Relaxing girls vacation ! Spa and pools were perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Gym was clean and never crowded.

the room was not very clean with hair all over the place, , the toilet never flushed, it just kept running for the two days I was there. I asked the concierge how to order room service as it is not well explained in the room at all, and the concierge told me they have never been asked that question before and they did not know. Room service has to be ordered on your phone like uber eats and you have to put your credit card info in every time you order. The service charge on room service is ridiculous and then they want you to tip on top of that. $$$$ Will never stay at this property again.

This was a great spring break vacay & had a wonderful time, what a beautiful resort.

Lovely resort for all ages. The outdoor gathering area with a bar, large tvs, comfy seating is a very nice perk in this hotel. So are the captive snakes! Family pool area has its great and not so great aspects. Getting chairs without reservations can be very tough especially if you need more than 2 together. You can’t just put towels on chairs to save them. Staff will remove them if no one is actually at the chairs. There is a pay to reserve option which is quite pricey. The up sides of the pool area are the food and drink options and the staff who are really great. The lazy river and water slide are also cool. There is an adult only separate pool which is lovely. The same chair issues though. Overall this was a very nice stay.

hotel was way too overcrowded- Not enough pool chairs for guests so we had to sit on the grass. Shameful. The lazy river was filthy, the waterslide slow and the rooms basic. Not worth the “hype.” Stay somewhere else. Front desk manager Mario was the only plus at the hotel.

I was initially charged for a full prepaid room. Due to horrible circumstances, I requested a refund...even a partial refund. I was the one responsible for the booking. Initially, I was denied such a refund, but just receive a personal/kind reply from the Westin, and they are providing a full refund. It was very much appreciated.

Lobby and lunge areas were really nice. Outside bar was open late, and a fun place to end the day. Firepits and comfortable seating. For a relatively expensive hotel, surprised that parking was $30/day and wi-fi wasn't free? Seems a little nickel and dimey...

I thought the “suite” I paid for was a bit old and rundown. Carpet was terrible. It had a guest toilet but all that accomplished for me was it took away from the master bathroom. Which was a tiny little puny master bathroom with no tub. For the cost I feel I paid top dollar for mediocrity. My stay felt stale compared to my last stay 3 years ago.

The room I originally booked through Hotels.com was not honored. I was told that the room “did not exist” and they tried to blame Hotels.com for the issue. Instead, they offered to sell me an upgrade, but then said it wouldn’t be available until the next day. When it finally became available, I was shocked to see it was the exact room I had booked in the first place, but now they charged me an additional $75 per night. It was very clear they treat guests differently if you book through a third party. On top of that, the resort hits you with endless, ridiculous fees. I expected to pay a resort fee, but they nickel-and-dimed us for everything. Yes, they gave us a $100 credit, but it barely made a dent after all the extra charges. The only highlight was the food, which was fantastic. Sadly, that was the only positive. After such a stressful and disappointing experience, we will not be returning.

One of our favorite resorts! We go every year! The rooms are a great size and the bathroom had a soaker tub and shower! The view was beautiful! We always have so much fun at the pool- especially the lazy river and slide (which sadly was broken this weekend). It's walkable to Kierland and the Quarter which has LOTs of shopping and food options!

It was the off season, so the lobby bar and the scotch library were not open at all. That was a huge bummer. The outdoor Antidote bar was open but the outside temps at 108 degrees was just too hot for the outdoor bar. Also, the lazy river bar only being open on Saturdays was a bummer. Otherwise, the room was amazing, the views, the staff, the room service, all really REALLY great.

We had our annual girls trip here this year and it was perfect! Memorial Day weekend is very busy! We stayed until mid week so we did have a few quiet days. The hotel is beautiful. All the staff seemed friendly and welcoming. Plenty of room to move around. Very close to shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel!

So many trails to walk around the property, nice pools including a lazy river. Nice options for restaurants on property and many more close by. Shopping within walking distance or they will have a courtesy golf cart if you’d like a lift. We will definitely be back! We like to fly into Mesa for the direct flight, this location was a bit of a drive.

Loved our stay! The pool margs need work (very weak/lots of mixer) but overall we will be back. Shout out to the kids entertainment team for all the activities! The outside mall nearby is also great for more activities.

Enjoyed our stay here, the grounds and property themselves are beautiful. Conveniently located and they also offer a shuttle across the way to the Scottsdale Quarters which is very nice. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but the rooms are nice. We were also located on the 10th floor and every single morning plumbing noise / noises in the wall could be heard very loudly and clearly from our room close to the elevator. When we checked in the rep at the front desk did not explain anything to me about security deposits or the property. I didn’t love how they charged my card every single day with a resort fee for a pre authorization and then charged me the full amount at the end of the stay while still holding the authorization on my card. I wish this had been explained to me when checking in.

We liked the property. The staff were nice. The pool facilities were very good. The gym was nice. The pillows were too thick for our taste. The resort fee is a bit high. There were a lot of activities for kids during our visit in the Xmas week. Overall, we enjoyed our stayed.

The property's grounds are beautiful, the Keirland mall is next door within walking distance and has nice shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself needs a renovation in the rooms, lobby, and the restaurants are below grade for this type of hotel. I think there is only one main dining room that is blah. The coffee bar is nice but needs a facelift. The lounge needs a complete renovation and some music.

