Marcella was the front desk clerk and she was sweet. Everything. The property was not maintained. The floors felt like you were going to fall through them creating a walking hazard for me. The A/C smelled like mold. The sink was damaged. The cabinets didn’t have doors. The mattress was lumpy. The sheets had holes in them. It looked like fences smeared on the wall. The ceiling had a buildup of dirt. Stained and peeling paint. It was gross.

The following day, I went to the front desk to ask for towels and was met by a very rude front desk agent. She had a nasty attitude for absolutely no reason. While I was speaking to her, she ignored me and carried on a personal phone call as if I wasn’t standing there. To make matters worse, she was involved in a loud argument/fight with a family member staying in room 108. The overall environment felt unsafe and unprofessional, with a lot of drug activity around the property. I would not recommend staying here.

The hallways smelled horrible and the rooms were even worse. The windows couldn’t be opened more than a few inches so we couldn’t even air it out. The floors were not carpeted but were filthy. We stayed here on a last minute decision on a family roadtrip and it was the worst part of our 3 day ride down the east coast.

The room was filthy. We were literally sticking to the floors. There were stains everywhere and missing items in the room. The room and entire hotel for that matter, STUNK.

Wifi is not fast, bad odor in hallway, rusty metals inside rest room. But everything is somehow jus fine. 7/10 for me. There are so many things to improve.

The price for the area and how close it was to Bay St and River Streey The halls were not taken care of, needed vacuuming, chipped pain on carpet, the cabinets were extremely out dated like 90s even. The best of neighborhood, but I felt safe.

Arrived at 1pm but not allowed to check-in until 3pm. Check in was slow and tedious. Room was visibly worn. Felt like my feet were sticking to the floor. No amenities whatsoever, not even a bar of soap. Internet was inoperable. The only positive was that the bed was comfortable. But by the looks of other guests it appeared like it was being used by low income long term residents.

It wouldn’t have taken much to get in. Furthermore the side exterior door closest to my room which is ‘locked 24-7’ doesn’t even close, let alone latch. So anyone can come into the hotel off the street. Finally, the lock on my bathroom door is severely damaged, like someone picked the lock from the outside with a screwdriver. I nearly cut my hand on it. I took pictures and videos to show when I checked out, but when I arrived at the front desk at 8am, the desk was closed. All signs said it opened at 7am everyday. When I called the extension on the wall I was informed they don’t open til 9. I cannot stress enough how much I will not be revisiting

The bed was comfortable and loved the stove. Just people hanging outside with picnic chairs and the people loitering. And also the waiting time for a room was almost a hour and she never called to tell me when it was ready the receptionist only said it would be 45 minute wait which ended up to be longer.

Nothing. The facility smells like cigarettes from the entrance, random homeless people at door, lobby is closed overnight without notice and the hotel customer service is poor because they don’t answer the phone.

The property smells like smoke, we found people smoking and drinking in front of the hotel. The room had mold all over and the bathroom was missing some tiles. My family and I came for a funeral so finding another place to stay was not possible.

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in upon entering the building a you are treated by a mold and musky smell dirty carpets and dirty mats in the elevator. That smell continues into the room and lengers for my entire stay. The bed and bathroom linens were stained.

This property is totally misrepresented in the photos. The property is run down, the smell is horrendous, the room fixtures are broken, drawers broken, lighting is terrible. I immediately left after being nauseated. Still waiting to hear if I will receive a refund. This property is more suited as a detention facility.

When I first walked in I knew it was a mistake staying for two nights. The inside of the building looked like no one had cleaned it in months. The room itself wasn't too bad. The toilet was running constantly unless you jiggle the handle. The refrigerator was not level, it felt like it was going to fall over everytime you opened the door. I booked a three night stay at this property. I got there at night very tired from the day and was shocked at the filthy room with broken cabinets dirty floors and a constantly running toilet. I stayed until then morning and checked out. The General manager promised me she would issue a refund for the remaining two night and I took her at her word. This however did not happen and in my mind this speaks to a lack of integrity. Now I am forced to go through my credit card company to recoup my remaining days. If you are thinking of staying here I would not recommend it. The place is not maintained and the staff is confrontational.

I liked the fact that the facility didn’t house cats and I was able to worship and pray in peace. Well I didn’t have a top drawer in my dresser , I was briefly told that the property would be remodeled in February.

It was just okay. Alot of stray cats and random people drinking alcohol in the parking lot, especially at night. No iron or ironing board. Sheets were a bit thin. No table lamps and the overhead lighting felt like heat lamps. Made the room extra hot and too bright. It was not a very comfy or inviting room, but laundry facilities worked and were inexpensive compared to other hotels. Full refrigerator was also very clean and worked great. So did the microwave. Small tv. I had to fix the cables in the back for it to work. No phone or radio in the room. Management did make a good effort to clean up elevator spills and dirty public areas quickly. Snack and soda machines fully stocked and in good working order.

Smell is AWFUL when you walk in, very out dated on the inside,beds are not comfortable, only one pillow per bed.People just stand around outside.Will never return. I hate I spent my money there even though it was just for a quick get away.

Terrible service we were robbed from Expedia and the hotel together they charged us for $2500 forn14 day of hotel room and on day 7 of our reservation we ere notified the Expedia didn’t pay our money to the hotel and the hotel manager (a raciest person) kicked us out from our rooms and Expedia never pay us back the money saying the hotel was paid on time. Neither hotel or Expedia did nothing and we were without hotel rooms and they took our money of the reservation. Never use these racist hotel or Expedia they don’t honor their business.

