Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews, with guests appreciating its prime location and friendly staff, but expressing dissatisfaction with the valet parking service and cleanliness of some rooms. Some guests also mention issues with the air conditioning and noise levels.

The valet parking operation was disorganized, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. Parking was a frustrating experience from the start. During checkout, I requested assistance from the bell service with my luggage, but no one arrived despite a long wait. I eventually had to carry my luggage to the parking area myself. For a Hyatt Regency property, I expected much better customer service and attention to guests. Unfortunately, the poor valet experience and lack of timely assistance left a negative impression on my stay.

Location and price was great. Wished bed would have been more comfortable. I like my bed on the firm side but it was a little too firm. Didn't get very good sleep.

Location was excellent They could have had a better food selection in the restaurant but what we ordered was good.

Great location! Beds were comfy. Staff was nice but never followed through on any of our asks Room service never came even after asking twice when they skipped our room! They also only gave us shampoo. Three bottles with no soap or conditioner. After asking, they left us a bottle of conditioner but still no soap or body lotion. And then still never cleaned. Super disappointed. Also you must pay for parking. Valet is a whopping $50 daily. If you want to walk a block to park your car in the city deck it’s $15. There’s also stains on the lamp shades. Least of our worries but gross

Love the location and the employees they were very nice and helpful Woke up to ants (a lot of them) on the table and was all over our food that was left on the table, still not sure where they came from
- 3/5
The hotel was just ok. Nice view from our room. Buffet breakfast was not our favorite. We have had much better at the other hotel we usually stay at and it was included in the price of the room.
- 5/5
This was a very nice hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was super clean. The beds were super comfortable. The bar had complimentary beer and wine. Outside had an amazing view. Definitely would stay here again.
- 4/5
The only issue I had was the pool looked extremely dirty so we weren’t able to use it. It looked as though the bottom of the pool needed a deep scrub before refilling. Ended up getting a day pass to another hotel.
- 5/5
This is by far the most attractive and well maintained hotel I have stayed in. Staff was superb!!! Views amazing!!! It was a very relaxing, friendly environment and experience

The body soap in the shower was empty.
- 3/5
Everything was excellent except for the bathroom in our room was dirty and the valet was a joke. Looked like a middle school boys used our bathroom before we got there. Valet was a joke when we tried to get our truck the next day, it took an hour to leave. Had to go back and forth on a location, had to pick my own keys out and whole process was a chaos and unorganized

What a wonderful stay. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, especially when I had some unconventional requests that I felt would be difficult, but they made it happen. A great hotel where you can find plently of places to sit and have coffee before starting your day. The hotel made my time in Savannah better than expected
- 4/5
The terrace and balcony's $50 a day for Valet and keys were lost and I had a surgery at 6 am sharp. It caused a lot of anxiety and extra expense to get a taxi. Can park in public parking at half price and Key remains w me.
- 5/5
The room with the balcony was excellent!!!! Great service all around.
- 5/5
Excelente ubicación y hasta tiene un elevador directo a river street! La atención del personal es muy buena y el hotel en sí está en perfecto estado (moderno). Tiene valet parking dentro del edificio lo cual es un plus en Savannah
- 4/5
We did have some good help from the concierge to plan some things to do and get some tickets. We talked with the valet about our car since it had to be checked out by 3. We called to get it pulled out which is what they told us to do to avoid paying another day's parking. Sadly we were charged anyways so we ended up being charged $100 for parking and we were not even there close to 24 hours. They had a ton of space so it wasn't because they needed the spot. The hotel itself was nice and centrally located to get to the hop on/hop off bus without too long of a walk. Beautiful city!
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay!
- 4/5
Rooms could use a bit makeover. But lobby & general area are beautiful. Valet is very misleading. You valet for $50. And then have to go to parking garage to retrieve your own car.

- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean, and the location is awesome— backs up to River Street ! The breakfast buffet was wonderful!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Awesome hot/fresh breakfast
- 2/5
I booked for a king room a week prior to my stay. When i got to check in the day of, my room wasn't available, the staff was clueless and unhelpful. Valet was unprofessional but overall the hotel was nice. Unfortunately i wouldn’t do it again
- 5/5
Was amazing. Had a great day. Everybody was truly friendly. There and felt very welcome.
- 5/5
My mom and I enjoyed the Hyatt so much. We were able to keep her vehicle in Valet Parking during our stay ($50 a night), they had a huge lobby (plenty of lounging space, bar/restaurant, and drinks/snacks), an amazing fitness center and indoor pool, as well as a sundeck. She and I actually tanned on the rooftop on one of the days we were there. It was so nice! I definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt!
- 3/5
I think they rely on new tourism business and they are not as much concerned with repeat business. Property and rooms are typical 3 star, kind of dirty, and lacking maintenance and upkeep. Valet parking is required and completely worthless, very understaffed, they should pay me $50 a night for the inconvenience. Front desk staff is helpful but understaffed, always a line. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Excellent property that is close to shopping, restaurants, bars, and all things Savannah. Lovely staff!
- 5/5
Restaurant , Room was very spacious, glass atrium elevators, within walking distance to lots of shops ,
- 5/5
My husband and I had an amazing stay for the weekend. It is in a perfect location to walk to everything. We had a balcony room with a gorgeous view of the river. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. We Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Great location but wouldn't loved a better pool and maybe a jacuzzi
- 5/5
Perfect location for access to inner city and Riverwalk areas. Do t forget to check out local activities while there. We were able to get tickets to Enmarket Arena and was the icing on the cake!
- 5/5
We have been here before and always enjoy the waterfront hotel. This time was even better. The staff were incredible. We felt welcome and well taken care of all weekend. Efficient and pleasant. Can’t wait to come back. Big hotel that had small boutique feel. Excellent !
- 5/5
I love the attention that the staff gave me. They were very helpful very precise just on time with everything.
- 5/5
Everything was outstanding would reserve again and again. Location couldn't be more satisfying.
- 2/5
The hotel was ok and the staff were great but the room was dirty. There was so much hair all over the shower.
- 4/5
Bathrooms are a bit older but I did appreciate how well lit it is! The rooms are large and the bed comfortable
- 5/5
We love this place !!

Hotel was beautiful Cleaned great Ocean View, desk Hospitality Wasnt as polite or offered assistance No parking If you have a Vehicle Valet is costly per day,, Complimentary Breakfast Should be available Over My Stay Was Pleasurable and Affordable Will Stay again Just have too Plan Fot un expected expenses

Old hotel I’ve stayed in for decades, but it’s still got class.
- 4/5
It was a good experience
- 5/5
Loved the location and the property was great too. Service was also good minus a few front desk workers who clearly didnt like their jobs or people. But I would still stay there again!
- 3/5
Our room and halls were definitely in need of cleaning. Housekeeping was lacking.
- 5/5
Clean nice hotel, great location, walking to all main attractions in Savanna
- 4/5
We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency! The location is unmatched—stepping right out onto River Street and being within walking distance to all the historic spots and local shops was a massive plus.

Staff was not very helpful and add times confused
- 5/5

- 1/5
Location I liked however my hotel room seemed as if it wasn’t cleaned properly prior to my check in. Found a used razor still in the shower and a used soap. Room also smelled like cigarettes and no remote control was available to me. Contacted front desk to get a remote and never got one. Just checked out a few hours later after taking a nap and moved on to a way better Hotel.

All good. Vvvvvvvvvvvvvggggvvvgv

We really enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Regency. The hotel is very nice and in a great location! The hotel’s restaurant, Moss & Oak was also quite good. We would definitely highly recommend the Hyatt Regency for your next visit to beautiful Savannah!

