Top notch ch accommodation with superlative staff

The property is beautifully designed and well maintained. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is walkable to all the main attractions. The management is attentive to the needs of guests. The pool and bar on the rooftop provides beautiful view of the city.

Its location in the Historic Center of Savannah is perfect. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. All the staff were super sweet and expert at being hospitable. They set the tone with an attentive but laid back charm that makes you feel welcome and soothed as soon as you check in. Plus they’ll hand you a flute of Brut or Rose sparkling wine as soon as you enter to check in which gets your vacation in Savannah going on the right foot! Both are delicious, BTW, with maybe a slight edge to the sparkling Rose. The rooms are large, clean, and decorated in a hip but unpretentious luxe modern style with a nod to the historic nature of Savannah in the details and wood carpentry trim. The layout is very clever and functional for your sleeping/sitting/clothes/bathroom with hooks where you want hooks etc. The rooftop bar is a must see delight - you step out there and immediately heave a sigh of bliss as you take in the stunning view. The nearby rooftop pool is small but functional and also charming. There are many well thought out seating areas up there which invite you to camp out and enjoy cocktails. I’d say my only meh is I was so excited that they have a wine bar downstairs, but my taste in wine is not in sync with whomever selected their wines by the glass. They are okay, but neither delicious nor well priced - so you are paying $20 plus for a glass of underwhelming wine. Beds: 10 out of 10 for comfort. And dog friendly!

This hotel is cool and the staff are great. One thing that was lacking is there are no drawers in the hotel room except for two in the closet. The pool is a little dated and needs to be cleaned. The grout is very moldy.

Centrally located, beautiful rooms, great staff!

Charming property close to restaurants and shopping, about 30 minutes from Tybee Island. The hotel restaurant's breakfast was excellent, and the valet team was very helpful. The only drawback was the uncomfortable mattress in our room, but staff assured us they would address it. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel that is supremely well run. The endless Champagne and ice cold water bottles are a treat. Hotel car will drive you anywhere in a 2-mile distance. Fretti linens! Food was fabulous at the restaurant. Every staff member is helpful beyond belief!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was thoughtfully designed and the decor was gorgeous without feeling overdone. The pool was incredible and such a fun, relaxing atmosphere. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The location could not have been better and close to everything we wanted to do. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. We would absolutely come back again.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful from the moment we walked in. The decor was stunning and made the entire stay feel luxurious and relaxing. The pool area was amazing and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept so well every night. The location was also perfect and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Most importantly, the staff were amazing: friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The Hotel is in a great location. There is an old Irish bar across the street, walkable everywhere. The staff is incredible. When we pulled up, we were met by Julian (valet), he was so welcoming and worked hard. He went out of his way to run to our car to get items, he filled our cooler with ice, and was nothing but kind. They accidentally double charged us (super inconvenient) but Sy Morgan their manager tried his hardest to accommodate us. Personally they should have comped us a night or gave us rewards for future stays, but they did buy our dinner and drinks. Sy was honestly the reason I didn’t lose it (almost cried as it was ~$2000). Matthew a waiter in the restaurant Emporium was outstanding. He made us feel so welcomed. Then there was Tyler at the rooftop bar, worked nonstop and was super accommodating and polite. Our only other quirk (besides $$) was the pool area. There were people in need of places to sit and they have these cabanas that you can rent not being used. They were either empty or the staff was kicking people out of them. People already pay good money to stay, cabanas should just be open. Oh and our room was outstanding, so comfortable!!

The hotel is in a perfect location btw the river and Forsyth park, you can walk everywhere! The customer service is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. Champagne is offered all day at the front desk. You can ask for a Keurig coffee machine in your room if you want. There’s streaming in the room and a comfortable couch. They provide bathrobes. For the high price we pay for the room, it would be nice to have breakfast included.

The bathroom faucet was broken, shower fixture not user friendly, no ventilation for shower steam (hence the musty odor) and they could use a coffee maker in the room. I expected more from a “luxury” hotel. I wouldn’t consider this hotel 5 star as presented.

This is a lovely hotel in the middle of town, with superior valet and Hotel staff! Service at the restaurant downstairs was good but rather slow for breakfast and dinner both. Rooftop bar service was amazing, and the drinks & nibbles were v good. One complaint: dust was prevalent on the bathroom fixtures & the room in general needed a good wipe down. Also, sheets smelled of chlorine. Otherwise the room was clean, well appointed and spacious.

Only thing was gym treadmills need to be replaced. Not good for knees with no cushion. Water bottles and fruit provided. I would definitely stay there again and I 100% recommend this hotel in every way.

Randy rodriguez the concierge was EXCELLENT. Reign at front desk was very sweet. Now they do not have 24 hour room service. And calling the front desk and in room dining was a problem. No one ever answered. Also we were left waiting for over an hour for car service and the hotel never responded to our call to update us.

Mais service did not come until after 5pm on day of our stay. Green light was blinking all night long facing our bed and disturbed my sleep. Other than those glitches, the stay was excellent and the restaurant food was excellent as well.

