    I had stayed before and requested the same room, which I loved. They made sure I had it. The only issue I had this time was for 2 nights after requesting both on Friday and Saturday for towels, etc to be left in my room, I never got them. We had spent the days at the beach and came back to shower. We went to front desk to let them know and they told me they didn't have any. I told them we had to have something, we have sand on us. The one girl went and got me some pool towels. I had to use the pool towels as a wash cloth and to dry off on. One day, ok..but 2 days after requesting. Same thing the second night, we were not in a great mood that second night coming back and nothing. Got us 2 pool towels. The front desk didn't act like it was a big deal. I thought I was going to have to go buy some. Monday it was different and they came to my door early and ask me what I needed. This was a disappointment for the hotel not to have any clean towels etc for their guests over the weekend. They should always keep some behind the desk for people in case something like this were to happen. Everything else was great. Rooms seemed cleaned. Check in area was clean. Thank you!

    This property was selected based on price, amenities that mattered to us, and proximity to hotel for a 6am flight. Very bright and clean lobby area that flowed into the breakfast dining area. Bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, OJ, apple juice. The basics. No hot food. Just a toaster. Not a criticism, just giving realistic facts. But…across the road is Waffle House…need I say more? Room was very clean. Spacious. 1 King Bed and a small sofa. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our style of hotel is “perfect to meet our needs, but clean”. That is what Spark by Hilton provided. Definitely would stay here again!

    Hotel was overbooked when we arrived, so they sent us across the road to a "sister" hotel. Rooms had no comforters on bed, just two sheets. Refrigerator did not work. Early in the morning in the room next door construction crews or maintenance... someone began work very loudly on a day when we could have slept in.

    The property was clean the rooms very nice. However, I booked that particular hotel specifically because they advertized that the morning shuttle to the airport started at 5:00am. As it turns out three hotels are served by the same shuttle and they couldn't assure me that I'd make my flight so, I had to book an uber.

    They must have remodeled recently because everything looks brand new to the point that some blue tape was left where paint needed to be touched up. Mattress was comfortable and the area was nice. Very clean hotel, no complaints.

    Elevator carpet patched, door had graffiti covered up. Carpets in elevator and Hallways were dirty and worn, carpets in room were stained, beds creaked loudly when you sat on them, mould around bathtub seams was disgusting. Will never book another Spark product again, this was an embarrasment to Hilton,I am a Hilton Honors member for years, will return but never to another Spark, it should be called an Ember! A burnt out one!

    The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We chose this hotel for the pool as we were traveling with our kids and when we got there the pool was closed - despite being advertised as open on their website. I understand things happen but we requested to cancel 1 of our 2 night stay and get a refund. The staff said they couldn’t help until the manager was in on Monday and to contact then. When contacted on Monday, they said they couldn’t refund because we stayed our entire booking, even though we didn’t. Both front desk staff I spoke to were incredibly rude and unfriendly. Incredibly poorly run hotel.

    Had to call 4 times from airport to get picked up by shuttle,as no one picked phone up. Staff was rather indifferent at front desk, nice enough, but didn't give us directions to our room or other amenities. Everything else was fine, but it started out on a bad note.     I usually am able to check in early at other sparks hotel but the front desk staff told me that there were no room ready, it was 2:15 and checking is at 3!!! I was pissed because I knew rooms were available around that time, I used to be a housekeeper. The hallway and room smelled like cigarettes and the carpet was soaked due to plumbing issues on floor 3. The toilet had stains around the toilet bowl, the shower had mold, my bedding wasn’t clean, I was limited to two towels only, the pool was closed, the maintenance guy had the elevator stuck so we had to used the stairs..and let’s not talk about the breakfast..yuck!!! I wasn’t able to transfer to another room because it was fully booked and I had to contact corporate office for a refund due to booking with a third party but that would have been on Monday and i travelled from out of town . I will never book at this hotel again even tho it was in a great location, my experience wasn’t SPARKED at all !!