Be wary of extra fees. Destination fees $25 +tax a night. Parking $50 a night. Incidentals $75 a night
- 5/5
Perfect location. Lovely River and River Walk views.
- 5/5
The Hyatt Regency has the perfect location in between the cover and city and also staff are so nice. The bed and chair was very comfortable. Also the hair products and lotion were very nice quality.
- 4/5
Location was AMAZING. Lobby was beautiful! Staff were very helpful and kind. Room had some wear and tear but clean and great view of the river!
- 5/5
The staff was great. Hotel was very clean
- 4/5
The location was perfect for our needs. On the Riverfront and near plenty of great restaurants and bars
- 5/5
The coffee in the lobby should be available before 8 o'clock.
- 4/5
I love visiting Savannah! This was our first stay at the Hyatt and it certainly won't be our last!!!
- 5/5
Loved the hotel, its staff is perfection. Great location. The pillows are subpar, they do not match the quality of the hotel. They are half the size and feel like lumps of foam inside.
- 5/5
Staff are excellent and very helpful. Cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Beautiful views. Everything is walking distance. I will be back.
- 4/5
You could not get a luggage cart without a bell person, I prefer to load and unload my own things. As a disabled veteran this was a challenge and of course the bell person expected a tip also.
- 4/5
My only real complaint was the room. After an 20 hour day, I went to get in bed and my bed didn’t have a fitted sheet. With it being so late and a long day I decided to use the non fitted sheet. It worked but was uncomfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The valet service I recommend, even if you stay for one night like we did.
- 4/5
Great location. Right in the middle of the River area.
- 5/5
Valet was unorganized. The Moss &Oak bartenders ( two different times) seemed to be rude and short tempered. Looked like they didn’t want to be there. Bellmen were wonderful- especially Michael. Get a river view!
- 3/5
Valet was chaotic. I got the breakfast package and it was awful. The service was not good at all.
- 4/5
Customer Service and Cleanliness meet our expectations with plans to stay again.
- 2/5
Noise comes right up the atrium. $50 per day parking.
- 5/5
This is a very clean and a nice place to stay. Everything was at your fingertips if you needed to have a wall in the hotel they had a wonderful restaurant, good bar, clean room, helpful staff
- 5/5
The room was so comfortable and we had a great view. Breakfast was amazing; I had the waffles and chicken. The location was perfect for me to take my Mom on the river street and enjoy all it had to offer. We will be back!!
- 5/5
Great location and very clean room
- 5/5
The view from the “inside rooms” is not great
- 5/5
Yes very good
- 5/5
The concierge was very knowledgeable. Loved the live music in the evening
- 5/5
It was only for one night stop in the trip but it was totaly worth
- 3/5
Not sure what is the justification for paying $25 for destination tax per night on top of state and occupancy taxes plus hotel tax with my booking
- 5/5
Fabulous hotel in a prime location of beautiful historic Savannah. The staff where super friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a nice bar/ restaurant which office excellent views.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Every staff member encountered was absolutely delightful, accommodating, engaging & friendly.
- 3/5
Bed was very uncomfortable and the parking was 50$. I know u are there for the location, but it wasn't worth the price.
- 5/5
Very clean and breakfast was delicious!
- 5/5
From the Booking to check out it was an Amazing Experience.Walk out the back and you are right on RiverStreet. We had River View room and it was Great .windows were So clean, to be able to see clearly. Stay there and you Will Not Regret it.
- 3/5
Breakfast was very expensive
- 4/5
Nice location, staff, and spacious rooms.
- 5/5
Yes very good
- 5/5
Clean and easy to access to the river front work.
- 4/5
The bartenders are horrible. Hard to get service out on the deck. Had to ask the front desk to get the room clean. Front desk was very nice. The server name Candice was a joy an a great help.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Great location
- 5/5
Very clean very nice great stay.....
- 5/5
Loved the property, river view, the boats, ships & watching dolphins play.
- 3/5
Hotel is nice in amenities but rooms are musty old and outdated
- 4/5
High priced and surcharges on everything. If you drive be prepared for $50 a night.
- 5/5
Quite and perfect location
- 4/5
Friendly and helpful staff, clean. close to everything
- 5/5
Great location. Super convenient and super nice place and staff makes a difference.
- 4/5
Clean room. Staff was polite and friendly.
- 3/5
Not come with comforters, so we asked for a blanket from front desk and they sent us a cotton like hospital blankets…weird. I’ve stayed in multiple hyatts including multiple countries. This one has been the only one that has disappointed us.
- 2/5
I don’t think the sheets are clean because I developed itchy red bumps from insect bites after staying for a few nights.
- 4/5
