All was as expected from Hilton! (Have to say, it was the smartest hotel room imaginable…)

As we were visiting the Catholic Diocese, this hotel was the perfect location right off Abercorn and amongst quite a few local shops.... We had no problem finding it and the amenities we great.... !! There is nothing I personally saw wrong ...with the hotel... our view from the window was an empty parking lot but I cannot fault the hotel for this.... But really Was Not Bothered by this...

The location and the staff friendliness. The bathroom ceiling has mold all around and the exhaust fan in the bathroom does not work. This may be the cause of the mold. Also, the cleaner used on the tile floor makes the tiles very slippery causing my wife to fall to the floor. Being a retired Air Force disabled veteran is not proper to stay at a place where there is mold and slippery floors. Please address both issues.

Breakfast is good and the area can accommodate the number of guests comfortably. The room is clean and comfortable - good value. And the extra check in time/ check out time makes the difference when traveling can sometimes have unplanned delays or getting ahead of schedule. There are some construction areas and abandoned buildings nearby. This isn't something the hotel can control. Nevertheless there could be more attention to some of the trash that was in the parking lot and along the street

Must be newly renovated the bathroom looked brand new beds were comfortable, pillows fluffy. .Extremely well maintained the staff was friendly and helpful gave us great suggestions for shopping and excursions. Breakfast had plenty of options. Honestly can’t say anything bad about our stay. Will definitely be back

Breakfast was decent for a hotel style breakfast. Our shower door did not close all the way so water would leak out onto the floor. The bed platform frames were dirty with crumbs noted in them.

That you were able to buy food and alcohol there. I also loved the pool table and game area. I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room.

Everything was clean. The staff were always nice and helpful. When we got there, I realized our room didn’t have a tv remote so I called the front desk and they didn’t hesitate to help and brought one to us. The breakfast was amazing every morning. No microwave in the rooms but there is one in the lobby.

Little children should not be serving themselves. One little boy almost burned himself at the waffle iron and his parents were not around. I saw several children, unsupervised pile their plates with food and left a lot to be thrown away. There should be a rule prior to entering the serving line that kids under a certain age are to be served by their parents.

The floor was in our room was very dirty; we actually washed it ourselves because we don’t wear shoes in the room and it made our feet filthy. The elevator smells like body odor; it needs to be cleaned. Most of the staff are friendly but some of the front desk people are not customer service oriented; they are more interested in being on their phones or having personal conversations. The people cleaning the breakfast area do a great job; they keep the tables washed and everything is well organized for breakfast.

This hotel was perfect for our one night stop in Savannah. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean, the location was good, and the breakfast was great! Very clean and safe feeling.

We did not have a good experience with the front desk manager Daniel ! Was very dismissive and overcharged us on incidentals . The website and customer service said 50 dollars a night . He told my nephew 150 and then told me 100 once challenged . If 50 dollars is the incidental per night then this is unacceptable.

Way overpriced for an aged hotel in need of renovations. Lines and towels are worn out and the breakfast was not worth touching.

The value. Booking through Bookings.com the date was $165 per night. My co-worker booked through the hotel and her rate was $110 per night. As you see booking. com stuck it to me good!!!

Smells like smoke upon entry, but rooms are clean. Housekeeping did not service despite talking w them and scheduling —still towels were provided upon calling. Had loud neighbors that would play music all night (10pm-4am) made 3 separate complaints to front desk w no resolution. All in all it was okay for a last minute reservation, was close to everything and affordable.

This place was great overall except for the room not being very clean. It seems like no one thoroughly cleans their rooms anymore. Or even changes sheets. They have lots of snack, snacks, and some food even thats convenient since there’s no close by options for that.

I typically stay in Hiltons Tru branches but this time I had one issue, the lounge across the street, music until almost 1:00am and then dealing with the loud drunk people from the lounge, I know it’s not the hotels fault but it sucked, specially after driving 7 hours

Cleanliness was superb! I loved the fact that even though we had our dog we were given a nice room and welcomed throughout the entire property. The lobby was such a hangout place and the snack/breakfast was great. we will be back.