    Overall, it was a great stay, especially for short stays. The breakfast was good , and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, we did have a few issues. The air conditioning was leaking, and our card key reader was dead. Fortunately, these problems were quickly fixed. She said 2 things: $25 amenities charge and nodded towards key pad followed by “one key or two”. No other communication.     We stayed in room 101, DONT DO IT! We checked in at midnight but I called at 9am to say we’d be arriving later. The room, very big and spacious be the headboard is against the outside door, which people run in and out of all night and it starts back up again at 7am. It’s almost sounds like someone is loudly slamming the door when it closes. It was horrible! We were on vacation but was woke up at 7am EVERY MORNING we wanted to sleep in

    I booked 2 rooms, traveling family, called 9am the morning of and spoke with Cece, told her we would be arriving at midnight, asked that our rooms be near each other. Arrived was given rooms on separate floors, whatever, spent 30-40 minutes, running back and forth upstairs to the room where the key wouldn’t let us in. Finally the guy at the desk decided to let us in, when I asked what we should do about a key for the room, he said he didn’t know. Called front desk the next morning 9am, was told by Shia, she would switch the room out at 1pm. Called bk to the front desk at noon for towels and was told by Shia, she could not change the rooms because they were sold out, offered to give us a refund if we checked out the room we CLEARLY NEEDED which was the reason I booked TWO ROOMS! When I said no, we needed the room but I’d like a refund of some sort for my inconvenience, she said she couldn’t do that. We had to wait everytime we left the room for someone to let us bk in. Beware of room 210 and it’s by the elevator and extremely LOUD! It should be discounted for that alone, not to mention the way my entire family was inconvenienced with NO KEY BECAUSE THE LOCK DOESNT WORK

    Overall, the stay wasn't terrible but the free breakfast was only cereal and bagels, there were no luggage carts when we got there and the staff said they only have two but we later found that one was broken. There were only three towels in the bathroom when we said we were going tk have 4 people and they didn't hace any extra bath towels to give us, so they gave us the small pool towels instead. It was a bit disappointing. The staff was friendly and it was in a prime area. I probably wouldn't stay there again unless it's the only option.

    They are supposed to have a shuttle to the airport. We set it up for 5 o’clock waited till 545 and finally grabbing an Uber so we do miss our flight if you’re gonna offer a shuttle, you have to make sure it shows up people are on a timeframe. Nobody seemed to care.

    Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice with a yoghurt dispenser (a tasty vanilla, not sickly sweet like one usually finds) and good coffee all very tastefully presented. The hotel is super convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle.

    Around 11pm we heard a big noise in bathroom. My husband goes to check and one of the bottles attached to the shower wall fell completely off. We thought that was weird , but nothing bad. About 2am my husband wakes me up and asks me if I see someone at the window. He told me they were whispering and it was a white figure and a dark one. I’m thinking he’s half asleep and I ignore him telling him to go back to sleep. He said someone rubbed the top of his head like giving a massage with one hand real hard. I went back to sleep and I was in and out till around 3:20am and I turned towards him and someone massaged the top of my head real hard- twice real fast. I raised straight up and woke him up. I sit up in bed knowing this was the witching hour and felt something was in the room. I was literally scared to go to the bathroom. I tried to go back to sleep and I heard someone whistling a pirate song. It was like he was repeating it over and over after a few lines. I’m out of characters to write, you can contact me if you want. Ghost lovers, I highly recommend this room. :)

    Perfect location close to the airport, makes it easy for an 6 am flight. Love the comfortable bed. I used the app to check-in and out, so by design there is no front desk interaction. Regardless, upon arrival and departure you have to walk straight by the front desk. I did not receive a hello or good bye.

    The breakfast was terrible all bread nothing hot only one toaster working coffee was always cold. No microwave or coffee pot in the room. I have never been to a hotel that didn't serve hot food and never been to one that did not have a microwave or coffee pot in the room. They expected you to use the microwave in the lobby but it was filthy dirty the pool was not clean. The side door that's supposed to be locked at night was never locked so that's a safety flaw. The shower had no liner behind the shower curtain so the whole floor gets wet people could fall very easily. I would never recommend or come back to this hotel again very disappointed. I had to fix the lamp it was broken.

    Run down property. The hallway carpets were filthy! The carpets had rotten stains all over them!! The outside of the bed box frame was was dirty. The handle for the toilet paper roll was broken. The AC unit was full of lint and dust. Elevators had graffiti key scratches. Walls were paper thin and you could hear people’s conversations from down the hall. Very low end!! I would expect this from a motel, but not the Hilton. I do not recommend staying here.

