    - The staff was helpful - our room was nice and clean. Negatives: - the pool was under maintenance. This was not noted on their website - there was some sort of garbage outside at the end of the hotel. It had been there for a while because it smelled like rotting food. - the breakfast was adequate, but no real options for me, as I can’t have gluten. There was cereal, toast, muffins, and a waffle-maker. Suggestion: Some sort of fruit would have been a nice complement to the breakfast options.

    Horrible experience. Very shady place, very shady manager and very shady parking lot. Found 2 bugs in 2 separate rooms, one spider crawling across our pillow, and was told by manager “you’re in the south, i guarantee will be bugs in our rooms”. Had no problem with being rude. Expedia needs to give me my money back for advertising this garbage hotel on their website

    The sink in my room was backed up and could not be used. The shower had no shampoo and constantly dripped. The only items at breakfast were bread, a couple of mini muffins and a waffle maker that was broken. I tried to speak to someone at the desk, but after several attempts, I gave up. An hour later I went back to the desk to see if they had tea bags to make a cup of tea. I was told that they were out and thet could not find any to purchase. I found that very difficult to believe.

    This property ripped us off we had a standing reservation -- early arrival. And when we arrived they "couldn't find reservation" then proceeded to tell us that for 200.00 cash he would bump someone else. With this ultimately they would keep the money already paid via cc and get an additional 200.00 cash. That is a type of extortion in our view. They are refusing to refund my cc even though many requests have been made to do so. Us not getting a room was problems on their side of reservation system not ours.

    The room was not clean. We did not take a shower because the shower enclosure and especially the door was not clean. On the window, half of it must have lost the vacuum in the pane. It's been like that for a long time because you could not see through it. Poor maintenance!!!. The worst was a trash can outside the at 9 pm. In the morning at 8 am, there was more on the ground. That was disgusting and no one did anything about this. This is the entrance for godsake, doesn't anyone look outside. There was trash on the hotel property that should be picked up.

    It is a modest hotel but you can not beat the price. Besides one comes to Savannah, a hidden gem in the low country to explore, not to stay in a hotel room. The staff are excellent and it is a dog friendly hotel. It is located directly off of I95 which is convenient for those just needing a good night's sleep. Cynthia , RN, BSN, MM, BA, world traveler

    I am so used to staying at Sleep Inns that are pretty nice. This one had no indoor pool, no hot breakfast, the AC barely worked, we were given only one bath towel each and one washcloth for a two night stay. The drink machine took our money several times. there was also only a shower and no bath tub. The showerhead was so small and the water pressure was weak so you really couldn’t take a really nice shower. Plus the toilet tissue had the consistency of rough paper towels. The floor was sticky as well.The front desk people were never there so if you needed anything, you were out of luck. But we had a great time as a whole in Savannah for St Patty’s Day because we rarely stayed in the room. I was very disappointed because normally Sleep Inns are pretty nice.

    Convenient location for our travel to Florida Dirty bathroom, got locked out of room next morning at 7:30 when key cards wouldn’t work and staff acted like we were bothering him. Breakfast was horrible with stale muffins, few slices of bread to toast , yogurt and waffles

    I stay this hotel before that's o.k. Last time, that's why we are coming back,but this time the room was very dirty,there is a large dirty stain in the bed sheets,and the microwave was very dirty inside ( sauce stains left there I don't know how long ago ,we ask to change room but the other room no better than this, I call the front desk guy come to cleaned the microwave so we can heated up our food, there is also. O hot water either , therefore we can't take a shower. There is 31degree in January in Savannah. No wonder there is only 3 cars in the parking

    There is always condensation, so the floors will always be somewhat slippery. We have two towels in the room, and I asked for 3 more towels, and they would not provide more towels unless I bring back the other towels that I already have back used or unused. I feel down a few times while using the restroom. I didn't hurt myself, but could have. The pool was unavailable and very dirty. The refrigerator in the room didn't have a freezer compartment.

    The clerk was vey unwelcoming & argumentative, I told him I didn’t know about the $100 hold & he tried to tell me I did, then told me about my reservation that I had Friday, which I cancelled thru Expedia & we all know that Expedia sometimes takes a while to send cancellations, but not sure why that even mattered, especially when my room was nasty, I showed him the pictures & he seemed unfazed like that’s normal.

