I’ve stayed here several times and it’s a beautiful property, great location, close to everything you’ll need! Units are spacious, quiet and well maintained.

Only one pool and they needed a better way to service their guests at poolside other than vending machines. Limited parking especially if you're in buildings 6, 7 or 8. Need to make parking for guest in those buildings more convenient.

This is a nice place for a weekend getaway. The large jetted tup in the bathroom is very nice. Weve stayed here several times and probably will again.

We were in town for the long weekend. We checked in around 10pm with no issues. They gave us a map, guide and gave us all the info we needed. Free parking was available with 1 parking permit per room. Even if you weren't able to park near your hotel room, they had golf carts available 24/7. The room was clean and we were told ahead of time that no housekeeping was available during our stay but to contact guest services if there was something we needed. That wasn't a problem even staying there for 4 nights. They did ask if we were Wyndham members and if we wanted to listen to a presentation and get perks for it. After saying no - they didn't push the time share presentation. The pool area was really great. A lot of available loungers and shaded tables. Would stay here again even as someone who's not a golfer.

We were put in building 8, which has no parking or access to the entrance. We had to walk a long distance to get to our car. They offer golf carts, but we would have to wait and then tip. Thank goodness we are active, but it was really inconvenient.

We loved the convenience of swapping out our towels each day, and the location of the pool was conveniently located to our room. We were surprised to find that it was quite a hike from our parking spot to our room in building 7, but eventually got used to it. Beautiful resort!

Very clean room, and roomy accomodations. Staff was nice and always available. We mostly went hiking and resort was centrally located which was nice. Lots of restaurants and groceries close by. Would definitely come back

Clean, staff was super helpful on multiple fronts, enjoyed pool time and nice HUGE soaker tub in apartment/room, patio was right on the golf course, great views!

The rooms were clean, and the staff was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The only downside was the parking situation. Since there were not enough parking spaces available, we had to park near the lobby and use a golf cart service to travel back and forth to our room

Nice place. Nice area. The food? Meh. I wish there was SOME carpet or rugs in the room but that’s just my personal preference. But the staff was very friendly. So 4/5 I think is fair to describe this trip

I have stay here for the past five years. Golf is great and the amenities are too. Rachel at check was great and accommodating. Although the rooms are dated, they are still very functional. Parking is good for the front part of the property. Bar and restaurant menu could be a little more expansive. I recommend this property.

Our room was a perfect size for our family, clean and updated, loved the layout. Only complain was that the pool was crowded and didn’t have enough chairs. The resort needs a 2nd pool. Parking lot was a good walk from our room, but the grounds are pretty and kept up nice.

Great place to stay! The outdoor bbq was very nice and the kitchenette was well stocked with everything needed to make a simple meal.

This place is a hidden gem. The rooms were lovely and clean. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, so helpful and accommodating. If you need it, they will get it for you. There were so many little thoughtful things, like a stack of pool towels in your room, spf cream dispenser at the pool, a lovely outdoor restaurant. They really take care of all the details. 100% we will be back.

Everything was great. Only issue was the distance to vehicle. They do offer pick up but we rarely utilized this amenity. Very clean and nice staff.

My husband I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. The rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. We do not play golf but we loved how beautiful the green was especially at sunrise. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

The staff were incredible! Everyone was so kind and extremely responsive. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and had lots of storage. Overall the room was very clean except for the floors. Floors were pretty dirty and could use a good mopping! Otherwise, everything was great!

I stayed here for 3 nights in a one bedroom studio. It had a bedroom with 2 double beds and barn doors which separates it from the main living room and kitchen area. There was also a sofa bed which was very comfortable (not like the old type of beds where you can feel all the metal springs). We were in the last building room 811 which was the farthest from the main lobby area. The only downside was the distance from the closest parking spot to our room. They do have golf carts to help you but we never used them. I would definitely stay here again but I would request to be in buildings 1-4 and not all the way in building 8. Other than that, the room was GREAT and I highly recommend this as a place to stay especially for longer stays and with families. There is also laundry facilities and a pool which we did not use. Parking does not extend far to where our room was so it was rather inconvenient to walk all the way back to our room especially when parking was limited in the area closest to building 8.

