Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale North/Perimeter Center

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and stocked well with toiletries. The real stars were the employees who were so pleasant and strived to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Scottsdale.

We had a great experience in that our flight into town very early. The hotel staff was accommodating into getting us an usually early check time to get settled. Very good location affordable clean. There are plenty of very close restaurants on or near a golf courses if you want that experience

I was only there for less than 12 hours but I had no issues

No complaints at all except an observation about front desk personnel. No one looks up when you walk in or out, no greeting at all. I am not a small talk person so this does not bother me generally but it makes me wonder about security. Would any person walking in grab their attention?

The only issue we had was the smoke alarm going off. It was promptly attended to and everything else was great.

From the time that I arrived until I departed, the Hilton staff was very helpful to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

This hotel staff is not helpful. They double charged my card . On the top of the bed being filled with bedbugs

We needed a late minute accommodation and they worked with us and seemed to be happy to do so. Everyone was nice and courteous. The one thing I can say is the pool is open late but doesn’t have a lot of light but other wise still useable and a good size.

Lots of bird crap on the sidewalks. Weird side door entrance with no ramp direct to door. Have to take the long way to get in. Thats small stuff. The rest of the place was great except for hard bed and no conventional hotel breakfast option. Have to pay for it all. No freebies at breakfast

The mattress was nearly as has hard as the floor. The sofa bed was impossible, but pulling its mattress off on to the floor gave a bed that wasn't bad. The shower leaked water onto the floor. The shower door was a pill to move. The toilet was leaking and would refill itself now and then. WiFi was only available to certain "members." This was the first Hilton I've stayed at in about 15 years. Never again.

The lobby was nice. The room was large but had terrible lighting. Bathroom was dirty. The floors in the bathroom had tile base and it was covered in a visible layer of dust and hair. The bed was uncomfortable and you could hear springs popping. The pillows were great and the reception and checkin were fantastic. Very friendly and efficient.

Friendly desk staff and always greeted me professionally with courtesy and genuine concern about my stay. Breakfast was way below par. Overpriced for self service buffet with powdered eggs, fruit and cereal. No waitress service (at least when I was there), many of the menu options and coffee were emptied without sign of any restocking.

The front desk person Dan was super friendly and welcoming. I ended up eating dinner there at the bar and the food was good and the drinks were delicious. The bartender Anthony was knowledgeable on making drinks and super friendly as well. I highly recommend staying here

How is it they don’t have free breakfast like all the other places I stayed? Disappointing was super hungry so had to wake the wife and check out just to go and get breakfast. And staff wasn’t sure what was around the area to get breakfast. Last time I’ll ever go back

Okay as a motel

Clean and everyone was very kind and helpful. The buffet was ok- the hot food wasn’t really hot, and some fruit had mold on it. I found the bed a bit hard but my husband liked it. Other than that it was a great stay.

While the hotel is a bit dated the property is nice. The service friendly and the amenities good. I would stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and very nice. I wish the continental breakfast was included in our stay. I had to pay additional money for breakfast everyday. For 9.99 there should have been more choices of things to eat.

Good stay, no problems. I was there on business and didn’t really need much but I’d return with family to this hotel if I had a reason to be back in the area.

Everything was great, except for the lack of enthusiasm by the waitress/employee that helped us during the breakfast at the breakfast area of the hotel. Also, the area where you grab the dishes for the breakfast smelled like dirty mop.

It was our first time here and will definitely return to this property if ever in the area again. As soon as you walked into the lobby everything smelled fresh and clean. The rooms were clean and comfy. It really feels high end there. I couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was for what we got. The staff at the desk were very friendly. Thank you!

We stayed for bike week and enjoyed our stay and the location. The staff went above and beyond and had bike parking coned off for us, so there was no struggle to find parking. The visit was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Expedia however didn’t even make my reservation at the hotel. My name wasn’t in the computer, the confirmation number was not in the computer. Had I not had the confirmation number and receipt on my phone showing prepaid room, I would have been without a room. I will never use Expedia again.

We have family in Scottsdale so we come in 1 or 2 times yearly and we always stay here. We had a problem with our original accommodations so they got us into another room right away.

This was just a basic hotel, not bad by any stretch, they charged for breakfast and it was a basic Hilton buffet, not even close to worth 18$. But its just a hotel no prob, understandable. The issue is Hotels.com overcharged, I could have gotten the room for normal hotel rates, I just assumed, I know I know, that it was something a little better. Point is Call the Hotel and ask their price.
