The pluses: inexpensive if you're planning a basic 8-24 hour stay. Anything longer I would splurge on someplace cleaner and more comfortable.

this has to be the worst place ever to stay. it was so fility and disgusting. told the front desk agent and all he did was smile.

Bad area, suspicious people in the parking lot late at night loitering. Bad odors about the rooms and hallways. Grafiti on some of the walls. Did not feel safe. Staff all gathered in one area with manager lording over them. Same person working though the night working during the day. Breakfast a joke bare minimum, bagels, bread, apples, 2 cereal choices. There was garbage furniture visible in the back. Not up to standards of Windham. Like traveling to a 3rd world country. Never again, photos on Expedia were fraudulent.

We arrived around 10 p.m. after a long day of traveling. When I asked about the hotel's laundry facilities, I was informed that they were out of order. The front desk employee did mention that there was a laundromat two minutes away, but it had closed at 8 p.m., making it unavailable by the time we arrived. Since the hotel advertises laundry facilities, it would have been helpful to know beforehand that they were not operational. The room itself was in poor condition. There were dark stains throughout the carpet, strange tar-like marks on the walls, and large spider webs hanging above the beds. The room was also incredibly small, with barely any space between the two beds, both of which were pushed directly against the walls. Had it not been so late and had we not already paid, we would have found another hotel. After a full day of driving, we were simply too exhausted to leave and continue searching for accommodations. The only positive was that the staff member at check-in was polite. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the unavailable amenities made this one of the least enjoyable hotel stays we've experienced. I would not choose to stay here again.

We were stranded with nowhere else to go so they forced us to pay again and pay triple what we had booked it for. Booking.com assured me they would refund the difference in “travel credits” but have ignored all of my emails and responses. Will never stay here again nor will I ever use Booking.com again.

The outside of the property makes you think that the rooms are nice but they are very small. The double beds were hard and looked just a little bigger than a single. Everything in the room was poor in quality. The tiny tv didn't work and there were very few small pillows. We didn't stay. The only thing that was positive was the front desk didn't give us a hard time about leaving.

Was able to check in late

The shower did not work. The main faucet ran water but there was no way to turn the shower head on. No tab to pull or anything. It was just a running tub. Not even a way to close the drain to bathe instead of shower if that’s the case. I had to sit in the tub with dirty water and uncomfortably put my head under the faucet to wash my hair. Not to mention how difficult it was to wash my body with just the faucet. I was in a rush so I had no time to even go to the desk and ask for a new room. Unacceptable.

I want to start out saying that the Front Desk team was very nice. However the rooms we stayed in were extremely dated. Linens were not clean and we had to ask them to be changed, which they did. Also, the stairwell entrance leading upstairs was extremely dirty. The carpet looked like it been there a long time. The outside of the hotel looked updated and clean. But the inside did not match. Again very nice Front desk. But management needs to do better with their room quality.

The room was so old and the original lock had been busted in. We wanted to take a bath but the bath plug was MIA and did not work in that room, so they switched us to a different room. The new room I found many big toe nail clippings on the ground, gum stuck on the ground, and other random dirty things. Considering the poor state of the room, I was expecting the breakfast to be worse than it actually was. I was disappointed that the water machine did not produce hot water. We were allowed a late check out, which was fine. The bathtub in the new room looked a bit gross so we only showered. Overall, the dirty state, especially the fact that the floor had not been vacuumed in God knows how long made me disappointed because my infant was crawling on the floor a lot until I noticed all the gross things, so then from that point I kept her on the bed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was nice though, one small plus on this strange way to ring in the new year.

I sent a note to the hotel stating we have a dog with my king room request. We were late to check in and very disappointed to learn that the only dog friendly rooms were those with two double beds. I wish the property had let us know beforehand. It was a tiny little hobbit hole but clean except for the carpets.