Best business stay, ever. Special call out to Justin, a groundskeeper at the Orange Tree, whose work ethic and personable demeanor and attitude exemplifies the effort that goes into this resort.

Quiet and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was large and clean. Great DVD selection as well. I’d highly recommend! It’s in a great location.

Very pleased with this resort. The rooms are extremely spacious and immaculately clean. But best yet the staff, especially the bellmen were excellent. Parking wasnt a huge deal, you can always walk or get a ride if you had to park further away. Its a beautiful property. We cant wait to stay again.

The hospitality was bad, stayed there 4 nights the staff never made beds, or thru out the trash. Seen one of the lady's cleaning the rooms asked why they didn't clean our room & said u have to call up front so they can clean our room so we did that.. still nothing. I called again asked them for clean towels to shower. A girl came & brought us a bag of fresh towels.. very un happy with the staff.. please let me know if we can get back some or all of our cash back.. very unsatisfied..

Gorgeous location. Only complaint was we were the last building and there is no parking at the last two buildings. And the parking is limited towards those as well. You need to walk or you can call for a golf cart to come pick you up. This lead to continual tipping and waiting in the parking lot at times to be picked up for our room. The hot tub was not hot. Games available and bar available. Loved the lotions, shampoo and conditioner. Jet tub was nice too. Would stay again if closer to parking.

The room was great, we requested the top floor and was able to get it. Parking in front of the room was hard to find but thankfully it was easy in the larger lot, just had a bit of a walk to the room. The shower did not drain well only because the angle of the shower floor, water would accumulate during a shower

Top tier staff. Quick with answering any questions or concerns. Centrally located.. Orange tree Resort is my go-to when coming to Scottsdale. My only issue would be parking. Hard to find a close spot after a certain time.

It is a beautiful place. Pool and hot tub wondeful. Could use a grwmoreloingers and umbrellas. Abilotyto orfer a drink atpool would be nice. The two queen bed suite was well equipped with dishes etc. I willhopefully tetirn one day

One of our favorite parts was the beautiful view from the patio overlooking the golf course. It was the perfect place to sit in the morning, enjoy the sunshine, and start the day peacefully. This resort is truly beautiful, relaxing, and exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!

Rooms are spacious. Parking lot is small nearby the rooms. If assigned to a room in the back of the property they do have shuttle service available.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Orange Tree. We came to visit our daughter and her family, so we did not use all of the amenities at the resort, but our suite was perfect. The Texting Concierge was great. We were not disappointed with anything during our stay.

Very nice golf course for beginner/intermediate golfers Our room looked out onto other rooms or the parking lot. The rooms with golf course views would have been nicer.

Clean and spacious rooms. And property was well kept up. The scheduled entertainment never showed up which was disappointing. But overall we enjoyed our stay and we were happy with our decision to stay.

If you don’t, bring some single bills for frequent golf cart ferries or work for a lower room number (100s are closer to the lobby, parking is rare by the 500s and non-existent beyond that through the 800s I believe). Apart from that quirk I think it’s my new go-to for visiting the area with family, large groups, and especially golfers. I especially appreciated walking through the grounds smelling orange blossoms and dodging so many oranges! The outdoor F&B outlets seem to be concession style only (awesome sandwiches and salads for lunch) even if the seating and setting are a solid 4 stars. Watch out for errant golf balls while dining al fresco - skill is not required for play!

The room was very good except for one problem. The was some very loud plumbing noise (seemingly from the running water in the shower) that came from the adjacent room.

Excellent customer service. I extended one night without difficulty. My unit was far from the clubhouse, but transportation was provided door to door promptly with a call to the desk. I enjoyer a round of golf, the course was lovely and not difficult. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was very comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. The beds were really comfortable. The location was great. Lots of parking and the staff was very accommodating. I will definitely stay there again.

