We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hotel’s other amenities since we spent most of our time out exploring, but we were able to try the complimentary breakfast once, and it was a nice addition to our stay. The most memorable part of our experience happened during check-out. We were leaving very early in the morning and were waiting at the front desk for assistance. Out of nowhere, the front desk associate suddenly appeared, which gave us quite a fright! It definitely caught us by surprise and gave us a good laugh afterward. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly service.

I was disappointed there was no airport shuttle...but once there, it was delightful. Everyone was very nice ( the kitchen closed at 9:10a not 9:30,,,but everything else was 🌟🌟🌟🌟

We stayed 5 nights and loved the room and area. Staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The building itself is a little old but guest rooms seemed renovated. The room is very quiet but also we loved to see family having good time in pool as well. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to this area :)

Super clean and helpful & nice staff loved it. We were there for only one night. Only issue we had were no extra pillows and missing iron. Other than that…this was a decent stay. This is my new SAVED hotel for trave!

The staff at the check-in counter were very cordial, the room was ready immediately, and everything was clean, quiet, and orderly. We had breakfast with friends at a nearby restaurant, so can't comment on the food. The location was very accessible to good shopping, eating, and highways. The cushions on the couch were so soft and in need of replacement that they hurt my the bottom side of my legs when I sat on them. The lighting was dim and a bulb burned out at the desk. The curtains were cut so that there wasn't enough material to overlap them and keep the morning light out. The Exit sign at the end of the hall was burned out. The pillows were too flat.

We had a wonderful stay! We were moving our daughter to the area from TN and the proximity to IKEA, Costco and Homegoods was amazing for our needs. The hotel itself was exceptional. We were greeted warmly upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was even a small table we could eat our Giordano’s at when we finally arrived at the end of a long moving day. 😊 We loved the breakfast provided as well….an extensive variety of options and the muffins were fresh and bakery quality. Many options in the area but definitely choose this one. We will again!

The room was spacious and clean. Was told upon check in a shuttle to the Woodfield Mall would be available next morning. Went to sign up for shuttle next morning and was told “we don’t shuttle to the Mall, only to select businesses in the area”. The biggest reason for selecting this hotel was because on the site within Orbitz in the description, it specifically read “shuttle within 5 miles”. Very disappointing to find out that didn’t include the Mall and we had to drive there. Had to hunt down Housekeeping on 2nd day to replenish towels, toilet paper, etc. even though we were told on check in we would be provided this service and our room number would be put on the list for that day. When I found a housekeeper, she pointed out our room was not included on her daily task list. Two elevators serviced the hotel and only one was in service. There was no “out of order” on the 2nd one, but we were there 3 nights and the 2nd one never moved. And the one that did work was extremely slow. Breakfast was just so so.

Excellent experience overall. Upon arrival facility looks a bit worn but everything and everyone was lovely.

We enjoyed our stay. They had breakfast which was a plus when traveling with kids. The room was clean and the location was very convenient. Lots of restaurants near by.

Okay. Nothing great nothing poor. A recent renovated building but done really poor. Because of this i can’t give a better review.

Distance to the convention centre was great for the dance competition being held there that we were over for. Room size was good. Staff on the front desk were great and really polite and helpful; other staff interaction was variable. We had to make up our sofa bed when we arrived. There was really poor breakfast choice (bacon and scrambled eggs were good though) - lots of very sweet options which doesnt cater for guests from Europe in particular. Limited black tea options and absolutely none on offer in our room!!! The amount of waste being produced daily from disposable crockery/cutlery was alarming! But maybe that's a cultural thing too.

The only thing to point out was the sofa bed, the springs poked through enough that my child couldn’t get comfortable. Updating the mattress would really improve the experience for families.

The staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast doesn't have many selections. The bed is not comfortable, it makes a lot of noise, and wakes up the other person. The sofa bed is also bad. My daughter said she felt like she slept on the springs, not the mattress.

Ms Iasha was awesome, super friendly and she answered all my questions. Room was clean but may be time for some updates (and get rid of the carpet). Great for families and the rooms were spacious! There was an actual hot breakfast included!!

My room was excellent and the location to where I needed to be for a convention was perfect. Close to all kinds of great restaurants and shopping. The pool was very small, and my room had a strange smell, like someone had tried to mask a bad smell with cleaning products.

Room was clean and staff was attentive and friendly. Room was not serviced. Left off the list. When we got back late had to call for towels coffee amenities. They brought them up right away with apologies.

Room was clean, but the air conditioning was loud and had a ticking noise the whole time. Breakfast was very hotel typical with water eggs, waffles, dry pastries etc. staff were very friendly and nice well lit parking lot. Location is fantastic and had a lot of restaurants and activities near by. We opted for breakfast elsewhere after the first one.

I made a reservation for 3 rooms - 3 nights, PREPAID for entire stay. One of my guests was delayed because of his flight so he didn't come in until the following day and they gave away his room, cancelled his reservation and wouldnt refund the other 2 nights. I was under under the impression that if i paid for a 3 night stay, the room is mine whether i use it or not. The staff was rude & arrogant. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST THIEVERY. Rooms weren't so nice anyway and smelled. Chicago is notorious for bed bugs do your due dilligence.

The hotel was close to Woodfield Mall and to restaurants and Target. They had a heated pool which the kids enjoyed. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was either super hot or Super cold. I couldn’t get the temperature to be comfortable and stay consistent. We had two rooms and it was the same in both rooms.