Room was quite small and the bathroom was tiny. We knew the square footage of the room but the bathroom was just too small. 2 ppl CANNOT be in there at the same time. Rooftops were nice. Parking is costly, $50 per day/overnight. Overall the stay was alright. Savannah is a nice & pleasant city to walk & explore. Lots of restaurants, historical buildings, and nightlife. We would go again.
- 5/5
It was a great stay, beautiful hotel and rooms right on the riverfront. Spectacular views of the passing ships and very comfortable. Great amenities as well.
- 5/5
I’ll be bringing my husband for a romantic getaway soon.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent as well
- 3/5
in house restaurant meals were mediocre, full menu was not available
- 2/5
The rooms need updated. Old carpet and watery body soap. The doors slam so hard the room vibrates. They need new door closers.
- 4/5
Great location and amenities. Our room faced the river and was clean, and enjoyable. The front desk staff were not as enjoyable. Each time we talked to them, it seemed like we were bothering them
- 5/5
The hotel was safe, clean, quiet, and in the perfect location. The valet service was quick.
- 5/5
Excellent property located perfectly to enjoy Savannah’s beautiful river front area.
- 5/5
Yes.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The concierge was outstanding
- 4/5
Our breakfasts were served just this side of cold. The room was clean, but dim. Actually the entire hotel lighting was quite dim, but that might just be what Hyatt hotels do. Having no option but to pay a $50 valet fee (plus tip) is rather bad.
- 4/5
The furniture is dated but overall a great stay
- 3/5
The worst part about the whole thing was staff/customer service. My first time staying at this location. Vallet was a mess noone really telling you what to do. Check in was not very friendly. Did not explain amenities. Just got a vibe of give us your money and here is your room key. The main thing this place has is location being right on river walk. For the cost I paid I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
We stay here every time we go to Savannah and we absolutely love the hotel. It is near everything, great view from f the river, and it is always a quick and friendly check in.
- 5/5
Great location, close to river and waterfront restaurants and historic district
- 4/5
A very nice location
- 4/5
Staff are not friendly
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful
- 3/5
But the hotel is very modern and clean. The staff was great and friendly. Great location also
- 4/5
Great River view! Location was good, easy access to anything you want to do. Only issue was parking for check in, need more area to park while checking in.
- 4/5
This hotel is in an ideal location and it is the best feature overall. The rooms definitely need renovations, especially for the costs of the stay. I stayed there years ago and not much had changed in decor or esthetics (furniture, etc). The front desk staff was amazing and one of the staff Tania was very helpful, which was much appreciated. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the staff working there was very friendly. My one major complaint was that the glasses on the bathroom counter in my hotel room were used with lipstick stains, which was unsanitary and a health hazard. The valet parking is pricey, so more hotel-specific affordable parking options would be a great addition for guests. Thankfully, the rest of the stay was enjoyable and the view from my room was beautiful. I hope the hotel/management will work on renovations and cleanliness for each room to ensure that guests have a quality stay that encourage them to book there again.
- 4/5
What I missed was a memory foam type mattress.
- 5/5
The pool was great, the property was spotless, and the river view was a fun added touch for our toddler. We are coming back in October and will be staying here again!
- 3/5
Really dated and old now. Over priced based on location
- 5/5
Great time
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
The hotel needs to replace items and update rooms. We received ripped towels, the mattresses were worn out and outlets wouldn’t hold the plugs. There was a huge crack in the bathroom sink and no exhaust fan so there was mold growing in the bathroom. We had to get maintenance to install a new lightbulb in the entryway light. The room overall was so dark with only two lamps, especially since it was an inside room facing the lobby and had no natural sunlight. There is also a heavy lack of storage space with only three small drawers in the room. We were disappointed that there was so much noise during quiet hours. We even called down to the desk twice and we were told they would handle it, but it took quite a while to get the group of people to finally be quiet. The hotel is in a great area but sadly, I won’t be staying there again. With how much it was per night, I was expecting a more pleasant experience.
- 5/5
A great stay with location, location, location! Perfect for visiting all things Savannah!
- 5/5
Everything was spectacular!
- 4/5
The Guest Room was very dark. Needed more lamps. Air conditioning would not cool the room. It great amenities however the restaurant was over priced and the food was very bland. I would not recommend this hotel for you first trip to savannah Ga.

