They were able to give me another room but the floor was dirty as well, and the bed was not washed either. It was changed at 1:30 am in the morning, so I had no other choice than to start looking for another place at that time. I had a to start driving at 7am.

My Room was Clean an well Maintained

I liked that I felt welcomed. I came late and was not disrespected or treated unfairly. I was given the utmost professional customer service. I felt safe and I had a great rest for the temporary time I stayed.

The AC unit was very noisy when it turned on. The king bed was comfy but very high to get up on.

Room somewhat clean. Manager got verbally loud when we told them we would be leaving. Started shouting, no refunds, no refunds after we were there for only a few minutes. Got into a verbal altercation with my partner because my partner was offended at the way he spoke to him.

Room had not been cleaned and bed unmade. HVAC was broken. I just needed a quick rest so I slept on the bare mattress in my clothes.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at rooms smelled like weed, molding was coming off wall and big holes, bugs in the shower and bed bugs on the bed. Found joint in room wasn’t good considering my kid picked it up. This place needs to be closed down!

AC was busted, no sink knob, no toilet paper, holes in the wall, place was sketchy.

There is no reason to stay at this hotel unless you plan on doing very sketchy illegal activities. As someone in their early 20s who travels for work and has stayed in dozens of cheap motels and hotels, I have never felt the need to write a review because I’m pretty easy going.

We had a email confirmation and we got there from NY at 1 am and they gave away my room!! They were sold out and all the other hotels were too, due to Spring break ...Wentraveled 30/miles away to find a room ....Very angry!! Clerk was a uncaring dirt bag!

My family and I arrived late on a rainy night, and we were exhausted from traveling all day. The room we reserved wasn't available, and the clerk did adamantly try to find us a room. However, each option was scarier than the last. The first room we were offered was a 3 room, adjoining room combo for no additional charge; however, a hole in the mud seemed more cozy. The beds were either bare or partially made and obviously filthy. The tv looked liked someone had hit it with a baseball bat. and none of the adjoining doors had doorknobs or locked. Even scarier, only one door leading outside worked. The final room was the one we settled for. And not because it was nice, we were simply exhausted, wet,and cold. But it was far from better. For starters, the lock on the door was old and rusted,and looked like if someone even knocked on the door it would crumble. Luckily, the wall decor was scattered along the floor, so I made a barricade and The furniture was layered in dust. The bathroom was also dirty with poop stains in the clogged toilet.There were no towels,washcloths,soap,or shampoo. The ac was broken, but luckily it was a cold night , and the room was toasty. The bed was partially made, and there were no visible stains on these blankets, but with the state of everything else, we decided to use our beach towels instead just to be safe and less likely to catch scabies or a skin eating bacteria. On a good note, there were no bugs, and the clerk was a really helpful. But

Pictures of the property are fake. Rooms are dingy with paint peeling off the ways. Damaged walls. Rusty lamps and fixtures. Shouting and screaming from other rooms throughout the night. Stained bedspread. So dirty I didn't want to touch anything. I would have left immediately if I hadn't prepaid, it was late, and I was exhausted. This hotel is not suitable for anything and should be demolished.

Needs an update and a bit more deep cleaning but overall the gm is awesome as well as the housekeeper. They are super helpful and accommidating as well as friendly and fun!

t wasn’t that bad but could be better. The condition. I wanted a downstairs room but got stock with a room near someone upstairs counts smell the cigarette smoke in my room.

May have been cheap but disgusting. Smelled of smoke through the vent system and had a roach crawling up the bed.

They claimed they could not see I made the payment. Your customer service had to contact the hotel directly to explain. They also claimed they dis not have the room I reserved. Upon looking at another room, I was not happy with that room since it was very dirty.

Great location, easy to find and close to I95. Liked that reastaurant near by on premises. Perkins with great selection. Very good price.

Great for price. It was stains on curtains and hair on bathroom floor but no matter were i stay i lysol the bed aand clorox the bathroom areas.

It was clean and a little updated. Bed was comfortable. Had donuts and coffee at front desk. Price was very cheap. For the price it was great. I would stay there again.

I did not like anything about the property it was dirty and the bath tub was to disgusting to even touch or shower in.

please do yourself a favor don't stay there. The room I got was dirty. sheets with yellow stains, the toilet had pee in there, under the bed looked like somebody literally would just sweep all the trash under there. Don't stay there

The bed was ok , the bath was dirty so I asked for another room which was a bit better. Also there was only one shampoo and we were two but ok I asked for another one. They say they offer breakfast but all we found was coffee and a couple of slices of white spongy bread. All in all, not a nice place and overpriced.

Room was disgusting, nasty and not clean. Smelt like crap and the area around the hotel was full of nothing but drugs! I asked for more towels and wash clothes and the woman at the desk told me no. It was just awful! I do not recommend to anyone, if you can afford to, pay a few extra bucks for a different hotel!

