There was roaches in the room, bedding was dirty had hair on it.

Checked in, got to my rm open the door to find large both dead and alive cockroaches all over the dresser in the shower. Went to office to get another rm, after he checked about 3 arms found a sufficient one, this used to be a great property, it appears someone purchased the property and can't afford to maintain it. I won't be back, I've stayed at this property half a dozen times in the past and always enjoyed it, now it's really declined.

For the $ it was fine. Could raise their prices and do a bit of cleaning and upgrade. Would not stay multiple nights, but ok for a quick shower, sleep and dip in the pool with kids.

Only complaint and it is a big one is housekeeping was way to loud starting at 8:30 or so. Way too loud with their talking outside the rooms and their carts really rumble on the second floor. A hotel is a place to sleep and some people like to sleep in. They should be more mindful of that.

Very disappointing stay at Scottsdale Parkview Resort. The refrigerator in my Deluxe Room was not working, the AC was malfunctioning, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. Definitely not the quality or service I expected.

It's a great budget option. Motel setup with slightly better than a Travelodge paint scheme. Pool was as advertised, heated with a hot tub area. You will encounter a mix of residents including a few sketchy ones but that's what you would expect at this price point.

The TV didn't have a controller. A maintenance man had to come and set it up with the TV. Every outlet in the room was so loose that none of plugs stayed plugged in. The phone was not connected and even after the maintenance guy plugged it in, it did not work. He had to get a new cord to make it work. The continental "breakfast was a joke. There was orange drink, not orange juice. There was a waffle maker and plates and plastic ware, but no tables to sit at. There were a couple of couches to sit on. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience.

Loved the Pool & Hot tub. Spacious, Unique, and relaxing. Bathroom was slightly dated but No Parking charges. Elevated viewing platform was nice. Lounge furniture was new. Not much selection of close by restaurants but atmosphere made up for that.. Prices were reasonable and looking forward to a future stay

The front desk attendant was working on the phone with another customer when I arrived. Once he hung up he checked me in. The check in process was fine. I asked for a map and he pointed out the area where our room was. We still got lost. If he would have slowed down and drew me a line on the map it would have helped. The room was clean and well appointed. We did not use the pool. It looked nice. Bed where comfortable. I walked to the front for the breakfast. It was a continental type deal. Full of carbs. There was a bowl of fruit. Y'all need to get a better coffee dispenser though, that one is awkward. Please provide better cups that don't burn your hands. One thing that drives me crazy is overflowing trash cans outside. there were a few and birds where scattering the trash. There were more than enough trash cans. Some empty some overflowing. Overall I would stay again if I was needing a place in the area.

We booked this as a romantic staycation evening, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay feel special and memorable. Every question we had was answered kindly, and anything we needed was provided quickly and with great attention to detail. The atmosphere was relaxing, romantic, and exactly what we were hoping for. We felt genuinely taken care of from start to finish and will absolutely be returning in the future.

Room is nice Hotel did not honor special request for my elder parents who cannot walk far, or down or up hill, hotel put them in a place where my elder parents had to walk and almost fell couple of times, parents have stayed at the property many times, never had a problem with them getting a room close to handicap. Hotel changed owner ship not the same anymore. Will not stay there anymore.

Room needed repair. Fan in bathroom was loose and see and made noise C when on. Rug was unraveling. Cabinet covering material coming loose. The breakfast the first morning apples had soft spots all over them. Second morning, the pastry seemed to be the leftovers from the day before. And the oranges had brown spots and were hard and there was no yogurt like the morning before. We ended up going down the road to get breakfast for the children. The day we checked in the motel room we had the refrigerator was broken, and the bathroom light flicked off on. The lady who was the desk clerk, was very gracious and immediately got us a different room, which I thought was very courteous. Don’t think that we will go there again.

They advertise that its a hotel, but its not its a Motel and it was not cleaned. I went through and wiped the counters, door handles and toilet seat it was disgusting, like they haven't cleaned up after the previous person. The bed was very comfortable, so I'll give them that and the location is great, but I will not be coming back here.

One of my favorite places to stay in Scottsdale. Great value and location. Love the rooms with jetted tubs, a big comfy bed, and a huge TV.

Looks can be deceiving. Do not book. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they were not accommodating at all. So many of the amenities were down, and the staff was not helpful at all. The last straw for me was when I asked for late checkout initially they granted that request and said that we could stay until noon. At 11:15 AM they were banging on our door like the police. I aexplained that we had been granted late checkout, and they still rushed us out although my boyfriend was in a business meeting virtually and our flight was not until later that night. The pool was disgustingly dirty, the breakfast was cereal and old milk. Even the donuts were stale. The waffle machine was broken. The bathroom sink was leaking and the Jacuzzi stopper was not available so we could not use it. Please save yourself the grief.

I sent a letter to the owner and apparently they do no want constructive criticism. I asked twice to speak to manager and no one called me back. This owner and manager should be ashamed. I plan to write them again and voice my concerns on Every Rating and travel platform. I’ll be reaching out to Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce as well. It’s a shame. This was once a regal and great place to stay.

Not what i expected from a resort. We were on the opposite side of the pool so that was annoying. Also our key kept deactivating so we had to keep going and getting new keys. Our shower head was broke so we had to have them fix it. Also our tv stopped working so we had to have them fix that too.

Bugs in beds and under beds

Only stayed one night. Great area with many places to eat at. Room was clean and was pretty quiet considering the side road was directly in front of my room.

Pool was nice. First room was dirty ! Request for different room. Given second room and some random person came knocking at the door twice at 2am. I called the front desk and they send someone to check it out. Wouldn't recommend.

The room looked like it was cleaned a couple weeks ago and then locked and never checked on again. It smelled very musty and stale. There were 4 dead roaches in the room. No phone in the room. Had to clean the jetted tub before we could get in it. And the biggest question we have is, why did we need to wait till 3 to check in? Front desk lady (with pink hair) was super lazy and not helpful. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Pro: The pool needed to be cleaned the first 2 days while we were here. The third day it was clean and famulous. The room was affordable and clean, the beds were comfortable.

The visit was average, for the most part we were there to bathe and sleep. I did notice that there was a coin laundry. We didn't use or look at it but I believe that there is an outdoor pool. The staff came across as nice. She was very busy.