Very friendly staff, clean room, great view. The only complaint is the ahower floor was extremely slick. I started sliding and thought i might fall.

- 2/5
The room was clean and the front desk representatives were nice. However, the room was expensive and we paid more for access to a courtyard and view only for the door to be stuck and unable to open so we couldn't enjoy that. The shower in the room also clogged. We paid more for valet parking as well as and the valet staff never sent me a text or gave me a ticket. They also misplaced my key so I was very worried the whole night. They fortunately found it and we left asap the next morning. For the price, I was very disappointed. There are more professional places nearby with a lower price point.
- 3/5
The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff were friendly and professional. The room itself was dirty. The sheets had hair on them and the bathroom also had hair on the shower walls. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the floors were dirty.
- 3/5
Couldn’t eat breakfast there becuase it wasn’t safe for celiac. Being charged an extra 30$ a night without knowing in advance was disturbing. Didn’t use any of the extra that were included in the 30$. Having a fee for paying the parking fee that was already ridiculous was absurd!!
- 5/5
Great location.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
The hotel lobby and atrium are stunning. It was the noisiest room that we've ever had. All of the rooms are adjacent to the Atrium and they have loud events for 150 people there! (Weekends only?) We had a "Garden level(?)" room and groups were partying in the garden until early morning. No restaurant other than a 15 foot cafeteria line. No breakfast (free coffee), no pool, very busy loud street (West Bay)
- 5/5
Medina, the valet was really nice and went far and beyond to satisfy our request.
- 4/5
I'm really torn as to what rating to give the property. The staff were great. The restaurant was good too! But when I pulled back my sheets an awful mess was all over them. I called housekeeping, and the manager on duty came to room and was horrified by what was in my bed. I don't normally pull back the blanket the way I did but I'm so grateful that I did. The manager immediately had people come and remake the beds. But it's hard to unsee. Also housekeeping wasn't good at refilling the coffee or replacing used towels. So the location is great, the people are great, but that left a negative impression.
- 5/5
Loved the river view out our windows.
- 5/5
Parking was expensive. I was not expecting to pay for parking while being a guess at the hotel
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 4/5
We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly, food was good at the Moss and Oak. But the beds were very uncomfortable. We all had back aches in the morning and no queen beds in the hotel only full and kings. The other thing we didn’t like is the valet parking. The attendants were very helpful and nice, but we were expected to take a not so nice elevator to the parking garage to get our car. After doing it once, we refused to do it again and the guys outside helped us out by opening the garage door for us to go in from the front. At $50 per night to park, we really didn’t like that at such a nice hotel.
- 5/5
Great place!
- 3/5
The lobby offered a great location for relaxing with an amazing view. The bar was lively with engaging bartenders. Overall, I’m pleased with the stay but will not return.
- 1/5
We checked in and left 30 mins after. The bed was broken, the bed was held up by wood, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the couch was all stained, the front desk was rude. Had to fight to get refunded. No other rooms available
- 5/5
Nice bar. Bartenders unimpressive.
- 4/5
The hotel has the best location in the water front area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast check in/out. Excellent price/value. Downs, bathrooms could use renovation. Valet parking dropping and pick up at two different locations. Drop at front, pick up at the parking basement. Overall recommend.

