    The room was extremely dirty. Bed linens were stained. Pulled back the sheets to check for bed bugs (found none thankfully) but there were crumbs on the mattresses. I picked up one of the pillows to find a beetle/bug crawling around. Some sort of mysterious sticky red gunk was caked on the shelf where the mini fridge sat. Bathroom floor appeared to have never been cleaned. Paper thin towels and wash cloths. The safety latch on the inside of the door was broke and the smoke alarm had been removed. Wires were exposed. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. Tiny pancakes or cereal. We went across the street and got Hardee’s instead. It was a bed to sleep in for the night, but that was it. I wouldn’t go back.

    Room was dirty and white tub was brown. There was no inside lock in door and I felt unsafe. Definitely not a place I would let my family stay. There was a sign at front desk stating no refunds after 15 minutes, I now know why. Since I prepaid I was out of luck.

    We stayed on a Monday night at exit 94 in Georgia. The room was clean and had no smell. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and toilet paper. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There were 2 areas that we were disappointed about. The phone in the room didn't work and the internet didn't work.

    The room smelled like smoke though the staff insisted it was a smoke free room. I requested & received a can of room freshener which helped a little. There was no breakfast offered & I was aware of that. There are multiple restaurants very close by.

    The property had the wrong checkout time posted on the door in the room. We were going to checkout at the time posted, but staff started knocking aggressively on the door, and then informed us that the checkout was actually at 11 AM, I apologized and explained the misunderstanding and they were still very rude, asking us to keep the door open and move our stuff, even though my wife was getting dressed. I think it is unnecessary to be so rude over a simple misunderstanding like this. Very unprofessional. This made my wife and me feel very unsafe. This should have been handled differently by staff.

    Room smell like it needed to be cleaned properly. The bathroom was dirty look like it had not been touched whether before me or before any other guests, the bathtub was dirty. The shower curtain was dirty. The toilet was dirty inside and out of the toilet was dirty the little hub where the sink was was dirty. The refrigerator did not get cold. The sheets had burned cigarette holes in them. Everything was just no.

    I got to my room to find that my sink was clogged. I called the front desk. The guy at front desk said that he "will see if someone is available." No one ever came. I went to front desk early the next morning to advise if the situation and no apology was given, nothing. Neither could I brush my teeth at the sink nor could I wash my face at the sink.

    In general, it was comfortable. However, the shower curtain was moldy and the floor had not been cleaned. There was dog hair on the floor. The front desk was helpful when I had trouble with the key. No bugs! I would recommend getting rid of towels with permanent stains. Replacing the shower curtain when it gets moldy or before. Making sure the floors are swept and mopped.

    At check-in, the person identifying himself as the owner/manager (Martin Patel) was rude and aggressive. He raised his voice, refused to communicate respectfully, and made comments like “What are you going to do?” and “If you don’t like it, you can leave.” He also used offensive language about the booking platform. The room was in unacceptable condition. The floor appeared not to have been cleaned, the bathroom (toilet and floor) had visible hair, the linens were stained, surfaces were greasy, and the room smelled strongly of smoke. The overall impression was simply unhygienic. Because of this, I could not bring myself to use the included breakfast. I had booked a double queen room, but we were placed in a double bed room, which I only noticed the next morning due to exhaustion. I understand this is a budget hotel, but I have stayed at Super 8 before, and this location was significantly worse. Overall, unacceptable in both service and cleanliness. I would not recommend staying here.

    I couldn't like much more than the location. I had a reservation to arrive at 8:30 - 9:00 pm on a Thursday night. When I arrived, the doors were locked. I pressed the doorbell several times, and called their phone number. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to come let me in, I left and went to another hotel. The price was a little higher, but at least they opened for me.

Well couldn't wait to get out of that place, we changed our plans and left very early.

    The bed was comfortable. Some of the staff were very rude. One yelled at my 89 year old father for spilling coffee and not cleaning it up. Had he bent over to clean it up he probably would have lost his balance. I have never been to a business that treated someone so badly for an accident. The door hit is arm and he dropped his coffee. I had to step between this man and my elderly father and ask him for a little grace. It was not given. I asked for a washcloth after my second day there and he said, “aren’t they in your room?” I explained we had been there 2 days and only had one wash cloth and would like another for the next morning. He just stared at me until I left. The first night another man was working the desk and my father walked down to the office to get batteries or another tv controller due to it not working and he said there was nothing he could do about it. The next morning at breakfast we spoke to the lovely, kind lady at the desk about this and she opened the drawer right in front of her that was full of batteries and controllers and handed us fresh batteries.

Door cards never worked, had to get a card replaced every day. Customer service counter closed from 10pm until morning Friday Saturday Sunday. So no way to get cards replaced so we could get in our room. Employees are total a-holes who don’t want to work there and act like every request or question is going to be the one that makes them snap. Floors so gross you have to wear shoes in your room. Greasy like they mopped the floor with bacon. 10/10 would not recommend. Terrible experience

    As has become common, the quality of this brand has left much room for improvement. The air conditioner was extremely loud and had to be turned off when it was time to sleep. While I was in a no-smoking room, the bathtub had what appeared to be cigarette burns on the tub rim. There was a terrible odor that I thought the dumpster was just outside my door. And lastly, there was no refrigerator in the room. I believe in the future I will skip any Wyndham branded hotels.

    We got there and they didn’t have my reservation. They kept us holding in the lobby for 45 minutes, with a man who bathed in cologne and was rude as he could be. The place stunk like smoke. We ended up leaving and went to a different hotel. We both got home with Covid and that’s why I haven’t tried to get ounmoney back. Not that Expedia has a way for you to do that. I deserve a refund please!

Our ground floor room was ideal, however, being adjacent to the patio meant our vehicle was a distance from the room.

    My stay was so bad that we didnt even stay for both nights we left after we dound this worm thing in the bed moving around, the toilet was stopped up already when we checked in and all he said was i can get you a plunger. Ill never stay at Super 8 ever again!

    My stay was so bad that we didnt even stay for both nights we left after we dound this worm thing in the bed moving around, the toilet was stopped up already when we checked in and all he said was i can get you a plunger. Ill never stay at Super 8 ever again!

    Took a long time to check in, seems to be the software they use. Light and the outlet didn’t work above the sink. Water only worked real hot or real cold. There was no in between. Floor was dirty.

    This was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. It’s very unsafe and the staff does not care about you AT ALL. Managers there were also very unprofessional and rude. They charged me a dog fee to weeks after I’d been staying there even though they saw me check in initially with my little (service dog) I’m not even going to get into that. Rooms are nasty and I had to attempt to unclog the toilet because I asked for help and got stuck waiting days for help. The air conditioning sucks it went out and it took them a day to help us and we were stuck sweating for a whole day. To add on to this there’s people always staring and I personally had someone come bang on my window and door so hard I had to call the cops… it was some lady who got the wrong room. It’s honestly a lot of factors combined.

    Extremely dirty and unsafe rooms. Smoke alarms were taken apart and left on tables missing batteries, duct tape holding door frames together, mold growing on lamps and curtains, and more! Disgusting! Staff was unhelpful as well.

    Found hair on bed pillow. Dirty socks hanging out behind cabinet. Dirty everywhere, like no cleaning products were used. Mini fridge had dried up food in it. Microwave was filthy. 2 of the 4 lamps worked, 1 of them looked like it had melted? Will not be going back!
