The room was not cleaned and was not what I booked online. Was not happy.

BEDS WERE A LITTLE HARD BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS NICE
- 1/5
The pool was closed for renovations, but you can see there is no work been done, water has been dirty for long time. It was supposed to he a smoke free environment and in the hallway was a smell of Marijuana you couldn't stand it. Smoke alarm in room was missing cap and you can see the cables. You can tell for the whole 3 nights we stayed, they did not sweep or blow the sidewalk on the back entrance. Back entrance door sign reads, " for your safety this door is to remain locked at all times use your room card to open" but said door was unlocked at all times. I do jot recommend you stay at this hotel.
- 1/5
The bed had a dip in the middle, the floor was dirty and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom. If you want a good night sleep, go somewhere else.
- 4/5
They where giving people the key to our room someone came to i room three times the second night other than that it was okay
- 1/5
It was okay but couldn’t been better
- 1/5
Unsafe and room not clean!!!
- 2/5
Cockroach infestation, filthy floors, and trash in the hallways. Rooms are loud and people are constantly screaming at all hours. The rooms themselves were ok If you ignore the sticky floors.
- 2/5
The place was gross! Floor was slippery, like it had never been mopped. There was a cockroach in my room. The shower was filthy.
- 4/5
It was definitely a decent hotel, it was close to everything & staff was super nice. Breakfast was good & I enjoyed the pool. Only thing was my bathroom didn't have a shower curtain but I used my friend room so it worked. All and all id book again for sure.
- 5/5
2 exit doors didn’t lock toward the back of the complex
- 4/5
I liked the full size fridge and kitchenette. The shower was pretty good water pressure and temp and you didn't have to wait forever for it to get hot. I liked the staff. They were very friendly and made things operate with ease. I also liked how dog friendly the place is with easy access to the outside to take the pup out to potty. I didn't like that I felt that I constantly needed more towels and to get them i had to walk very far. The front desk couldn't be reached by phone. The line was always busy. The room had no full size mirror, only one layer of curtains that didn't do a great job of keeping the sun out, and the AC would constantly make very loud and startling noises.
- 0.5/5
Close to Chuckie cheese for my kids I didn't like the staff bc I couldn't get accommodations due to a mix up. I paid my money for a room thru booking.com and they wouldn't give me a room after showing that I bought a room. I had to find another hotel and buy a whole other room. I lost $208. I couldn't do much while I was in Savannah bc of $208 I lost. Disappointed my girls they love Chucky cheese
- 5/5
My stay was great! The staff was amazing, and super friendly, the room was very large and spacious, the water was hot, my room was clean, I slept great. The breakfast was delicious. I didn’t have any complaints, about the property. The towels were a little tiny, lol. I’ll be back for another stay though.

If you are with children beware the homeless!
- 3/5
Good location, updated, staff was friendly Bedside tables/headboard lights not functioning at all! One side the switches did not even existed, jut a whole. Tub was dirty with visible step on dirt marks and soap scum with hair (I should have taken a picture …). The shower drain was very slow accumulating a lot of water. Please check your cleaning staff post room cleaning to see what kinda job they do!! Do you guys don’t have a supervisor? Also there was no shower towel at all so you step out to a bare floor !! The outside door lock at the back end of the building was busted and did not even close, no safety whatsoever!!! Anyone can come in which I’m sure you are aware. Last the lock safe mechanism at the room door it was frozen and didn’t move at all so I couldn’t use it and only rely on the door lock. Fix this things please

This hotel is in the hood. People hanging out all night doors not closed left open no security. Trap spot
- 4.5/5
It was good
- 0.5/5
I did not feel safe. People partying and talking loud outside the parking
- 3/5
The room had a mildew smell, the TV was stuck on 1 station and when taking a shower water spread out to the floor.