Everything was clean, the kids loved the pool. The only complaint I have is the room was a little on the small side. There were 4 of us and it felt very crowded. Also, the bed was too close to the AC and I couldn't get comfortable. I was either too hot or too cold, I didn't get much sleep.

Breakfast is non-existent, unless you deem a plastic to-go container of cereal and powdered milk as breakfast. The photographer for this establishment should be commended for their exceptional work, because it doesnt look anything like its pictures. The pool is nice. No jets in the hot tub.

Ac barely worked . Tried to complain and never received a call back. My back story is I just needed a place to nap as I was there for work only.. didnt have time to deal with it at the time. Would’ve changed my first impression.

I liked the room I didn’t like how the tv wasn’t working and I asked the front desk for help but that didn’t help and the wall plugs near the restroom didn’t work either

How small the room was and no breakfast

I had a 2 night reservation, and I was given a corner room that it was poorly cleaned and very noisy I brought it up to the front desk personnel they offered to cancel my second night and refund me the fee so I ended up staying only one night. only to find out I was charged for the second night anyway. I went to a whole ordeal to try to recover my money to no avail they just flat out lied to me and stole my money

There were several walls that had peeling laminate or whatever other material from all the water damage and you can actually see the mildew in the wall. There were tiles that had been broken in the past and literally screwed back into place. No remotes for either tv. This was all in the second room we switched to after the first room had an extremely strong smell of weed in. The only reason I did not cancel the stay altogether was because I had been traveling across country all day and I was too exhausted to go find another hotel that late in the evening. Do not stay here, you will be disappointed. I’ve stayed at nicer motel 6’s in the middle of nowhere when road tripping.

Been a while since I stayed here, used to be called 3 Palms.. the room smelled good when I walked in, as soon as I turned on the light is when I saw some broken items.. light switch in the bathroom, tolit paper was on the floor( the dispenser was broken) the shower know was just slip in the turn on water.. then realized how dirty the carpet was and the debris all over!!

This hotel was very disappointing. There was a bar advertised in the lobby, which was not there. Only 1 of my room keys worked, and by the second night the 1 working key stopped working correctly. I had to swipe it probably 30 times each time to get in my room. The shower would not drain, and the tub faucet and shower head would go off at the same time. I called the front desk, they sent maintenance, and it looked like all he did was break the drain. Shower still didn’t drain and the faucet was still going off with the shower head. Any time the AC would turn on, an extremely potent, musty smell would fill the room and induce a headache. The bathroom smelt like urine. There were stains on everything (lamp shades, curtains, pillow cases). I ended up leaving a day early.

Pool was filthy. We stayed in two rooms over three days. Rooms were clean. Pool area was not. I asked 4 times that the pool be cleaned. They finally cleaned it the morning we checked out. Bar at pool was never open. Fountain worked less than half the time. The spa was hot, but the jets did not work at all. Debris and trash all around pool. The parking lot was littered with trash. I asked to speak to the owner and was told she was “in a meeting and didn’t visit with guests.” Manager was supposed to call me. No one called to follow up. None of the ice machines worked properly. Customer service was nonexistent. Under 3 Palms, this was a very clean property. I’ve stayed more than 50 nights over the years. May not be back.

Pool was filthy. I was here in December and the hot tub jets did not work. I reported it and listed in my review. Follow up by staff that it would be fixed. Five months later and it still doesn’t work. Area around pool was dirty.

The room was 83° with a non-working AC despite being set to 64°—completely unacceptable for Arizona. The front door was also warped and didn’t fully seal. Staff came to replace the thermostat batteries, but that didn’t fix the issue. They manually turned on the wall unit, but it shut off again within minutes. Trying to resolve the issue was frustrating. The front desk didn’t answer the room phone, and I had to call from my cell to get through. They offered to move me to another room but refused a refund, and there was no maintenance available that night. While documenting everything, I found mold on the door frame and ceiling near the bathroom, along with a visibly dirty chair. During checkout, the situation worsened when the receptionist became rude, raised her voice, and used profanity. Overall, this property is not as advertised and feels more like a low-grade motel than a resort. I would not stay here again.

I was In the room for 30 mins before checking out and booking a different hotel. As a single traveler, I did not feel safe. There was hair in the bed. There were bugs on the wall and in the tub. The air conditioning did not work. The room was small and difficult to maneuver with luggage. This was not a resort, and implying it is, is a bait and switch. I’ve disputed the reservation with both Expedia and my credit card. I gave this one star because I had to rate it something.

I booked Scottsdale Parkview Resort through Expedia and was very disappointed with the condition of the property. The room/property was not in acceptable hotel condition and did not match what I reasonably expected when booking. Because of the poor condition, the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the amount paid.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Pool was nice , location good HOWEVER the first room we were given on ground floor near main office , we were greeted by 2 cockroaches upon entry. We were then given another room further away after the pool area. Made sure to shake everything and checked everything. No roaches there. So idk 3 out of 5.

I made an error in my travel plans. When I contacted the hotel to try to make adjustments, as suggested by Expedia, I was encountered by a rude employee who would not connect me to a manager. They advised me no manager work during the day. I was trying to fix my mistake and make adjustments, but no one there was capable or willing to offer assistance. Very frustrating interaction.

THIS IS NOT A RESORT, IT IS A MOTEL!! Completely misleading online. A motel is fine, if I close to book one, I booked a ‘Resort’ per their website & Expedia. We came for my son’s Baseball Spring Training, so our main requirements were ice machine, laundry, good shower W lots of towels (was 100+degrees), and outdoor pool * ROOM WAS EGGED* & Nextdoor. Told reception about it, she said our room#, said ‘oh you guys too?! It’s been happening for a month! Ice Machines neither worked. Laundry machines are located outside (weird) only 1 machine worked ; reception didn’t have enough change to use machines. Tub in our bathroom didn’t drain, ever. After 1 person, it was half full, after 2nd person tub completely full, had to wait an hour so 3rd person could use it. Towels were tiny & thin. The soap was a tiny bar, 1”x2”,People should share a bar of soap, just gross. Only a 30ml of shampoo. SO had to buy our own. -Bathroom walls were covered in mould. -Carpet was gross, def keep shoes on at all times. -All but 1 lightbulb was out in our room. -Safe was broken (which they knew when we mentioned it) -Housekeeping is by required which is fine. At check-in, she said we can setup automatically for them to come every other day, which was fine. EXCEPT, they never came. Pool was gross, lime green, almost every lounger was broken. They refused to give a receipt at checkout, then charges our card after we left. But there were free donuts everyday.

