Every staff member I encountered was amAzing! We were there for 4 days, so we saw at least 8 different members, and they were all lovely. Very helpful and went above and beyond for our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the early checkin was only $25?! We will stay here every time we come to Scotsdale!

Front desk staff were helpful. One asked which floor I preferred, a real insightful question for a woman staying alone. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of room around bed and chair near window. The toilet/shower area was small but didn't bother me since I am small too. Convenient to Whole Foods and multiple restaurants. Noise level lower than usual (but only a few people were staying at the hotel since it was a Tuesday night).

The property was well maintained and clean. Easy check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and best of all QUIET! I really appreciated the nice complimentary breakfast, and the broad timespan that it was offered (6 a.m. to 10 a.m.) Great location, walking distance from CVS, donuts, a coffee shop, and an outdoor mall with several really nice restaurants. The rooms were more affordable than others in the area and I will definitely come back.

The room was not clean, the staff was nice with what interaction I had with them. I did not eat at the hotel and the air conditioner loud and kicked on a lot. Ended up sleeping without it on.

Bed/mattress was the worst we've had in years of various hotel stays. Breakfast was sub par and eggs were empty, sausage patties were discolored and tasteless, hot potatoes were tough to even chew. Usually no staff to be seen and vacant at front desk. Would NEVER go back to this place.

The AC in the room worked well but the building could use some renovating. Our door wouldn’t even lock unless the handle was in the right position. Had to fiddle with it and the rooms were clearly old.

If this hotel had decent pillows it would be the perfect place to stay. I felt like Jacob in Genesis 28:11 with my lumpy pile of rocks. We bought $3 Walmart pillows and the subsequent nights were much better. Other than that the hotel was perfect for our needs.

Convenient location Room was not clean. Every time I left my room and tried to go back in my key wouldn’t work and I had to go downstairs to the front desk to get my phone reactivated. On last morning there, the front desk called me at 6:00 am for a wake up call I did not ask for. Then an hour later the fire alarm went off two times in a row. Then while I was getting ready for the day, the maid knock d on my door at 9:30 and the front desk kept calling when I was showering. When I went down to checkout, no one was at the front desk to ask about fire alarm, calls and knocking.

It looked cheap and rundown for the amount of money I paid The person at the front desk took my credit card and did NOT tell me she was charging me $50. I have NO clue what it was for which I will be reporting!!

Breakfast was well above average. Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful. My wife left her personal pillow when we checked out and they called to let us know and had it right at the front desk. Bed was comfortable. I’ve never actually seen a walk-in bathroom before but that’s what it was. Zero room to maneuver. Shower never did get hot, lukewarm at best, but we managed.

Outdoor hot tub was nice. Marginal breakfast, small room, and overpriced for what you get.

I always stay at this hotel when my wife has overnight stays at the nearby Mayo Clinic hospital. For every visit the staff is always friendly, room is always clean, and bed is comfortable. For the area it is the best price for a very nice hotel.

The hotel was perfect for a base for me while visiting family. The price was worth the distance from my family and the bed was awesomely comfortable after some long days. The Hotel is clean but, this will be the first and last time I would stay here. The beds are between a full and twin size. The bathrooms are really small. And it has a thrift shop old, smell to it. Thank goodness it was for just a night. But, I will never return. Thank you but, no thank you.

The bed was worn out, the room was next to the exercise center and pool and a loud noise went off intermittently all night from pipes or something mechanical. I got bit on my feet 3 times but could not identify what it was from.

Safer neighborhood. They didn't mention there is no maid service unless you sign up for it. Comfortable beds. Sheets had small stains on the side?? Dusty lamps.. might have been unused for awhile. Easy access to places we needed to be. Didn't check out the pool. Did have small gym room

It was very comfortable. The bed was great. The shower was nice, but the only concern we had was that the water leaked through the corner opening in the shower door, so we had to dry the floor.

It was connected to another hotel evidently owned by the same person. It had a fabulous garden with a walkway. We walked through it and identified several fruit trees and flowers. The breakfast was also good.

Overall stay was perfect! For my husband being a liver transplant at Mayo Clinic the front staff accommodated us to a room on the first floor with easy access in and out. The parking was literally in front of the door in & out to our room! Thank you staff!

Great price for a solo overnight stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was a nice bonus. Perfect location and at a great price. I will be staying here again on my next business trip to the Valley.

Friendly and helpful staff, everywhere! Room was clean and plenty of room for 2 people and stuff! the back patio near the pool was wonderful to sit out and eat and visit, we used it every day! AND...there's a shuttle to get around and the driver was so accommodating, Mario, very friendly and helpful! Your staff should be commended from front desk, kitchen, maids, and shuttle. Good job, we WILL be back! walking distance to lots of stuff also!

Stayed for a couple of nights with my grandma. We enjoyed the breakfast with plenty of options. Staffs were helpful and welcoming. I almost enjoyed the pool if only it was fully clean and filtered. There seemed to be tiny bugs floating around so I ended up staying on a far side.

Stay was pleasant. Room is very basic, nothing more and nothing less than I expected. Housekeeping is done every 3 days unless otherwise requested. Easy parking and a CVS is conveniently in walking distance. I recommend.

usually stay here when in Scottsdale. I have a favorite room with a bed that works perfect for my back, the rooms are comfortable without a lot of frill, but conducive to resting. Staff has been wonderful!

We arrived at about 2 AM and the first thing I noticed was that there was a weird smell then we went to check in and the person who was helping us check-in was very standoffish and did not make us feel very welcome. When we got into the room, we noticed an even stronger scent going down the hallway and in the room it smelled like smoke. The bathroom was tiny and the toilet seat was so loose that you could barely sit down. The shower was fine good pressure probably the best part of the entire stay. The bed was extremely bouncy and uncomfortable, and the pillows were paper thin, it took three of them just to be able to halfway fall asleep. In the morning, we went down for breakfast and it was basically just cereal and juice. The hot breakfast items looked like they had been half cooked in a microwave and left out. We will definitely never return to this property.

My wife like the Area,cleanliness & the staff.What did not like was the complimentary breakfast was honestly the worse we ever had and we have been to plenty of Hotels.They really can do better I truly believe.The Pillows were very flat where my wife & I were very uncomfortable trying to get some good sleep.My neck is killing me.If they can upgrade those things I would definitely go there again.

In town for business and needed to shower in the morning. That little knob on top of the bath spout wouldn't pull up so no shower. "College shower" really wasn't the answer. Asked for a refund but no response from the hotel.

The property is a little difficult to transverse getting onto main roads. Personnel is nice. It is necessary to request housekeeping during a short visit. It is a good value.

The hotel was fine. It's an older building so everything was outdated. The beds were not in great condition and the toilet kept running during the night. This photo I attached is of a mass of hair left in the shower.

Sleep Inn was fine for a one-night stay which is all my husband and I needed. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate for being free but a bit disappointing. I felt sorry for the one staff member trying to keep supplies replenished on a busy Sunday when 2-3 people were needed. All in all, I’d give it a thumbs up.

Why is it that every time you use a booking engine, you get the worse room possible?? We were placed way on the end in a very small room, basically it was half a room, so I should have paid half price. it did not have a tub, only A leaking shower, elevator lift was broken, walls we're filthy. It just wasn't a great experience if I was staying there for any longer. I would I have left and insisted for a refund.

Other than then the front entrance being under construction and taped off, everything was great!