- 5/5
Everything was great,I love the staffand when you walk in it smell so fresh and clean, now the only thing, was no towels or TV remote in the room ,but staff did make sure I had some clean towels and a remote, I will be back again
- 2/5
When we areived they were overbooked, we didn't get the suite we booked in Main Stays. Instead we got a normal room in Sleep Inn. They waived the dog fee though. Then our room's AC didn't work, so they put it in a different room. This room had puke on the bed and the person who made the bed, made it through the puke. There is no way they didn't see it. Then the TV didn't work either. There was no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms, the bottle on the wall was just empty. Cleaning staff was not happy to be there and they didn't care about their job. The back door was left propped open 24/7 because the key card thing didn't work, so there was no security. It really was just all around one of the worst stys I've ever had!
- 4/5
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. But overall maintenance is lacking. Paint peeling from the ceiling. Toilet seat and flush handle were sticky. The breakfast area is very nice. Breakfast was also good.
- 4/5
Key card kept being denied/reset
- 0.5/5
It was convient I didn’t like the black mold. I was feeling sick then realized the reason being because the black mold was all over the back of the bed
- 0.5/5
I went to my room it was perfect, I went to eat out with friends and cam back a man was in my room. I ask him how he got there he said he was waiting for a friend. I went to the lobby the receptionist acted careless. I got my money back and left I felt unsafe. And other people was walking around the lobby it was late. I willl never stay there this was scary.
- 4.5/5
We will stay again.

Clean room, breakfast was good, the lady that prepared it was very nice. Front desk was not always staffed.

- 3/5
The location was great. The office staff were great. Less than my expectations. Staff were fine. the bed was clean but the room details were not clean. Freshness in room was very poor.
- 3/5
Quiet
- 5/5
I loved everything about this hotel
- 1/5
So we felt very unsafe at this Facility the side door to the bldg would not close once opened so for two nights as we came to Go inside the Door was open… we didn’t even sleep well so the front desk clerk As we checked out told me to email her the Pictures and I did …. safety is a very Big concern at this Facility
- 1/5
We did not feel safe, the door did not lock properly and we found our window unlocked. There were no working phones in the rooms. The water presser was low. There was mold in the bathroom. The staff was nice.
- 1/5
Expedia told us they couldn’t help since we had already checked out and only gave us $30 in credit. They said if we complained earlier, we could’ve requested a full refund — yet in the next hotel, where we also found a cockroach and reported it right away, they still did nothing. The phone was also not connected so we had to walk to the lobby every time we needed to talk to them. The only star goes to the kind front desk lady.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff was very nice and courteous.
- 5/5
everyone was nice
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, great staff!
- 5/5
It was very quiet
- 4/5
Breakfast was good, and the location was convenient to everything It wasn't really nothing to dislike, but they need to have better internet.
- 4/5
Room was nice and very clean. It was very quiet and centrally located for the places we wanted to go. My only complaint is the constant smell of marijuana in the halls and right outside of the building. Other than that, it was a great stay.
- 4/5
Floor in bedroom was dirty. Had to walk on towels
- 2/5
No phone service in the room. Had to go downstairs to the front desk several times. The TV just work on 1 channel. So we could not watched desired tv shows and movies. Overall the room was nice just inconvenience of the amenities.
- 1/5
Ultimately we did not travel for the hotel but we were expecting more.
- 5/5
Everything was great 👍
- 2/5
Room says no smoking but smells like smoke. The smell of marijuana lingers everywhere everywhere outside and thru the halls. I could hear the person in the room next to me whole conversation dogs were barking very loud all night long. I got no rest at all
- 1/5
To whom it may concern, My stay at your "choice" hotel was the wrong choice. The reviews and photos were VERY deceiving considering the room had visible mold on the ceiling and certainly in the AC which reeked of urine at every blow. I have severe mold allergies so I had an awful night's sleep to say the least. The bathroom door had been repainted over rust so many times it wouldn't even close. Like, I struggled to even get it to meet the wall and it was so crooked a battering ram couldn't have closed it completely. Speaking of doors, the room door was so misaligned the deadbolt couldn't even be shut. I even tried to lift the door by the handle to secure it and it still would not set. My next attempt to feel safe was to try the security latch, which was loose and too far away and made absolutely no difference in security. Thankfully, I packed a lock security tool or I would've slept even less for fear someone would just walk in. See photos attached. I also can’t submit directly to the hotel owner due to the website not allowing the hotels.com confirmation number to submit the complaint form.