Due to the reason of my response, I considered the presentation of my room to be still unclean and unsanitary. The previous guests had food still in and around the dressers and beds. Lastly, the bed sheets seemed to have hair follicles remaining throughout the comforters. There were no clean towels. We had 4 guests and they provided us with two sets of towels.

This place said it was a resort, I had planned a getaway from Tucson and when I got there, my girl was not happy with what we got. I got in trouble thanks to these people, but we made the best of it. It is not a resort. it is nothing like the picture look. It is a motel AC. Don’t work plugs don’t work. Do not stay the night here if you can avoid this place, please do you will thank me in the future and if you’re taking a girl, she will also thank me.

A male worker walked in on me and my naked partner. We pushed the door closed and he continued to enter. The staff gave him the room number to enter, they stated it was an accident. The worker did NOT knock before entering.This is not a resort at all. The water was drained out. A homeless man was washing himself and his clothes in the Jazuzzi out side (Videos as proof ). The staff was aware as well. Nothing was done. The rooms had smells due to plumbing.

Absolutely loved our room. The jet tub was exactly what I needed for my staycation. The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars on the cleanliness was because we found a live cockroach in our room a couple minutes after we entered it. Otherwise, the room was spotless.

The green grassy park with a lake that they advertised was under construction so we couldn't vist it. The park was a big reason we booked this hotel since we wanted to walk our dog there. The hotel page also shows a bar wich we were planning on drinking at but it wasn't on site, it was actually an asian restaurant. The bar and park that were advertised were the biggest factors in choosing this hotel so we were quite disappointed. The actual room was pretty decent and the staff were super nice and friendly!! Pool looked amazing even though we didn't have time to get in!

Photos not accurate, had broken hair dryer, went to front desk for replacement and they said they “didn’t have extras” and “not all rooms have them”. Was disappointed in this stay.

I guess I didn’t expect it to be like a motel. Doors open onto a breezeway meaning we have to leave the blinds closed so it made the room is very dark. Staff was quite nice and the pool looked nice even though we didn’t use it. Location was convenient to what we wanted to do in the area. Very solid choice, but I wouldn’t call it a “resort” despite with the name says

Overall, the property was an average to good condition. The room was small, but the beds were comfortable. However, the fitness room needs some attention. If it just had some Pulley handles for the weight racks, exchange out the dumbbells that are over 40 pounds for a few more under 30 pounds, especially for women. The pool could be a little cleaner too. All that being said, it was still a decent value for the price.

Our bathroom had a constant sewage smell, and it is VERY SMALL - as in you cannot even undress/dress in it with the door closed. You can barely even turn around. The towel rack was broken off, the exhaust fan was covered in lint and it has one of those super low toilets. I am not sure this place is better than a $69/night Motel 6 or some other budget motel. Really disappointed.

Rooms need a new paint job, but otherwise ok for a one night stay on our travels.

I had an issue with my room it was handled with coutesy, cate and great customer service. Check out, simple. Room cleanliness was ehhh. The room was not what I expected at the price paid. The carpet could use a good shampooing it was slick. The room was only surface cleaned.

Staff was extremely friendly and apologetic!!! They promptly moved us to another room, also with a jetted tub. Was too scared to use it. Will say the bathroom had a little bit of a funny smell as well in the morning. The room itself was very clean and bed was comfortable. Didn’t get to use the pool but it was beautiful and clean! Thank you to the staff for fixing the problem right away!

Beware! Stayed 5 nights & no hot water on 2 nights & 3 mornings. An on-going problem based on preview reviews. This is NOT a resort, just a basic motel with a larger pool. Bed & room was satisfactory. Ice machine did not function correctly, dispensing slowly & smaller pieces. Unable to reach anyone by phone during regular hours the day before arrival. Front Desk workers were not friendly. Hotel billed me 3 times for my reservation. Called Expedia to resolve (booked though them) & resolution is pending. Overall, a poor experience. Would not stay here again. Beware!!

The room- great tv, counters etc. but the AC was hard to control, it was either too cold or too hot. The walls are thin as I heard the neighbors alarm go off in the morning. Our lock didn’t work in 2nd day but staff handled it and fixed it immediately. The Laundry area was convenient so that help. The best part is the location and price was awesome! Our favorite places to eat nearby was the Asian/sushi place in lot. Salads and Go and Delfalcos Italian on Scottsdale rd plus Dukes bar is great and Trevor’s Liquior store is a unique place.

Staff was excellent. Pool was green and cloudy. Asked for fresh bath towels after being there for a few days but told they were out of clean bath towels and offered really scratch pool towels. Staff was very good but the property not so much.

Second stay here almost a year later and staff was still awesome I even extended my stay until next week while looking for a house and it hasn’t been any issues since Ive been here. Will update review after my extended stay next week. So far will stay again and will recommend. 10/10

Cons: It is an older hotel with an outdated decor and noticeable wear and tear. The sink to brush teeth and wash hands is located in the same room where the bed is. There is a tub and a toilet in the bathroom and the bathroom is tiny. I would stay here again because of the hotel’s location despite that it’s an older hotel.

The beds were comfortable but the pillows smelled old. The shower and toilet areas are tiny. Towels were also tiny. Definitely not a resort by any means.

We were given a room that wouldn’t even open and the property condition wasn’t very good either. Pictures on expedia look all rosy but it wasn’t our experience.

The room was in good condition and the staff was courteous. But the breakfast was poor. There was supposed to be donuts and coffee each day. Some days they had them, other days not. When they did have them they were stale.

The room was not as it appeared in online photos.

This is by no means a resort (a run-down motel at best), and I was already skeptical when I saw the reasonable nightly price. I went ahead and booked because it had decent reviews (How? Unclear). I do not recommend. Within 10 minutes of entering the room, we found a massive roach on the floor. Luckily, that was the only one we saw, but then we noticed the lights flickered a lot, especially when turning them on. I booked the room with the jetted bathtub. I was excited to take a bath, but when my bath was done all the water drained into the shower in the other room. That may not be abnormal, but what was abnormal or awful was the horrendous smell of sewage that followed the draining. The walls are also paper-thin, so all night long I could hear birds outside and other noises. The AC was also inconsistent and barely stayed on. We sucked it up because it was one night, and it was already late, and we had an early morning, but I will not be staying here again.