    Check in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. Literally our door key was handed to us as we walked in. The room was ok, but when I lay on the bed there was a stain on the picture above the bed. I will just say it was something biological. Our room was located right by the breakfast area, so when all the seniors on the tour bus woke up it got very loud. After a long night of traveling an early wake up wasn’t in the plans.

    This hotel is not updated. I booked a handicap room for my mother as advertised and when we got to hotel they stated it was out of commission. They should not advertise and book room not available. No breakfast. Only cereal and orange juice. This is an old hotel you can tell. Needs a makeover. Our biggest let down was a room book for handicap and it wasn’t available and they stated they only had 1 handicap room. We will not be back for the amount of money none of this should have been an issue. No microwave in rooms. Small frig was sitting on the floor.

    The rooms were decently clean. Minus no drain plug, mold on ceiling in bathroom. But the hallways need vacuumed terribly and elevator. The pool looks nothing like the pictures. From our room you could see all the dirt and green in it. I shoulda took some pictures. The breakfast was just a simple bagel bar but the gal was cleaning it up in the morning 30 min before it was supposed to close. It had a lot of nats. It wasn’t a terrible hotel but I did the Expedia deal, I would have been better off finding another place cleaner with breakfast, for almost less. There was nobody staying here so the quietness was nice. Definitely more of a two star hotel. With a 5 star looking lobby

    My bathroom door knob was broken they offered to change room but i had already unpacked. The next day the air-conditioner stopped working but someone came within the hour to fix. The bathtub floor felt spikey and the hallways smelled like really strong lysol. The rooms did not have microwave but they did offer a community microwave by the main entrance. I was able to hear the people next door. The amount of inconvenience was bothersome.

    I had an amazing stay at the hotel, all the staff were attentive and super helpful. Troy and the other lovely lady who drove the shuttles were a great help being able to get around. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to return for an extended stay in Savannah, no question as to where I’ll be staying SPARK is it. The bed was also very comfortable, unfortunately it didn’t fit in my carry-on.

    When we got there, there had been a storm and sopping wet entry rug with filthy towels on floor. No one around for 15-20 min at front desk. Only one guy working doing everything by himself. He was very nice. Stains in hallways on carpet. Room was very nice. Spacious and clean. Breakfast was just breads and cereals and oranges. No hot breakfast. Wasn’t what you’d think for a Hilton. Probably 3 star at best.

    I booked a suite for this trip. Upon arrival, I was initially checked in quickly, however the room I was given had not been cleaned. Cups , trash in living room area. The bed hadn't been made. towels on the floor. Tub filthy. I went back downstairs, was switched now to a regular room with no explanations. Once back downstairs, now for the third time, the manager on duty (Jaqueline) states that hotels.com(expedia) sold us an unavailable/ out of order room and there was nothing she could do about it. As matter of fact she stated that we could not receive a refund either. After explaining this was unacceptable she spoke with another manager who was only willing to give us Hilton points( which I didn't receive), towards another night at a Spark hotel.

    Upon arrival, I was greeted with pleasantries from the front desk clerk, Dewanda, i believe was her name. She was so polite and informative of the surrounding businesses. The breakfast was continental: cold cereals, oatmeal packets, bagels, packaged muffins, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, juices, and coffee. The pool was small but clean. The room was clean, wished there was a way to have ac fan continuously blowing. The worst part of our stay was the last morning: Dolores and her twin(sorry didnt get her name, but they looked and acted just alike). They were very rude. My young daughters ages 5 & 6 are being raised with Southern qualities, "Good morning, yes mam, no mam".. These women not only didnt say Good Morning as we approached the breakfast area, when my daughters greeting them, they gave no response. They seemed preoccupied with the conversation they were having together to stop talking and take note. As i was packing up and leaving and coming back and forth because there was no cart..they still said nothing but continued talking. Finally, after we were departing, i layed my keycard right in front of them, and i captured the name of one: Delores; she asked for the room number. This Southern Gal expects and appreciates Southern Hospitality.