- 5/5
It’s CLEAN! The nicest people ever work at the property. Clean clean CLEAN!
- 5/5
Nice & clean

Everything
- 3/5
Our stay was not terrible, but this property needs some upgrades, as it is older. The tile grout in the bathroom needs cleaned and our floors were not swept thoroughly by housekeeping, as there were objects in corners and under the AC unit. There were two bottles or conditioner in the shower, and no shampoo. The coffee making had no brewing basket. At one point, upon leaving the property and returning, our door key card would not work for the side door entrance, nor our room. Another gentleman was having the same issue. We waited, asked other staff, and even tried calling the hotel to get someone to answer to help us because no one was at the front desk. We waited for over 30 minuted to be able to get back into our rooms.
- 5/5
We felt safe and the place was clean and staff was friendly. The pool looked very inviting and it looked clean.
- 1/5
The room was not properly cleaned — the balcony was filthy, and there were insects and spiders inside the room. The bathtub was clogged and took nearly 45 minutes to drain. We complained three times over two days, and the receptionist (an Indian man) casually responded, “Yeah, we had so many complaints this morning,” without offering any solution or apology. To make matters worse, if you need a towel, you have to go all the way to the reception to get it. The pool area is overrun with crabgrass, which ruins the view from the balcony. Save your money — the Hilton nearby is similarly priced, and at least the staff there actually care about their guests.
- 4/5
Spacious rooms with full kitchen was nice
- 2/5
Check in was made nearly impossible with the poor attitude from desk staff. The hotelnroom itself was okay, but the bathroom was disgusting and the television didn't work.
- 5/5
Didn't watch extract
- 2/5
My check in was at 3pm, but I wasn’t able to check in until 5pm because my room wasn’t clean. We sat in the lobby until the room was available. Only to get bit throughout the night by bed bugs. There was also some kind of residue on the mirror in our hotel. No curtain in the bathroom for the walk in shower so water was everywhere. Very bad quality.
- 2/5
Mould in the bathrooms and unhelpful staff , room smelt of smoke and was not offered to move just offered to re-spray room with air freshener.
- 1/5
Roaches and ants in the room. Shower was nast and peeling. Floor was very nasty
- 4/5
Great staff. Room was spacious yet smelled musty. Had to spray air freshener everytime we entered the room.
- 1/5
The rooms had mildew it wasn't no pots and pan the balcony was dirty
- 4/5
Clean and spacious room. My only complaint would be that the family in the adjoining room were very loud. I will be staying again. Convenient location at a reasonable price.
- 2/5
Claims to be smoke free but the room REAKED of cigarettes. Couldn’t get extra towels, when trying to get assistance from the front desk they were no where to be seen to later find them sprawled out on a couch asleep. Informed managers but they couldn’t care
- 3/5
Wifi was down the whole weekend and it took four trips to the front desk for them to finally admit it. One of the staff even tried to connect to the motel across the street's wifi before just saying it wasn't working. Don't get me wrong, I get that things break, but don't lie and say you're going to fix it in "a few minutes" when you know it's been down for days.
- 5/5
Rooms are like an apartment! They are huge. Bathrooms are private. Beds are really comfortable
- 5/5
The front desk was very professional and helpful.

Took 20 minutes to get checked in because there was an incident where they needed 3 police units at the hotel. There was a noisy pool party going on from 4 pm to 10 pm. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana and the hallway was way worse with marijuana and cigarettes. Couldn't go to bed because the pool party outside could be heard through the patio sliding door. Then, icing on the cake, around 4-5am someone was smoking marijuana outside my patio door since I was on the ground level, and its like all that came into my room. It woke me up it was so strong. Mind you, they had to be a hotel guest as well because patios are on the inside courtyard only. The staff at the desk check in and check out did not look like they wanted to be there. Don't stay here.
- 1/5
It was absolutely terrible. It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I couldn’t even bring myself to eat the breakfast there. It was so dirty.