Parking was limited... and sometimes required a long walk. Fitness center was EXCELLENT!. Only negative was the surprise time-share element that was brought up. We politely declined attending the meeting.

In our bathroom it was for somewhere reason always damp even with the exhaust fan on and we happened to see over 10 to 12 mosquitoes lingering around throughout our stay other than this I would give them a five out of five. We killed most of the mosquitoes if we were able to.

The only issue I had with my stay was, I found ants in the drawer with my clothes when I was packing to leave. I would have like regular cleaning, but you have to message them if you need anything. Otherwise, the room was very nice!

The grounds are well maintained. It is very quiet. The pool area was upgraded last year & it looks great. The suite itself is very comfortable. This is definitely our go to hotel in Scottsdale. Minutes away from restaurants & shopping. Love the area.

Nice location, although the dining options for breakfast were a bit limited. My walk to building #7 took a lot of effort, but the golf carts were helpful several times. The golf course was in good shape and beautiful. Location was safe, and the staff was exceptional.

Only bad experience was having excessive charges charged to my credit card. These were called “holds”. They said these holds were company policy. They said I would see these “holds”would be released in 5-7days. I purchased my room on hotel.com in full. Therefore the reason for these holds were unclear and unnecessary in my opinion. Now I have to wait 5-7 days and “hope” my funds are released. For this reason, I would not stay at this property in the future.

Hotel is in good condition but a little dated and worn in the rooms. Grounds are kept very clean but we found the constant leaf blowers a little annoying especially since they started around 6:45 AM!

Awesome, love the Orange Tree!! We visit here often and will continue to. Preston was amazing, good service to go along with his fun personality. Can't wait for the pool bar we keep hearing about...

Parking is a big issue here. The parking lot only goes up to building 4. If you are in building 8 you will need to walk about 3 blocks or get a ride in a golf cart. It’s not hard to get a golf cart, but at times I had to wait a little so I ended up walking. I would stay again, just not in building # 8.

The resort was good, staff friendly and the accommodations roomy and comfortable. If views matter to you, don't make the mistake we did and ask for a second floor room. Our view was 98% blocked by trees which was hugely disappointing. Pool was great, with lots of toys to entertain the many children around it.

Great property and what a nice place to stay. When I travel to the Scottsdale area, I always look to stay at Round Tree Resort. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. My go to place to stay!

The rooms themselves could’ve felt more homey. (Comfier bedspreads, more bathroom utensils) The balcony has a gate to the next suite which was not secure at all. Luckily no one was booked nextdoor to me. But i found it very uncomfortable to be out there with a faulty gate.

Great property and I come here for the rooms. Front desk staff are never friendly but other staff on the property are. Always clean and quiet. I played golf but the greens were in terrible condition. No grass in many places for the price. However, I will return as I have every year for the past five.

Kid friendly resort, very clean and quiet around the premises, check in was easy and very convenient to restaurants and shopping centers. The one bedroom suite was clean and spacious for the family. Kids loved the jacuzzi tub. The only complaint was the parking was inconvenient but Will definitely stay here again

The suite is roomy and clean with 2 TVs although remote sometimes have low batteries.

Orange Tree Resort was a wonderful stay while my daughter and I explored U of A and ASU college campuses. The pool area provided some wonderfully relaxing down time in between.

Our second time staying here and have enjoyed both stays

Not enough parking for the higher number rooms

Everything was great!! We enjoyed ourselves! Got a gift from them as it was our wedding anniversary!! Staff very helpful bell service was great!! Staff and everyone there was a 10!! Definitely stay there again. Thanks to all at Orange 🍊 Tree!

This was a great place to stay. The units are spacious, modern and clean. Hubby and I are not golfers, so can't really comment on that aspect, but there were a lot of people doing that who seemed to be enjoying themselves. I appreciated the free laundry room on a long roadtrip.