The outlets were behind the bed and hard to get to except the one in the bathroom and it did not work. The ice machines did not work.

Had issues with check in (gave me a room someone was in still!), had to wait a long time any time I needed anything from the front desk (including pool towels), and when I complained about a strange noise in my room that prevented me from sleeping, they said they would send someone to look into it but never did. I was able to figure it out on my own so I could actually sleep and not have to deal with changing rooms. Overall the property felt and looked rundown. The beds were very comfortable.

my goodness the entire structure needs to be broken down and rebuilt, it looked like a horror movie hallways. You could tell the hotel was in financial rot they advertised breakfast being included and it was coffee and donuts that is not a breakfast. no elevators it was hard to carry heavy luggage up those stairs. the key cards kept deactivating as soon as they get close to you apple watch, not having service at certain hours when the key cards easily deactivate you can easily be locked out of your hotel.

Room was dark and small

Very sketchy area. Halls to rooms were dark and narrow.... felt like a motel 8 not a resort... checked in then checked right back out! Didn't start 5 minutes! Expedia wouldn't reimburse us either! Took out extra insurance so will try getting reimbursed that way. What a disappointment

outdated and unsafe. The tv and mini fridge didn't work because the outlet was dead. There was a lamp on each side if the bed as expected, however the outlet on one side had been removed, so the lamp cord just hung off the nightstand. One outlet seemed to work so we plugged in our travel fan but after a few minutes the fan went off. We got busy trying to find a new place to stay for the night but no luck. Thankfully we did find a new place for the next two nights. The bed was comfortable enough but the voices in the parking lot and the slamming of exterior doors all night kept us awake.

There was NO breakfast, just a sign when I walked into the lobby at 8:13 that said ran out of donuts. The bed was so old I had to literally lay in the middle to not slide off onto the floor. Junk piled against the pillar outside my room. I’m angry that Hotels.com doesn’t accurately describe hotels and this is the second time I’ve ended up at a dump reccommended by this website. Won’t make that mistake again.

Hotel stinks

However, our room was not attended to at all during our stay. We had to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper and we emptied our trash bins a couple of times during our stay. No signs for the doors to indicate do not disturb/please clean. They didn’t appear to be ready for guests to use the pool and hot tub. The deck near the hot tub was covered with hard little berries during our entire visit, cigarette butts and beer bottle caps were on the pool side of the deck, the hot tub jets didn’t work, and there were no pool towels available. The pics on the website should be updated as there is major construction going on, so there is no beautiful view of the park and water - it’s all been torn out, so the view is of mud and construction vehicles. Also, the room was advertised as having a microwave, but it did not.

Room was great, wifi was good, the fridge was cold, the shower was hot, and the check in was easy. Free parking and easy to find. With plenty to do within a 5 minute drive.

This is not a resort — it’s a motel. If you just need a place to sleep and don’t care about aesthetics, amenities, or noise, it may work. But if you’re expecting space, comfort, or upgraded features, this is not it. The hotel sits at a very busy intersection and street noise continues throughout the night. The room itself was subpar. While the sheets appeared clean, the comforter did not seem freshly washed. The carpet did not appear vacuumed, and overall upkeep felt neglected. There is no closet, very limited drawer space (some broken and damaged), and only one accessible outlet for charging devices. Nightstands had no plugs. The sink faucet was leaking. We reported it the first night and were told maintenance wouldn’t be available until 4pm. It was never resolved. Each evening our key wouldn’t work and had to be reset. On the last night, maintenance met us and had to physically hit the lock box to get it working. The bathroom layout is extremely tight — the door barely clears the toilet — and the shower curtain doesn’t fully cover the opening, causing water to spill onto the floor. Not horrible, but not good. You get what you pay for. Expedia recommends this property, and I’m not sure why.

This hotel is very old and is need of some love and care. It has great potential, but just misses on so many marks. The rooms are TINY! The pillows were a random assortment, some flat as a pancake. The towels were thread bare and only a couple per room. The fabric chair full of stains. The shower faucet had a constant drip. They do not offer housecleaning each day if your stay, citing low staff. I wouldn't go back here.

The staff was great, and the room was spotless with a very comfortable bed! It was just quite noisy as people roamed around the outdoor halls late at night. That was the only down side! The upkeep and attention to detail in the room were very apparent.

Everything was outdated, and this property is definitely more of a motel than a resort. Several electrical outlets in the room did not work, which was extremely inconvenient. The door looked like it had previously been kicked in, and because of that, light was visible through the gaps, which made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about security. The staff was not helpful during our stay. I was there on business and needed assistance, but they were unable or unwilling to help. Upon checkout, I requested a receipt and was told that since I did not book directly through them, they could not provide one — which was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this property to friends or family, and I would definitely not be returning

Stayed for 4 nights and it wasn’t the experience I expected based on the reviews and pictures. Our room wasn’t cleaned any of the days we were there, there was noise from outside at all hours of the night, the rooms are certainly outdated, coffee from the previous guest left in the coffee maker, the gym was barely usable (singles of most dumbbells, etc). The pictures shown on the listing are mostly of local surrounding areas, not this hotel.. there is not actually an on-site restaurant, but an adjacent local restaurant.

The resort was in a great location. The room was cleanish, the carpet looked a little questionable. First of all, when we got inside the room at night, a.c. didn't work at all, they offered sending the maintenance person which we felt inappropriate at that hour at night. Also, the room was not clean. We asked if we could change the room for another, they hesitated but finally agreed. When we were going to exit the room to pick up the keys for the other one at front desk, we saw a roach going inside through a space below the door. After that, we decided to leave and asked the gentleman at front office for a refund which he said he wasn't able to do it. Anyway we left.

Again the the layout is more like a motel style. The door to my room faced a side street and at night it seemed a little sketchy. Overall, it was a fine place to stay, price was okay, I think it probably could’ve been a little bit cheaper and would’ve made everything else okay, but had a good stay.