I’ve been to this property multiple multiple times and every time it doesn’t disappoint I was very pleased. It’s been a while though since I’ve been able to attend this property or stay at this property simply because of pricing so I’ve just chosen to stay across the street at the AC hotels and use the amenity at the Weston, but this time I was able to stay at the Westin. It’s been a while, but the service was top-notch Brittany at the bar and restaurant downstairs at the lower lower level was fantastic. Her and her Adrienne were amazing when we first got put into a room on the floor was absolutely horrifying. The floor was hot with no air conditioning. It was nonetheless. I spoke with the front desk about it and we were immediately moved to a great room on 1/9 floor 9044 great view of the mountains in the front of the property. The room was fantastic. The hallway was like ice cold, but that was fine , my only complaint about my stay. I would’ve liked to have known that the outside back patio was not in use because of major reconstruction as well as the Spa, but we were found out through the concierge that there were spa services just no spa available and the two ladies that worked at the spa store didn’t seem like they wanted to sell Spa services because they never even even mentioned they were Spa services. Matter fact my husband asked about the spa they sent us to the old Spa location when we came back and said that turned into a gym, they just kind of chuckled and politel

I was given incorrect info about the restaurants in the area and directions Pool staff didn’t help with tubes They were all on their phones. The slide was out of service. The room was very nice. Quiet and peaceful. Inside staff very nice. I have never received a final bill which I was told would be emailed. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

It was a beautiful stay. We took our 5yo grandson in an overnight staycation and he had a great time in the pool with all the kids' amenities. Wait staff at each restaurant were fabulous. Lovely grounds. Highly recommend.

We went to the lazy river area which was pretty cool. Just know that outside public can pay for a pool pass here so it was pretty crowded with non hotel guests which is okay but would have been nice with less people around though. To get away from the kids at the other pools, they do have an adult only pool area which was nice and quiet. No outside service unlike the other pool area so that was a bummer but all in all it was a more peaceful experience. They have a gym that we used and it has the basics of what you would need for a good workout. It was clean and spacious. All in all it was good experience. The cons I would say is we did experience a little rude bartender guy at the pool. I think a little more cleanup around the pools after they close would be beneficial. We returned to the pool area early next morning as there was still trash from day before by the poolside. Lastly, forced to pay for parking is a bit much. Most other resorts ive been to do not make you pay for parking so thats a turn off for sure. All in all though, I'd recommend going here.

Breakfast; Nothing to write home about ... average Certainly the handicapped parking could be covered... even just 20-25 spaces also why not PURPLE HEART spaces ? You hire GREAT YOUNG PEOPLE ; all of them ; but one in PARTICULAR... A Deeply caring and MOST wonderful Concierge named "Delvecchio"; he SET THE TONE for a spectacular stay. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !! WE ARE ACTUALLY PLANNING OUR NEXT STAY NOW; YOUR ARE A GREAT DISCOVERY FOR US.

This property is a good one if you are a dedicated Marriott rewards member with points to burn but I wouldn’t recommend paying for it when there are better options close by.

This property is a good one if you are a dedicated Marriott rewards member with points to burn but I wouldn’t recommend paying for it when there are better options close by.

What I rate very poorly is that they gave us a view of a horrible roof and we spent 5 nights looking at that horrible roof and no view.

I booked an upgraded room with a view. when we checked in, in the midst of throngs of convention people, i asked if my view could be of the golf course. she said " no, we're really booked, as you can see, we have big conventions" so, we were taken to our room #1081 ( i think) it was the first room on the first floor right off this incredibly busy and loud lobby. it was an ADA room and the mattress was on the floor. the small window overlooked a stucco wall. i said no. we went back and the bellman took us to a second room.THAT room had yellow tape covering the balcony window saying "do not use" and the AC didn't work. it was also an ADA room again (?) again, i said no. the third room was acceptable. the BR sink was clogged but i was exhausted and i wasn't going to move again.

The construction workers were able to look into my room through the large window, they realized I was in there and then covered the whole window with tarp and it remained covered for the rest of my stay. My bed wasn’t even a real bed. It was a Murphy bed that lifted off the floor frequently. I understand it may have been late and I did not book with the convention, but allowing someone to experience that stay in what is supposed to be a nice hotel is rude and disrespectful.

Initially went to casitas, it is behind the golf course, away from the main hotel, feels like a Super 8 but fancy. Then switch to the real hotel and it was excellent. staff very friendly

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin Kierland. Lovely property and grounds. Nice bar options but almost no decent dining options but tons in the area and free shuttle so it was all good.

I liked that the resort had planned activities daily for children. Also loved having sporting events televised on a huge outdoor screen in the back courtyard area. There was nothing to think of that we did not like.

I liked most everything about this property and the employees working there were terrific. My biggest complaint was there was no non slip map in the shower. If some old fart slips and falls in the shower and can’t get up you may have a problem on your hands.

The experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The staff were the most pleasant I’ve ever encountered, consistently showed a genuine passion for creating a positive guest experience. The property was beautiful with so much to offer, in fact we didn’t even experience it all in just 3 days. The convenience of proximity to the Kierland commons was the Cherry on top! All you could ever need in one place. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was amazing except for our room. We had an engineer come and check out a/c and supposedly fix every time but room was hot. The hallway was cooler than our room. Did not get the problem fixed while we were there. You would think they would move you to another room but was not an option.

Our room was not ready at 4 pm check-in. Every time we went to a restaurant, restaurant was closed, hours are not listed on their in room tv., wanted to try the desserts at The Rim, found out it is only on Friday & Saturday nights even though it’s noted nightly on the in room tv. We will not be going back. There were more, cannot list all.

The Westin did not disappoint, absolutely amazing hotel, grounds and service. All walkable to shopping and restaurants. The pools and lazy river were so nice and the staff did an amazing job especially in the heat. I want to call out the gentleman at the front desk who helped my daughter remove a cactus stinger and cleaned it and sent us off with smiles. This was an amazing girls weekend celebrating my daughters graduation and we will be back! 5 stars all around.

Came with family. We enjoyed our stay. They have a Main family friendly pool and a long lazy River. Room was modern and clean. Check in/out was fast.
