We had to go to the gas stations just for better breakfast.

The room was clean. The only drawback was there was in an elevator, and my husband has mobility issues and we didn’t realize to ask so there was stairs to the second floor and it limit him from even leaving the room and coming

This location was in a good location with a convenient parking lot and multiple access points with card access. The pool area was clean with towel and bathroom and the laundry room/ gym area is clean and organized. Front desk staff were always available and very friendly! The breakfast was well served and plenty available for guests! As for the bedroom I was given; The room was very clean and bathroom was spotless. This was by far one of the most best for your budget deals with lots of nearby areas for food, gas station.

Decent hotel for the price. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. Would be open to staying here again during my next road trip.

There's is free on site parking, free breakfast and I love that it was close to everything we had planned. The room was clean but the bathroom door couldn't close and front door you have to give it a push to close it, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly

I actually enjoyed staying here with my kids it was super comfortable and clean and the breakfast was ok my kids enjoyed going in the pool, no complaints.

The room was quite spacious and a perfect size for two people. However, the customer service was a bit of a letdown. We were in town for a wedding and found that the ironing board in our room was broken; despite calling and requesting a replacement, no one ever followed up. I also noticed that the staff seemed frequently distracted by their cellphones. Even when returning late at night, the front desk attendant didn't acknowledge us, which felt a bit off from a safety perspective. While the location is convenient enough that we’d consider staying again, the service definitely has room for improvement.

The hotel room door did not close properly, asked to switch room told no room available. There was screaming fight as well as people gathering and drinking in the hallways at all hours of the night starting from 11-3 am. This place is disquisting and should not be allowed to be in service

I love this hidden gem! We stay here each year for a weekend long swim meet. We were a little disappointed this time. This hotel has always been quiet. On our first night we had banging and yelling from 2 different rooms. We did complain at the front desk at 2am. It still continued. Everything else was fantastic as usual. I just wish that hotels (in general) would adhere to their noise policies.

The room was awful - there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom, there was no drain stopper in the sink and mold around the fixture in the shower, the desk had broken wood legs that they used one screw to screw back together. The drawers on the dresser would even close all the way. Tv cable kept getting fuzzy and losing connection. Food was horrible. I had to throw away my food any eat a banana instead. I’ll never stay at a Quality Inn again unfortunately. I’m not hard to please promise. This was just bad. Really disappointed. I have photos to share as will if needed.

Very comfortable bed but no elevator. As an elderly guest, the shower was not safe and shampoo dispensers very hard to use. I could not get my bags up the stairs at all, but finally found someone to help. Breakfast was basic and the room sparse. Older motel, not updated and with a strong “motel” smell. Parking for handicapped close to the door but stairs were difficult. Not much for the price.

Parking was great and overall the hotel for the price was clean. A/C and heat both worked, shower was a bit iffy with the shower head going in and out of the wall. But we were here to visit family so we didn't spend a ton of time in the room. The double rooms are actually quite small for an older hotel.

This hotel is on the older side, (38 years old), but it has most of the amenities one wants in a budget hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. In our room there was a microwave, and mini fridge with a freezer. Be sure to bring your USB C adapter for your devices because there aren’t any USB ports, just regular outlets. The entryway and bathroom have sensor lights which I found helpful. There is an Italian restaurant next to the hotel, but it’s closed on Sunday and Monday so plan accordingly. The warm breakfast is good. They serve scrambled eggs, home fries and bacon. As well as cereal, breads, yogurt and make your own waffles. The tv had plenty of channels to choose from. I recommend staying here if you need a quick place to sleep and relax.

The property needs a remodel old furniture in the rooms, newer tubs and shower but not finished . No plugs for the bath tub drain. The pool was pretty dirty at the bottom , but I would say it’s ok to stay but I would not recommend

One night stay, just passing through. Hotel is an odd mix of new and old. Some tired carpet, broken woodwork, and new shower tub surrounds. Would not stay again.

Upon waking up on the morning of our third day we noticed a bedbug and looked under the sheets and there were swarms of bedbugs.Upon checkout I told the staff and she said they had waited 4 hours after treatment.She refused to give me district managers #.At home we both had to pay exterminator for each of our houses

Only downside is the pillows are quite small but that is a personal preference. It’s clean. Convenient. Breakfast is okay. Not four star but not the worst. Overall positive experience. This is our second stay here as a halfway point to college.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly, and housekeepers would accommodate service requests. The Italian restaurant next door was fine, and the Chinese food across the street was great. Two excellent dining options. Chinese was a take-out option, although there were two tables inside if you preferred to dine in. Stewart's a 7-11 style store is walking distance, along with a 24-hour laundromat if needed. Highway 890 to 90 or 87 is 4 minutes from hotel

This I came to see family. The hotel is conveniently located near the thruway, near shopping and plenty of places to eat.

