Friendly staff and amazing resort

I was disappointed that the cafe Crave did not have fresh pastries on Sunday. Additionally, the pool Oasis was not very clean. There were napkins on the ground and dirty plastic cups under the lounge chairs. The pool Oasis did not look like it was swept. A lot of bugs and foliage in the pool.

A fun place to stay with excellent service and friendly staff. We use the spa quite a bit and it was wonderful. Highly recommend it.

Wish they had more food options.

The biggest issue was valet service. On multiple occasions, we texted 20+ minutes ahead requesting our vehicle, but it still was not ready when we arrived. This happened the majority of the time during our stay. The adult pool area also needs attention. The water jets were not operating, the pool water appeared somewhat dirty, and some of the seating areas were not well maintained. The indoor pool area had stagnant-looking water and did not feel as clean as expected for a luxury resort. Poolside service was inconsistent. It was often difficult to place food and beverage orders because servers rarely came by, and getting the check could also take a long time. While the property is attractive and the room was clean, I expected more activities and entertainment for a resort at this price level. Live music, organized pool activities, or additional resort programming would help distinguish it from other resorts in the Scottsdale area. Overall, the stay was pleasant but did not feel exceptional compared to other resorts in the area, especially considering the cost.

It was beautiful property. Spanish style is amazing. I didn’t like cockroaches in my room and on property walls at night.

Clean and accessible pools with towel service. Poolside drinks and food after 11. DJ on Friday and Saturday afternoons. Some amenities like spa, gift shop and bicycles close at 6 though. Had a very pleasant stay. Would go again

The worst part was the service. Hit or miss. Front desk staff was slow and inattentive beginning at check in. Then we found larvae in the sheets and on the wall at midnight and were met with a lack of urgency and empathy and a lot of rudeness. Not the response one expects at a Phoenix resort. Bugs in the sheets is a big deal but was treated as a minor inconvenience. How well do they clean if there is larvae in the sheets?! Some staff were wonderful like at Crave or the spa attendants. The spa was very relaxing with a great vibe. Services varied from excellent to sub par. Overall, well below the other resorts in the area where you get 5 star service and accommodations.

Loved the shower in the bathroom and the outdoor patio. Food was yummy and restaurants were beautiful. Grounds were pretty. My only suggestion is that they regularly sweep/use net to remove leaves and debris from the pool. I also was annoyed at the $30 per night charge to park on site. There was PLENTY of unused open slots. With the resort fee and high prices for everything on site, I felt like the parking fee was an unnecessary way to gouge us for more money.

Beautiful resort with stunning grounds and two gorgeous pools. The golf cart service to and from the rooms was such a nice touch and made getting around effortless. What really stood out was the exceptional staff. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. We felt welcomed from start to finish and can't wait to come back!

I brought my wife, 3 daughters plus my mother. Everybody had an amazing time. Great location, so much to do and restaurants on site were top notch. Will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Scottsdale!

We had a little bit of a mosquito problem in our room. Very tiny mosquitoes, my husband killed a bunch of them. Some were dead in the ceiling. Nevertheless, we were only there for two days and tried to make the best of it. The amenities are great, lots of restaurants in hotel, friendly staff. Even got a note and sweet treats delivered to our room in celebration of our baby moon!

This resort was everything and more! It was truly a peaceful oasis! I would definitely say it leans more on the adult only side due to not having much for little ones, but it was outstanding. Service was great, food was fresh, and it’s a perfect place for relaxing! Highly recommend.

The grounds and adult pool were beautiful. Great breakfast and friendly staff. My only concern was the flying insects that found their way into my room and bathroom every day.

Found the Omni Grand mountain view room, one available, so i grabbed it, and this where it went wrong. Based on the photos of the room on the site and the actual view from the room, i wasngiven a much lower end restricted view room. i have not heard from omni, received generic responce, waiting to hear back. my wife and i like to enjoy our selves on vacation, we both work hard play hard. we don’t drink, so we enjoy the resorts we stay at, we had two other issues with the spa, we had a booking they gave to someone else, did nothing about it, and issue with what was supposed to be a massage, was a warm towel stretch with 3 rocks placed on my back. i always take care of the staff, the resort did not.