People were rude. I asked for more towels. Which is a simple ask. They said they didnt have any in the office. And that i had to go find the house keeper. The guest shouldn't have to hunt down the house keeper. Honestly my worst experience at a hotel. The hotel room was dusty and the tub was gross had black and red stains on it.

What’s what I expected , this place needs to work on the overall cleaning , my room had writing on the wall and I know it’s not expensive to paint , but keep into consideration that people come to visit and should be VERY comfortable with their stay !! And we spotted bugs in the bathroom area 🤢

Dirty, barely working A/C, everything old, shower curtains almost falling down, door handle to the bathroom was very loose, almost locked myself inside because of that. Staff was nice, but rooms are just horrible, nothing like pictures.

Customer service/check in process was fine friendly.. room was get what you pay for... can use a deep cleaning, toilet only flushed 1x ran the rest of the night, spider webs in to corner, needs new towels etc, and right once it was time to lay down, there was a freaking red bug!! MAJOR TURN OFF..

When I went to check in,the staff claimed they couldn't find my reservation then said there was a problem checking me in. It took over 45 minutes before they finally got me a room. Two lights were blown in the roon, power outlets by the lights don't work, sheets had holes and stains on them. Couldn't even believe there was no phone in the room. Found a nail on the floor by the bathroom, power outlets were missing covers. Definitely won't stay there ever again

Coffee was good, sheets were crisp and clean. Room was dirty, ceilings has discoloration and areas of wear, rugs had pulls, dirty corners everywhere, poor paint job, cracked sink, grungy towels.

This was a business trip so we needed something ASAP. Luckily the bed was comfortable and there is breakfast provided. However, the room needed major cleaning and maintenance! And I'm not sure if it was Hotels or Scottish Inn's fault, but our reservation was messed up. Which left us locked out of our room one night.

for the price i paid, I really can't expect much. Location is convenient. WIFI is very spo.

It was obviously a dangerous area because the police were present everytime I looked or walked outside my room. However, the service desk staff are very helpful and brought an extra pillow to my room personally. He even gave me suggestions on what was decent to eat in the area but outside of the hotel area because of safety.

Booked 2 beds no-smoking. At check-in only had King smoking room. "Breakfast" was white bread, fruit loops and weak coffee. Bath tub disgusting.

Bed were confortable, pillows plastic ones like the hospital not so comportable, and lack of pillows. Door handle on bathroom door broken, obvious leak in roof. Bad patch job. But you cant tell things are being refurnished new wood til floor in room in tile bathroom. Tub needs reburishing and cocking yesterday. But only paid 43 night.

The tub always ran water because the faucet could not be turned all the way off. The mini fridge was not working properly and my key card had to be fixed because the lock would not let me in at night

No coffee in the room. Had to check in throgh a hole in the fron window. Towels like sand paper. AVOID

It didn't have a handicapped room on lower floor, the room was dirty, the wall had a big hole in it looked like some one was thrown into it, the pool was out of order, they didn't give us the Wi-Fi password, and the phone in the room didn't work the cord was cut. Not happy a visit

The worst motel/hotel I've ever stayed in by far. Dirty every where. Stains on the wall. Shower barely worked. The door to the bathroom was too big for the frame and wouldn't close. It was very gross.

The inn was very dirty. There were stains on the bed sheets. The bathroom was very dirty. I would not shower in there. The beds were small and the whole place was extremely run down. I would never stay here and I would never recommend it. We took one look at the room and immediately went back for a refund. We booked a different hotel instead.

The rooms had roaches and flies. No telephone in the rooms. Lamps without lightbulbs. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The room looks ok. The beds are ok. However, there's no iron, fixtures are falling off the walls, that is, where the iron and ironing board is, it fell and hit my arm. There was no covering for the ironing board. The toilet tissue holder was coming out of the wall. The refrigerator needs replacing as well as the standing lamps. Major work needs to be done.

not good, staff did not have a pleasant or welcoming attitude at all. the tub was recently painted and in-dried. noise area with people smoking marijuana outside. the chain on the door is broken. I was relaxing on the bed in my underwear and a maintenance worker just walked in the room, After seeing me in there he still insisted coming in and checking a bath tub he painted earlier. who paints a bath tub, that is very cheat and tacky. My privacy was seriously violated. I would like to be re funded.