Do NOT stay here unless you want to see “interesting”females loitering or already checked in. Our room 107 was tidy but NOT cleanliness and certainly NOT maintained. The entire hallway stunk of marijuana and cigarettes; although we requested a no -smoking room. The toilet was very slow flushing and would not flush more than two pieces of toilet paper. We ended up using the garbage for toilet paper since we only stayed 6 hours before hitting the road again; simply too tired to complain. Hoping to grab breakfast before our start was our saving grace… well, there was very little at 7am to eat. The breakfast provided was like an abandoned convenience store in a thriller movie; dry cereal, a few bagels and old bananas. The 4 eggo’s available were defrosted and obviously there for the two kids that seemed to be residing at the hotel with their mother and grandparents; since the school bus picked them up from there. The breakfast room was fully occupied by that family. As we were loading our car, the kids were picking boxes out the garbage but seemed happy. Upon check-out, I advised the manager/owner that our room was not acceptable; I was not able to sleep for the asthma attack from the smell of smoke. He said “oh sorry” politely but truly didn’t seem to care. I’ll never stay here again and warn others.

Check in was smooth. Clerk was pleasant. Sheets were clean but there were cigarette burns in the bedspread. TV did not work. Everything else was extremely worn out. Hallway carpeting was filthy.

If you have a pet going for surgery in Pattersonville, this motel is a convenient, pet-friendly place to stay. Request first floor if your pet is going for TPLO surgery. The Staff is great, the place is clean, our room was comfortable with fridge and microwave. Very reasonably priced, especially with AAA discount.

Room was not clean blanket had cigarette holes in it window had no screen and the faucet in the bathroom had aluminum foil on it because it was busted the shower water did not get hot . Ordered a queen size bed got a full very uncomfortable for me and my husband as he is 6ft 2 inches tall we had no room in the bed to move around and the pillows were not pillows they were throw pillows . Police presence around 1 am to about 2 am . And I ended up with some type of bite on my arm and hand. The worst experience ever.. would not recommend to anyone.

Our room was definitely not cleaned before we arrived. There were spider webs in the corners. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed or shampooed in months. The walls had splatters and smudges all over. The shower head had mineral buildup. The water pressure was awful. The sink kept filling up whenever we used it. There was old rice and other food crumbs in the drawers that we should’ve been keeping our clothes in. We killed four roaches in the two nights we stayed. The halls were filthy and stunk of weed. Overall, just a terrible experience. Will not be staying again.

Would not recommend. The facilities were very dirty and in poor condition. The carpets were stained and had bad odors. Even though my room was non-smoking, there was a smoke odor throughout the floor. The room was dusty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Very noisy hallways. You can hear people coming and going down the hallways inside your room. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows were awful. No elevator. Black mold in the bathroom.

When you first walk in it smells like rotten fish. Go upstairs to your room on the way it reeks of cigarettes and weed. The rooms alone doesn't smell the best. bathroom counter was falling off the wall. The latch on the door for the safety latch was broken and barley sitting there overall pretty rough state.

Fix the water barely any pressure and no hot water at sometimes clean the ac so the rooms dont stink as much clean rooms better

It’s okay if the furniture is old but seeing stains on the floor and mold in bathtub curtain is not acceptable.

Filthy stairway. No elevator. Vanity falling loose from wall at severe angle. Bathroom exhaust fan inoperable. Round 14 1/2” tall toilet. Loose towel rack and shower curtain brackets. Rusty TP holder. NO CABLE or STREAMING TV. Worn out furniture. The smell of pot filled 2nd floor hallway. If you want an inexpensive night, they have it.

I would not recommend this property for anyone. It was very musty, dirty full of cobwebs.

A dirty mess!

The place was very dirty everywhere from the main office at check in to our room. There were stains all over the bread spread and floor. There were hairs all over the bathroom sink and floor. There was dust and grime on the counter tops. We were in a non smoking room but could smell smoke all throughout the hotel and in our hallway they seeped into our room. I have a disabled child and this was very disturbing for him.

The room was very rundown and unclean. We knew we were in trouble when the stairways and hall carpet was stained and dirty.