Rooms were pretty small. Like hit your shin on the bed every time you walk by because it's TIGHT small. The floors in the room left something to be desired. Kind of gross and there was dog food around and under the bed. The gentlemen who checked us in (Kevin I think) was a delight. He set us up quick and was so nice.

My family and I went to a hotel prior to this one and instantly checked out due to the filth - we walked into this hotel and were greeted with a smile! Great rooms and one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve seen in awhile! Great stay, would stay again!

The good things you hear about this hotel are true. The food is good and it is a newer hotel. We had a major issue. The hotel seem to be at capacity when we stayed which is no problem. I wanted to park in the main front part of the hotel. But there was no parking so I parked in back directly adjacent to the back of the hotel. I woke up 7 hours later to find my car missing. Thought it had been stolen but it was towed. The Hilton has no signs posted on the back of the building. It looks like this has happened to well over 50 other people at least from talking to the property owner adjacent to Hilton and has been going on for years. It is beyond understanding how Hilton has had this happen repeatedly but still does not post any signs on their property. The only sign is posted as you enter the parking lot. It is very difficult to see coming in at night. Partially obscured by pine tree. A simple sign would have saved so many Hilton customers this bad experience we had. Unbelievable really. She picks attached. Hilton customer. Normally love the Hilton. This is a head scratcher.

The room was in good condition, but I spilled some water on the floor and used a small towel from the bathroom and it change to gray. The floor wasn't cleaned well. Also the description on Expedia says they charge $35 for the pet and I was charged $75.

The staff was outstanding. One of the beds had sheets with a bit of a sour smell. We reached out to the management team and the sheets were changed immediately. Aside from the sheets concern everything else was great. The response from the team kept this from being an issue

The hotel was nice and very modern however, the parking lot was small and the housekeeping was very rude and loud. We stayed for one week & every morning of our stay the housekeeping was going around slamming doors very hard & loudly. After spending the day out & about in the heat during the savannah heat advisory we just wanted to come back & lay down but housekeeping kept the noise up. The dogs in the hotel weren't even a problem, not a peep from the dogs it was all from the staff. Ruined our experience until we met front desk clerk Kevin. He was the ray of sunshine we needed because after a horrible lodging experience we were extremely disappointed and wanted to leave. So aside from the loud housekeeping & lack of parking spaces it was a decent hotel.

The checkin was quick and easy. When i got to my room the the ac unit had spilled water all on the floor. I went back to the front desk and explained what was wtong. She quickly put my family and i up in a different room. The room was very good and the breakfast has a wide variety of items to choose from. I highly recommend this location.

The room was not cleaned properly. It was disgusting. Huge brown stain on the sheets that looks like human waste as well as make up on the towels. I was staying here for work and have canceled all further reservation and will not allow my team to stay here. Please contact me to discuss.

The rooms were very large and clean. I like the fact that the room had many hooks to hang up your things.

We enjoyed our stay. We was hoping to do our laundry while we was here, this hotel says the offer laundry room but they didnt have one. Other than that the rooms where nice, clean, breakfast was good, workers where friendly. They had pup treats for our dog.

I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel.

Our only reservation for this particular location is that there is a very loud restaurant/bar behind the hotel that operates very late into the evening. The music is incredibly loud, and patrons come and go all night long. We found that by keeping the fan in the room on all night, we could block out most of the noise, but we did wake occasionally to the sounds of people at the bar across the parking lot, extremely loud music, etc. This is by no means the hotels fault, nor something they can control. The hotel and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. We just recommend some ear plugs or turning on the AC fan for the evenings that the bar is very busy!

This property was absolutely beautiful and so clean!!! I truly enjoyed my stay! I will definitely book again when I’m in town for business!

