Hotel was very clean but kind of loud being on a Main Street.

Would appreciate a sign on site, and on reservation site about parking across street at city parking garage. Without a driveway or pull off in front of hotel on one way street for check in/out, it was awkward and dangerous.

Wonderful stay. Requested extra pillows and a working clothes steamer, which was done through the text message feature, and it was fulfilled the next day. Everyone was nice and responsive to our need at the property. Would recommend staying at another Curio property.

The staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, gracious and helpful. Regardless of what shift, everyone seemed happy to be there and willing to help. Text responses during our stay were personal and prompt. Love the additional credit to use at the rooftop lounge, just beautiful hotel in a great location. The lower level bar theme while we were there was “School Daze” and was decorated with a school room theme! So creative!

My partner and I spent four very comfortable nights at the Drayton in March. Everything about the Drayton is marvelous. Welcoming and helpful staff, comfortable, clean facility, unusual and charming lobby, excellent food and bar, splendid rooftop lounge. On top of all this, the location could not have been better.

The staff was super accommodating and friendly. They took time to get to know us and made the entire visit oh so welcoming!! They left a sweet treat and a personalized anniversary card for us in our room. The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown, with eateries, nightlife, tours, and more nearby. n/a

Great vibe and friendly and helpful staff. We loved the connecting restaurant and coffee shop. Their NYE dinner menu was spectacular! Perfect if you want to be close to the river walk and right near many squares. We will definitely stay at the Drayton again!

Why not ordering some when they open the last box instead of when they run out of it? - no hot water (warm only) Saturday morning - destination fees justified by getting WiFi, 15$ off daily, free drinks and appetizer from 2PM to 5PM only. There is no pool, no gym but they still charge fees ?!?! Unless you plan to be at the hotel between 2 to 5PM you are basically losing money - room service was forgotten one day despite leaving the tag asking to do it from 11am to 10PM - finally, service (or I should say lack of service?) at breakfast was the worse I ever got with a young waitress definitely not bidding she was not happy to work there Again, front desk team is amazing but is it really a luxury hotel and will I ever stay there again ? Absolutely not. Was expecting more. Thanks!

The Drayton is right in the heart of a busy area, yet manages to impart a classic, calming vibe. Rooftop bar is a nice touch. Decent sized room, comfortable beds.

the bed was absolutely amazing! i have never felt something so comfortable that we couldn’t stay longer

There were small things in the room that needed attention: the light over the bathroom mirror was out, the coffee pods and water were not restocked when I arrived, the drain plug in the sink did not work, and the desk clerk told me that the room I was assigned (room 312) had beautiful views (which it did not--the one window looked onto the back of buildings, rooftops, and dirty alleyways). Even after asking for pods, and the drain and light to be fixed, they never were. I had to get the pods myself at the front desk. I did of course alert the front desk to the issues the first night I was there. They were very pleasant and said they would be addressed. They never were. I was there for three nights. I was traveling for business so no big deal. Room was comfortable and clean. Interiors are fine. But if I was traveling with my wife? We would have requested a new room and/or made sure they addressed the issues with the room.

Great location. Tons of shopping and food choices all around the property within a 10 minute walk. Room was small and simple but clean w a very comfortable bed. Small fridge in room was helpful.

WiFi was not free, we were charged an additional fee for it, a mandatory fee even though we didn't use the WiFi. We'd requested a room with a view, we had a view of the next building's roof. Front desk attendant did the minimum, not super friendly.

Location is great. Hotel is clean and the beds were great. Rooms are smaller than we expected and not having a chair was frustrating. Thin walls. Room next door had crying baby and barking dog. Room was almost two small for two queen beds.

The hotel was super cute end beautifully decorated! The lobby was inviting and nice to sit in with your complimentary wine. I was more comfortable in my hotel room than any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bed and bedding were very clean. I was given a robe that was very nice, that I actually wore. The room was quiet, I didn’t hear a lot of noise from other guests. Both the rooftop and basement bars were decorated festive and the bar tenders were top of the line guys with incredible creativity with drinks. The staff overall was very kind and helpful. I absolutely loved my stay.