This hotel, because it is a hotel, NOT a resort, has deceptive advertising to say the absolute least. I booked a room here this past week with a jetted tub, for that reason and for the gym, those were my two big deciding factors. I wish I had looked them up on yelp before booking because their 1 star rating over there doesn't reflect here When I got to my room I Immediately noticed the ceilinight was broken and crooked and thought, ok, it's just a light. It took me a minute to find the mini fridge that was in the also beaten up dresser, and set my bag down on the chair and the entire arm rest moved and almost fell off. Ok so the room is falling apart, great, turn the TV on. Remote hardly works, probably a dying battery. Set the thermostat, keeps alerting that it has a low battery. I go to wash my face in the sink to find out there is no hot water. Not the water won't get hot, you turn the knob and no water comes out. Perfect. Well I got the jetted tub for a reason so let's use it. There is hair in the tub. Absolutely DISGUSTING. I clean it out, gagging the whole time, and get to filling the tub. I climb in, go to hit the jet button, nothing. Keep trying. Nothing. So the main reason I paid for this upgraded room, to the tune of nearly $200, doesn't even work.

I was a little disappointed in the room, first the TV didn’t work, so maintenance came to the room and my husband helped him find the problem, then in the middle of the night we needed to get air moving in the room because it was warm, but we never could get the air to work!! Also the valance over the window was all torn and material coming off. All the reviews were great for this place, one of the reasons l picked it, but l don’t think l will be back unfortunately. 😞

Shocked at how many FAKE reviews on this site for THIS hotel. The hotel is almost NOTHING like it is represented by the photos. No restaurant on property the pool seemed nice, hot tub was hot but ‘jets’ not working. WHY ARE THERE NO POOLSIDE BATHROOMS?? Disgusting! One can only imagine where children (or adults) choose to relieve themselves! Weight/Exercise room is a joke. Most of the weights are missing. 1 beat-up treadmill. Again, NO CHANGING ROOM!! Speaking of “rooms” mine was so moldy & musty I almost slept in my car! Dirty, peculiar odor, knobs missing on old furniture. Bathroom recently remodeled. Sheets & linen need replacing. When I was FINALLY able to scroll down to the REAL REVIEWS, other guests complained of bedbugs & roaches! Adding to my anxiety! I thoroughly checked my bed because it was too late at night to try to find a new hotel. Seemed safe, too tired. This place is SEEDY and the many reviews are obviously fake, I don’t care WHAT anyone says. But you’ll find out if you choose to stay here. They will probably bury MY review also. WAY OVERPRICED! People were nice enough and check in & out went smooth. But the rest… ugh!

The staff was great, very welcoming and informative. The room, however was upgraded, but still a little skeptical. The water didn’t drain in the tub. The toilet didn’t flush unless you held down the handle for a considerable amount of time. Then the toilet continued to hiss every 30 seconds. I didn’t get a good nights sleep because I was facing the road and there is construction going on and starting at 5:30 in the morning. I don’t think this place should be rated 4+ stars. It’s very misleading.

Scottsdale Parkview Resort is a comfortable place to stay. The rooms are clean, the sheets are fresh as well as the towels. The refrigerator, microwave and larger flat screen are clean and working. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Pool area needed attention and we had no hot water our first morning, ice machine broken but the donuts were good. Bedding was great so overall, ok.

What we did love about it is that it has a huge Jacuzzi tub inside of the room and it’s fantastic just to turn that on fill it up but the Jets hit your back and just watch TV and relax that part. I do love about it the most! I would still go back and stay again. It’s just a little things they need to get adjusted.

The hot water for the entire hotel went out. I was not informed about the hot water at the check in. Then that night I found out it was out. I asked other people staying at the hotel and it went out the previous day. The hotel did refund any nights that I didn't sleep on property.

I don't usually give poor reviews, but I booked this hotel based on Expedia's rating of 8+. This reflects poorly on Expedia's rating system and in my confidence of booking through Expedia in the future. There was trash and cigarette butts in the parking lot. The landscaping had not been maintained. The common areas had not been mowed. Weeds were over a foot tall and dead shrubbery in planters. My room's door was misaligned leaving an inch gap with daylight flooding into my room. On the night I stayed there was no hot water. I was offered a refund, but I was not familiar with the area and had no other arrangements, so I had to tough it out for one night. I was told that because I booked through Expedia, I would not be given a discount on the room even though there was no hot water, Overall, the hotel was dirty (trash in the waste basket from previous guest) unkept, poorly lit and poorly maintained grounds, no hot water, and I did not feel safe.

No hot water this morning for a shower. The location was noisy with traffic outside and the people in the room next to me. Parts of the room seem to have been remodeled (new TV, new bed), and other parts were broken and old (dresser missing knobs, valance over window had paint peeling off).

They never told us that they didn’t have hot water upon checking in. It was definitely too cold to shower in! :( was really looking forward to using the tub with hot water!

The parking lot is nasty looking it was big bags of trash outside the dumpster we checked out early because we didn’t have hot water in our room and staff kept giving us the run around saying it will be fixed in 20mins and that lasted for 2 hours we started calling about the hot water at 9am and when we decided to check out early staff told us they are still going to charge us a full day because it was a few minutes after 11 o clock which was check out but we have been getting told our water was fixed multiple times at 9am staff did not work with us on giving us our money back for that day after we said we was leaving poor service poor hotel I would not recommend

Amenities and furniture are quite dated. That was not clear to me at the time of booking based on the photos posted on the Orbitz website. In addition, there was only cold water in the mornings, which made it unpleasant taking showers.

Cons - Dirty floors, inside dresser, drawers had cigarette ashes and look like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. FYI -Definitely not a resort.

I don’t even know where to begin. My stay at Scottsdale Parkview Resort was, without question, one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First, there was no hot water. I ran the shower for 15 minutes trying to get it warm, and when I finally went to turn it off, the entire handle fell off in my hand. Completely unacceptable. Then it got worse. When I checked the bed, I found hairs all over the sheets—clearly not cleaned. The headboard had mysterious smears and dried secretions that were absolutely vile. The bathroom? A nightmare. I found both dead and living bugs crawling around. Everything felt filthy, nasty, and downright unsanitary. The photos online are incredibly misleading—nothing about this place reflects what’s shown. It feels abandoned, neglected, and flat-out dirty. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and disgust. Avoid this place at all costs. This was a horrible, unacceptable experience from start to finish.

They lost my reservation. Took 10 minutes and a manager to find it. 1st room the showernwas broken. 2nd room did not have hot water. They fixed the hot water but the tv only had 1 channel. 3rd room was right.

The name is definitely misleading. This is not a resort, it’s definitely a motel! Furniture is very dated. Bathtub faucet drips throughout the night. I only needed to stay for one night so it served its purpose but I personally would not book again. Location seemed decent. Plenty of food options around. Despite some reviews saying there were homeless people around, I arrived around 11pm and there wasn’t a soul in sight.

