    Room was not cleaned, maintenance of the room wasn’t up to part, sheets were not clean and cigarettes burns on the sheets. However the area is quiet, the guy at the front desk was very understandable when I told him I wasn’t happy with the cleanness of the room.

    A terrible experience. The room was filthy, unsafe, and smelled awful. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and only interested in collecting payment, not resolving any issues guests might have. A terrible hotel that should go out of business.

    To begin with the property is very dirty and unkept. The furniture is worn dated and dirty. My biggest complaint is that there was a exs toy underneath the mattress. I'm a former rooms inspector for a major hotel chain so of course I'd inspect the room. The attendant gave me a different room that was the same minus the toy. I had no trouble receiving a refund.

    I have stayed before and the toom was clean the staff was extremely friendly. The actual only downside is the beds are really hard. The pilliws are a little flat too but other than that i highly recommend this hotel, if you want a clean friendly easy on the wallet hotel.

    2nd morning deadbolt stuck shut had to leave for work exit room thru a window informed front desk at 5 am got back to hotel after work and had to enter room thru window because nothing had been done they waited until between 5 and 6 pm to then finally address the issue

    We did not stayed because one room was infested with bed bugs, we had to cancel because we were a family and needed two rooms, I demanded a refund, if I don't get one I might start using another service.

    Check in and didn’t even stay because the rooms smelled so bad and we returned the key advising that we didn’t want the rooms because of the care and they called us late at night about not checking in and that our room was gonna be given to someone else.

    El peor hospedaje de toda mi vida. Es un MOTEL de paso y está horrible todo. Primero me dan una habitación con olor a cigarro, pisos desgastados, humedades y problemas con grifería (fuga de agua) y después me cambian pero el piso es alfombra sin asear, todo viejo y desgastado. Estuve dos noches y nunca hicieron limpieza y no volveré jamás a este lugar. NO RESERVEN.

    We reserved a room with two beds and was given a one bed room. The room had a torn blanket on the bed , one towel in the bathroom, the outlets were nasty. I went back to the front desk with my email of the reservation order and was given another room with two beds that was much cleaner but there was light coming in around the door.

    The guys in the office was extremely nice. They helped me anytime I called or went in. My niece just needed somewhere to sleep at night and it worked out great. The bed was a lil hard but I’ve been in expensive hotels where the bed was hard so I won’t complain.

    The television wasn't receiving a signal when I first checked in. I notified front desk and they were already aware of it. After a few minutes, television signal was restored so it was no big deal.

    Location The refrigerator was full of snow in freezer compartment. The water in the shower was liking all the time . When do you take a shower it was not enough pressure to have good amount of water . TV did not work . The satellite receiver did not work . The pillows was like a pancake . The walls was bitten up and some places have a different paint color . This place needs big time repairs.

    The front clerk was fantastic because he listened to my concern of the cigarette smells. Outstanding customer service for changing our room due to the horrible cigarette smell. Got a different room & the room was clean & comfortable. The hotel has signs everywhere stating no smoking, however some of the people still smoke. There wasn't a coffee maker. The remote for the TV was very hard to get to work. The cigarette smell was awful.