The room was spacious and spotless, the beds were great, comfy pillows. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Everything was top notch. The only issue we had was that during breakfast l, housekeeping staff was mopping in front of the doors and it was below zero so it was absolutely freezing in the dining room and we had not brought our coats. We had a 12 month old and 6 yo with us. On the second day there were guests standing in front of the doors waiting for something and that made the dining area extremely cold again.

Location, prices Christmas, nice lobby with Christmas decorations, friendly staff All good. Just still have a pending charge on my credit card for $340 which I believe was for incidentals. Both hotel & booking.com said couldn’t do anything on their part to remove? Both said to notify the other. That’s kinda frustrating. It was due December 26th and today is Jan. 20tj and still on my credit card as pending.

Sleeping area smallish and awkward placement of closet. A couple of coat hooks somewhere near entrance would have been convenient.

The location is great. Near shopping and restaurants. The AC makes a loud sound when it turns on, so we shut it off in order to be able to sleep.

Property was wonderful. Stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast had a nice variety and varied daily. Coffee is very good. Also had lemonade and lemon water available during the day for a quick refreshment. Front desk staff helpful and informative. Pool is a little cool but that’s pretty standard. Pool is also on the small side. It definitely served our purpose, but noting to be up honest on review. We were visiting family so I added hotel to favorites list and will stay here again.

I was pleased with the room. Wasn’t happy that my initial reservation was somehow canceled and had to pay $60 more to rebook. I also had lots of ants in the washroom. Other than that, it was ok.

Wish the pool had been outside but the hotel was clean and the staff was nice.

I stay here a lot. I come for a night or two of quiet. I like the area and the staff are great here. I keep messing up when I ask for a specific view I had the first time I stayed, but the three after I had a view of parking lots and buildings. That sucked. I want to be facing the woodfield area or the expressway. Something got messed up because I got a view of some other expressway inbeteen a few close, taller office buildings. Other than that, perfect. I love the place. I will go back.

Two things stood out: breakfast on Saturday morning was a zoo. We went at the busiest time and there was no seating available. Several guests took their food to go. This also taxed the breakfast offerings, items disappeared quite quickly. We waited and found some nice options. The syrup in the pump ran out, but there was a wonderful blueberry compote for my french toast. The kitchen employees were not coming out at all, I only saw a refresh once. Also, the Front Desk person was always alone at the busy time, trying to clean and hop back to the desk. At night, we decided to make coffee in our room. But the pods would not fit on our coffee maker! I called the Front Desk, she was very helpful on Friday night. She came up with pods to see if maybe we had some incompatible ones. They were the same type. She was invited in and comfirmed that they were wrong. So she offered to make a pot of decaf in the lobby! I have never been so impressed with the suggested solution before. It was a gigantic tureen, but we filled up our cups very happily. I hope other guests were able to enjoy as well. The free candy was such a nice touch. I would suggest having a water bottle fountain or other source of drinking water, besides from the faucet, available. I noticed many of us had refillable water bottles. I would stay here again, it was Marriott quality, but had a few hiccups.

The staff were all very friendly. I had 2 grandkids with me. They were both given a very large teddy bear at check in. The included breakfast was basic, but they added basic little add ins that stepped it up a notch. AKA: nuts, dried fruits, other toppings for the oatmeal; salsas, cheeses, hot sauces for the eggs.

Overall the hotel was mediocre friendly staff and good morning breakfast. The room was well used the pullout couch was broken and the beds were small.

The staff was so friendly and polite. The hotel was so nice and clean! My kids loved the pool and the complimentary breakfast! Also the complimentary candy and apples was something we’ve never seen before! I would highly recommend staying at this location!

Nice property. Staff was great!! Emerson was a great front desk staff member. My husband went looking for ice on the first and couldn't find it. He asked Emerson where it was and Emerson asked my husband if he wanted him to get his ice for him. Over and beyond service!!

I stayed here a few months ago and was very happy with everything. This time it didn't seem quite as clean as before and everyone time you flushed the toilet it would flush itself 3 times. I think there were some plumbing issues because the drains were going down very slow.

Staff was helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming and kind. The entire place was clean. Rooms are great with nice space especially for families. Breakfast was fantastic. Different things from waffles and French toast, sausage gravy and biscuits, eggs, fruit, oat meal, milk, juice and coffee. The only thing wrong was the pool was a little cold. Costco across the street. Shopping less than a mile away.

This is a hidden charm in Schaumburg. Facility is clean and staffs are very professional. I had been served by Christian at the front desk, and it was a very pleasant experience. For the breakfast, they even served the boiled eggs PILLED. Surrounded by name brand restaurants including steak houses and pancake place (forgot the name but the most famous one in Chicago). Even Costco and IKEA is in walking distance if you need something just for in case.

Loved Everything about this property. Suites were very nicely designed. Loved the over sized couch in sitting area, and sink outside of the tub/toliet area.(bathroom design). Enjoyed the pool and there was a nice workout area. Great comfortable beds. The breakfast was fabulous. Property close to Woodfield and 20 minutes west of the airport. Definitely will use this property again! Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this property a couple of times for Cheerleading Competitions at the conference center near by. We keep coming back because it's a great property! Staff is super helpful and accommodating, breakfast is convenient. Location is close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Bed is memory foam. Feels pretty new. Room is not very spacious but has everything you'd need, including a fridge and a microwave. Good strong and decent Wifi. Breakfast served w a good variety that is changed up daily. Again you could tell an effort is made to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