This place is filthy. I wouldn’t dare even shower in this place with shoes on. The carpets are filthy in the rooms. Wallpaper peeling. Dirty all around. Smells of smoke. Rooms close and you can hear everything. The “breakfast” is frozen bagels, toast, cereal, and bananas. Musty!! Stains on the top blanket.

if this is what Expedia has in there portfolio of hotels then it's a bad reflection on all of your accomedations you need to send out inspectors to see the what your selling from now on I'll book direct

2 night stay, in conjunction with concerts at SPAC, were uneventful. Definitely would consider staying here, at some other opportunity.

Checked into the room, and it smelled like sewer. The toilet was full of poop and it would not flush. Changed rooms and that room had ants in the bathroom. There was a mouse in the eating area as I was checking in.

This property was extremely dirty. My room was filthy, from the walls to the carpet, the tub and the countertops. Checked out early. The worst place I have ever been.

We didn't get off to a good start because my clerk said my room number aloud while two strangers were behind me while I was a woman traveling alone. Not cool. Once in the room, everything is dingy and shabby. Two walls in my room had several empty self-adhesive hooks from a few different makers -- not in a neat line or anything that looked functional, but just haphazardly thrown up there. I had no hangers. (I needed two.) The minifridge was on a shelf above the closet and inaccessible to anyone under 6 feet tall (shown) The bed pillows were small square inserts like for throw pillows, but in normal bed-sized pillow cases. None of them had enough heft to sleep on, so I spent hours tossing and turning, trying to get them to stay stacked high enough to lift my head an iota above the mattress, resulting in a terrible night's sleep. I could understand why this place sucked if it was half the price. It is not worth what you pay.

Not much of a breakfast and they wouldn't even allow us to bring a coffee to our room. None of the doors seem to close correctly, there is no feeling of being safe with warped ill fitting doors.

1. Breakfast was minimal and ended at 9 am 2.Our toilet didn't flush easily. I would stay here again. I especially liked a water dispenser in the lobby.

We walked into our room after midnight check-in to find that the power had been shut off in our room. Meaning that after 90 degree temperatures all day, the room had no air conditioning whatsoever. A call to the front desk provided no recourse, as the attendant who had literally just checked us in said that he had no information on as to why the air conditioning had been shut off in an un-occupied room. Clearly this was a cost saving measure, having seen the rest of the facility. We also requested an additional pillow. Even just one. Considering that we were two (2) guests sharing a Queen-sized bed, which was equipped with three (3) Twin-sized pillows. The attendant informed me that they could not provide any additional pillows, because; (a) the hotel was completely booked, with no vacancies, which apparently means that every possible pillow is in-use, and (b) guests tend to steal pillows from this hotel. With their kind of guests, we are certainly not surprised. The bathroom was equipped with: an over-head heat lamp, three (3) out of four (4) vanity lights in-tact, a sink that was clearly sat on at one point and breaking off of the wall from the weight, just enough bath towels for one (1) guest, and enough strange hairs to make a paintbrush. To top it all off, there were always these small flies or fleas or gnats that would come up out of the sink.

The room we were given upon checking in had burn holes in the blanket. When we informed the front desk, they reassigned us to a room across the hall. The carpet was FILTHY, the room had a musky smell, & there were wasp-like bugs crawling on the carpet. We checked out and asked for a refund. Would not recommend at all.

The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because the desk clerk was very nice and accommodated us with a room change last minute. Otherwise the place is dumpy. It was clean, but the cleaning staff looked like they wanted to be anywhere else but there. There was food left in the fridge from the last people there. Pillows and bedding were lackluster. I had to go to Walmart to buy pillows if I wanted to sleep. Their free “breakfast “ is a joke. Only stay here if you need a somewhat clean place to stay for the night in between trips like we did.

Overall it was a 2 night stay and it was good. Rugs were very old and sticky. Rooms are pet friendly so they smell very strong like Pet Cleaners. Beds were clean and the bathroom too. could use a bit of TLC and it would be perfect.

