    The overall experience of as great. The only thing I had a problem with was the pool is very small compared to pictures shared on Expedia. 10 kids two adults and the pool is full.

    I faced two issues during my stay at the Hilton Hotel. First, there was a continuous noise coming from the bathroom in room 517. I’m not sure what caused it, but it was quite disturbing.     The property was very nice overall, BUT the elevators were not working properly and its very dangerous. This needs to be addressed immediately before someone gets hurt. When the elevator opens it immediately closes when you're trying to get in. Please address this quickly!

    The customer service left something to be desired however. We called to request a blanket for the pull out bed and a half hour passed with no blanket. So I called again to check and was assured that the blanket would be over "in a minute." Another half hour passed and our kids were getting very tired and laying in bed without a blanket. So my husband finally went down to the front desk, and the person there ignored him, and just let him stand there. So my husband went to the laundry room to ask for a blanket and the people there called the front desk, where he was told that the employee there was "busy with other tasks." No kidding! We finally got our blanket, but the experience was a little weird.

    Staff members were friendly. The food was excellent. The maintenance of the rooms was very poor. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it promotes connecting rooms. I called a week before to ask if I could have connecting rooms, and the staff member said I needed to call on the same day I was checking in and ask at that time. During that call, the person didn’t even ask for my reservation information. I called again two days before, and they said they would make a note and arrange for the rooms to be next to each other, but they would not be connected

    Our room smelled musty/stale and we opened the window to air it out but came back to it closed both days. Sunday morning at 620am music began blaring throughout the hotel which was pretty irritating. The room itself was nice and breakfast had a good selection.

    Breakfast was also a highlight. The ladies attending the food area were so sweet and welcoming, especially Estela. She was truly kind and made us feel right at home. Overall, our stay was incredible. The level of service and genuine hospitality we experienced made all the difference. We will definitely be back!

    I am very disappointed with hotel com and embassy suite customer service . I just completed a stay in Chicago downtown when my daughter Fl was cancelled.The hotel accommodation was book by hotel. Com down town Chicago. I immediately booked a hotel in Schaumburg area . I didn’t get a confirmation so I tried booking again . Upon arrival the customer service representative told me I had 2 reservations and he will cancel one and I will only be charge for one booking . That was incorrect. He didn’t cancel the 2 reservations and hotel. Com and the Embassy suite in Schaumburg refused to assist me with a refund . I am a gold member with hotel . Com and very disappointed with the service and not willing to help with this matter. I have reach out serval times and still no response. I going to delete my app from hotel. Com. My understanding. Hotel . Com don’t care about the customer

    clean but old...needs some reno's. Understaffed during happy hour. Asked management if they could help and he said no... I'm not licensed??? What? you need a license to help the bartender.     The rooms were clean and staff were friendly. However breakfast was not worth the extra money we spent staying at this location for convenience. We found ourselves going out to feed our children every morning for breakfast. No pancakes for kids our entire stay even after we asked the staff ahead of time, the turkey sausage were dry and the pork sausage had a bad taste as well as were greasy. I have had better continental breakfast at other hotels for what they serve.

    Our stay from December 27, 2025, through January 1,2026, was absolutely magical. The female bartender, Mrs. C, was amazing. Her professionalism and down home kindness is something that you don’t receive. Lucky you used to in years past. It was truly refreshing. New Year’s Eve was particularly wonderful at the hotel as many of its guest came out of their rooms to pay how much to 2025 and in their own way, began the new year. It was beautiful and magical. Looking forward to our next day at this location in 2026!

    If you want to wait 10 minutes to get an omelet, then it is the place for you. If you want to get the hot pre-prepared food, be prepared to wait 10 minutes because the line for the omelets is right in front of the hot pre-prepared food.

    When I arrived 1 hour after check in (5pm, check in was 4pm) I was informed there were no rooms available. Then a phone called was made by the other check in person and there was one room available. We went to that room and they put ally just finished cleaning it, the cushions for the couch and chair were on the floor and the extra bed in the couch was out, and all the drawers were open. We had no issue fixing those, the couch had HUGE stains all over it. The smoke detector started beeping while we were eating dinner, the handy man was quick to come take care of us, and the elevator on our side (room 323) only one was working and it was super slow, eventually it broke and we had to go to the other side of the hotel to use the elevators. The room was great except for the stains, and the check in girl was friendly, and handy man was quick to fix our issue

    Staff was courteous. Room was clean. Bathroom was out of shampoo & ran out of shower gel while we were there. The common space is descent but the rooms are in need of refurbishing terribly. I guess the price was right for what we got. Also booked through Hotel.com booked a room with a king but when we got there their system had crashed & they said they had sold out of king rooms.