I did not stay at this hotel. The staff acknowledged that the property was under renovation and offered to let me look at the room before proceeding. The elevator as dirty. The hallway carpeting was dirty. The room was only partially furnished. The clerk cancelled my reservation. I was still charged for the room.

Great room, well put together. Only thing to note is slight disrepair of certain aspects of the facility but otherwise a great experience. Great staff that were very helpful and accommodating.

This place is in the middle of nowhere and the property is not being kept up. Won’t stay here again.

I liked that the front desk staff was very friendly . Cons about the room is that there was hair in the bed , grease stains everywhere , black hand prints on the walls , dirty tub and the floors only had sanitizer thrown on them so it was incredibly slippery when walking around .

I didn’t like the fact that the air conditioner was leaking and the GM act like it wasn’t a big deal just gave me some rags and trash bag. I also didn’t like that the back door didn’t work so you had to go around to the side to get back in. Also they need to change the policy on refunds. I paid for a week but only stayed two nights. GM refused to give me a refund talking about is it an emergency. I will never stay at this or any Woodspring hotel anymore.

Elevator was broke the whole time had to climb 3 flights of stairs. Room had a funny smell. Went and bought sheets and pillows from Walmart. But the front desk employees were very nice and friendly.

The entire property was disgusting. The room was nasty the entire property smelled and when I asked the front desk worker why were the conditions so horrible, she advised me because construction workers and long stay individuals are who stay there. We left I did not check in the room!

The stairwells smelled like pot and people stood out in the parking lot and yelled all night. I could even hear the phonr vibrating in the room next door. We were able to leave a day early but there are no refunds on your first week. Dont think i will stay there again.

Bed was uncomfortable, i had to go to Walmart to buy a mattress topper to help my back. If i could have, i would have gone somewhere else. Staff was very friendly but the rooms just are not up to par. My room also had trash it in and the floors were disgusting like it had not been cleaned properly.

The hotel stinks cigarette smoke. The room was dirty. I've found a dead bug by the TV rack. Masks are not enforced. Awful place. Won't come back ever.

My son was scheduled to arrive late after the front office had closed. I called ahead to notify the office, but no one answered the phone even during their ‘open’ hours. The next day, after calling the hotel several times, they answered. I needed to get my son’s room number in order to reach his room automatically by phone. I was told the front desk could not transfer calls or give out the room number. I understand the privacy issue but, the unprofessional manner of not being available during business hours is unacceptable to ever staying at this facility again.

Firstly, my reservation wasn’t viewable by the property. It took over an hour to get checked in. I had to call Hotel.com for help. The night auditor was dealing with her personal problems in a very immature manner. I feared for my own safety especially after she invited an ex boyfriend to come up there so she could call the police on him.

The hotel looked great from the outside but once we got inside it felt like a homeless shelter. Had an old man walk by us with his belongings in a plastic bag and many others that looked similar. Did not feel safe for us or my vehicle. Was told by the girl at checkin that the police parked across the street every night. Why??? After being there 2 hours, we checked out and left. No way we could have slept there overnight and felt comfortable. Our friends did the same as we did and left. Would not recommend staying here!

I will never use this hotel brand again. When I was there I felt itchy. I had my two kids and my wife with me. It was a horrible experience. This is an “extended” stay hotel. Pictures are not accurate for the rooms. The room across the hall had appeared to have been broken into before. The door jam was damaged and could be opened without a key if the dead bolt wasn’t locked. Smell of smoke in the hallways and rooms. Staff was nice and friendly though.

NEVER STAY HERE!! The pictures online are 100% misleading then what the actual room looks like and they are not clean doing the COVID-19 on top of that they jack the prices up. Not a friendly staff and quite rude, they need to update everything about this hotel so unsatisfying stay

The outside looked okay but when I went inside it had very old appliances. Very thin walls could hear the neighbors fighting all night. Bed was very old as well.

Not so great but will work if you are planning to stay just for a night. Has an electric glass but no utensils at all. You need to pay additional for the utensils.

For the price it’s not bad, bedding is clean and that is what is important! Staff was very helpful!!

The price was super affordable, especially during a time when different festivals were happening in downtown Savannah, so I'd say it's worth it if you're on a budget and plan on being out and about for most of your trip. I do recommend bringing your own pillow if you prefer firm support. Theirs were comfy, just a bit flat for me.

The place is not bad, the price was great for a Friday. Security is good. But my room smelled like pet urine, carpet was dirty. Room was not cleaned good; not vacuumed, not swept near fridge. Sheets were dingy with spots. Would probably stay again if I could view room beforehand.

My reservation was cancelled after confirmation in the mist of Hurricane Dorian. I was left attempting to find another location at the last minute. Very stressful since I was solo and escaping a storm. Also the staff had a non caring attitude when I personally contacted them directly.

I basically live here with all my stuff. It’s nice, comfortable. Dog friendly no matter the type of dog which is good. Only a few roaches but easy to keep away if you pick up after yourself. Bed is nice. Shower head is really wonky but it works. Fridge is awesome and gets really cold. Stove burners work well. Overall it’s nice.

Was on a road trip and just looking for a place to settle for the night keep in mind it was late 2am. As soon as we pulled up noticed a lady that was either drunk or high not sure. We continue with check in went smoothly. Then went to the room apeared clean but then the kids started pointing out all the roaches I quickly told the kids to stay in the hallway and then began to remove all our bags I couln't get out quick enough. Demanded a refund.

We got to the Hotel and checked in. The room was disgusting, not cleaned, urine smell. Got an alternative room, smelled like smoke and the beds were terrible. Very poor facility even if it were clean.