On Expedia they say it was pet friendly. They never said there was a $50 fee per night for a dog or a cat so when I booked it for a week I had no choice but to pay the extra $350 for for a dog or a cat and I couldn’t get a refund back on my booking. The room itself was pretty nice but make sure you call the property that it says it’s pet friendly on if there’s any charges for the animals.

I’ve stayed at this property around four times every time I come to the Scottsdale area. This time I was highly disappointed the staff was nice and accommodating yet it was about the cleaning of the room the first room that they put me in. I asked for a hot tub and as I was letting the water in the hot tub, I was just looking at the bed and about to check it out. All of a sudden I noticed a live roach crawling on the bed. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for another room, possibly on the other side of the building. There was construction in the park right beside the hotel, which could be the problem why roaches were there. When I asked the front desk about the problem with roaches, they said they had just got the whole property sprayed. I then went to the second room as I was putting water in the hot tub yet again I looked down at the floor and saw a newly dead roach on the carpet. At that point I put all my belongings back in the bag because I did not want roaches to crawl in my bag. I then went to the front desk got a refund. The staff was apologetic about the whole incident but now I can no longer stay at this property because of my fear of roaches. This was very disappointing because it located in a nice area very convenient and I had no complaints in the past.

I cannot recommend staying here. There was a horrible smell from over cleaning, lukewarm shower, and sagging mattress.

No hot water in the shower. We found a roach and other bugs in there. When we told them about the hot water they said they would fix it but never did. Will never stay there and will not recommend this place ever!!!!!!!!

Outdoor garbage bins overflowing. Room dilapidated, carpet and furnishings were absolutely filthy. I walked in and walked out of my booking. The only positive was the reception staff who were lovely.

Had no hot water in shower first morning (been taking showers at night now). Toilet doesn't work, runs, tank doesn't fill, I have to take lid off or turn water feed on and off to get it to fill. Went to get ice, machine had no ice it it, staff basically said, "there is nothing we can do." Garbage all around parking lot. This place sucks, I will never stay here again.

We stayed there for 3N and our room wasn't serviced. I had to ask on our last day if they can at least empty the garbage & pick-up wet towels in the bathroom. The Font Desk Staff, Mario said that for the roo. To be serviced, we need to request prio 9am. Also the T.V. had very Ltd. Channels...only 7 stations.

Excellent Value

Good all around for the price I paid (cheap!). Thin windows kept us till 3am due to hearing EVERY conversation in the hall. Broken ice machine upstairs. Description stated HEATED POOL which wasn’t true, only the spa. Had to pretend it was an ice plunge.

Left early to find better service

This is a standard hotel room. Resort should not be in the title in my opinion. It was a very tiny room with a standard bathroom the shower and toilet room or very small. The price does not match this hotel the front desk staff when we checked in at late at night was questionable.

Room was not very clean, carpet wasn't vacuumed as there was hair and debris on it. Shower and jetted tub both had hair and dirt in it. The orange sitting chair was unsteady and very stained. The bed was clean and comfortable

I stay here probably 8-10 times a year. In all of Phoenix I like this property. It is clean AND comfortable....really comfortable and quiet. The staff are always gracious

No notice given that reservation was for a second story room and no elevator. Room was OK, but weak shower. Noisy drunks "camping" in second story rooms ruined any chance of sleep. Won't be returning.

Jacuzzi room was ok. Sheets were soft and the bed was comfy. It’s a bit overpriced for the quality. I requested a room facing the street and was accommodated by the owner. Reception was a bit handsy.

This hotel needs a makeover badly. It is old and needs work. The pool heater was broken. The hot tub was warm though. In our room the beds were worn down on the side nearest the nightstand making it difficult to find a flat comfortable area to sleep on. I got a backache from the uncomfortable bed. The electrical outlets are overloaded with plugs. The drawers were dirty inside. There are no towel racks in the sink and the toilet areas. No place to put a towel when showering or washing your hands. The carpet had sticky areas. This hotel is called the Scottsdale Park View Resort. The current view of the park has a chain link fence around it and the grounds are all torn up for the city to dredge the ponds. No actual access to the park from the hotel at this time because of the construction. One ice machine was broken and the other one is leaking water all over the ground. They just put out signs that say wet floor. The air conditioning and the TV did work well in our room. We have stayed at this hotel in the past several times but this time was the worst. We thought with the new name that maybe new owners had updated and fixed past issues but it seems that things have only gotten worse. This is definitely not a “resort”. We will not stay here again.

Toilet didn't work. Television also did not work. room key did not work the first night. Stationary bike was broken in the workout room. We left two nights early. Usually have had much success with Expedia bookings. this was not a good experience.

Pool looks nice in photos. First thing it says on site is pool is heated. IT IS NOT. Hot tub is large, looks good. NONE OF JETS WORK. room was standard. Was clean. Was also kind of noisy at night but that isn’t really on hotel. I would not stay here again.

The room was ok, nice if you on a budget. However the hotel is very outdated, the property does not look like the pictures. Could use an upgrade but the staff was nice. They also charge you $10 an hour if you stay past 11am

The rooms are very dated, the door locks don’t work very well had to change rooms could not even get in one room the second room had to get keys redone 4 time during a 4 day trip. The hair dryer was missing had to get staff to get one from another room, the safe in the room did not work and the tv remote only changed Chanel’s did not turn tv on or off. The staff was very friendly but don’t recommend this hotel

Good basic hotel for an overnight stay.

Stay was average. The pool is very nice but other than that the hotel is ran down. Cleaning service only come if your there 2+ nights and it has to be requested the morning of BEFORE 8am. Very friendly staff but the pictures make the hotel look way nice than it actually is.

I arrived to only be ignored by hotel staff that was on the phone and he ignored the fact that I was waiting for around 8 to 10 minutes while on the phone. I called to report multiple issues with the room only to be put on hold again. I decided to go to the lobby and was once treated the exact same way while he stayed on the phone. The handle in the shower was broke, broken/loose tile in the bathroom, receptacles with broken off plugs in them. Great location, but be prepared for broken items in the room and staff that's more busy on personal calls than to attend to their guest.

We got what we paid for I guess. The toilet did not work properly and was so low that one’s male privates touched the water when sitting. We could not take a shower in the morning because the water never got warm enough.