Every single member of the staff that I met was friendly, helpful and made me feel good about being there. I especially enjoyed the spa, and when I left my watch in my robe pocket, they found it and returned it to me.

The spa was incredible, but entrance does require the booking of a treatment which will likely cost more than $100. There is no day pass. The grounds were immaculate. The ammenities wonderful.

We had a wonderful experience at the Omni. The only disappointment which is minimal was the lack of guest laundry.

The property is very beautiful, however, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talk, kids, doors slam, etc. Same for the cleaning ladies, they start early and it’s very noisy due to the thin walls. Having said all that. We do want to stay here again next year. Just have the expectation that it’s not quiet/peaceful.

Didn’t have breakfast, location was really nice When checking in walking through the doors felt very uncomfortable and out of place was not greeted felt more like oh she must got the wrong address I work hard for my money and sud never judge someone by there appearance sec I book a king size bed that was more like a queen size bed then whoever was next to us was snoring the whole nigh could hear them through the walls so that was very uncomfortable could not sleep or Enjoy our night.

Parking was also inconvenient. Our room was far from the underground parking, which is located in the front of the property, so going back and forth wasn’t ideal. The beds felt worn out, my side was so sunken in that I was noticeably higher than my husband while sleeping. Overall, while the service was great, I likely wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

This property was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was very clean and close to Old Town Scottsdale. The staff on property went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They had the best events and extras we didn't even know about until we got there, including a make your own flower bar, champagne cart and sangria by the fountain, all complimentary. The food at Prada on property was top notch. We will definitely be returning! n/a

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and well appointed and the daily room cleaning was impeccable. It was a little chilly during our time to take advantage of the pools, but they are large and beautiful.

The steak and Paellas was very good at the restaurant Prado, and the service was great. The view was incredible! Our bed was very comfy too. Only complaint is that the rooms could have been cleaner, especially for the price, and our lamp did not work. We had to unplug it to get it to turn off.

The service by the adult pool was very slow as they did not open that bar, even on the weekend when there was atleast 20+ people the pool bar was closed. Otherwise service was good. The room could use some maintenance on our headboard. The blow dryer was basic, it worked. The patio/balcony was amazing. The shower was amazing.

One of the friendliest hotel staff I've experienced. Really appreciated their hospitality and attentiveness. We had one situation that came up (with the guests next door, not anything within the hotel's power) and the staff quickly resolved it.

The spa was amazing! Every staff member was friendly and knowledgeable and concerned with our experience being exceptional. It was a challenge trying to reach the front desk from our room phone.

The spa was beautiful and all the treatments were delightful. Centro had the BEST Kale Caesar salad with cornbread croutons -- we it it 3 days in a row! we went mainly for a spa trip. We were notified that the spa pool and hot tub were being renovated after the cancellation date had passed. This was very disappointing. Dinner at Prado was dried out fish

They refunded 1 out of 2 nights. That is after requesting that the manager come to the room to see the condition of the room and to see videos of the roaches. Unbelievable

Absolutely loved our vacation over new years. The property is so serene, peaceful and relaxing. The staff is just amazing…everyone is so helpful. The food is good and the pool area was clean. The food at Prado and Crave is great. My wife used Joya spa- which was very expensive but was worth it.

Liked the different seating areas with fire pits, private pool and jacuzzi nice. I did not like that you were charged for daily parking. Parking should come with the costs for the room as the hotel is on higher end.

Overall I liked my stay. The staff were very helpful in any request I had.