Wonderful property, you don't have to leave the property. Walkable to all of the shopping spots and restaurants. The only thing I would change is the plumbing. You pray a pretty Penny but the if you have to worry about flushing the toilet in your luxury hotel, it's not so luxury anymore.

I recently stayed here for a wedding with a guy I had recently just met — seemed almost like a reality show situation. Nevertheless, the hotel could not have done a better job accommodating us and all being fun and joking around with the exciting opportunity to make us feel welcome. Beautiful hotel well decorated with greenery throughout, parking service was a great bonus, I think my date and I really took advantage of the free champagne each day too and the $10 hotel credit. Loved!

The hotel room was amazing! All of the decor of the hotel was magical and I felt like I was back in the 1920's. The food was gourment and amazing also! We will definitely be back.

This hotel is lovely. The lobby is beautiful and comfortable for sitting and having a cup of coffee. The hotel is conveniently located to the riverfront and to a free city shuttle bus that can take one to all the famous city squares. The staff at the front desk were all cheery and polite.

Every day, we had to go and ask for coffee pods and milk which was supposed to be complimentary. In such a nice hotel, it is a shame. The first day itself we complained downstairs at the reception but nothing changed during our stay. Thank goodness the towels were changed and we were given shower gel!

The Drayton would smell of musty stale sewer starting in the evening until about noon the next day. The staff pretended like they had no idea what we were talking about. I guess they had been instructed to gaslight the guests, because there is no way they didn't know. Everything else about our stay was great.

This is a wonderful hotel. One thing I noticed is the paint in the rooms is absolutely perfect. So much so I actually noticed! Who notices paint? Great ice cubes, nice people, great mattress, just a really nice experience for our 50th elopement anniversary.

We arrived a few hours before check in and our room was ready which was so wonderful after traveling. It was very noisy at night I could hear doors banging above my room. There was a lot of traffic. The free breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly.

This is a wonder property. At check in they offered us a glass of champagne while the porters handled our luggage. The breakfast was amazing and the service was top notch. The room was a little small but very clean and quaint. This property is in a great location walkable to all the square and the river walk.

Beautiful hotel that appears to have been recently renovated. I could not have asked for anything more for our recent stay in Savannah. I found that it was walkable to nearly everything. I enjoyed the breakfast at St. Neo’s each day. Staff was super kind and helpful. I have already recommended it to others.

I stayed at The Drayton for a girls trip with my sister. The hotel is chic, clean and located in a prime location. The hotel staff is incredibly nice going above and beyond on several occassions - including a fun birthday surprise at breakfast! The rooftop is fun for day or night and rooms are comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend!

We had a really enjoyable stay. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean. As it was our anniversary, the hotel surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine. It was a very nice gesture.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Valet parking was wonderful. Our stay was fantastic and will definitely be back!

Location and breakfast is okay. They give you one bottle of water your entire stay and have no refill stations and were not able to help past 10pm in getting more water when even willing to pay. Stayed in the King Chamber which was the size of a small closet with no room to move around bags. Expected better for dropping $500/night for 2 nights. Will not be staying here again. There are many other better hotels along the riverwalk area for same price or cheaper, couldnt wait to leave this place and would advise other to pick elsewhere.

The hotel is in a great location accessible to Savannah sights and restaurants. The staff was helpful and attended to our needs. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The only issue is parking can be tricky. Would stay here again.

The staff, ambiance and location. Michael was outstanding as well as Liz. The eclectic layout and French music was another plus. So convenient. Breakfast and morning coffee were included too.

Such a great stay. Everything about this property is purposeful and thoughtful. From the beautiful rooms to the friendly (and very helpful) staff. Great location as well--and make sure you opt in for the breakfast!!! SOOOO GOOD!

Bottom line it was OK not a hotel I would stay again nor recommend

Only one complain, the rooms were not cleaned properly. We had 2 rooms and experienced the same issue on both. Bathrooms were not cleaned, used cups were left in the room, trash was not pickup up. Apparently the cleaning crew only made the beds.

This was a super nice place! The included breakfast was like sitting and ordering at a restaurant and the coffee bar was great. Clean and comfortable room. Getting a our car valeted when we arrived wasn’t easy but getting our car back was.