- 3/5
Place is an ok location. Seems like long term residents are there as well. Back side of hotel smells like marijuana. Staff tried its best to cover it up.
- 4/5
Did the job. Close proximity to downtown Savannah and other shops and restaurants. Clean, not smelly, hot water, comfortable bed.
- 1/5
I was very uncomfortable and stay was very short for me ai checked out early because I felt uncomfortable scared and the atmosphere was very creepy and eerie. I could not stay there long at all
- 1/5
Room smelled like smoke even though they said it was not non-smoking. Sheets were dirty yellow color. Owners/managers are typical Indian hotel owners that are cheap, don’t clean and do NOT provide fresh breakfast items, options were very limited with old apples and stale cereals. Awful do not book this!!!
- 1/5
Don’t use your debit card!! Lesson learned. We were overcharged for our room and still haven’t been reimbursed. Horrible customer service. You can’t get them on phone at all. When it does connect it automatically hangs you up. I will not recommend using them.
- 2/5
The entire property smelled like pot. I think children were left unattended because we heard babies wailing all day/night long. Room next to us had a party all night long and the door was slammed multiple times. We reserved a queen suite, received a king suite with only one bed. Asked for a queen suite and received a queen room. Was told queen suites do not exist at the property. I feel I overpaid given I did not get a suite.
- 4/5
Good staff
- 3/5
The hotel was clean and the staff was nice but they were overbooked and I had reserved a bed with 2 beds but they only had a room with one bed available so the person that was supposed to split the room cost with me ended up driving an hour home at night after the event we were attending and I had to cover the whole cost of the room unexpectedly
- 1/5
This hotel is disgusting. The entrance is really elegant like in the photos, the rest is dingy, rusted, dirty and outdated. no elevators. the bed sheet was dirty. the shower had no conditioner bottle. the bathroom was rusty and gross on the floor. the fixtures were falling off the walls. the room smelt terrible and outside the room in the halls smelt worse.
- 1/5
My stay was absolutely the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. First, they downgraded my room and did not give me a refund.
- 3/5
They had over booked
- 1/5
We were in an old hotel next door that had been painted the same color. It was old and run down. They attempted to remodel it by painting it, but it was not a nice hotel. Smelled like smoke. Old furniture. Fridge cabinet blocked the pathway to the bathroom. We were not attached to the main hotel. Had to walk next door due breakfast. Maybe the sheets were clean. Nothing else was.
- 1/5
When checked in after I was denied the first time after reservations. My room was already used and then there were no rooms left. I'm disabled and was traveling by myself. It was one the worst days I've had since my Heart attack last April
- 1/5
Filthy, lacking any reasonable accommodations, room is dusty, shower had hair, front desk can’t answer the phone.
- 3/5
The room smelled awful, a combination of mold and pot smoke I think. Broken furniture and fixtures.
- 2/5
The front desk woman didnt seem to happy, probably because she was doing 3 people job, so it took some time for the check in. We went to the VERY spacious room and drop the bags until we came late. The I realize the room was for two beds but one had been removed, thats why was so spacious! It had a dinnette with complete kitchen with full size fridge, a 2 burner stove, 2 microwaves (one of them didnt work), and a dishwasher. Also had dishes and cups, although no dish soap of any kind. The shower had, what appeared to be a broken shampoo dispenser, and rusted stains in the tub floor. The shower curtain had dirt spots, and even the pillows had dirt spots. The housekeeping was NOT tight, and the bed sheets seemed had just been straight up from the previous guess use. And the worse after all these was the bad incense smell all throughout the facility. I dont think will be coming back here.
- 5/5
Clean Friendly staff Lots of nearby restaurants Door Dash
- 1/5
My room smelled horrible upon arrival I had to light candles clean but plug ins and drench the room in cleaning solutions. The service was horrible extremely rude with no professionalism. The hotel stinks really bad and appears to be unsafe employees do not enforce rules so no quiet hours
- 1/5
Expected more
- 2/5
Room smelled bad.