I want my money back. Stinky, dirty sheets, blankets smell. Water on the floor. Hair on the bed. Lipstick on the pillow. Stain on the sheets. I had my family with me. My daughter and husband was so unhappy….i had a funnel to attend for my brother. Please clean up - no one needs to be miserable.

If all you want is cheap than it’s fine. Room was dirty cob webs and stains all over walls, floors were dirty. Nothing has been updated since the 80’s is my best guess.

We Understand from the management that this place was recently converted from immigrant housing. The new management over the past four months is making effort, but still has a lot of deep cleaning and upgrade challenges. The bed was comfortable.

Despite reserving a non-smoking room, you could still smell smoke in the hallway. It didn’t appear that rooms were separated by wings or maybe it all carried through the HVAC.

There were drugs scattered around the room. Dirty w tips mold etc.

Room didn't have a clean appearance. Carpet was heavily stained in multiple places. Hair in the shower/tub. No chair in the room or desk chair. Sink drain was slow. I'll never go back. Room 241.

Ckeckin was fine but the no smoking room has a definate tobacco smoke smell plus there is loud music coming from some where. The room could also use updating. Another trip I would stay elsewhere.

Property is def kind of grody; breakfast practically non-existant (almost only thing there at 8:30 was white bread for toast, and another guest said the bread is sometimes moldy); room smelled a bit musty; lampshade broken; refrigerator up on top of closet area on a shelf that was broken, so kept tilting (but it did work!). Would not stay here again unless we really had to.

Upon arrival, a homeless couple and their cart were resting on the grounds at the property. A sad situation that makes for an odd first impression. Room and bathroom were dirty and poorly maintained. Bed sheets were stained. Breakfast included consisted or Fruit Loops and Cornflakes. Trouble sleeping on the second night due to loud voices and noises in the hallway. We were not expecting luxury and don’t complain often, but this was well below our expectations and we will not return. The one positive comment is that the beds were comfortable.

The first night we stayed, it was supposed to be a queen and we were given a double. The beds were not full length, I'm 5'3" and my feet hug off the bed. The stand between the beds was covered in crumbs and grease stains. In the morning I banged by let on the metal bed from because it was sticking out 4" (covered by the bed skirt). Last night's stay we got our queen, but the pillows felt like sleeping on a bag of rags and there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom - and the floor was dirty.

We had wanted a king-size bed, but that was an option only on the upper floors. There isn't any elevator. My partner's mobility difficulties meant we had to take a first-floor room. All that was available was a very small room with two double-size beds that were crammed tight against the walls with one side table in between. There was microwave oven and a refrigerator in the room, but the fridge was stored on the upper shelf of the closet. We had to unplug the microwave and put it on the floor, then pull down the fridge and plug it in. The sink in the bathroom was ancient with cracks in it and the drain was rusty. Water pressure in the sink was rather tepid, though somewhat better in the shower. To their credit, though, the owners kept the place clean.

Wallpaper from who knows when is peeling off the walls. Pills on the floor that didn't belong to us and other things. The fridge was way up on a shelf - hard to reach. Breakfast choices weren't the best. Lightbulbs that weren't working and needed to be replaced. Pretty disgusting place. Can't believe I spent my hard-earned money to stay here. I'd love a refund.

Breakfast toaster had duct tape preventing use so no one would eat only two elements worked. Corn flakes and coffee. I travel a lot and this was the worst!!!

There was blood in our first bed. The person was very rude when we got there.

Mold growing in the bathroom. I felt like the bathroom wasn’t cleaned as there was hair everywhere (see pictures). The towels had a faint curry/spice smell, and the hotel was musty and old. Their page shows and says they have laundry machines, but every single one didn’t work. I tried to cancel my reservation but bc I had paid in full they couldn’t do anything. The price was cheap, but now I know why.

The pool was not is yes and that’s not clear from photos or details when booking . Was initially double charged on my credit card . Fridge froze everything. Shower and tap water shot out horizontally. Bed has metal clang when you laid on them . Most people took one look at breakfast food and went next door to McDonald’s.

Family and friendly oriented. Highly recommend this hotel!
