Breakfast was delicious. Waffle,eggs, oatmeal, bacon, sausage,toast, fruit, coffee etc... room clean,nice safe parking,stall friendly.walmartn9 miles away,panda Express 1/2 mile away, restaurants no more than 10 minutes away. Scottsdale is so beautiful.love the Psalm trees.

Yes the breakfast was great. The parking was outside the building, not bad so far. Staff were friendly however their machine was broken dying check out so I was not given any paper release copy but was advised to check on my email. But would have wanted a paper copy.

Room was clean and roomy. The staff was attentive and helpful.breakfast was ok. You shouldn’t have to pay for parking.

I will say the room I stayed in was nice and roomy, we planned on just dropping our suitcases off early and going to the town but they had a room open and it was only 11am instead of 4pm check in time. 10/10 on their behalf for that, but the 3 nights we stayed there we were out of the hotel by 8am and came back late night to the same room we left. granted we had little amounts of trash and I don’t care for a bed to be made every night, but the lack of fresh towels and toilet paper is a big issue. breakfast wasn’t anything special, really the typical eggs, fruits, waffles, and soggy bacon. now this wasn’t the cheapest place but certainly not the most expensive either, just a decent bed to sleep in…

They had never done this before but now they charge me $10 a night extra just to park in their parking lot which is big and nobody else parks there because they’re not in a area. Most people are going to just park and wander from. Booking.com should work at a deal that that is built into the payment of your stay ask how many cars are staying and put that into the original purchase price of the time you’re going to be there. To suddenly be nickel and dime the once the moment you get into their property is unacceptable. This isn’t Vegas. It’s Scottsdale Arizona.

They have just remodeled, so the facilities were incredible, new, clean, and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. We used the workout room and it was so nice. I will stay here again for sure.

The complimentary breakfast was mediocre. And coffee was not available after breakfast hours. There was an undisclosed parking fee of $10 per day that showed up on our bill. We were never told us of the parking nor were we ever asked if we even had a car.

Had a pleasant stay at The Fairfield Inn in Scottsdale. Good location with easy access to Oldetown and Scottsdale Stadium for baseball spring training. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The gym was good for working out. The morning breakfast was good. I would stay here again on any future trips to the area.

Upon checkout, the $50.00 hold placed on my card for incidentals was not refunded but was actually charged. When I called and spoke to Bryce the manager he could not explain why it happed. He said he would have it refunded immediately . When the refund came through it was only for $36.00 and it took an additional 7 days to be put to my account . In all my time staying at Marriotts this has never happened to me. Puts a very bad feeling in my mouth to trust other Marriotts with my money.

This is an excellent variant of this kind of hotel. It’s run by very nice humans who are good at their jobs.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Bonvoy. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff were very nice, and the breakfast was excellent. The price by far beats other comparable hotels like Home 2 Suites in the Scottsdale area, with excellent access to the main highways. Lovely stay overall!

The location was fantastic. It was an easy walk downtown. The check in was smooth. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a very enjoyable post New Year’s weekend. I would stay here again.

Parking lot was large and mostly empty but they charge you $10/night to park. Breakfast materials were not always out on time. One day apples were very wilted and inedible In downtown Scottsdale located among other hotels and businesses, but not near restaurants or attractions, Ned to drive to them.

The staff was amazing and the motel was very clean. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone and stay there again. The indoor pool is amazing and was so refreshing.

This hotel is old and the room felt dirty. The worst part was the breakfast, it’s very basic. We were there for New Year’s Eve, we came down to get food at 9 and everything was dirty. There was literally no food left, not even coffee! We thought since it was the1st they would have breakfast later. Today we came down at 8, but sadly there wasn’t much either. I am gluten intolerant and they said that they didn’t have options for me, not even yogurt. Her answer was: the food truck doesn’t get here until late tonight and walked off. Not the friendliest staff. I will not be staying in this chain again.

Excellent location and felt very safe. $10 per night for parking meant that there was plenty of spaces available. I did not have the breakfast, but it smelled good every morning. I liked that the windows opened up for fresh air. The water pressure in the shower was not good, but I would stay here again. Shower water pressure was extremely low.

Ceiling falling apart in the shower. Tape coming apart and about to fall off the ceiling. Smelled of bad body odor. Pool is indoor but not heated, pool was very cold.

Location Shower in the room was not draining properly so I could not bath if I stayed there due to they did not have the appropriate staff at hand to fix the problem in a timely manner

Overall great experience, easy parking, clean and spacious room, spacious shower area, decent breakfast. Although I was surprised to be told to pay $10 per night for the parking during checkin, almost all my previous bookings from hotels.com offer free parking, so lesson learned is next time i need to filter out non free parking hotels.

Overall it was a nice stay. When we first check in our room wasn’t cleaned. But the front desk gladly helped us with a different room. No fuss or nothing. The service was great. Friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel stay for work, looks of places near buy to get snacks, food etc… the check in staff was great. I realized the next morning I left my deodorant at home and was able to buy some in the hotel. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Really nice clean room.

The staff was also kind of rude. What a shame. I’m a Marriott Gold Elite and repeat user of hotels.com There are better properties in the area for a better price with better staff!!

Property is newly renovated but still having some teething issues. Door to room was extremely difficult to open. Informed front desk who showed no interest and did not apologize. Bathroom was very small and inward opening door was a disaster.

Room cIean, older hotel. No notifiation of hotel name change before our arrival so confused upon arrival. Staff helpful and for the most part, friendly. Convienent location.

I liked the location to Old Town. The manager was great at helping to fix an issue. The property is nice and clean. My only cons are that the bed is very firm, the water pressure is weak, breakfast was not good. I would still stay here again despite these issues because of the price and cleanliness.
