Pool was closed due to a patrons illness. Breakfast was sparse! Barely anything out for cereals or one or two if items and they was it. Front desk staff was really nice.

Overall I will say that it was an okay stay. We never got our room cleaned and vacuumed in between our 3 nights there. We had to ask for fresh, clean towels and wash cloths because we dint get any. Housekeeping definitely need people that our going to do there jobs and keep paying customers happy. We ran out of toilet paper simply because there was none put in our bathroom once we got our clean towels and wash clothes. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and even got us more pillows because the bed was extreme soft and uncomfortable. Breakfast didn’t look appetizing at all but I guess that’s why it’s complimentary. We had an okay stay despite housekeeping not cleaning and stocking correctly.

This is a property mainly serves the airport- you would think they would have better policies or systems in place knowing that they have travelers coming in on night time flights. I would never expect such treatment at a Marriott property. Once they realized that I booked through booking.com instead of their own website they realized they were “off the hook” in regards to any type of responsibility or compensation on their part. Very helpful receptionist, straight forward and easy formalities. Excellent facilities, v clean and well designed room with separate tv and lounge area, good airco. Decent breakfast although all rather "plastic", both utensils and food ! All was fine!

The receptionist Maddison was amazing she was so accommodating and patient with me while trying to arrange my stay. I was not able to get my money back while trying to cancel a reservation nor was I able to get points back as a Marriott member.

Breakfast was great and the free shuttle was an extra added thoughtful touch to Southern hospitality. The staff members were all very nice and helpful. I wish the hot tub and the pool were available for us to relax in after long days of exploring Historic Savannah. Hope to come back soon!

left before breakfast I have allergies to dust, could smell when I entered the room, the lamp at end of sofa was coated with dust because of no vacuuming and carpet around it The TV should be more accessible in room where there are 2 beds

Was really weird our last day check out is 12:00pm I started getting calls at 9:50am was asked by employees in the halls had my door knocked on twice all asking when I was leaving I walked out to my car to put a bag in well my wife was getting ready and as I came back to the room I seen a staff member walk into my room with the do not disturb sign on I really felt rushed to get out of there luckily my wife was already dressed and it was a woman but it all felt really uncomfortable and unprofessional. We were waiting for are room at another hotel to be ready and I had let them know several time I would be out before 12 I ended up leaving at 11 before I got any more upset I wouldn’t stay here again. But I will say the front desk was nice and helpful.

Great location if you want to be near the airport, took 10 mins to get from the hotel to the terminals. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Only negative was that the pool area was closed for repairs but this was not noted in the description when we made the reservation.

This was my second stay there. The location is good for downtown Savannah scenes. Breakfast was very good. The indoor pool was under renovation.

All was great except the shower. Water pressure is horrible. Asked other guests about their water pressure and they had same issue. Would not stay here again unless this is fixed.

My flight was delayed several hours so I called ahead and the lady I spoke with was super nice. When I arrived to check in at four in the morning the lady at the front desk was quick and efficient. Breakfast service was good, room was clean and quiet.

The female day manager was dismissive when notified of an issue (lack of visibility in the bathroom at night leading to an ER visit) and presented with a solution (adding a nightlight). They are very lucky they will not be sued or their facility trashed on social media.

We drove from Orlando. Stayed in Pooler Ga because we moved grandaughter into college. Its just 42 mi to Statesboro yet less the cost and just off I 95 and I16. The Sam Sneads restaurant is fabulous. Very clean safe nice area.

I want some money back . It is June and I want to get in the pool . Indoor pool but the jacuzzi was taped up like a crime and the pool was filthy like a frog pond . A snow and ice storm closed the Savannah airport and the hotel staff went out of their way to help us during this challenging time. The suites were roomy and comfortable and an exercise room also helped pass the time. The free breakfasts were delicious, especially since so many restaurants were closed and we didn’t have a car. The best experience we could have considering the circumstances!

The gentleman that checked me in was great! Parking was easy and safe. Room was large. Run wet near window and never dried. Was woken up at 8:30 am by house keeping even though check out is not until noon. Not fun after a 12 hour travel day

Check-in was smooth and easy, the room was exactly what I reserved and was clean. The breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again when flying in or out of Savannah. Have stayed in "higher class" hotels that haven't been this nice or clean, so this was very refreshing.

This was the perfect place to stay for the night when arriving in Savannah! Close to the airport. Breakfast included fresh strawberries and a variety of cold and hot items! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Very quiet as well. The only complaint that I have is they would not let us check in an hour early.

Great place to stay. Near the airport. Great shops and outdoor activities to do and still make it back to a comfy bed. The only thing was that we weren’t allowed a late checkout, which was the first time I was ever denied. I’ve traveled globally so that’s something that didn’t make sense. But overall the stay was good.

Very OVERpriced for location. Rooms are extremely dark. I didn’t feel totally safe on first floor. Disappointing compared to other Marriott Brands (Town Place, Residence Inn). Again, the cost was ridiculous for an average room with tiny kitchenette

I am a frequent traveler and I must say this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in for a while. I was so pleased with the room. The design was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I hated that I could only enjoy it for one night. I will absolutely be back very soon.

The layout of the rooms are incredibly compact, but neat. The hotel was a little dated and had a weird odor. The front desk wasn't rude, but not engaged and almost irritated we were there interrupting her phone time. The breakfast was horrible, but the coffee was good. We also had ants around our sink area and the shower head was hanging off the wall. We won't be staying here again.

