Hotel is of good quality. Location for us was good which was near the Talking Stick Casino, Northern Arizona (where we traveled one day) and Scottsdale. The cafeteria staff was very friendly and food was good however it does cost per meal. Traveling with another couple, booked a King room three months prior and PREPAID in advance. Upon arrival we were put into a double Queen room. Both of us spoke with the front desk gal who stated that the room assignments were "rearranged" that morning by the manager. We stated that we prepaid which should have reserved our room. Hotel staff stated that we were moved because we were Booking.com customers and their priority was to take care of their Marriott customers first. There were no other King rooms available during our stay. This is APPALLING. Is this what we are to expect as Booking.com customers in the future? Simply bumped from our rooms because we booked through a third party site? Spoke to the hotel manager the next morning, stated that he would give us a $40 food credit and 20K in a Marriott account (which I do not use) but could not refund us the difference of hotel rooms since we booked through Booking.com. As a Level 3 Booking.com member, I called the 24 hr assistance who spoke with the same manager. Booking.com representative stated nothing they could do because the hotel gave us $40 food credit. I exclusively book through Booking.com and this did not sit well with us. So basically to get our compensation on my next vacation, I now have to book through Marriott.com instead of Booking.com.

Location is close to airport and there is a Walmart right across from main intersection. We will definitely be coming back again.

Front desk was very friendly. The café was awesome and the personnel was very friendly. I think her name was Beth. I seen everything was great. She even gave me an upper floor whenever I requested it.

Spotlessly clean, spacious room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom and shower. Nice view from the room towards camelback mountain. Great pool that we didn't use as planned. Just not our personal taste but some will love it.

The hotel is ultra clean and staff is very friendly, but the absolute show-stealer is the cafe’. The food served at their little cafe is absolutely fantastic. Creative, perfectly prepared, and higher quality than many dining establishments that you would pay much more for. Seriously! Their food is incredible. Well done!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Scottsdale

This place was very clean quiet and beds extremely comfortable. They had extra pillow and blanket in closet. Shower was big roomy and water took a few minutes to get hot but was all good.everything smelled clean and fresh, a smaller room than some but I will take that happily for a clean fresh room, Starbucks was awesome happy people working there.front desk checked us in fast and gave us an upper floor with no problems. Highly recommend them.

This hotel was perfect for a long weekend girls’ trip. We were so close to so many great restaurants and shopping. Lisa at the Cantina was fantastic and so was Ashley!

Everything here was great! Staff was polite and attentive. This location is not super fun. There isn’t much to do in the immediate area meaning on foot. If you have a rental car it’s not an issue. Next point is that it’s $8 a day to park. I was surprised by that. It doesn’t appear there is a shortage of parking available. To me that’s ridiculous and doesn’t make me feel like a welcomed guest. Everything else was great!

Don’t let the Bistro’s look fool you. It looks small and simple, but it is full service, the food is delicious, 24 hour options, great service! The property is very nice and the staff was so helpful and accommodating.

Marriott is usually good and high quality. Unfortunately, I found the exception. This room had too many flaws. The bathroom door didn't close. Not the lock, but the door itself would click shut. The bed faced contrary to the view of the TV. Very awkward.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of this property. The staff was extremely helpful and caring for our needs. The pool area did need some attention but that didn’t stop us from lounging !

We really liked the spacious room. Didn't like that we had very limited television programs.

Not bad for the price but you pay for what you get. The outdoor pool was filled with flowers from trees, my sheets were dirty and TV didn't work for 2/4 nights. Customer service was efficient though and I was able to change rooms without a problem. Would not stay here again. Walls are thin. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere nicer.

Smells good. Bed was okay, but they offer a pad or hard board. I didn’t use either pillows not the best. Brought my own. No body wash- 2 shampoos in shower. Hotel bar at night is kinda slow service, but breakfast and coffee at the bar was nice. Clean room. Ac works well but wasn’t on when I got to my room it was 90 degrees

Nice clean property except the major construction at the time of our visit. We had to off-road our way into the parking lot. Front office staff can use more proper hospitality training.

Alexia is who helped get me checked in and she was absolutely amazing!!! This was my first time visiting the area and she was extremely helpful in letting me know what was available in the area for what I was looking for. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I will definitely be looking forward to staying here again every time I come to Arizona.

Everything was great except the fact that there is no complimentary water provided. The bottles in the room were $8 each which i thought was excessive.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating especially the happy server who brought our food out each time and Ashley who made me a great cappuccino which is unexpected in a hotel. There was so much space for work meetings and I saw a large conference room available. Comfortable bed, good size room with a couch and decent desk. We will be back.

We were on the 4th floor and sounded like the chiller for the building was right above us. Droning noise all night long. Noisy AC in the room as well. Bed was not great. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable otherwise.

I have stayed at this property a dozen times for my personal and work leisure. I originally booked 1 King bed with a pull-out sofa with my reservations. We checked in at 3:50 on 6/3. I asked the person helping us (Marissa, I believe) if I could have a room (no upgrade) available as per my notes on the 4th floor as I will be working from the hotel and do not wish to have noisy neighbors above me if possible. Before I could finish my sentence, she stated that "all of her 4th floor rooms were not cleaned yet." 3:50 pm on a Monday, and housekeeping still needs to clean an entire floor? Right. I let that slide. I then asked if I could have a room on the east side of the building on the third floor. Little did I know that our room was NOT on the east side of the building and had two full-size beds instead of the whole king, as per my initial reservations. That was fractional compared to the interaction I had with the woman that checked us in. The entire process felt like an interrogation. I was asked where I worked. What was I in town for? What company I work for? If anyone else was with me. Look, I know human behavior very well. This woman was NOT making small talk with me. She was interrogating me in front of my wife, and I will keep my opinions to myself about what I REALLY feel like she was doing. All in all, this entire experience and stay was weird and made us feel very uncomfortable. I will not stay here again on my or my company's dime.

I had to move my family last minute due to other hotel being terrible. This hotel was awesome!

Stayed 3 nights for work trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is either newer or recently remodeled. There are options to adjust bed firmness/softness upon request. One review talked about TV location being bad because of wardrobe blocking view of it. I didn’t have any issue as the TV was on a stand that could be pulled out and rotated, so you can position TV to be seen anywhere in the room. I enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was in need of maintenance, so it wasn't available, but given it was 100+ degrees everyday I was there, I didn’t miss it. Great patio and courtyard between this hotel and it's sister hotel (Residence Inn). It's in a good location, many restaurants and a Walmart nearby and easy to get to anything else as it's just off the 101 loop.

The staff is super courteous and amazing. I had a terrific trip anything that I needed they were very attentive and handled it right away. The pool was clean. The rooms were clean. The facilities were working and in order.

I like all the employees that we came into contact with front desk all were very exceptional. Joey at the bistro and bar in evenings was exceptional and very friendly made excellent drinks and gave us good information where to go visit.

We loved our stay at this Courtyard Marriott. It was close to great restaurants and indoor skydiving, and had ample parking. The rooms were very luxurious. The hotel restaurant had delicious food. We also enjoyed going into the hot tub during a light sprinkle of rain. It was beautiful. We had a great experience during our stay, thank you!
