The room was very clean

Convenient and easy to access.

Clean room, grout dirty in bathroom, air conditioning noisy especially when trying to sleep. Refrigerator froze our food even after turning it down.

Location is good, near many stores and restaurants. The furniture and carpets and hallways are somewhat dated and old, showing their wear.

The rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine and better than most.

I want to mention Adrienne specifically. She was great and super helpful to us during the entire staycation.

The pool was very nice. The breakfast was really good. The elevator only worked 2 out of 4 days .

Desk person was helpful and kind. Resort is run down. The beds are in need of change. The breakfast was disapointing, and the whole place seems out of date. Not in line with my expectation.

They could only find a reservation for 1 room. My friend paid for the 2nd room we needed and I spoke with the front desk to ge sure I would not be charged for 2 rooms. I thought everything was taken care of but I have now been charged for 2 rooms and the hotel cannot seem to find any reservation for me. This has been a nightmare

Central location nice & clean. Nothing. We’re only there for one night.

I love the fact that we were very close to the golf tournament. I also love the fact that the staff were able to provide as a shuttle to a retail store. I’m back to the hotel. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and the complementary breakfast was great as well! We would definitely stay here again. It is so convenient. More shuttle Service to the golf tournament.

A long patio overlooking a peaceful garden space where the birds chirp thoughout the day. The bedroom had a comfortable king bed, fluffy pillows and comforting bed sheets. Large window to view the garden and a TV for an little before bed entertainment. Spacious bathroom with a shower and tub and separate toilet area. Nice amenities. A super plus is a health kitchen cooked breakfast every day and a delicious snack with cheese, crackers, fruits and vegetables and a featured mini dish in the late afternoon. Complimentary fresh water, coffee and tea 24 hours a day. Complimentary shuttle within 5 miles of the hotel to and from pretty much 24 hours a day. Staff are friendly and happy to work at the hotel. The property is adorned with refreshing plants and flowers. Overall this was an amazing hotel to stay out plus if you are a Hilton Honors member you earn rewards.

Staff. The rest was mediocre to disappointing. Given a room on top floor back of hall, disability room, which we did not request. Room was substandard and we were moved the second night. Left a coat in the old room, checked with hotel twice before checking out. 3 weeks later they said they had it and insisted we pay the postage to return it.

We had a great stay Hampton Inn. The Hilton app allows you to check in without seeing anyone and get a digital key which made it so convenient. It was dog friendly, quiet,clean and the most comfortable beds and spacious rooms with nice amenities like the fridge and wet bar and coffee maker and microwave and we had a huge bathroom. It was truly a blessing as we were there on a medical trip to Mayo hospital and it was just what we needed for rest and quiet relaxation. Also the breakfast was wonderful and price very reasonable. We highly recommend it and our dog was very happy to be able to take a little walk around the grounds that were beautiful and well kept. It’s also in a great central location and easy to get to !

Our first room had issues with the lights in the bathroom not working properly and it seemed like the staff were familiar with the problem. We ended up packing up and going to another and learned later on that the drain in the shower has a clog and the water goes done very slowly. Something that housekeeping should have reported.

Room looked like it needed vacuumed when we checked in. Furniture old and scratched up which was fine but not for the cost of the room. I had a quick work trip and was greeted so warmly by the man at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and I was delighted after a long day of travel to get there in time for the afternoon snacks- just what I needed.

Shuttle service and complimentary breakfast were very appreciated. I didn’t have time to eat breakfast and a brown bag breakfast to go was available as I left- so nice. Room was pretty clean, some stains in the toilet bowl but nothing terrible. Bed was clean and very comfortable. Overall very pleased for the price.

Staying at this hotel is mostly for convenience. They don't clean your room most the time unless you ask and when they do they don't replace toilet paper or tissue paper.

Just average. Elevator was down for a short period and we were on the 3rd floor. Tree next to our room kept hitting the building when the wind was blowing. The toilet is just too low for seniors. The beds were very comfortable and had nice blankets. The breakfast was great and the snacks available until 5 was nice.

Rooms and everything is from The 90ies and never updated. Probably older. Disgusting carpets and very used sheets and blankets. I get it, inflation is big - but I expected a little better for $300 on a Monday night in April.