Pluming in the room was not great and the shower flow was very weak. When we complained they gave us one night wave of resort fees and said that they will fix or move us. Nothing happened Not great when something is wrong in the room

Resort food/drinks were pricy but nothing crazy. Pools and hot tubs were nice (adult and non-adult). Our favorite restaurant was Centro but Prado had a good vibe (Crave was great for a quick coffee/snack). If you go be sure to take advantage of gelato happy hour. Most of the resort had a great view as well.

The entire stay was amazing!! Polite staff, the pools, restaurants and much more! Perfect for relaxation without having to leave the resort. Will return again for another stay. Camelback Mountain View suite was a great option for us!

The staff and customer service were five stars all the way, so helpful and accommodating. Response time is not like anything we have experienced before. Spotless resort with great architecture, great restaurants and pools, impeccable service (big thanks to Jonathan at Prado). Oh and the landscaping and view of Camelback mountain are stunning. We walked to trailhead but uber’ed to Old Town. They made my wife’s birthday celebration just so special. Thank you!

I have reservation obviously coming there and check in is at 4 i come at 12 and ask if they can do early checking so they give me room not worth 500 so i went and asked for another room that was at 12 30 and they say they can give me for 75 $ more better room i say ok and they will text me when i ready i went my way 4 and half hours in city and malls and nobody text me and i come on front desk and they say they dont have nothing for me or anyone say anything imagine of o show at 430 and nobody will text me still and they cant found me a room so i lost 6 hours around thinking someone will text me th3y finally give me room after half day of hustling and service desk u cant talk to them ower phone they misspelled any word u tell them

Patio chairs were covered in dead leaves and dead flower tips. Dirt in tub. We didn’t even stay the night, we left 2 hours after check in.

Not what we expected, the staff did great to try to make it right after a bad check-in (broken glass all over our floor, stains and dirty room) and they moved us to a much better room which was much nicer, but the overall property, food we experienced, drinks, etc. was not what we had hoped for and has much room for improvement. The property is nicely landscaped, the pool was lovely and the golf cart shuttles around were wonderful.

Wonderful place to stay!

Very nice property with a family pool and an adult-only pool. The rooms are larger than average and clean. The staff is helpful, friendly, and courteous. I would skip the restaurants and opt for dining around the area as the restaurants on-site are average and overpriced.

The property was beautiful. There were many areas to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. We enjoyed walking around the grounds and using the family pool and the adults only pool. The drinks at the pool were delicious and the customer service was great. The room was spacious and had a patio with a lounge bed and chairs. The bathroom felt like a spa bathroom. Would definitely return to this resort.

The resort was wonderful. Not a lot of food options and the area is kind of secluded but beautiful. The spa was great! However, we didn't know gratuity would be added into the price of our spa service at the end. The spa services alone were a little pricey. The water in the pool was warm, a perfect temp. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The only negative I had, was through our room you could hear the washing from housekeeping all day and night. Overall though, a wonderful stay.

Great staff, especially valet would come back

Self Parking requires a lot of walking to and from your room. Also, you have to rely on golf cart pick up if you’re not a walker. Overall, good experience. I would suggest a breakfast buffet be offered as breakfast menu is limited.

It is not necessary! It felt like one is being "gouged." I would not stay at your resort again for that reason. I think $10.00 would be reasonable.

We found an old blueberry, an old glass of wine, a children’s toy in our room upon check in. The toliet and adjacent wall were also stained like someone had gotten sick but wasn’t cleaned up. The larger pool, one of the main reasons for choosing this property, was closed until the morning we left. Room service closed at 9, though menus and online informatiom said 10. When I called the front desk, instead of telling me that I could still get food at the bar for another half hour, just apologized and told me to have a good night. I had been traveling all day and am glad we decided to wander down ourselves but I wondered why that wasn’t suggested. Landscaping was beautiful but I was disappointed by how much we spent versus what we got.

