Nice hotel for the price! Looks to be a relatively new hotel! Room was clean and it was nice having the living room area and kitchen! Breakfast was great and staff, particularly the breakfast. Staff was very hard-working. Definitely enjoyed the fresh waffles for breakfast.

Just finished a ten day stay here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very nice property with excellent grounds/exterior areas. The hot breakfast was a good way to start each day and they varied some of the hot items daily. Room was comfortable. Could use better lighting ( bit dark inside) and some insulation in the walls ( occasionally could hear the next room people talking). Staff were very good as we did have a couple of issues which they looked after quickly and to our satisfaction. Really enjoyed having a kitchen as well as the bbq's outside. Great pool area with both full sun and full shade areas. We lucked out as many of the trees were flowering and it actually smelled a bit like Hawaii. Can't wait to go back!

Overall the experience was excellent! Everything was clean, the breakfast was good, the amenities and staff were great. Wouldn't hesitate staying there again.

The daily included breakfast was very good and was always well maintained. Only reason for 4 stars was you had to walk across to the Marriott Courtyard for food or drink service before 5pm when the Residence Inn service opened. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay there.

We loved our stay. Excellent breakfast every morning. Fresh coffee. Always fresh cut fruit and a fruit bowl. The breakfast sandwiches were a real treat. Plenty of food options. Wonderful friendly staff always ready to fill a request. The pool and whirlpool were very clean with fresh towels on hand. The lounge had a nice menu and there's a Starbucks on site! We will definitely visit again.

They charged me $8/day for parking inspire of my Expedia package saying parking is free. Have tried to work with the hotel but they are of no help. So disappointed!

Drove into Phoenix from Las Vegas. As I drove, an email pops in – “you know, you can use our app to check in before you get here. Oh so easy.” At a gas stop in Flagstaff, I log in to the app. Cannot check in. Call the front desk of Salt River. “Sure you can.” “Walk me thru it, please.” “Oops. Well maybe it’s because your phone is old.” “It’s 3 weeks new.” “I don’t handle these problems, actually. Let me put you in touch with who does.” **Transfers me to the national reservations desk. They know NOTHING.** They transfer me back to Salt River. New person. “OF COURSE you can’t check in from the app!!!” “Your email says you can.” “Well, you can’t.” Gee what swell people. Arrive after 4 PM, which is check in time. “Let me see if your room is ready.” “Well, it’s 9:30 PM I certainly hope so.” Yay! Room is ready. Once in: shower has a metal pan that covers the drain hole. It is located directly under the leaking, dripping showerhead, making a sound equivalent to Bad Santa banging a soup ladle on an empty pot to annoy The Kid. The toilet seat is loose and wiggles, and the wingnuts underneath are broken and cannot be tightened. I'm done with this horrible uninformed rude snotty treatment. Back to Hilton Canopy!

Customer service was top notch, bedding was so comfortable but the pool water was way too salty (reported by my kiddos). Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

The staff were excellent and they were able to provide solutions to some challenges that were unrelated to our stay at the hotel but were related to our business trip. Very happy with the quality of service and hospitality.

This was your first stay at this hotel. Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast has many options. The staff working in that area did an amazing job keeping it stocked. Would 100% recommend the stay. Will be back next trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It was a great stay. Beautiful surroundings and decor inside and out. Clean and spacious rooms. The studio has everything you need, including a small stove, full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and supplied with pots, plates, glasses and utensils, everything you need to cook a meal if you dont feel like going out. I also saw guests barbequeing on the outdoor grills in the courtyard. Unfortunately we slept in and missed breakfast but heard its good. The bartender was friendly and makes good drink, the fish tacos at the bar were awesome. Nice pool with a bar. We will come back for sure.

They changed up the breakfast selection each morning so it was nice to have some variety since we were there for a few days. There were some people who were quite unhappy that breakfast ended at 9am. This didn't affect us as we were up early, but if you're not an early riser you might miss breakfast here.

