We stay here whenever we are in town visiting family and it’s always a great experience. Staff, the room and breakfast is consistently amazing.

The hotel is very nice, the surrounding is fine with restaurants which is very convenient. The only inconvenience was my windows view is blocked by a big wall outside. I though it was because the price. Overall fine right next to elevators.

I was pleased with the accommodations. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I always love staying at Hampton Inns.

The breakfast is more than we were expecting. The room was clean, but parking can be challenging at times, the hotel shares the parking lot with a small strip mall.

Room is clean. We had experienced a smell in the bathroom. But the staff resolved it right away. I also left my hair tool and they were honest to keep it for me until my granddaughter picks it up.

The staff is exceptional; from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the service attendants, ALL of them were so competent, kind, and facilitating. On a previous stay the jacuzzi was out of commission for my entire stay, which was very disappointing.

Great hotel. It was close to the venue where we were playing volleyball. Only complaint is the traffic noise at night.

Good hot breakfast included! The one chair in the room was very old, worn and dirty, with tape patches in the upholstery. A new chair (preferably two), with modern upholstery would really improve the room.

Very nice except for the bed. They really need to replace the mattress that was in my room. You sink so far into it that it becomes hard to get up out of the bed.

secondly, I requested a baggage trolley to the room when checking and also when leaving and was told “We don’t provide that service”!! My wife of 85 years old and I of 87 years old had to tote our. ages to and from room without any help suggested by your very young untrained staff! Don’ think will reschedule w/ you again! Too bad as our girls both live Future Work right around the corner!

We felt safe with our parking, and it is nice to be able to bring our pet with us on our trip. He is in a senior dog so we don’t like to keep him at home anymore for boarding. And the breakfast was really good both days. We really enjoy that.

It was a good room. Sink smelled like sewer smell and water handle was broken. Room was fine and amenities were goof inside the room. Keeping family was safe and breakfast was a plus for the kids every morning.

I thought that I booked a hotel for one King bed like i usually do. But when i asked to switch room from a db to one king bed. Associate stated that it was expedia and they do not have any King available to accomdate. Breakfast was great every morning! Only thing was no housekeeping everyday. We stayed 2 nights and 3 days. Housekeeper was helpful when we asked for more towels 2nd day. It was great that there was 24 self serve drinks and snacks by front desk. Staffs let us stay pass our check out time and let us leave our luggages before we checked in. Unfortunately, our room was not ready early also. It was a pretty busy weekend when we stayed and traveled from afar. Thanks to the staffs and hotel.

The hotel was really nice. The staff was very friendly and my son enjoyed the free breakfast.

I was shocked to be confronted with a $50 « amenities fee ». Fortunately it turned out to be a refundable cleaning fee, only kept if damage done. Having my name show up on the room TV was creepy. Free breakfast bar and free parking are the two features that would lure me into coming back for a future stay.

It was mostly good. Breakfast was just okay with watery oatmeal and the carpet in our room was questionable, with what looked to be stained carpet around the bed & A/C unit. Otherwise, nice property for price & location.

Location, amenities, and staff were great here. We stayed for an event in long beach and the lyft ride was quick and cheap to get there. The hot tub and heated pool were open and great, the breakfast was nice, there was plenty of parking, and the room was great too. A little bit of a musty smell but we just opened the windows and it aired out quickly. If you are looking for a spot close to long beach without the high prices this place is perfect!

We came to stay for a volleyball tournament. We’ve stayed lots of places and I’d definitely come back here. They adjusted breakfast times so everyone could actually have breakfast before our early morning games. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff texted to make sure everything was good. We were able to easily walk to AIM sports complex. I have nothing to complain about.

I was charge $100 over the amount from my credit card. My invoice says $530.68 I was charged $630.68. I would like to get a refund of $100 to my credit card, I only stay two nights there.