    The bath tub is a joke, it has a really rough surface to lie down on and the plug was letting water out quickly and the overflow was terrible, it came off and showed a full overflow totally open pipe, especially for being a King suite.

    I specifically booked this room because as stated on their list of accommodations a shuttle could take us back and forth from the airport. I was so disappointed to learn that even after confirming before booking the shuttle was apparently not running during my stay. The front desk person didn't seem to be bothered by this and just said that the shuttle driver wasn't responsive so she didn't think it was available??? We wound up having to take Ubers to

    There are tons of dining options nearby including popular fast food and sit-down restaurants. A Tanger outlet mall is literally minutes away as well as a Walmart (perfect for last minute or forgotten items) and grocery stores. My only complaint is that there was no microwave in the rooms, but one is provided for guests use in the pantry (which also has water, snacks, and OTC medications for purchase.) If I'm ever headed to Savannah again, I would stay again.

    Pool was broken and green. Mold growing on walls and doorframe. Asked for extra towels and was give bath mats and told they didn’t have any. Ice machine was broken. Double charged us. Plus charged some fee for $75 that was not listed. Called main hotel to speak about it and they gave us multiple reasons as to why they charged twice and why we didn’t receive refund of $75. Worst hotel we have stayed at.

    Trash piled up outside garbage can. Drain in tub was full of hair. Toilet near lobby over flowed. We had to use the side exit. Other than that staff was super nice. Very convenient location. Bar and grill across the street was very good

    We stayed 3 days. No house keeping, even asked to do. Not even removed the trashes. Air condition failed 3 times. Pool is dirty and not usable. Break fast is very bad than bottom level motels.

    The hotel itself was not bad at all. Room was clean. Toilet was loose and every time you say it moved. We were super disappointed because the pool was disgusting and we were not able to use it. It was murky and it seemed like the water was not moving. We had been at the track all day and we booked purposely to have a pool to jump into at the end of the day so that really kind of ruined it for us.

    Had high expectations but was disappointed, Car Chargers were inoperable, Pool was closed, Yogert machine was broken, Cleaning Staff member was rude and didnt do her job properly, Maintanance walked in while wife was in showerr for no apparent reason,Seems like its quality control is slipping and I think they could do a lot better.

    When we checked in the person was very friendly. Only had one luggage carrier to take all your luggage to the room. Carpet needs to be replaced. For the same price could have stayed somewhere else that had an actual breakfast! They only served bagels, cereal and muffins. Had no eggs or other breakfast items. We will never stay there again.

    All around it was a very disappointing stay. The shower was not restocked so there was no shampoo or conditioner left, and the body wash ran out after the first shower. One tissue left in the dispenser. The water was reversed, meaning we had to put the faucet on H for cold water, and C for hot water. The AC unit was also not working properly. Staff were friendly, but the amenities at this hotel were very disappointing.

    Big issue for many (but we went shopping instead) - the rooms were not ready by check in and it was 1 1/2 hours later but there were only two ladies to the entire floor for cleaning! Super pleasant and clean. Comfy beds! No coffee in room but was in lobby area.

    Shuttle only starts at 5 am , so we had to get an Uber from the hotel to the airport for an early flight . Lots of check-in noise overheard in our ground floor room near the lobby. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

    We reserved an accessible room because my wife has mobility issues. The accessible rooms are on the second floor as far away from the elevator as possible. The toilet was very low and not at all accessible for a handicap person.

    Customer service was excellent during our stay. Check-in was easy. Hotel is a good value for the cost. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and around a 22 minute drive to downtown Savannah. Bed was very comfy. Bathrooms really should’ve been updated during your remodel. Walls are very thin so hearing your neighbors talk and hearing their tv is a guarantee.

    Our room itself was very clean and the staff that greeted us was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. We were extremely frustrated that there were people on the top floor screaming and singing loudly that could be heard the moment you stepped off the elevator and all the way down to our room at the other end of the hall until 2am and we had a 5 am flight. The entire top floor smelled of marijuana. It hit us as soon as we got off the elevator and was smelled all the way to our room. When we went to leave nobody was at the desk to explain any of this to. It was very upsetting that this experience was Ike this because we never had issues with Hilton.
