 5 mins away… maybe less. Unfortunately due to the airport being right across, we could hear all the planes arriving and leaving and the train passing right next to us. Not a deal breaker for us, but I can see how it can be bit disruptive/ annoying to others. Ladies the front were very nice and allowed us to check in earlier than normal check-in. Over all a great hotel!

Location is not the best.

I don’t usually write reviews but this was not a good experience. The room had dirty stained sheets and pillow cases which was really disappointing for $315 Canadian for a one night stay. Then ontop of that, they had a dog staying in the room directly next to us that started barking at 2am for hours. It didn’t feel clean or restful, wouldn’t recommend.

Great police to stay They not only provided shuttle to the airport but they also provided shuttle to several locations close by. They front desk staff are extremely welcoming and friendly.

The front desk staff is especially helpful. Rhema os outstanding. She helped me so much, especially on nagivigating travel to and from the carnival cruise port. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Overall property and room where nice. Sadly the bed was way to hard for me, glad I only had one night for that reason.

Cute hotel. Friendly staff. I didn’t particularly like being put in one of the rooms towards the back of the hotel where there seemed to be an entrance from outside stairs. On top of that, the door latch that keeps anyone from entering looked like it had been damaged previously, where it ruined the door and that was not fixed. It may have just been me but I had an eerie feeling so I asked to be put closer to the elevators. There was one room left and the person working the front desk was kind enough to change my room. There are snacks and microwaveable food and drinks for purchase. A lunge area. WiFi was great, as I had to work remotely in the morning. Over all, a good stay! And again, the staff is super friendly and supportive

I was ther for work. The room was perfect for my needs.

The hotel lobby smells very good. It’s clean. The room was clean. Linens were perfect. We asked for room service while we were out and the staff got it done quickly. New sheets , bed made, new towels. I didn’t see not one stain anywhere. Bathroom was very clean. I didn’t like the water pressure in the shower or sink but that’s just me and my preference. Everything else was perfect and spotless. Staff was extremely nice, respectful, patient and very ready to assist. I’m staying here again. I’d like to explore the rest of the amenities like the gym. I was only here for 2 nights and my flight back home was at 7 am so I didn’t get to spend the last day here.

Strange lighting in rooms. Bathroom light is same as sleeping area light. Impossible to sleep if someone is using the bathroom or shower.

I checked in at 10 PM and out at 8 AM. I wasn’t there long enough to do much of a review. I’ve stayed in this property before it’s a perfect spot to stay in for all directions in Seattle Tacoma area.

The room is quite big and spacious. I would recommend asking for more towels and pillows if you want to feel extra cozy.

Staff are wonderful especially Grace from front desk, she’s very helpful and accommodating. Good fit to your hotel.

Staff was super helpful, room was clean and comfortable, lobby area was fun. The only detractor was the single switch that controlled all the room lights. There should be a separate switch in the bathroom so you can shower without turning on all the lights in the room.

Stayed overnight for an early morning flight. Accommodations and shuttle were both convenient and efficient.

The room itself was wonderfully furnished with the best of everything I needed. But the mattress and pillows were like sleeping in a cloud. I highly recommend staying when in the SeaTac area!

Finally a hotel that charges ZERO extra for pets! Rooms are small but clean and adequate. The lobby is awesome! BIGspace with bar and food, 2 pool tables and other games. Gas fireplace. Gives you a reason to actually leave your room. Very nice staff. Quick shuttle to airport. Reasonable rates.