- 3/5
Literally, trash in front of our door when we checked in. (Bag of food from somewhere). Some lights didn't turn on. Evening greeter was not welcoming. Folks running breakfast were terrific. Pool closed.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Nice hotel in Midtown. Nicer than most of the others we have stayed in. They originally gave me a suite with a bedroom which was nice but I needed 2 beds (as per the reservation.) They switched me to a double room and it was fine. Mini kitchen was nice to have, breakfast was basic but good
- 2/5
It was much dirtier than the picture
- 4/5
Property was comfortable once we got some minor issues with my room situated would definitely recommend
- 1/5
Most rancid place I’ve ever stayed
- 1/5
Now I am going in circless to get my reservation funds returned to me. Talk about taking advantage of someone during an emergency.
- 1/5
Checked out a day early before the check out time and was still charged a full day as a penalty.
- 3/5
The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. My room was pretty spare but clean. The inside of the hotel was clean as well. But even though they said it was a no smoking facility there were lots cigarette butts on the ground in many of the outdoor areas. I had a puppy and it was hard to find a place that didn’t have cigarette butts around for her to try to eat. There was also a homeless person sleeping inside the eating area. He was just sleeping quietly and not interfering with anything and I didn’t feel unsafe. I’m sure the staffs is doing the best they can to keep as much as they can safe and clean. It was an ok place to stay for the rate I got.
- 4/5
Convient to where i am working
- 3/5
None
- 5/5
Property was clean and everyone was friendly. It was an easy check in.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Bed is comfortable. No bugs of any kind. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
I like the room and the amenities. I like the breakfast although I wish they had some more protein options. I think the thing I dislike the most was the unnecessary turns and longs hallways to get to the room. Overall, the room was perfect no complaints and getting to the property was easy.
- 2/5
I got this hotel because it was a Mainstay and it was supposed to be up to their standards. However, the sheets were not clean when we went to our room and they cleaning staff did not change it the next day because we were told that this specific hotel has a policy of having their sheets and towels replaced and room cleaned only if requested at least a day in advance. The staff was kind enough to give us clean sheets for us to change when we requested them.
- 1/5
The same pile of trash sat in the parking lot for five days never cleaned up. The entire facility smelled of marijuana. There was an oily film on our floor in the room. The TV barely worked. The microwave oven was broken and never fixed. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30 but one day we got there at 9:20 and it was all put away and locked up. There were beer cans on the trees in the parking lot.
- 3/5
Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. You’re about 10-15 drive from the popular areas of Savannah. However, breakfast was disappointing. No eggs or meats.
- 5/5
Extremely professional and respectful men at the check in. Good room good area nice pool
- 5/5
Our stay was wonderful
- 4/5
Work related
- 5/5
Was what the booking showed. Would stay there again.
- 3/5
Woman screaming in the hallway at 3am and staff did nothing.
- 3/5
I reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but they gave me 1 queen and a fold out couch. Im sorry but I paid for 2 actual queen sized beds including their comfort which is unmatchable to a fold out couch. Will not stay here again.
- 2/5
Went to front desk twice around midnight and no one was there. Was also approached by another guess asking if i had a problem with him because i was out front waiting on an Uber.
- 2/5
Dirty, mold, old smell, pool is dirty
- 1/5
conditions and overwhelming marijuana in hall throughout became ill and nauseated advised 10 pm 6/14 could not continue and early relocation . Room condition was filthy without chairs lights and door would not properly lock- no phones - (photos)
- 4/5
Friendly folks all around. My wife really liked the pillows(first time ever for that) and wants me to get her a few for home.
- 4/5
We arrived 20 minutes early and they told me to come back, they weren’t helping anyone. We had a kitchenette, no utensils. Breakfast is not as shone on website. Trash cans overflowing with trash.
- 1/5
They canceled our room before we got there talking about they collect payment the morning of your visit and it clearly say online if you want to pay then or on property. I selected on property I was pissed because that’s never happened to me and all the years I’ve used Hotels.com
- 1/5
Trash around my front door.My key stopped working several times. When I got to the front desk there was no one at the desk. The guest next door were screaming and arguing. Cigarette and marijuana smoke filled the hallways. I have asthma and I couldn’t bear the smoke. I had to check out early and now I can’t get my refund. I’m very disappointed.