First night my friend who I shared the room as the other guest with went into the jacuzzi and cut their foot open, badly. We let the staff know that it was unsafe and blood in the jacuzzi. Either the metal base of the railing or possibly glass cut my friend’s foot. They took about 20 minutes to come out to the pool area to give my friend a bandaid and some cleaning wipes. We made sure it was all documented and reported. My friend had lots of walking to do this weekend and was extremely inconvenienced. The staff closed off the jacuzzi and told us the General Manager contact us. It’s been well over a week and no contact. We’re very disappointed in the follow up from the management team and will never stay at this establishment again. I would love to speak with someone about this. Thank you, Daniel

Clean place to stay and convenient parking. Close by Long Beach and short drive to Asia Garden Mall with a variety of vietnamese and asian food options. Hot food in the breakfast is limited but does the job. Will stay here again.

The woman that checked me in late on Wednesday July 23rd was a life saver. After issues with my bank and layover problems and rental car issues she was a sigh of relief for my son and I. She went above and beyond for us and I’m forever grateful

They made me feel uncomfortable about my disability. The older Caucasian women asked me a personal question. What my illness was and how my pet was trained to help.ptsd is not something I like to talk about and I gave her my dogs ada registration card. She should have been ok with that. It was shameful and upsetting. I've never had a problem at any Hamilton suites before.

Quiet neighborhood. We stayed there because of kid’s sports camp, and it was perfect. Really enjoyed staying with kids. Pool and dining area really help us staying comfortable.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. Will always be my 1st choice when visiting the area.

The hotel itself was very nice. The breakfast was really good. We got there Friday evening to check in with my 2. 11 year-old grandchildren.. The door was not working properly. It was very heavy and would slam every time you opened it, and I was afraid my grandkids fingers were gonna get caught up in it. The showerhead was clogged and wasn’t working and the TV only like about six channels came in. I ended up changing rooms Saturday and then our key cards kept failing and I had to get them replaced like four times either it wouldn’t let me back in the hotel or it wouldn’t work at the swimming pool or we couldn’t get into the room. I really liked the place. I just wish there wasn’t all those issues. Thank you

quick two night stay--needed to be on "that side" of Los Angeles. Had a lot of ground to cover. The room was expected; one of the reasons I stay at hampton is their comfortable beds. The bathroom had problems and I had to "change rooms" mid stay. On a two night stay some help would've been appreciated. But...I got a "new room" and everything was fine. The staff was helpful as they could be. More than one night staff would be a great idea for circumstances such as this.

This is our go to place when visiting daughter at CSULB. Close to express way. Free parking, staff is amazing, and breakfast never disappoints.

Soundproof is not very good. However we like the restaurant very much. It is a common area for chat with friends, for a snack and coffee and hot water is provided all day long.

Most uncomfortable beds ive ever had at a Hampton Inn. Very noisy, outside and inside. Definitely not worth the cost at $187 a night. No pool entry from inside hotel. Room was specious, wish each room had its own microwave, only king comes with one.

Stayed here the night before our cruise out of Long Beach. Great location, lots of food options, easy to get to the port terminal.

We stayed here for two days while we were evacuated for the fires. I was so grateful they were pet friendly, and the shared area had a chill attitude.

He also stated that he expected the maintenance person to be in at 6 AM. At 6 AM came, no maintenance person, 7 AM no one, at 8 AM no one. We went to the front desk and the Housekeeper Supervisor was there and she came to our room and fixed the faucet and tended to the air conditioner as best as she could, but wanted the maintenance person to, look at the problem. She also had our room cleaned. She was excellent and I believe her name was Brenda. It wasn't until Sunday 12/8 when a maintenance person came in. We were then offered a room to move to, but since the problems seemed to be solved, and we only had one night to stay we decided to stay put. The staff tried to help, but it looked like they did not have the ability or authority to help.

Seal Beach is a hidden gem of SoCal, but there are limited accomodation options. The Hampton is an excellent hotel for the money, and it's an easy drive to both the 405 and downtown Seal. Big fan of the Seal Hampton. It's a no-brainer.

Staying here was a joy. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was always pleasant. The breakfast was always very good with lots of options.

The only issue was very low pressure in the bathroom sink. We were very busy and did not evèn report the pressure issue to management. Woll stay again.
