My tv wasn’t working ( or the remote control) it’s the little things when you’re not feeling well. This is no bells and hotel but it’s clean and staff is friendly and courteous.

The room was not clean, the maid service was non existent for 3 days, shameful, no mirror, the shower fell apart, the gal at the front desk was VERY helpful, breakfast for 2 days was fresh the 3rd day horrible, nothing for non coffee drinkers, I would NEVER recommend this property.

A Great 2 night stay! I stayed in a king suite. The room was exceptionally clean and fresh, others had mentioned bad smells and old carpet etc, My room was like new with excellent linen and bedding along with alot of space. I will definantly book this hotel again! Lovated next door to the Talking stick is the biggest plus, as you walk ito the talking stick parking lot you will be greated by golf cart transportation most of the time, allowing access to all the restaurants, etc they offer. The breakfast was sufficiant and well stocked for all. Thank you Hampton owner.

Overall a basic hotel. Plenty of competition so shop around. They charge for parking which was a joke because they was no need. I parked across the street at the Casino.

Dated decor. The tv and remote control in my room did not work, even after the manager changed the cord. The room also had a stale odour. The location met my needs for the work conference I attended, but it wouldn't be somewhere I'd go to stay while on vacation.

Hotel was conveniently located next to Talking stick casino. Decently clean. The staff was extremely friendly - Tammy was so helpful and kind and we would definitely return because of her kindness.

One of the worst hotels I’ve been to. The mattresses were like a rock. They charge to park for no known reason at all. There isn’t anyone that would utilize their parking lot, but a hotel guest. The worst part was that I found a glob of someone else’s hair in the bathroom.

I canceled immediately after I double booked. They would not let me.

Our hotel and rooms were so beautiful and clean. The breakfast offered in the morning was also very tasty and the staff were friendly. The beds and pull out couch were hard as rocks though, which really drug down Our stay. The pull out couch in one of our rooms didn't have proper fitting sheets, and once we called down for extra sheets we were not helped. Aside for these 2 small things, which were not major issues in my opinion, it was a lovely hotel.

No deposit was charged and free parking was great! Only downside was pool looked little dirty but not super bad either.

We were on 1st floor. All good. But, people in room above us were continually stomping for well over an hour late into the night.

I’ve never been charged $16 per night to park in a 1/3 full parking lot. I’ll take our business elsewhere. We’ve traveled through 30 plus States in the last couple of years. Hilton group is the worst. Beware of their undisclosed charges. I’ll stick with the Wyndham group and Best Western Plus.

got hit with an unexpected "Parking Fee", Getting hit with unexpected charges is never a good business practice.. I remember every hotel that has done this and avoid future business with them

I was going to a wedding at the Talking Stick golf course. The hotel there does not accept dogs. Luckily this hotel is right next door and my dog can come with me, and I need him when spending time with my family.

The only thing I would change is to make more coffee, when it's 43 degrees outside we coffee drinkers have 2-3 cups (or more). Thank you and I will defiantly stay here again when I come out to Scottsdale.

The girls were great and was going to clean the bathroom floor due to my daughter getting sick. The girl was told “no” and she came back to inform me, so I asked to speak to this person who stated the girls just don’t make the decisions and if I had emergency I should have informed them. It was during the night and I called the front desk immediately and was told “don’t worry housekeeping can get to it in the morning. So I relayed the message to the manager and was told they had no right to do that without alerting them. All of this confusion took almost an hour making us late for our event . I always stay at Hilton properties wherever I go and this was ridiculous and the scowl on her face showed she was angry and really throwing her weight around and not valuing the customer. Very disrespectful and after arguing with her, being late to the event, because the girls weren’t able to shower and get dressed. We only wanted the floor cleaned up, not anything else. The staff could not have been better, I was there short notice because my brand new GMC Canyon broke down and I'll save my vehicle issues for them, NONE of it is remotely nice! But the staff short noticed my check in and I was able to extend with zero issues while it was being fixed! This place is a 10 stars out of 5!

For the hotel being across the parking lot from the Talking Stick Casino and Resort, I was disappointed that they did not have a shuttle to the Casino. This would have been a nice perk. Ice machine was broken on our floor. Basic hotel but okay for the money.

You can tell it’s outdated. There was a tear / hole in the white curtain and the bathroom needed baseboard finishing - it was exposing wood by the shower which could cause mold. Also, very thin walls, we could hear everything including the freeway traffic late at night. Breakfast was good and the coffee was great.