Unfortunately, I was unable to take a shower due to the fact that the faucet must have been loose, and the weight of the handle would turn it to scorching HOT. Plus, the fact that the shower gel pump container was completely empty. So, no shower for me. I guess I'll take one after I drive 6 hours home. Since I've stayed at the hotel right next to this one, which is less expensive, with the same amenities, I'll not be staying here again.

My wife had an emergency gall bladder operation 1day prior to our trip to Hampton Inn and check in following day. However, Hampton Inn did not make special consider forgiving penalty for late cancellation charge. Very insensitive.

Everyone at the hotel from front office, housekeeping, b’fast was exuding kindness which is so important these days. They all made you feel you were in a kind, accommodating hotel. Jason and Adrianne bent over backwards for me. I asked for a quiet area, I never heard a sound anywhere. The room probably needed a run through before I arrived as I don’t think anyone had stayed in the room for awhile. Needed a bit of dusting, tissues, little things. Bed was comfy, a/c worked fine. B’fast was delicious. Just the right amount of choices. There was a smell in the hall as you come in the outside door on the east side. Ice machine did not work on the second floor on the east side. But was fixed the next day. I loved staying at the Hampton Suites on Bell Road in S’dale. Loved the location, it was close to everything I needed to do. I will surely stay there next time I am in Phoenix. Pls give my thanx to Jason and Adrianna, they were the best.

The management was so nice and kind! The location Is easy to find and close to downtown. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped we soap, shampoo, Kleenex, etc. we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

I stayed in cheaper places where they had plenty of shampoo samples and toothpaste toothbrushes. not here. But just when you were to go to bed and you needed them, you could go all the way from the third floor, the last room of the property, down to the lobby and get it. Got it?

The room we had was so dark we couldn't even see if it was clean. It seemed really old. The hallway has an unpleasant odor.

Wow! Best stay ever. From the quick check in to the super clean room with cozy towels and comfy bed I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have the perfect stay. The breakfast was super yummy with plenty of fresh choices and the 24hr coffee yes please. 10/10

Quick check-in, Wil was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfasts - lots of food and good options. The gym space was bigger than I expected and pretty well equipped.

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn for many years and it is beginning to be a little rundown but still a nice place to stay and very convenient. Normally I go across the parking lot to a restaurant called Coconuts that has now disappeared unfortunately. I did enjoy my stay and stayed in one of the suites which is quite a bit larger than the normal rooms and enjoyed that.

The breakfast was awful. You need to make some changes. The sausage was like shoe leather and only omelets every morning, no scrambled eggs, etc. We ate breakfast elsewhere. Everything else was excellent! Too bad about breakfast.

This booking was handled with great care. Iade a big mistake in making the reservation and both the Hotels.com assistant and the Hotel manager made the corrections necessary for this stay to happen on this day. My father and I came to Phoenix to pickup a electric scooter to help him move around. This was our overnight stay location. Everything was great.

Tub did not drain well

It is quiet and nicely maintained. We had no issues with our stay.

Perfect location for all things Scottsdale. Free breakfast is a great perk. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are modern. Staff is friendly. Carpet in hallways are getting a tad worn. Nice lobby, although I noticed the fan and suspended ceiling above the front desk has some black build up. The weekend price tag of nearly $300 after taxes and fees is a bit high. People traveling on a budget may consider the sleep inn next door for a similar stay with less frills and a lower price point.

Shirley at check in is rude, cuts people off in mid sentence. Condescending. Felt sorry for the person she was (not-training). Shirley didn’t notify us when our room was ready after waiting 1 hour in the reception area staring at her. We had to go up and inquire if it was ready. We had checked in at 3 room wasn’t ready, came back at 4:30 room still wasn’t ready that is when we sat for an hour in reception area observing the front desk and Shirley’s interaction with guests. I’m surprised she is with guest relations, we were NOT impressed.

Nice place to stay.

It was not so good. Was there for four days, no room service or fresh towels. Came in at night, no hot water for tea, or cookies. Parking lot is too small, had to park far away.

Beds were not really comfortable or the pillows- could feel the springs in the mattress. Was clean but outdated on carpeting in hallways that were worn.

Breakfast was sub par. Far too many disposables. Very sad. The hotel was well maintained.

We encountered a mouse in our room and quickly asked for another room. The staff was very quick in responding and getting us a room but I feel we should have been given a discount or something, which we did not receive.

Clean and convenient, just the way we like it!!

The service at the property was very good. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room.