Nice place.

A group of us relatives were able to sit around 1 room that was large enough to seat all 4 of us and just talk together without feeling crowded and then go to bed when we were tired. The amenities (coffee pot, coffee, refrig and microwave) were much appreciated and used.

When I checked in, the front desk clerk noticed that I had requested a room close to the pool. He said “I have the perfect room for you”. He gave me room 806. Couldn’t be much further away from the pool than that and also an extremely long walk to the parking lot. Consequently we never used the pool. We won’t be back.

This was hands down the best resort we have ever stayed at! We spent spring break there with our children and we will definitely be coming back! The staff was amazing, even letting us check in early. They were so friendly from the moment we arrived and so helpful during our stay. The resort was beautiful and the orange blossoms smelled amazing! The pool area was very nice and our family enjoyed it very much! I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Very comfortable stay

We loved our family stay here! Our room was spacious and nice. We enjoyed the pool and got it was never over crowded. We loved having a patio to enjoy and an area to grill. We are not golfers. My only complaint would be not having blackout drapes or curtains really made it difficult to sleep in, especially with a toddler. It was very light in the rooms even when dark outside due to outside lights. And id suggest to the cleaning staff to mop the floors as our feet got dirty walking around our room. We loved the area, many things to do not too far away.

Lindsay at check in was fantastic!! So helpful and friendly!!! We loved her. Room was great, very helpful on anything we needed. Walls are super thin. The people above us were a family and we heard them all night long!!

Nice clean spacious room

The grounds are very well kept with an army of people working all day cleaning up and maintaining the grounds. A nice pool and spa on the grounds also besides being on a nice golf course. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort is a series of buildings some of the rooms have been updated like our's, some have not been. One thing to be aware of, the parking lot only runs along the first couple buildings so it can be a hike down some of the buildings. They do have personnel to give you a ride if you need it. The front desk can also place you in a building close to the parking lot if available.

Great property Fantastic room

Groundskeepers working outside our room (and maybe on roof??)woke us up too early. Room was very nice though and had all the amenities I would expect.

Quiet, clean and on the golf course were all pluses. The parking was our only complaint. Our unit was far from the lot.

Only downside was that parking was limited in front of rooms so had to walk far to get to room most days/nights. Hotel did offer golf cart rides to rooms though.

Friendly staff and clean property

I don’t understand the 9.5 rating I saw for this property. There is a lot of walking on-site as the property is linear and about a half mile long. They offer golf carts, but I don’t want to have staff escort me everywhere. Our room was older and the bedroom couldn’t regulate temp. We saw at checkout that this is a known issue and they offer box fans.

Pros: Comfortable Spacious Clean Nice pool Nice area Cons: Long walks to rooms (they do offer golf buggy pick up/drop off but is a faff) Residential area so 40 min walk to shops and restaurants Onsite restaurant is quite basic. Overall it’s nice and was good value for money, just be aware it’s quite isolated (in a nice area mind), and that you may have a long walk to/from rooms.

Ocean, quiet, and friendly service. Registration staff, maintenance, landscape, security and shuttle service staff was all friendly. The rooms were perfect and the amenities on site were nice.

Spacious room, beautiful property, nice pool. The only thing missing was a stove and dishwasher in the kitchen.

For a short person, the large jacuzzi tub is very hard to get in and out of. To reach the window blinds in the bathroom you have to step in to the tub. There should be a screen door to the deck so the outside door could remain open without letting bugs in.

An attractive facility with a nice sized casita. Dinner was fine and the service people were all friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel not realizing it is a Wyndham Time-share. Generic interiors that have less than comfortable furniture. Large bath that was nice but balcony had no view and faced its own window. Pool area had kids playing in jacuzzi so that amenity wasn’t used. Not sure why we paid $500/night!

The rooms were clean and roomy, the grounds were exquisite, and the staff friendly.