- 1/5
Werid people lorking around. Needs reno. Damp feel and smell.
- 3/5
The property was tucked away and a bit difficult to find. Could use some updating, but it worked for what we needed at the time.

Big hotel! We had a long walk to our room, and the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Furniture in room was not well kept. Bed slept well. TV was unplugged (leading us to think it was broken, at first). Leftovers found in refrigerator. Gross substance on rear of bathroom door and shower curtain. Sticky “hardwood” floor. Staff were great, despite the room disappointments.
- 2/5
The staff are kind and the lobby is nice. The first room smelled like cigarette smoke and it is a non-smoking facility. That said, a simple walk of the grounds will result in the spotting of hundreds of cigarette butts around the pool, balconies, and common areas. both lamps in the room had no light bulbs. The microwave was sitting on the table in the room leaving the table unusable. A woman screamed for an hour at 3 am waking up several rooms. I would not recommend this place at all.
- 3/5
The lobby area is very nice and staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
It was a great stay….been there for a week and I enjoyed the stay!! It was quiet and the hotel attendant and housekeeper was nice as well!!!!! Great area and loved the pool as well
- 5/5
Nice area and rooms. Breakfast got busy and people were waiting for food for a while, but food quality was good when served.
- 5/5
Friendly! Wonderful customer service
- 5/5
Other than having a hard time finding the turn in for the hotel, everything as they advertised
- 4/5
The property had a Kitchen but bring your own cooking ware as they don’t provide it. Great friendly service.
- 4/5
Convenient easy access to main roads. Near all attractions, shopping and restaurants. Hotel and rooms were neat, clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and area was clean.
- 5/5
The bed was really comfortable, towels are soft the staff was so nice and the breakfast was really good.
- 5/5
Only bad thing.....was that both waffle machines quit working....both at the same time....so we actually had to go out and find a breakfast place. But otherwise, would love to stay there again when we come back to the area.
- 1/5
My room was not available that I reserved and they transferred me to Sleep Inn. Hotel was very loud, couples arguing, people partying late around pool, and children running through the halls. Shall not return.
- 4/5
Was good for a one night stay. Clean room & bed. Very good breakfast and service from lady handling it. Plenty of parking spots. Convenient to downtown & historical areas.
- 4/5
The property is in good condition but a bit rundown, and while the room was great, there was some kind of unpleasant emitting from the entryway into the room. I never could determine the source but it was strong every time we entered the room.
- 5/5
What I loved about property was the comfort. We were looking for affordability and comfort during our stay in Savannah. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, our room was ready before 3pm (such a welcomed blessing). I loved the kitchenette, with the full-sized refrigerator. The breakfast was yummy with scrambled egg, kielbasa, fruit, juice, coffee, toast muffins, etc. beautiful dining room and only about 15 min. away from the historic area or the visitors center where we toured the town on a hop on hop off bus. Very fun. .
- 2/5
The top lock on the room door was broken, no lights turned on in the room except for the bathroom and entryway light, and I saw a roach in the shower. This could be a good hotel but the lack of upkeep and pest control makes this one of the worst motels I have ever visited.
- 5/5
Everything was great.

After letting them know we where in town at noon we were inform they couldnt accomodate any early arrivals as many staff called out. After sitting in the lobby 30 minutes past check in we finally got to our suppose to be ready room. 4 different issues each found 1 after the other...no toilet paper...then after looking we had NO SHOWER CURTAIN!, Then no towels then when i went to call them phone didnt work. Manager was too busy servicing rooms and said to see the AM manager who wasnt there when checked. Left our number and issues and go figure...no call. Whats a real shame is the rooms are actually not bad. Avoid at all costs!
- 1/5
I reserved a room with two beds and when I got here, they gave me a room with only one bed and blamed it on Travelocity for double booking the room
- 4/5
All ok
- 4/5
Amazing experience! They even had a whole kitchen in the room with all utilities. The breakfast was amazing and very complete. The only down site was the lights besides our bed did not work and one of the face towels looked oily. For the price, It was good.