    Everyone was very kind and friendly. Was out for lunch on Saturday afternoon with a DND on the door as dog was in the room. Did not get housekeeping service as we returned at 4:00pm....however on Sunday was out all day with dog and returned at 4:00pm and still no service. That was the only disappointment. Breakfast was wonderful....whatever you wanted....it was there.

    However, we were most disappointed by the cleanliness of this hotel and the customer service when issues were raised. For example, when we checked in the room was absolutely disgusting. It simply had not been cleaned, especially the bathroom. The only thing that was clean were the sheets. When we asked about why the bathtub looked so gross and the room looked like no one had cleaned it, the front desk attendant said that because they were so booked they didn't have time to fully clean all the rooms and they'd try to have someone come by later ( day 2). WHAT?! We paid full price but get a half cleaned room?! A bathtub that still has visible gunk from the previous guests?! What a crying shame! That has to be some sort of health code violation. And to add insult to injury, the attendant was very cold and matter-of- fact. We were very disappointed by our stay, will not be back, and will not recommend for others to stay here.

    My stay was prepaid for the duration of 4 days. I had lost my driver's license through TSA at the airport. They would not honor my reservation and did NOT allow me to check in. I had my credit card and other ID, but it was not good enough for them. So I lost all my money that I paid.

    To be honest everything on the property is great. Service was unmatched, room was very clean, and the front desk did an exceptional job to make sure everything was to my wife and I liking. The only back draw is the elevators. The hotel is huge, they have 4 elevators there but only two are working, which made no sense to me, especially with it being Labor Day weekend, the entire hotel was booked and the wait for the elevators was sometimes up to 5mins. If the other two was in service I would’ve given the entire stay 5 stars. The hotel is too large for only two elevators to be in service, especially on a holiday weekend. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and my wife and I will be returning.

    Really happy with my stay. Very affordable (visiting from CA) nice spacious room (with leaving room), friendly service and happy hours (free drinks from 5:30 - 7:30 nice add on) and good breakfast for a free one. Even an omelet stand which is a big plus since I can not stand “scramble eggs” from a bottle. And it all about 150 a night? Will stay again anytime.

    The room was absolutely disgusting. The previous customer left their pubic hairs behind in the bath. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. Because I had my baby with me, I went to a nearby store and purchased a bunch of cleaning products amd deep cleaned the entire room. The ceiling had water damage stains and rust. Breakfast food was awful.

    I flew from Seattle to Chicago with my young daughters to attend a funeral for a family member. In the planning stages of the funeral, I made the recommendation to my entire family to book at the Embassy suites in Schaumburg, 15 people who booked 6 rooms - 4 rooms for 3 nights and 2 rooms for 2 nights. I had opted to choose my room via the Hilton Honors app and have keyless entry the night before to make our check in as easy as possible but when we got to your initial room, the curtains didn’t close all the way and they were not in good condition. The room didn’t smell good and the mattress on the pull out sofa was pretty much all springs, so I told my girls to pick our bags up

    Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, omelettes made to order, great food, dishes removed and tables cleaned immediately when a table was vacant. Everyone can find something they like to eat and drink. Happy hour each evening was a real treat. Snacks and free drinks with or without alcohol, what’s not to like. Maid service was excellent, front desk people were professional and made checking in/out a breeze. All personnel were friendly and good at their job.     I loved the service here , the people are amazing there the front desk clerk is very friendly . Hotel rooms are really nice and clean .very clean bathroom and hallways . The only thing is the kids were running around too much for one day but that’s ok . No more jacuzzi at this location very upset about this but still good time here . Excellent breakfast and happy hour were amazing but wish they had more choices with the snacks . My favorite people were the cook Juan and angel and servers were nice and Citlalli were absolutely the best!!! She took our order at happy hour with a smile and were very respectful. Juan and angel were respectful as well and cooked us whatever we ordered with no problems. I’ll definitely be back soon! Thank you everything!

    We had no hot water in our room either night the maintenance man came in and thought he fixed it but he didn’t so we showered in our daughters room the front desk took care of us at checkout and reimbursed us for one of the nights so I felt that was pretty good customer service

    We really loved the staff—they were friendly and helpful—and the breakfast was great every morning. However, our room was a bit disappointing. There were random socks under the table when we arrived, and one of the lights wasn’t working (though that was a quick fix). These were small things, but the water situation was frustrating. The sink only had cold water, and the shower was either too hot or too cold—it was really hard to find the right temperature. The water pressure wasn’t great either, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. We had already settled in and didn’t feel like going through the hassle of asking for a room change, but honestly, we shouldn’t have had to worry about these things before even unpacking. Overall, it was an okay stay, but definitely room for improvement. 3.5/5 We will probably give another try next time.