First impressions…this area is sketchy! Sat in our car for almost 30 min debating on if we should just take $150 loss and go somewhere else. Homeless people constantly walking through the parking lot. We decided to give it a try. Once inside the lobby was nice. The front desk clerk was super nice. The first room we got was not. Not only is their room furniture basically non existent, what they did have was not practical nor comfortable. Closer inspection and the room was disgusting. Front desk clerk was apologetic and tried to accommodate us. We looked at another room on a different floor and the smell of weed would knock you down as soon as we exited the elevator. Finally found another room on the same floor as first room but opposite side of the hall. Cleaner…but same non functioning non comfortable layout and furniture. At least it was cleaner. We didn’t know until about 10-11 pm that there was a club next door. We originally thought it was storming because the base was so loud and rumbling…it shook the floor. We were extremely disappointed in this hotel and it definitely didn’t meet what I feel is the Hilton name standard. Granted the horrible experience, the staff was amazing and so nice and it isn’t their fault.

Your stay we were told 3 days ahead of our stay they had no available rooms and if we booked they would block it . That’s why and the only reason we used Expedia.

Clean, quiet hotel with continental breakfast. Not far from downtown Savannah and close to a mall for shopping.

We didn’t get daily cleaning and towels as promised. Location is NOT convenient for anything.

The staff was one person trying to do everything, which did not present a priority or helpful experience. We were waiting while she was jumping to different tasks. The microwave was dirty. The pool stick tops were in poor condition. The snacks were a bit over priced. The eggs and sausage brands were less than desirable. The trash can outside should be replaced. The lobby and common areas could be cleaner. The premises could be monitored. Their was a young man with no shirt walking barefoot on the premises. The noise level was high at late night and early morning.

Nice hotel

So much noise till late in night early am, guest in out door area ( my room right above there) sounds from guests above till 1 am and over weekend guests adjacent room throughout night noise,

The young lady front desk person was so accommodating, informative and had a wonderful personality. The room was clean and everything was just perfect.

Upon checking in, I checked my room and found somebody else’s hair all in the bed on the sheets. It was clear that the housekeeping staff had only pulled up the comforter and had not bothered to change out the dirty sheets that is disgusting and ruined my entire stay at this hotel.

Ok I will be there

The front desk staff was AMAZING. The room was really loud and I could hear music and people talking until around midnight. The bed was uncomfortable and the microfiber sheets feel cheap.

Basic accommodations. Clean and nice but nothing special.

The TV in the room next-door was so loud I could hear it in my room. They turned it off at 2:28 AM.

Terrible. Large children birthday party took over all downstairs public space. Parents drinking beer. Kids running wild down halls amd everywhere bumping into guests and screaming. Staff did NOTHING. Poor young staff member was ill equipped to manage the situation. Also bar across the street loud music until after midnight. Worse stay ever.

Property is near shopping and dining. I’ve stayed nearby before but this was my first time at this hotel property. Chose for the brand but was disappointed. Shower was a little grimy and television would not turn on. There was a man laying across a lobby bench when I checked in. Staff at check in was very friendly. Staff at checkout was indifferent and nonchalant when told about the television not working. Won’t stay here again.

Super clean, looked promising, but learned that walls are paper thin, can clearly hear phone calls in next door room. Hallway noise was loud. Then neighborhood was loud with commercial garbage pickup at 4am.

Really like the Tru design from lobby to room. Everything was good and would come back here again.

I loved all of the service except the fact that they did not have a working ice machine on any floors. One ice machine is clearly not enough to accommodate that size hotel. The One ice machine they had was broken; disappointing.

We had a one night stay at this hotel. We loved this facility it was really clean and well maintained. We had a minor hitch with the shower, the hotel staff was really courteous and had our rooms immediately. I highly recommend this place, the ambience and the staff are really amazing.

I would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a decent amount of options. Room was clean. Only thing that could improve is the pillows as they were too thick - but I think that’s a personal preference. Overall I recommend.

I really liked the lobby design

The lady at check in seemed annoyed we were there. Greeted us with a frown and a “checking in?” After a 5 hour drive and being exhausted a slight smile and a tiny bit of welcoming enthusiasm would have been nice. And had this happened the ice issue wouldn’t have been such a big deal. Poor service hurts the overall experience.
