Breakfast was always a problem for staff. Room had broken shower head, blinds were broken.

Spacious and clean. Breakfast has gone down hill. They used to have two places that had breakfast items but closed one down apparently due to staff shortages. That one that was closed was the reason I stayed there again. Very disappointing.

Dog Friendly hotel. Unfortunately the dog friendly room smelled like pet urine and was very uncomfortable. They failed to clean our room as scheduled so we had to tolerate the smell the whole trip. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was terrible. Really disappointed. Boiled eggs are gross. The outdoor facility is completely rock and gravel & hot for pets. Not dog friendly. We traveled 16hours and will find another hotel next time.

It was nice! My kids liked the pool table in the front lobby there. Room was nice and spacious. Parking was bad. They had roped off a big section in the front for some reason so there was hardly any parking.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. I was told that I would be getting a $75 deposit back and almost 3 weeks later and still no deposit returned. I called my bank and confirmed nothing was returned back and when I called the property they said they funds were already sent back and they could have a manager call back if i needed? This is such a scam I left the room in great condition and to be scammed out of $75 is just very disappointing. Do not trust this place!

The property was very well kept. I stayed at the property because it had breakfast which was unorganized and not kept up with the refilling of the food. I don't eat a lot of the food that was available to me and then it would take up to 30 minutes or more for the food to be refilled and then fir them to run out of brown sugar and other amenities wasn't good. The rooms were well kept and clean. The location was pretty close to a lit of things in the city.

Hot tub was boiling, absolutely perfect. Mary put the outside lights on when it got dark. Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choice and hit food very good. Lots of hot coffee too. A perfect stay. Must say the rooms were spotless.

The staff were super nice! And I loved the mini kitchen in the rooms! Help SOO much when you have kids to take care of and need constant snacks and drinks. I also appreciate the mini cleaning supplies they offer, It was great for long stays and re washing my toddlers cups and snack cups!

The hot tub jets didn't work and the water was a little murky. Our room was clean but the air conditioner was VERY loud and we had to change rooms. Breakfast was ok. I would not stay there again.

These Hilton branded hotel options meet the Hilton standard. I’ve been a Hilton person for decades, and some of the brands are better than others! This was a nice place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They showed a true work ethic that was shown in the upkeep of the hotel and the rooms. Very satisfied. Thanks to that crew that worked there that weekend.

Location was near by attractions and food which made for easy accessibility to things by walking. It was quiet and the overall stay was a good experience The bed was a little hard and the pillows were horrible. I slept with 2 pillows and it felt like there was nothing in them.

The area Lukewarm showers! Going to the desk to get coffee as they didn't put any in room! Even after asking for it!

Unfortunately we found that cleaning of our rooms were only done every 2nd day...which was not mentioned on check in. the shower had very luke warm water everyday, on day that we had maid service the garbage was not taken out, and bed not made only replaced towels. Breakfast service toaster did not work, Coffee not hot had to be warmed in the microwave daily...found that we went to restaurant near by for a better meal and coffee. Hopefully the hotel will take the opportunity to do better in the future.

I loved the quiet location with plenty of handicapped parking. The room was very clean and I liked the room layout including a big screen TV, refrig and sofa. It’s time to replace the bed as it was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept on at a hotel. All of the women receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was out standing. It is tastefully decorated. Very enjoyable. It was hard to find the address for the Salt River location. Even on the internet it did not show "Salt River" on any of four locations listed.

Location Suite was booked for 6 women. We only had 3 towels and 2, one was started, rolls of toilet paper. I had to ask for more ?

Just across the street from AZ Boardwalk. All staff members that we came in contact with were bright, smiling, and cheerful. All carpets were clean and did not show fatigue. Will be using this hotel in the future. Hilton should be proud of this one.

My internet wasn’t working on my tv. I went to the desk to ask for help. He couldn’t help me because his tech was not assume. So I couldn’t watch my tv.

Room wasn't ready at check-in time. It was 2 1/2 hours after check in that it was ready at 6:30 pm. After a long day of travel and a 2 hour time difference, this was disappointing. They also didn't respond to chat on the app for updates on when the room would be ready.