Ok, when I booked and saw Scottsdale and the price, I was like...why not? The area was the crappy side of Scottsdale. As for the hotel, well.....it wasn't the best hotel or the worst I've stayed in. The room was very clean which made me happy. The bed in my room wasn't great for me and my wife. I felt like I was leaning towards the floor, it is what it is. I didn't know this place offered entertainment, we had a police chase end at the hotel, that was a surprise. The staff was nice and very helpful, give them all a raise. So would I stay here again? If I had to because it was super cheap and I was in a pinch, sure. Next time, I'm going to pay the extra to stay in a more modern hotel in a wayyy better area. I stayed here from 11-07-25 to 11-10-25

I always stay here when I come to Phoenix. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The Wi-Fi works well for working remotely. The location is good. A short drive to Old Town. The price is good for what you get

The room was so dirty. The carpet was covered in brown dirt all around the edges and corners, carpet was very dirty. Bed frame head rest was filthy. Sheets are old and pillowcases have cigarette holes.

Need to replace the burnout bulbs. The window curtains are dirty.

There were stains on the sheets and blanket. When I laid in bed, my back and backside started to itch and when I looked at it, I found multiple fresh bites that started to swell. The room appeared to have bed bugs. Also wanted to take a bath in the jacuzzi but saw multiple hairs in there. Don’t believe the room was cleaned. When I checked out I tried to get water but both areas the front and the guest lounge were out of it and the receptionist told me I should get it from a sink. Later she gave me a bottle of water that was for sale for free, because I said that they promoted few amenities including water, coffee and pastries. Overall terrible stay, would not recommend. Very dirty and not as advertised.

The outside and the room smelled like weed. The room floor was filthy, the air was broken, the bed had what looked like pubic hair on it. I left 10 minutes after I arrived. I advised the front lady and she said they would refund me for only one night. But now they are not answering and no refund. This is a MOTEL not a Hotel and is NOT a resort!

The ac unit didn’t work, turning on the water in the bath/shower almost needed Hulk to turn it on, stained chair, just over all a dirty look and feel.

The hot tub wasn’t working right

Walls and doors in rooms looked gross - like something clear spilled down them. Toilet bowl dirty. Fridge dirty. Cold water shower one morning. Ice machines not working, one flooding a lot at bottom of cement staircase. No elevator. This is not a resort. Outdoor cement staircases poorly lit. Garbage outside rooms left for days on top and beside garbage cans. Called front desk for ice and lady was rude - she said: "I don't know - i just started my shift" so i went and bought ice because i sprained my ankle on the stairs. Man in pool said he was living there for months. I would never stay there again.

The motel was newly remodeled, so nice looking, but can tell it was done on the cheap side. Service was okay. When I arrived, the front desk person said their system didn't have my reservation. He finally found it on Expedia and had to manually enter everything into their system took a little over 30 minutes just to check in. Not a poor reflection on him, just the system they use. Sheets on the bed were clean but had holes. Towels were clean and okay. The chair in the room was not clean. The room and bathroom were on the smaller side, but clean. Overall, I feel like I got what I paid for.

First they give us a room with a broken door. We request a new room, but it was 30 and damage I reported and they tell me I need to contact Expedia

I was booked to stay here for 3 nights, but only stayed 1 night. There was no hot water, and the phone in my room to call the front desk did not work. There was also construction going on next door, which was loud early in the morning.

The first room, they assigned us to smelt really bad as if the carpet was wet. And the second room had an issue where the hot water wouldn’t work.

The room was clean. However, there was a major problem with no hot water, and the hotel was less than transparent claiming each day that the problem would be resolved, and it never fully was. The stay was miserable, and I checked out early. I would love my money back.

The room was clean and in decent shape. The pool was closed while we were there, which was disappointing and should have been indicated beforehand. The property generally is not as nice as the pictures but it was okay. Located right next to a great park. If you are a walker or jogger, this is a great place to be.

Water stopped while taking a shower one day, and there was no water to take a shower and flush the toilet in the morning of check out. There is no one to help about 6 am in the morning. The tub was draining slow and just about stopped draining after a few days. Called one morning asking to fix the slow drain but when I came back, it was not fixed and had to go to the lobby to have someone came to unclog. There were other minor issues. Everyone I talked to was nice and helpful but it was just an unpleasant stay.

There was a water line break, my crew was unable to shower or flush the toilet. There was a cockroach in the room and not one, but two of our guys fell through the chairs at the pool. My crew will never stay here again.

The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities seemed neglected, and it felt as though staff motivation and attention to guest needs were lacking. While the hotel does have potential, the execution fell far short. The rooms themselves were also much smaller than expected, which further detracted from our comfort. In summary, while this property could be a great destination with better upkeep and management, my experience was far from positive. Unfortunately, I left feeling dissatisfied and would hesitate to recommend it to others.

The motel is very run down. Website is false & very misleading. Rooms were dirty, sheets were stained! No hot, running water, shower head water was splashing out from the sides, toilet bowl was running all night air conditioner was not working. Police were there searching the motel, but wouldn’t tell us why. There was a man laying on the floor outside his door very trashy people go there. It’s a lowlife resort. I would never go back to.

Of all the hotels we have stayed in this year, the bed is VERY comfortable. Slept like a baby. Room and bathroom were clean, sheets and bed were the highlight here. I will be back just for the bed alone. After a long day of work, this hit the spot. Thank you.

The refrigerator did not work. The hot water only got up to lukewarm not hot enough for a shower. The front desk would not make any compensation other than offering20% off on a future stay. Why would I want to do that if they’re not willing to address present issues?

Everything was broken - pool, gym, chairs, mattress was awful, TV didn't work and doors look like they had been pried open with a crow bar. I had enjoyed a stay there once before given the awesome pool, but I won't be staying there again.

They shut off the water in the middle of the night and I had no running water the next morning. Since no one was at the desk I had to call to get 20 minutes of water to take a shower.

My fiance and I had a terrible experience to the point we didn’t stay the entire stay. The in room jacuzzi didn’t work. The bed spread and sheets had stains. We were in the room for less than 20 minutes and killed 7 mosquitos in the room as well.

