ordered a queen size bed that queen side bed was not ready so they gave me a twins bed room the issue with that room the kitchen faucet is leaking all over the top counter then I had to stay the night in there then got off of work come back switch to queen size bed The room was so messed up that they had a dog in the inside pissed all over the floor and it smell so bad in that room never cleaned it up so I let the manager no what's going on about that room so they gave me a new room king size bed that was okay and than that I was very upset the way I had to switch rooms three times .

Close to my job The office staff is very unprofessional. They were never at the front desk when needed. I was there for a month and my cleaning days were Thursdays; however, my room never got cleaned.

Affordable close to my job and clean The front office staff is rude unprofessional and not willing to help with anything. When asking questions about my account the office clerk just walked away in mid sentence. When I come to the front desk to ask questions no one is there! I have to yell HELLO

What didn’t go well? Maybe it was the fact that I had booked for 7 nights which could have lead to several months all depending on the stay. I had a 5 hour drive and wasn’t able to leave until midafternoon.The Email confirmation said check starts at 11:00 am and ends at 7:00pm . I got to the property at 6:45pm. Office door was locked but I hear talking. I call the number on the door and maintenance answered and said he be right there. He shows up and goes in the private entrance and comes back out and says the manager will let me in the entrance. I go around and she shuts the door and I knock and she opens and says we canceled your booking because you arrived too late. I say it’s 6:50 to sign says 7:00 and she slams the door in my face. I call Expedia and they do nothing and I lose the initial security deposit and sleep in my truck. I have never been treated so rudely by both the property management and Expedia customer service. I’ll never use either again.

Bathroom, especially the shower, wasn't really handicapped accessible--nothing to sit on. Once you ran out of toilet paper, you had to get your own. The final price was not what the reservation price was quoted. There was constant train noises and aircraft noises. Totally overpriced.

The room wasn't very clean rundown refrigerator wobbled bed was broke no remote for the TV air-conditioner didn't work very well the electrical outlet in the kitchenet didn't work front door looked like it was broken into a few things just way to much money for what it was

It was convenient to shopping and restaurants. My room was roach infested. They were even in the refrigerator. The location was close to a railroad and trains were constant. There was noise from airplanes throughout the day and night.

They had no clean towels for us and we stayed a week and a half with them. Floor was so dirty it turned your feet black. Was supposed to get a double bed and got one bed and a rock hard futon. Staff wasn’t friendly and seemed annoyed when you asked a question.

It was cheap Firstly I got there and had to wait outside for 15 minutes because the office was locked and no one was there. The room wasn’t cleaned before I got there. Other individuals use this place like an apartment complex. Kids running up and down in front of rooms noisily at 11:30pm-2am five nights out of the seven I was there. Noisy residents. Was not pleased.

No comment I booked a room through booking.com a week in advance. I got to the hotel and my reservation for a double suite was not available so they offered me a one bedroom suite for the same cost as the double, which should be a joke. Then told me that they never have doubles available they don’t know why it let me book it . Keep in mind I drove here from Chicago for a month stay and didn’t realize how unprofessional it was until I arrived. I don’t understand why they didn’t reach out and inform me, I work in a hotel. You can see your arrivals and departures and available rooms. And if you take the time and do a little more clicking you can see future arrivals as well. God bless!

No cleaning service at all. You have to treat it like it’s your apartment which means you get your own toiletries, cooking utensils, trash bags, broom & mop, wash your own sheets, get your own towels! Rooms are not as pictured! Very disappointing if you’re on vacation!

They shut the water off the second day I was there. I wasn't able to shower and I didn't feel safe mainly because someone took food from an unopened container in my room, so I knew someone has been in my room while I was gone.