Very clean room with comfortable bed. Room to stretch out and a nice compact studio kitchen. Everything is central to the location, tons to do. Price was incredible for location. Pool Area was clean and maintained. Outdoor sitting area was relaxing and beer from bar was ice cold. Hard to mention anything worth complaining about. Cornhole set needed to be replaced and that's about it.

We like having access to fresh coffee in the lobby around the clock. Mattress was a bit firm and pillows were average at best.

This was our first time in Arizona and we have fallen in love with this state!!! The people are lovely and so genuine. This hotel checked all the boxes; good price, excellent location, friendly staff and the room was spacious. It was handy to have a kitchenette. The pool was warm and very clean. This is the prefect hotel to stay on this Scottsdale dale area. Very highly recommended!

Stayed here 2 nights visiting family. Great place, complimentary Tesla Charger was a plus! Great heated pool and putting green! Next time I ll bring my putter. Room was great with full kitchen! Kids loved it and slept in the pull out bed. Great breakfast for being included (for us at least). Would come back for sure!

It worked out perfect for him to sleep and me having the sofa area to relax in made it very comfortable for each of us. The kitchen area was very nice but not needed. I will keep this place in mind for a longer stay when we decide to take a staycation.

Pillows could have been refreshed-the fiberfill was matted and pillows were uncomfortable. The comforter was too short for the bed! I was always trying to pull it up higher.

The only downsides I would say is the bed was much too firm for my liking. The walls were thin that I could hear the neighbors even through the night and that was using their indoor voices. Overall I think we will be back soon.

Thanks for the receptionist, Jesse's support on my check-in as we did the reservation very late through booking.com; but the staff was helping us to get everything done.

The pool went under construction one day after we checking in the dead of summer. Certainly would have picked a different property if I know that would be the case but overall it was a fine stay, no complaints.

This property is right next to another Marriot property. They share the pool. Both appear to be newer properties. Breakfast was very good every morning with excellent service. Room wasn't very large but had everything we would need. It was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, staff was very proffesional. Located very convenient to shops and you can walk to Walmart in case you need anything right away. I do think the Hotel should have a better supply of pharmaceutical items though incase of need. But other than that it was a great stay and my family enjoyed it.

Second negative: the fan in the air conditioner periodically made loud noises for extended periods of time. I reported to front desk upon checkout. Otherwise staff was courteous and professional.

Front desk needs help . No housekeeping when i requested it for my stay . We check out early on a 5 night stay . Rooms are to small to much furniture in these small rooms is ridiculous. Not necessary. . Carpets need to vacuumed. . Found too many ugly things around the floors and corners . Disgusting.

I stayed here 3 nights and everything was Great!! from the moment I walked in the door. Tyler who works the front desk is very knowable about the property and very helpful. Overall the hotel is really clean and is surrounding by many things to do and places to eat!

The room was nice and clean. The only thing is they didn’t clean our room and no clean towels. They didn’t fix our bed. Have to call the front office around 5:30 pm. They would clean it after 6:00 pm. Came back and the bed was still not fix.

Went to the hotel 90 minutes after official hotel check-in and was told our room was not ready but we could be put in another room or wait; had checked in online one day prior and were supposed to receive a SMS message about our check-in. Asked how long a wait and the front desk person finally said she would make a call, turned her back to us to make the call, and then said within an hour. 2 1/2 hour late to check-in? The other room we got had an air conditioning unit that started vibrating loudly in the middle of the night and would not stop. It would slowly start to make this obnoxious noise and then get louder and louder.

We were in town for house hunting. This is a fantastic option. Staff is very polite and friendly. Rooms are large and very clean with plenty of space. There is a kitchen with refrigerator and has a keurig coffeemaker. There is also a nice outdoor patio region for drinks

Drove from Los Angeles and arrived Friday at 1pm. Asked the front desks employee Tyler if there was a room available with a bath tub and He said He could switch Me to a room with one but it wasn’t ready yet and that He would call Me as soon as it’s ready.. i never received any call. Checked into the room and it was very spacious and clean. Day 2 I called to ask if they could send someone to Tidey the room and They told Me They have no one to send to clean but They would send someone to replace the dirty towels and pick up trash and that’s literally all They did. Overall it as a nice stay and I will return.