We made a reservation non-refundable through Expedia and when we arrived the hotel staff said we didn't have any reservations and we couldn't stay at the hotel that we should talk to Expedia about it. We even showed the reserve number they didnt take the time to look at it. As simple as "we are full we cant take you in, we dont know how Expedia reserved this room". We were tired and had to go somewhere else at midnight. Obviously, Expedia charged us. They eventually made us a refund but it was with much email exchanges and some aggressiveness on my behalf that they. It was terrible. Super unprofessional on the hotel and also expensive. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Not clean or in very good condition . The bathroom in the room we were given on arrival had large areas of paint and plaster that had fallen off and were peeling and had areas of mold . The rest of the room was also in poor condition so I asked to see another room . We were shown another room that was worse so we took the first one . The people we dealt with were not rude or impolite however we never saw a smile or felt we were welcome guests . On the positive side the WiFi was decent , the location convenient with restaurants and gas close by . We had booked two nights (no cancellation with Hotels.com?) and then moved across the street after that . We would not return to this place .

the staff was courteous and friendly. we were there for rest and relaxation and the atmosphere there was on point.

no phone in the room, problem with getting extra bath towels. this hotel was reserved for 2 days but I was called on my cell while at work, after the first day stay, and told that I had to pay now if I wanted to stay another day. I explained over the phone that the room was reserved for two days , but the staff insisted that I give them my credit card info over the phone and pay now.

The staff was rude we got locked into the bathroom they didnt care we asked for extra towels they made a scene like we were gonna steal them horrible the towels were dirty the bathroom was dirty the beds were dirty why there still open i have no clue

There was mold in the bathroom. The beds was hard and very uncomfortable. I room didn't have nothing but 1 wash cloth with a two double bed. Then when asked for wash cloth they get mad and only give out one asking how many people in your room. The beds looked like they got them off the side of the road. Rude front desk person and housekeeper. I will never and I repeat never being my family to the hotel again. I have pictures of this room and plan on filing a complaint against this hotel because no one should be in them rooms on this type of condition. I will never come back to this mess me and my family will sleep in the car.

Bed bugs left like an hour mad

I don't know why there is such negative talk but my experience was good. Room was neat and absolutely no issues.

After showing my service animals id at 9 pm that night while bathing self and child a woman was beating on door in reference to not registering my service animal in which i had. First sending me to a taken room then sent me to one witg freshly stained sheets. Never again!

I even don't know where to start. My husband and I were driving to Rhode Island and after a long drive we were very tired and decided to stop at Scottish Inn. Bad mistake. Front door very dirty, sheets dirty, walls full of mold and paint was falling off the walls, phone not working, bathroom door very dirty, tub had hairs on it! If it wouldnt have been 11pm when we got there I wouldn't have stayed there. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

the bathtub was dirty, had yellow and scum stains. there was large writing on the front door that said "the laughing lounge", paint falling off the walls, lots of hair on the bed. room phone did not work, permanent marker stain on toilet seat and on tub. unpleasant feeling overall.

Mold in bathroom dirty sheets and blankets hair in the bath tub hair in the sheets couldn’t replace my dirty blanket because they had no more all around a horrible place to stay couldn’t wait to leave in the am!

Booked this hotel 2 weeks prior to our stay. I requested a non-smoking room but when we checked in I was given a smoking room. The bedsheets were dirty , it looked like the room had not been clean. It was a horrible stay. We left the next day at 6 AM because we could not sleep due to the heavy smell of smoke.

Hotel had toilet that had a slight leak and the blinds had cigarette burns in them leaning the room smelling like fresh smoke.

Staff was rude. Difficult to get one extra towel. Toilet wasn’t flushing and had to switch rooms after asking 5 times for the toilet to be fixed. New room had the same issue. Warning of a “no refunds after 15 minutes of check in.” Next door hotel said “please leave the premisses now, do not stay there, please leave now.”

Perfect for one night stay while traveling, great value.

Rm 118.Mold on tub and walls, drug smoke coming through our vent from other guest rooms, dirty stained towels,no phone, ragedy curtains. The hotel owners tried to rip me off! They dwnied ever recieving a payment from my hotel.com booking even though I had the receipt which stated "paid in full and reserved." They should be investigated and shut down. Rooms are NOTHING like the photos.

No fridge, hair dryer was broken, no operating ice machine, no real quilts only a mattress pad sandwiched between two sheets, pillowcases were dingy and stained, only one staircase and i had a room on the backside, the only parking was out front, cheap washcloths and towels

Check in day on a three day stay I was ignored when we walked into the office, no greetings or could I help u. Rooms were very smokey ,no Ice Bucket, no ice machine wasn't working had dirty liening an asked for trash removal on the second day the room service lady said wasn't gonna take no trash on the bed lien or towels .there were roaches in the bathroom an refrigerator wouldn't get cold .the continental breakfast was a joke old cereal no coffee or juice vending machine didn't work had to walk to the store for snacks n drinks.

The staff have terrible attitudes. The "non-smoking" rooms smell like smoke. Definitely not a family-friendly environment.

Horrible gave the room away to someone else stating that they were full but l managed to book the last one available at the time