    Upgrades are needed. The bathroom door doesnt lock and it looks like they just painted over everything. There were a group of individuals having a party directly outside our room in the parking lot. We asked the staff to have them move to a spot not close to people's rooms, and the staff advised that he would "ask". Unfortunately, we had to handle the matter ourselves because WHY would they allow that type of mess at 7:30 AM?! Not a recommended stay..

    I stayed few weeks ago bed sheets looked dirty lots of hair dead skin i ask for sheets and remade the bed....tried it again few days ago the sheets looked cleaner but so much hair i had to brush off with towel and lay on my personal blanket due to the late hours i was tired..the shower had hair hair hair i ran the hot water and rinsed out the shower...i cant stay anymore..i Hate other people's hair...its disgusting and really affects me Mentally 😫

    So this place is fine for a one night stay. The ac worked great. The room was a little damp blankets I think because of the humidity. They were not so damp in the morning. Bed was comfortable we slept until 9 am soundly. Everything was clean except the shower glass. The inside looked fine but we decided not to take a shower. Decided to not get the continental breakfast. Staff was friendly upon arrival but did want a million signatures. Tv has basic cable nothing fancy. But decent for the price. Place is old and hallway smells like old potato chips.

    Room was quite small but bed was comfortable. Room had been fairly recently renovated which is good, but smaller things had not been finished but hopefully will be in the near future. Breakfast was really bare bones. Great location on/off Interstate 95 and next door to Houlihans Restaurant where we enjoyed a great meal.

    Close to the highway and convenient, but the hallway was filthy, the building was in need of repair, it smelled. We almost just ate the cost and went to another hotel nearby but we were tired and roughed it out. The guy at the desk was nice, but the property manager should be replaced.

    Savannah, GA 31419 for one night and my experience was highly disappointing due to multiple issues. During my stay, I encountered serious hygiene problems, including both bed bugs and roaches in my room; we know this because my 12-year-old son had 17 little bites on his back. When I brought these concerns to the attention of the manager/owner, I was met with rudeness and a lack of willingness to address the situation, which made the experience even more upsetting. He, a about 5'7 Indian guy with an attitude who claimed to be the owner, (even though it's a franchise) told me he "does not believe me" and that I should get out and then threatened to call the cops. This baffled me because I literally only went down to notify him and to ask for a different room. After that confrontation, I took my family of 3 to the hotel down the street at around 3 AM because he kicked us out for complaining. I am usually never mad enough to write a review but due to his groundless anger towards me and the fact that he refused to refund me my money. Cleanliness and respectful customer service should be top priorities for any establishment, and unfortunately, this was not the case here. I strongly urge future guests to be cautious and for management to take immediate action to resolve these problems to ensure a better experience for others. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    When I got to my room, I realized the air conditioner was not working. I will say the staff was quick and prompt to respond. And the issue was actually resolved rather quickly. However, I didn’t know how long this process was going to take. I’d already been traveling close to six hours. I had asked if it’s possible to go ahead and just let me go to another room. I was told they did not have any of our rooms. However, my issue is I was in the lobby. A person walked in off the streets without a reservation. They asked if they had another room and they were told that they did quoted the price. That’s what upset me about the situation was I was told they didn’t have enough room with. my suggestion to the staff would be. When I asked to be placed in a different room lead with letting me know that this can be resolved quickly. If not, then I’ll be moved to another room rather than just telling me you don’t have another room available. We after seem like we’re trying and putting their best efforts, but they still have a ways to go. I was asked to provide a credit card at a time of check-in even though it already paid for room I was told this would be for incidentals. This was totally understandable however it was not mentioned to me that there be a $100 hold on my card. The person checking me in explain everything about the hotel in great detail except for the $100 hold. I would recommend mentioning this as part of the check-in process.

    I stayed here for two nights. It’s not a fancy hotel but it was the first hotel I’ve stayed in in a while where I didn’t see a single bug. The water in the shower didn’t get fully hot but it was warm enough. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I would stay here again.

    The hotel has 2 levels/floors. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Our room was cozy and clean and appeared to have been recently remodeled (vynil plank floors, furniture, smart TV, functional AC) . Our room had a large Samsung smart TV. I was able to stream the Tyson/Paul fight from my Samsung phone to the TV. We will definitely be using this hotel again in the future due to the cleanliness and ease of check-in and check-out.

    The room was ok but the hotel was dated. We seen several bugs throughout the facility as well as in our room and the AC only worked about half of the time. The staff was nice but not very helpful and at time the smell of weed was unbearable. Overall I would avoid this Sleep Inn. I’m not usually a review guy and feel like I can overlook a lot but this one’s a No for me!