beautiful property, nice pool areas

We attended a Gala event at the Omni and decided to make a weekend of it because we love the property so much! BUT this stay exceeded my expectations and I will say it is 100% due to the amazing and attentive staff at this property! During our gala event my boyfriend started getting a debilitating migraine to the point he needed to leave the ceremony to close his eyes, Rae (not sure if I spelled that correctly, was our HERO! The store was closed and we were unable to purchase excedrin and I asked what options we had to try to get any kind of medication and she instantly sprung into action and had opened the store gotten us excedrin and espresso and charged it to our room so we didn’t have to worry, and a bellman was called to drive us to our room. After a nap in the cold comfy room, he was back to feeling himself and we were able to enjoy the rest of our evening! Jerry as well as the other Bellman were also just so outstanding, even in this intense heat! Always so friendly and willing to help or offer a cold bottle of water! We so look forward to our next stay, thank you for being a place of peace for us, always!

room patio furniture very dusty, left dirt on clothing after sitting on the furniture. clearly monsoon dust might be hard to clean all the time, but seemed like the furniture was fairly caked with dust dirt. put towels down on patio chase lounge, etc, to avoid.

The parking situation was awful. Huge empty parking lot in the middle of the property not being used was kind of odd. Especially the fact that it was 115 degrees outside . Seemed to be off limits so the Omni could charge 30 bucks a night for parking. Just weird

This was the most relaxing staycation I have experienced since visiting properties in the Scottsdale area. If you are looking to relax and unwind this is the resort for you!

The hotel is beautiful. It feels like you’re in Spain of some sort I didn’t get to eat on a restaurant but the restaurants close early at 10 PM so no late night dining options. It’s in Paradise Valley so it’s surrounded by some really beautiful houses. The pool is spectacular with great pool size service I give it a 4.5 out of five.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Staff were attentive and friendly. The room was very clean, it’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

The resort is beautiful. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our comfortable from with a view of Camelback Mountain.

We spent a quiet 2 days on the property as a staycation. We rented a cabana at the Oasis pool, which is the adult only pool. The views were stunning of Camelback Mountain. We enjoyed food at the pool and the Mexican restaurant on the property. We would definitely stay again.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and I loved all the amenities available to guests. Housekeeping and mainentenancd could definitely be improved. When I checked in my room it was unfortunately not up to standards for what one would expect for a 5 star hotel. I had to do some cleaning, disinfecting and dusting (there was even some trash that was missed behind the tv stand) before being able to properly settle in. Other than that, everything was great. Everyone employed here is super friendly and accommodating. Shoutout to the baristas and cashier at the cafe!

Of year but it didn’t appear that this area was being maintained like the areas toward the front of The property. There were bird droppings on the walkway outside our entryway which we had to navigate to avoid before entering our room. We reported it several times but it wasn’t addressed at least to our satisfaction. We have stayed at this property many times and are usually very pleased. The staff is great.

We had an amazing stay! The room was huge! We loved everything so much, we never left to go anywhere else. We don’t need to! The Prado service and food did not disappoint. Everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful .

Food and service was excellent

The accommodations were splendid, particularly the big tub. Balcony was also a big hit with us.

The front desk doesn’t answer their calls when you want to call and get your valet car ready because of the heat. The pool areas are very dirty and not cleaned as it should be. There are rings around the oasis pool with black dirt that needs to be scrubbed out. They don’t tell you that they’re charging you a $45 resort spa fee for the services that you do not even use. They charge you a resort Spa fee tax on top of the occupancy, tax and city tax. When I booked my reservation for this hotel, this information was not revealed to us so I was surprised when I got the bill. Make sure you check every detail before setting up your reservation for this hotel. Other than that, it was OK.

The Omni is the best summer getaway in the Phoenix area. The staff is excellent from the valet service all the way through housekeeping. Every employee we had an interaction with was top notch. Congratulations to the Omni management for hiring and training a staff of people who really have the guest’s best interest as their top priority. We will be back.

Beautiful and the service was impeccable. Valet staff was very accommodating. Property is gorgeous and I was able to check in early. The pool was lovely and the views were non stop. Location was perfect. Close to everything.