I think the property over all is excellent. The only problem I had was it does not have security camera around the property by the parking lot. The first night I was at the hotel my car was parked in priority guest parking spot and a cat scratched the hell out of my rental car. I was so upset by this and when I went into immediately to tell the front desk what happened and if they had any cameras so I could see who damaged my car they said there wasn’t any. I was so disappointed because I could not see if it was a guest in their hotel that damaged my car and left without saying anything. They should have cameras every where inside and out so there is more safety .

we got there in the evening and checked in for our room. As we enter the room we were hit by a strong stench of sewage. There was no way we were able to stay the night in a room that smelled like poop. When we went back to the check-in desk, the lady was very friendly, but was not able to put us in another room for homes 2 suites as they were supposedly booked out. She put us in a small room on the Tru side which did not have two queen beds but one king bed and no studio. The price difference for the room we received in comparison to the room we booked and already paid for was about $70. We were promised that they make it up to us somehow with Hilton points to receive a free stay next time we come, but that promise was not kept and we did not receive points or a voucher.

We stayed at the Home2 Hilton in Scottsdale, Arizona and just about everything was excellent. Friendly and helpful team members. Clean and spacious rooms. Great centrally located, near freeways and nearby cities. The only suggestion is that the TV had very limited free channels, local sports such as Arizona Diamondback games were unavailable, ESPN doesn’t aire much baseball; therefore adding MLB channel or local sports network would have been much better. We even had to go to a local bar to watch the All-Star Home-run Derby and game.

I checked in close to midnight without a hitch. I found a parking space that was a short walk to a keyed door it was a bit of a walk to the elevator. Room was spacious and setup for an extended stay with full size fridge, kitchen sink, dishes and a dishwasher! A sign said you could pick up a pan and hotplate at the front desk if you wanted one. When i checked in, they told me that breakfast was served in 2 locations. The one I chose was a bit disappointing. Paper plates and plastic utensils, a mediocre bagel toaster that barely warmed it, and a funky pancake machine that served 2 tennis ball sized pancakes after a couple of minutes. I didnt find the tea and coffee until after i was finished. There were some cute luttle privacy booths for individuals who wanted to work and eat at the same time. I thought I'd check out the 2nd location afterwards, and it was much nicer. Waffle makers, real paltes and utensils, indoor and outdoor seating, and a wide array of food, all self serve. I was only staying 1 night and I wish I would have been told about the amenities of the second breakfast location before hand.

We arrived at 6pm and was told we had no room and sent us 6 miles down the road to an old nasty Doubltree. We had no king bed and a nasy dirty handicapped shorty

However, The shower water is a MAJOR issue. While I have come to expect low water pressure, I do not expect there to be a lack of HOT water! I never was able to take a shower with more than luke warm/room temp water. SUPER disappointing

outdoor pool can be used in december, great. breakfast have so much choices. my family lived in this hotel for 5 days, love it.

Beautiful clean room that has everything you could need! Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent! There was a very good gym and laundry facilities. It was also very conveniently located to tourist sites. We stayed 3 days and were very happy with everything!

We stayed here during our recent trip to Phoenix. Great facilities. The room sizes were big and the common area in the lobby had a nice selection of board & indoor games. Great hotel to stay in.

The room was great. It was clean and comfy.

Stayed for 2 nights for my graduation for ASU. The area was safe and quiet. The check-in process was easy and quick. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options. My only complaint is the first room we were checked into had plumbing issues. However, the front desk agent quickly put us in another room. I would stay here again!

Amazing breakfast

The rooms had a lot of storage options, they had full size fridge & a shower stall which with full glass enclosure as opposed to tub with curtains that gets messy.

Great place to stay with small kitchenettes available in the rooms. Breakfast was good and price was great. Easy access to the freeway and plenty of dinning options nearby as well as some entertainment venues.

I enjoy booking with Home 2 Suites! It has always been my go to hotel, especially in Scottsdale. It is always clean and comfortable.

Great place for working remotely and quiet stay

The room was excellent. Very spacious for our family of 4. The lobby area was amazing with a pool table and plenty of seating. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The kids loved the make your own waffles. The pool was nice but we enjoyed the hot tub the most. The hotel was close to everything we went to Scottsdale for. Definitely would stay again!

Everything was good, except they kept skipping our room to clean it. I was there for a week and I had to go down to the front desk to ask them to clean my room and they only did it one time for the week.

The gal working the front desk overnight was so amazing!!!!!!!!!

Also, shower only worked through the handheld until, not the showered on the wall and the handle for turning the shower on came off in my hand. Also, the blanket on the bed appeared to be a mattress pad.

The staff and property was great.

Very clean room

Hotel was great – Expedia was horrible! Hotel was great – Expedia was horrible! Difficulties on website booked me for the wrong dates.

Love this hotel. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Target is a five minute drive and there’s lots to do in the area as well. Definitely coming back here again