There was a septic smell that caused a need to change rooms. Second room was better until after I took a shower. Then it was there - a septic, musty, mildew smell. For that reason I wouldn't stay again but it did not completely ruin my otherwise positive experience.

One of my all time favorite hotels! The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, the hotel itself was beautifully decorated and in the absolute best location for walking around Savannah. There was complimentary champagne, coffee and water and the rooftop bar was fabulous!

Great place in a great location

This last visit was probably my 5th time staying at this hotel. I rate it excellent in general but for this trip in particular, I was charged close to double the usual rates and I felt ripped off. Not only that, I thought parking was included and it turned out to be $55 extra plus tax. The room was great and the overnight stay was great but it was not worth $600+.

The room was great, staffing was amazing, and the amenities all superb. The location was great. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the restaurant.

Outstanding hotel

We loved this hotel, particularly the ambiance, decor, and staff, who were all excellent. Our only critique is that we felt Perry Lane was lacking in some of the small details that might be expected at a 5 star hotel. For example, although a car service was offered to take and pick up guests within a 3 mile radius, it was never available, even though we requested transportation as requested about 15-20 minutes prior to our desired departure. In addition, the outdoor tables available for guests to sit at were rarely cleared of dishes and wiped off. All of that said, I would return to the Perry Lane Hotel!

This is not a luxury hotel. It is a nice boutique hotel and worth about half of the price. They need a spa, a better gym, and a concierge who is available. Their prices do not match what you get. There are much better options right down the road in Savannah.

The service was top-notch. Every space in the hotel was something out of Pinterest. Rooftop pool and bar was phenomenal. Location was great to walk anywhere and see all of the sites and Riverside.

Our room was spot-on: comfy with luxe linens, plus beautiful furniture and finishes. Staff were attentive and plentiful, always ready without hovering. The Emporium restaurant was a highlight—delicious room-service desserts and an incredible breakfast, with amazing servers and baristas.

This is the only hotel that I've ever booked that didn't have 2 wash cloths in the room as a standard. My reservation was for 2 guests staying in the room so I was confused that we only had 1 wash cloth to start with and only had 1 after housekeeping cleaned the room. The bed could also be a little higher off the ground -- I'm 6' and getting out of the bed felt like I was doing squats first thing in the morning. Not sure if this is because I had a standard king room or not. Also the mattress could be a little firmer. Honestly, these items aren't that bad, considering all of the amenities offered by the hotel.. Still giving this hotel a 5 star review.

Amazing property, but what sets this property apart is the amazing staff.

Property is very clean and modern and relatively new but fits into the historic area very well. Staff was very helpful and attentive and service was quite good. We stayed in a deluxe room with a view that was on the smaller side with no view so not sure it was worth the extra money. The room was nicely appointed but a bit cramped and there was no in-room coffee maker as you had to go down to the lobby for coffee. But it was in walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants and we would definitely stay there again. .

2nd visit; love this hotel. I do not eat at the hotel restaurants; not my vibe. However, that whole entire historic area is extremely walkable and there is so much to do, see and eat. The hotel is very nice, extremely clean and comfortable; definitely worth every penny. I would stay here again and again. One thing the hotel has no control over is the people who may stay there; my last night in the wee hours of the morning; it sounded like the room above mines; some was either moving furniture or rolling luggage all over the floor. It was on and off for hours; I could not sleep. But like I said; Perrylane cannot control inconsiderate behavior.

The complimentary champagne is nice. the option to pre order something special like chocolate covered strawberries, champagne or other snacks is very nice. There was a fully stocked bar. The restaurant served delicious food and rooftop bar was perfect with a lovely view.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with this hotel after seeing lots of positive reviews. I would not consider this a 5-star hotel, so it is overpriced for that reason.

unfortunately our room smelled like Cat Pee. Aside from that the rooms are spacious and very very comfortable and updated beautifully. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast otion was delicious. when we arrived after a 7 hour drive, at 4:30 PM, our room was not ready until 6 Pm. We had 7 Pm dinner reservations so we had to rush. Our room smelled like Cat Pee and the hotel was full, so we could not get into another room. sadly no one offered any kind consolation, not that i was looking for one. Maybe send someone to the room to smell the cat pee or get the cleaning staff to know the difference from cat pee smell and a proper hotel smell and report it. Aside from that, its a very nice hotel.

Perry Lane is the ultimate in southern comfort luxury! The amenities are amazing and the staff makes you feel so welcomed and like you are a part of family. It has a wonderful location and is within walking distance to all that Savannah has to offer. The Emporium restaurant is also wonderful and the food is delicious no matter what meal.