My boyfriend, teenage son and I booked a stay for 2 nights. It was last minute and the only room available was a king suite. The room was just what we needed for our short trip. It was clean and everything we needed was available. I did ask for a blanket at the front desk and the lady was super nice! The bed was pretty comfortable but those pillows were just like any other place - flat as a pancake when your head hit it. I liked that the shower actually was glass and the water pressure felt so good. We didn’t try the breakfast or get to use the pool. I will say that the heating/air unit was rattly and got annoying but that’s not unusual. Other than that it was quiet. There wasn’t many tv channels but there was access to streaming so Netflix was our go to. We would definitely stay here again or at another location closer to what we were traveling for!

After a terrible day of traveling due to many weather delays, arrived at hotel at 2 am. Only to wake to the lawn mowing service outside the window at 7:45. How about Marriot inform this service to come later in the day instead of waking up the entire hotel!

When they cancel your flight out of Savanah last minute, it's always good to have a reliable Marriott property close by with free airport shuttle & breakfast included. And a clean, spacious, quiet room to boot? Well that's just icing on the cake.

Beautiful room, clean, friendly check in staff. However we missed our early 6 AM flight due to the very poor shuttle service. We weren’t able to leave the hotel until 5:15. The woman at the front desk was unconcerned and not at all helpful. We will not return to this hotel because of this experience.

I was so looking forward to the hot tub after a long day. Sad to say the hot tub was out of service without any.posted.signs and.the pool was not a viable alternative as well because it was freezing. After getting out of our clothes and into bathing suits, we had to go back to our room and change again, all for nothing

Our flight was delayed so we got there at 12:00 midnight, the overnight clerk was not happy to see us, very rudely told us they were booked for the night. I did had a reservation for the next day. We left with a terrible impression. I came back the next night and the hotel manager was there this time,he was nice. We got the room and we were impressed by the size and the cleanliness. I do need to say we poked for two nights but over bed was not done and we had to ask for clean towels. Other than that it was an ok visit.

Arrived late but airport shuttle was available until midnight. Service prompt & pleasant. Laundry facility available and desk had plenty of quarters for the machines. Great night sleep at reasonable price. Wish we had time for the pool/hot tub!

Super clean and very nice

Clean and nice place to stay! Was disappointed that the hot tub didn’t work and IMO the tile in the pool area was super super smooth and cleared way to slick of a surface to walk on around a pool. So if you are looking for pool/hot tub, not sure I’d recommend. If just looking for a nice clean place to stay, then for sure recommend

Clean, convenient, and friendly staff.

I chose this hotel because it was so close to the airport & has airport shuttle. Everything about the staff & hotel was satisfactory. My only issue was when I first went into my room, the toilet seat was up (not just the lid but the whole seat) and it was a brand new roll of toilet paper, not that cute folded triangle thing that I usually see which lets you know the bathroom had been cleaned. These 2 things had me searching for clues of cleanliness. I didn’t find anything else but it was unsettling.

Bed was uncomfortable thought it was a walk in shower but had a tub toilet wasn’t cleaned pillows were to small

I really enjoyed my weekend stay. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Everyone was so helpful and nice. Even tho a huge family reunion was going on there- there was still plenty of food, towels, and it was quiet in the rooms. I have absolutely no complaints. Very close to the airport also.

This property is immaculate.

Free airport shuttle from the Hotel to Savannah Airport from 5am until midnight, but Uber transportation to the airport outside of those hours was $43 for less than 2 miles and no other transportation is available during those hours. By comparison, Uber transportation from Savannah Airport to Hilton Head Island is $75 for 45 miles! Definition of Highway robbery

All good.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was satisfying, and rooms were clean. The kids loved the indoor pool (although it felt more like a sauna in there). We even ventured into the historic district to have dinner (about 25 mins away). Good times!

Excellent property. You will enjoy your comfortable and quiet stay. The breakfast in the morning is also great. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We arrived past our pre-check-in time and had our keys in hand in less than a minute. Room was spacious and mostly clean. I have noticed in hotel after hotel post-pandemic that vacuums and mops rarely work these days. It’s not the Ritz, but we were there less than 12 hours. “M”, who checked us in was very polite and good at her job. Breakfast was Meh. The breakfast sandwich that is featured in the hotel’s photos must have been a supply chain casualty from COVID. Selections were ok and the medium roast coffee was room temp.

Always have loved our Sprngfield stays. Just certain things here that did not meet usual standards. Found hair in sink and shower area. Broken/missing shower gel/soap. No linens provided for hideaway bed and short on towels. When we called we were told to pick it up ourselves without some sort of explanation such as “sorry we’re short staffed” or something and I would have understood. We were told straight up no extra pillows and were given one dominoe size soap bar for our 2 night stay for 4 people. On the bright side, our hot breakfast was really good and made great when the gentleman working the area noticed our failed search attempt for hazelnut creamer, he graciously took it to our table when he found some. A small gesture that is an extra mile customer service. I wish I got his name. Beds were very comfortable and loved lobby decors. Oh and what’s up with TV location between bedroom and sitting area? Did not use it but just thought it’s going to be difficult to watch from either side. Overall, still a good stay.

It was close to a lot of restaurants and shops to shop

They room was quiet and clean. The front desk was not informative. They check me in and give no formal information about the hotel or my stay. The pool area needs a refresher and the pool area was hot.

It is conveniently located by I95. The room is very big and comfortable. There is a sitting area separated from sleeping area so that we won’t interrupt each other.

Room was not available at 3 pm for check in. We were told it would be an additional 5-10 minutes which turned into nearly an hour! After traveling all day this was not acceptable.

The service we have received is great. The staff was so polite and knowledgeable, the room was clean, beds were comfortable. Has that at-home feel. Will definitely be staying here again.