Broken chairs almost fall off

The building itself had a strong scent. It didn't smell bad, but it was too strong and made my nose numb. It almost felt like you could taste the smell in your mouth. The worst part was the room. It smelled moldy and humid. When you lowered the room temperature, the smell was tolerable, but once you put it around 70, the smell became unbearable. We were sleeping under the sheet to cover our noses for the night. We guessed the AC air filter needs to be changed because that's where the smell was mainly coming from. The building itself looks old, especially since there's no elevator. So the smell might not entirely be due to the air filter. The carpets weren't the cleanest either. The sudden change in air quality, going from an overly strong scent to a moldy, pungent odor, was terrible. If you have a sensitive nose, then this definitely isn't the place for you. We didn't ask for a new room because we were only staying for 3 nights, and we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. Also, I don't think the other rooms would smell any better since they're still in the same building with the same utilities. If you're someone who enjoys lounging around in your room, then definitely book somewhere else.

We were only there for one night but the hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and the beds were comfy!! My next time down this way, I won’t hesitate to stay again.

Only down side, there is no elevator which was inconvenient as I had injured knee.

My stay was excellent the only problem I would say is the carpet, and some of the bed linen really need to be replaced. I always bring my own beddings. The staff was excellent all around, very friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I was so comfortable I stayed an extra day.

While this is an older property, it was updated beautifully. My room was huge.AC WAS CILD! NICE! Breakfast was good and included. Cleanliness was excellent! Price was the best!

Had a room near the center staircase leading to parking in the back and not a lot of traffic. Hot and cold food options were good, Bed was comfortable. Everything worked in the room. Furniture in room was old and dated. Desk was warped and there was a crack in one of the legs. Lamps were dingy yellow. Plenty of parking.

My rental car was not available and I couldn't get to Albany. It was non refundable. I asked for a credit to use the same value in the future (not get a refund) and they flat out said no. Most hotels with work with you when there is an event beyond your control. For example, The Homewood Suites in Mahwah, NJ once gave me a credit because my car was in an accident and I couldn't travel and the Days Inn near Winston Salem, NC gave me a credit because of the flooding last September and we could only stay for one instead of two nights. These guys had no sympathy and therefore I have none for them

Absolutely awful! Booked two rooms, one for my wife and I and another for a friend and her son. The rooms smelled like ashtrays upon entry and once we turned on the AC it began smelling musty and mildewy. The floor in our room was so dirty the bottom of my socks were black. When my friend called the front desk to say the room smelled so bad they couldn’t sleep nothing was done and they basically shrugged it off. Will NEVER stay here again. This place doesn’t deserve the one star I gave it.

Probably the best hotel I have stayed at in this price category. Super friendly evening receptioninst, nice breakfast (even waffles), the pool was sufficiently warm to enjoy and play around with my child (often with low-usage pools like this, it's too cold). Perhaps most importantly, no busy roads and no elevators, so it was quiet!

Was not able to stay at this hotel because I did not have the $250 deposit to be able to stay. I also wasn't able to get a refund back on my money. So they kept my $101 and I wasn't able to stay at the hotel. I will never be staying at this hotel again

The beds were cleans but the floor, lamp shade, blinds, desk chair were dirty.

Great value for the price

Overbooked hotel so my reserved room was gone upon check-in. Room had a bad lingering smell of fast food. Attempts to air out the room didn’t work. Smoke alarm kept beeping all night since the front desk didn’t have batteries to replace it. Late checkout request went ignored as cleaning staff pounded on our door 10 minutes before normal checkout.

Staff was kind and accommodating. I left my watch. When I realized I was already on the highway. I called the first front desk the staff member informed me that the cleaning department had already returned the watch to the front desk. Honesty it’s rare and nice to see. I am also a travel nurse so I get off at 7 AM. Staff was accommodating, which I appreciate it very much.

Walls are thin. Empty beer bottle sat in the common area for 2 days.

This place is our gem when we have to travel here. Yes, it is outdated. However, I do not need the Taj Mahal for my stays. It’s really clean and quiet. Breakfast is fantastic! Staff are friendly. Pool and gym equipment are a plus! I love my stays here!

The room was clean and we had room service for the first time(in any hotel)since COVID. The bed was comfortable, the staff was effecient and the free hot breakfast was great. The pool was clean and the whole facility was well cared for. For some it would be considered dated, but it was a great value and a comfortable stay!

Hotel is outdated but has all of your basic needs (comfy bed, clean sheets and towels, fridge, ok breakfast spread) which was all that I asked. We had to be in this specific area for a JR sport tournament. I would likely not stay here again if there were better options in the area.

I came to spend Thanksgiving with my sister-in-law. The hotel was conveniently located and everyone was friendly and accommodating. The pool was ok and the complimentary breakfast was decent. When I return to Schenectady I will definitely consider returning to this hotel.