What a wonderful hotel and staff

From the moment you arrive the staff goes above and beyond in helping you in any way possible. From Front desk to Bar staff and anyone in between. Housekeeping were efficient and incredibly stealthy. Would leave the room for an hour or so and when returned room was cleaned. Speaking of the room, the shower was large and the best water pressure and shower head we have experienced in any hotel. We normally do not use a Hotel restaurant but chose to use Emporium Kitchen for convenience for breakfast and the food was amazing. Convenient location in Historic Downtown and no problem getting a Quick Uber ride while visiting this time of year. Also used their complimentary car service and highly recommend if available. Highly recommend staying at this Hotel and would stay here again.

Loved our stay. Professional, warm and highly service oriented staff/team. High touch experience begins at check in and continues. Nicely appointed lobby, sitting area, and art pieces throughout contribute to the experience. We had lovely cocktails created by friendly skilled bar team at Peregrin while enjoying the view. Location is fabulous with sites, shopping, eating all in walking distance. Recommend!

Nicely designed hotel Breakfast menu was a bit poor; not enough actual breakfast items as it’s an all day brunch. Early morning you want toast etc No tea/coffee facilities in room. Given the rating of the hotel I don’t know why they wouldn’t provide such a basic amenity. Instead ordering a coffee to your room will cost you $16! When your alarm goes off, you don’t want to rush down to the coffee shop. You want the decadence of a coffee in bed. Limited room service menu

I love this property. I wish I could always find a property that offers everything this one does. It's so convenient yet quiet on a side street. The rooms are spacious, modern and elegant, there's an awesome rooftop, and a great coffee shop in the lobby. And, they have these great little statues by the elevator that people re-arrange throughout the day in fun ways and it's totally delightful. Love this place!

Perry Lane was wonderful! The location was just right, not too far from river street or Forsyth Park in either direction, with lots of shops and restaurants close by. We needed to bring our dog last minute, and the staff made sure she was more than welcome. Even with all the other wonderful accommodation options, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is quiet-comfort; luxury-style. Unpretentious and private. The rooms were fantastic and the service in all parts of the Perry Lane was nothing short of perfect.

Amazing new hotel in the heart of historic district. Plush comfy beds and showers have great pressure. My inly tiny nitpick is that at check in time, I was not informed of the amenities. Other than that, amazing find! Would stay again!

Housekeeping had to be called to make up our room. Second day left a dirty plastic glove. Third day left all 4 dirty glasses. No coffee or tea in the room and coffee at shop was very bitter. Restaurant had no real vegeterian options.

This hotel is fabulous! It was very convenient to walk around historic Savannah. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was great and a lovely rooftop bar. I highly recommend the Perry Lane Hotel!

Beautiful property however issue with scalding water temperature in room that went unresolved. Otherwise a great experience.

My sister and I had a lovely stay! The service was top-notch- the staff members were knowledgeable and so friendly. From the moment we arrived on the property, we were treated with the greatest hospitality. Esthel checked us in and truly enhanced our stay throughout the weekend. She truly deserves accolades! She was always looking to offer services and make sure our stay was outstanding. Please promote her and do what you can to keep her on staff long-term! The next time I visit Savannah, I will definitely stay at the Perry Lane again@

The Perry Lane could not be located more perfectly in Savannah. So easy to head to the park, towards the river or walk around the hotel. The ammenities were fantastic, used the gym, ate at the restuarant, hung out in the bar, and sat by the pool. I will go back to the Perry Lane soon. Also, Sam was very helpful checking in and organizing great locations for dinning. PL is well run!

The staff was friendly, the drivers were courteous and the rooms were clean. I would recommend to others.

Welcoming service and wonderful amenities. Close to everything

Location of the hotel is perfect. We parked our car and did not need it until we checked out two days later as we walked everywhere. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with check in, valet and questions we had. The rooms are very nice. We were a bit disappointed that we had only one wash cloth, no tissues and the hooks on the wall were broken. But the room was wuite and comfortable. Enjoyed the rooftop bar!

This is a 3 star hotel on a 5 star price menu! Design is flawed, facilities are already suffering from deferred maintenance, and the staff, although very polite, are not adequately trained. The second wing is treated as a poor second cousin. No one to open the doors most of the time. Water on the entry ways should be swept and blown off daily, but it is treated as if it is no big deal. Older or compromised people are not good target customers.

We absolutely love staying at this hotel! Every time we drive from FL to SC, we stop over for a night in Savannah. This hotel has a great location and it's such a walkable town. The customer service is phenomenal, such friendly helpful staff. It is by far one of our favorite places to stay!

A little disappointed that there are no slippers in the room as the bathroom tiles are very cold.

Such a great property! Love the champagne at check in and through out your stay! Beautiful room and ambience. Only suggestion would be nespresso makers in rooms. Otherwise it was perfect!

The property is exceptionally well managed. The rooms were incredibly quiet—we had no idea how noisy our neighbors were until we stepped into the hallway!

The room service desk is terrible called more than 10 times each night no one answers! The front desk is always crowded with only one person for service! Extremely noise inside !! We had dinner at the restaurant and was very loud full of people drinking and very uncomfortable! Not coming back!! Rather stay at the alida or JW
