Nothing Nothing looks like the pictures. It’s SKETCHY DO NOT STAY HERE. They know how to trick you into “checking-in” so you’re charged, but those rooms are disgusting. There was blood on the floor and cigarette burns in the bed. Why is it rated so high? And charging that much? You couldn’t pay me to stay here. This needs to be a 0.

When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to 220 finally to 196. The only reason that I got 196 is the staff don't want Expedia to call them for the whole night. And she threatened me if I contact Expedia that night, she won't let me check in (actually I dont understand what is the point she was saying that and kept me in that tiny box like a prisoner for half an hour, anyway if I am refused checked in, or if I am asked to pay higher price, for sure I contact Expedia.) Besides all of that check-in issue, the quality of the place does not deserve the price I paid. Probably it is due to the high-demand for that particular weekend.

10 p.m.- Upon check in I was told by the man at the desk that he did not know how to check me in if I booked through booking.com and that I would have to wait 10 minutes for the person who knew how to as they were taking a shower. I am not making this up. I came back 10 minutes later and the same man was on the phone with someone instructing him on how to check me in through Booking.com. P.s. Overall the room was decent and I liked that the windows did not open for safety. Thank you

Horrible service from a horrible motel. Very old and outdated, shabby, squeaky bed, worthless mattresses. They gave away my reserved king room, charged me, and then saved a double for me, then charged me for new room and asked if it was ok ...as if I had a choice after traveling all day! Now haha wait for credit from double charging. Room clearly has a no smoking sign, but need Ike an old ashtray.. . And there was even an ashtray IN THE NO SMOKING ROOM!!!!!! What kind of nonsense is that?? No one should ever book here. Wanted to add photos but site won't let me

The property location was fantastic. The property itself, however, was so disappointing. The room had dust and the walls were grimey. There were cigarette burns on the vanity, and even the bed sheets! The lamp shades were broken and stained and the refrigerator leaked. The staff were rude and the policy of no guests for any length of time in your room is absurd. We were in town to see family and could not even invite them to our room. Overall I feel that the room was highly overpriced for how low rent it was

Some say it doesn't look safe, or clean (I had similar first impression), but slept like a baby with no noise nor people hanging out in parking lot. Rooms clean with recently new flooring (no moldy carpet smells), room was very clean, and staff very friendly. Biggest surprise was that my towels and sheets were changed daily. Since the pandemic started, most chain hotels say they can't come in rooms to change linen. Because the staff here did this without me asking for clean towels tells me they want customers coming back. No iron or coffee maker in room, but remembered to bring instant coffee and cup to heat up in microwave until I could get out to breakfast with the money I saved on the room. Only concern is that posting honest reviews like this will bring more customers making it hard to book a room and/or drive up the prices. LOL

New laminated floors means no mildew/moldy smelling carpet. Looked like new or recently purchased furniture. Very clean rooms from front door to bathrooms. This visit was perfect too. Talking with family member of owner, I learned they bought property and started renovations, then pandemic hit. But they kept on updating the rooms. Toilets look new but hopefully tubs next. But I'll take a CLEAN chipped tub with old curtain rod instead of a new looking system with hair stuck to walls or drain clogged with some chain affiliated hotels. "Don't judge a book by its cover," is something we've been told growing up. Definitely applies to this property. Although they don't have "free breakfast," what I spent on room left me with the $$ to buy a breakfast better than stale bagels and dry cereal that most chain hotels offer with their higher prices. I will be back every time I have to travel to Savannah (sorry Wyndham, you've lost my business since standards have been lowered but prices gone up).

The property in tucked in behind the Tailgate shopping center. You can miss it if you’re not paying attention. It looks old and run down. The staff were very polite. The room was pretty big and looked just like the picture. The floors did need to be mopped and the bathroom looked disgusting. The tub was brown/black at the bottom and there was dirt in the tile. There were a lot of strangers walking through the parking lot, so it did not feel like a safe place. Weirdly, I noticed what looked like an insense tucked into the top of my door. Besides that, it was an ok visit. Please note that you do have a few of you don’t check out on time. I believe is $15 per hour.

Mega the manager is nice and accommodating and she always has a smile, Ish the housekeeper is funny and gets everything you need. I like the hotel and will always visit when in Savannah. Wish they had newer curtains and and few more pillows!! Also the coke machine should take charge cards and need a vending machine. Small details for a place that makes me always fill welcome!

I like that the property is secure and well lit! Small hotel but rooms are big and clean and smell good! Also the beds are comfortable, the tv has a lot of channels and it is very dark if you need to sleep!

It was good, but they don’t acknowledge the do not disturb sign and still knock extremely early and the sink was leaking which I told them during my last stay

Cleaningness, Great location, & Comfortable! The name says it all, Relax Inn is the escape from the normalcy of the world! This hotel is my favorite vacancy to fill when I'm in need of the privileges of being well satisfied! I would recommend this Inn to all of my friends passing through Savannah!

This place was so dirty, smelly, and it was in a dangerous area. There was also no additional lock on the door.