Initially, I paid 3 nights, thinking this place was a good find. Only to be disappointed with the shower curtain rod being installed with a slant and it was loose too. This was a safety hazard. It would opened upon showering and got water on the floor. I reported it. Mgr wanted to try to put us in another room. Our plans changed and i did not want to deal with this rundown place. Rooms are small and packed. Stale odor. Open areas are clean but dirt & dead bugs in the corners. Carpet dark and unclean, not sure if this was what had the strange odor. Lots of repainting of the walls, but the flooring and furniture needs help. I donated my extra to nights, the place was unsafe for my elders & not sanitary. Manager refuse to comp us. I was done, just turned in my keys and left. Dont waste ur time on this place, the pictures on their site is deceiving. I went back to my hilton honors.

I had NO HOT WATER for 2 out of the 4 days I was there. The hot tub had no working jets. The front desk staff was rude and could care less about the lack of hot water.

Not sure why they call this place a resort. It’s more like a very upgraded Motel 6. Though the staff was very nice and my room was clean. I did end up, stepping on a nail in my room. I did get a new room after requesting from stepping on the nail. The next room they gave me the table was completely cracked. I personally would not come here again.

This is your typical average hotel. It's definitely been through some rough days, I'd love to know the potential stories that have come out of here. In general, it's located in a little out of he way for any major needs. There is a Fry's within walking distance and a good Asian restaurant is on the property. Not the best fitness room but the pool area seems well maintained. My room did have a bit of a skunky smell, so it needs some serious fumigation. It's what you get for a bargain, so don't expect major services, etc.

The pool area looked nice, but the room was very disappointing. We booked two nights, and left after one.

The shower was extremely dirty, and the TV was broken. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the fire alarm was not functioning, which made the stay feel even more unsafe. The hotel itself felt uncomfortable — the door wouldn’t latch properly, and there was an additional door in the room that we didn’t know where it led. We tried contacting the front desk for help with the Wi-Fi connection, but no one assisted us, and there was no phone service. We also requested extra towels and pillows, but we were told we’d have to pick them up ourselves, even though it was very late at night. Overall, the entire experience was uncomfortable and unsettling, and I have photos to prove the poor conditions.

I absolutely adore the staff here! I don’t find myself staying in hotels often but I have come back specifically because of how outstanding and caring they are. Melinda leads a great team! With them, the location being pet-friendly, and also being in a walkable distance from anything and everything… this place is the BEST!

We ended up not staying and booked somewhere else because it was very sketchy! The place was NOTHING like the pictures showed. Paid for nothing which sucks but is so disappointing that the reviews meant nothing.

Amazing place

Also the pool and area was not clean at all for the three days we were there and the water was very very cold. Also, there was no towels available close by and when we asked, we were misdirected. We had to continue going to the Front Desk to get towels for the pool and we had to return them right there and then! Overall, not a good experience for this place. I hope it gets better as I am planning to visit Phoenix, Arizona again soon!

Great area great services

The shower handle fell off while my wife was in the shower as well as the A/C stopped working sometime in the middle of the night. When I called the front desk i was told the manager would be in at 5pm. I called back and then was told that the manager would not be in until 6pm. I called Expedia and started the proccess to get a refund but the hotel refused to release the permission for a refund? Expedial gave me 25 one cash. Nice but didnt fix the issue.

Positive sides: doughnuts of all sorts available at the lobby. Nice hot tub in the room. Convenient location, 8-9mins from Old Town. Clean. Negative sides: at 11:30 pm we were disturbed at our room by someone who forcefully tried to enter it (luckily, we has latch on). Then, I got a call on a room phone starting, literally with "What's your name"... No introduction, no apology... In reality, as we learned later, it was the reception desk who wrongly thought the room was empty, issued the keys to another person, who tried to enter, and then called to double check...with no courtesy... The next day, at approximately 6:30pm we saw two pilice cars parked at the hotel parking lot, soon joined by another. We did not feel particularly safe...Also, the water in the pool could be warmer.

The hotel stay was okay overall, but the employees weren’t very friendly or helpful. We stayed for four nights and never received extra towels or any housekeeping service. The door handle at the front was broken, which raised safety concerns. Additionally, our door didn’t close or seal properly and we noticed other guests having the same issue with their doors as well.

This property was not what I expected. It was very similar to a motel and not “resort”-like at all. My toilet was broken the entire 3 day stay. I would not recommend staying here. I should’ve paid closer attention when a woman was leaving when I was checking in complaining that this property wasn’t as it was portrayed to be.

Clean room. Nice pool. Plenty of free parking. My only complaint was the fact that the third day of my 3 day stay do not have any hot water when I tried to take a shower. Also, the ice machine near my room was out of order and it looked like it had been down for awhile.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. The neighborhood around the hotel and the leisure options around were excellent.

The lobby didn't open until 8am. No coffee. Website claimed restaurant and bar on-site, did not exist. No English speaking person when lobby opened. Room had a very must, damp smell. Very disappointed.

There was brown broken glass on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived that I had to pick up. The first morning waking up and trying to shower we had no hot water. When asking the front desk lady she said yeah we are trying to work on it but nothing we could do about it now. The room smelled off like cigarettes and must. The parking lot was full of trash everywhere including broken soy sauce bottle. Will never stay here again. We had come to the Phoenix area for our first parents weekend for our daughter’s college. This hotel had such good reviews, and was sure a very large disappointment.

Too cold and rainy to be at the pool - but it looked lovely.

The two nights we stayed was okay, though when we first got there, the service was amazing, front desk was friendly, we get to the room to the toilet’s water running and the AC being broken, wall paper hanging off the wall in the corner, and overall gross, we get move to another room which didn’t have a TV, and the Toliet was quieter but still running. Kind of a sketchy area, we will not be coming back.

Property is run down and filthy. All fabrics in room are stained, rooms are dated and not as pictured, the staff are great though. Fine if in a pinch but wouldn't recommend.

On arrival there were three police cars removing prostitutes from the property. Not a resort, more like a rundown motel. Not a great area but close to Scottsdale road. Door and bathroom fixtures are crumbling and hard to use. However bedding was comfortable and clean and slept well despite trying to sleep with one eye open.

We came so my child could swim and they lock the swimming pool in the mornings so no one can swim. The manager is talking loudly on speaker phone the entire time I was trying to check in. I thought it was pretty rude. The kid that checked us in was bran new and very nice. I heard a customer come in for towels and they were only give 2 and told that's all they had, sorry.

We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the pool, but it was beautiful and overlooked Lake Powell. It would be a great place to spend a week!