Property was very nice, staff was amazing, the morning breakfast was good plenty of choices. The room was amazing the only negative thing I would say about the room was the mattress was hard as rock. Update the mattress and I would have given you a 10.

We spend about a third of the year on the road, traveling to new places. This is right in our backyard; we wanted to be able to go to the concert and have a few cocktails without worrying about driving.

Great hotel alternative to the Talking Stick Casino where we had a concert tickets at. Fun night drinks, food and just across from talking stick so no uber needed.

What I didn't like: I was there to sleep only, was gone the rest of the time. I was charged $136.00 by the hotel, extra, and they won't tell me what is was for. They are stealing money from people!!

Room was clean, great breakfast buffet in the morning. The young man at the desk was super nice & helpful when we checked in. I loved the toiletries that were in the bathroom. Full size shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in the shower along with body lotion & hand wash by the sink. There was a small hair dryer for you to use and facial cleansing wipes. Hotel was clean. We attended an event at Talking Stick and walked over rather than drive. Great stay and the price was awesome!

The most important thing for a traveler to know is that this hotel is nowhere near the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheater.

Enjoyed my stay at the Hampton, only thing that was disappointing was no restaurant in the hotel.

The sliced hot dogs with the dry scrambled eggs were a disappointment. I had asked if sausage were served and was told yes. I appreciated everything else, and the free water was a lifesaver!

Not a single issue with anything...Lots of parking for guest.. The perfect place to stay in Scottsdale!

I had a issue with the deadbolt lock and the sink not draining. The maintenance lady came to my room and looked the issues, went down stairs and came back that they were moving me to a suite. The maintenance lady helped me with my stuff to moved to the new room. When I went downstairs I thanked the lady at the front desk for the new room and she said they wanted to make sure the customers were happy. I would recommend this Hampton Inn.

Location was great.

It's set by itself on the east side of 101 more or less surrounded by open space. So it's uncongested, but maybe not as close to "action" as some folks would like. Free EV charges are a 5 minute walk in the adjacent property.

This was our third year staying here while going to spring training games. Did not disappoint us.

Fist morning up… discovered NO HAND TOWELS and one wash cloth. Had to call for some to be delivered. Nice location. property pretty Tired for teh rates i was charged

The room was exceptionally quiet. Note: the hotel will be going through full renovation summer of 2025

Friendly and clean!

You are in walking distance of Talking Stick Resort and a stone throw from Top Golf. Rooms are nice and spacious. Junior suite is the way to go. Staff are always great. Awesome breakfast and well stocked. We always enjoy our stays here.

Bathroom wasn’t clean, towel had black hair on it, sink was slow to drain, room small and needs remodel, breakfast was only so so.

Nice queit place to unwind.

Michelle at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She made the stay so much better with her bright smile and kindness.

Another thing, the wallpaper was coming off very noticeably in the room. Also, the elevator was dirty. The whole time we were there, we seen the same trash and dirty spots until we left. I will say the AC was working great as opposed to other hotels. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with our stay. We will most likely no longer be choosing Hampton for our Scottsdale staycation anymore. 😔😔

It was very good. We got an upgraded room right at checkin so that was great. The breakfast was meh.

Always a great place with excellent staff. Super clean and comfy, as well as convenient.

Had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. We had to be moved twice. Once due to the A/C not cooling the room. Then the following night had a combative neighbor who was partying and would not quiet down and actually knocked on my door threatening me because I asked him to be quiet. The third room had no coffee and no hot water. Miserable experience.

Always quiet, clean and Mischa was awesome!

Other than that, great location with excellent service.

Super friendly and helpful front lobby staff, especially Micha and Eric (General Manager). I'll definitely come back here when I'm in PHX again. Free buffet breakfast too!

Beds were very uncomfortable. We were put in a handicapped room because they said we did not schedule through our Hilton honors and the King rooms were sold out. (No way, there was barely anyone there). We went to work out in the gym the next morning and they had sprayed it with some type of deodorizer, and it put my husband into a coughing fit. So, we were unable to work out. Overall, poor stay for sure. Would NOT recommend this hotel,

The breakfast was not run of the mill. They had everything, full buffet and it was excellent!

Very worn out. Bad smell in the room. Needs serious improvement.