- 5/5
Great Stay, friendly staff, great location!
- 4/5
Staff was great, location was great
- 5/5
Parking is expensive.
- 1/5
My main concern was being charged the destination fee despite arriving after most amenities were already closed. The fee includes things like happy hour participation and a welcome drink, but by the time I arrived those options were no longer available. I’m not opposed to the fee itself — the offerings actually seem like they would be great — but it was disappointing to be charged for perks that were not accessible due to the late arrival. Unfortunately, my room also had a very strong odor of urine near the bed area. It was quite unpleasant. I did ask if a room change was possible, but I was told the hotel was full and none were available. On a positive note, the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly kind and welcoming. The front desk team was polite and professional even when addressing my concerns. I also had breakfast before leaving the next morning, and the restaurant staff who opened at 6:30 AM were wonderful — very warm, attentive, and a great start to the morning before getting back on the road. Overall, the customer service from the staff was excellent, but the room condition and the destination fee situation made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Staff was great. Location was excellent. Hotel was a little dated and in need of remodeling
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel! Everything was perfect - clean and comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We were very pleased and will definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Great location. Nice restaurant and lots of places to enjoy the view. Rooms were big. Cleaning staff was sub par. Did not clean rooms properly or fill coffee pods .
- 5/5
Older facility but comfortable and clean. Perfect for a quick stay. Great bartender and lovely people working at the hotel. Thank you.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, in a great location close to the river and the sights of Savannah! The staff was friendly, and I would stay here again.
- 5/5
The omlets were by far the family favorite when it came to breakfast. The location for the price was great! We will be coming back!!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, good service. Free welcome drink!!!! Valet was great! Overall satisfaction
- 3/5
The outside and lobby shows that there is a standard, however, the rooms are a tad off. The lighting in the rooms aren't really there. More light is needed. And the bathrooms need an air vent. The ceilings were peeling as well. The staff were courteous...all but one of the bell hops.
- 5/5
Room was clean and view was amazing!
- 3/5
The room was nice. The bathroom could use some work, mildew and missing caulking in the shower. Staff didn't offer our complimentary drink upon check-in and gave us a hard time for using our pantry credit right before check-out. Probably find another place to stay next time.
- 3/5
Comfy beds. However, the bathroom is like a closet. I could barely get my 7 year old son ready for bed without bumping into the toilet or the counter. The bathroom also had no fan or ventilation so the shower made it very steamy, which caused the counter to be wet. The amenities given were cotton rounds and q-tips. There were no shower caps or other basic needs in the room.
- 5/5
Loved this place!
- 5/5
clean room and the location was perfect walkable to everywhere.
- 5/5
Perfect location
- 3/5
The valet parking attendant hit son with our car and put a dent in the door. They charged my credit card for our stay and then put another hold on my card for the same amount for days. Totally unacceptable! We will never go back again.
- 4/5
All good
- 5/5
All was perfect, except $50 a day valet fee. Garage 1 block away was $10 per day
- 3/5
Room was. Dirty
- 5/5
Beautiful. Enjoyed the stay very much.
- 3/5
The staff was very courteous and the hotel overall was in average condition. Was very disappointed with the room service pricing. We did not see any information about how they charge a "delivery fee" and automatically add a "gratuity" on room service orders. We had 2 basic salads and one tiny cupcake, the bill was over $83.00! That is border line ridiculous! Plus, I also tipped cash since I didn't realize the tip was already on the tab, since it didn't show that on our reciept? So our total payment for the salads and cupcake was close to $100! We will never stay here again!
- 5/5
Clean room. Great view luxurious feel to hotel staff available and helpful
- 5/5
They make everything easy here. Very focused on customer service. Our favorite place to stay in Savannah.
- 3/5
There is a $25. A day destination fee added
- 3/5
Location was great, a lot of items are quite worn and could use updating.
- 4/5
Was able to check in early! Clean room and also friendly staff including valet attendants!
- 5/5
Clean room, easy check in/out, beautiful views of the Savannah River
- 5/5
Fabulous
- 5/5
very helpful staff, view excellent, definitely had a wow factor.
- 4/5
Location is what it is all about. Room was comfortable. Interesting enough, the blanket was extremely thin; less than a summer blanket. Before heading out to dinner, stopped at front desk to request extra blankets and was cheerfully told by the front desk representative that she would have the blankets sent up for us while we were out, which was fine with us. Came back after late night out only to find that no extra blankets had been delivered. Had to go back downstairs to request extra blankets, which we finally were able to get. For a name like Hyatt, it was less than I expected, though still nice. The blanket situation, which in the scope of the world we live in was quite minor, you do expect that when you choose to give your business to a certain hotel brand, you get the service that you are being charged for.
- 5/5
It was a nice place.
- 3/5
It was average.
- 4/5
Nice clean rooms. Great location.
- 2/5
Lousy restaurant in hotel. Considerable street noise.

Staff
- 5/5
Have stayed here multiple times. Always my go too for location, cleanliness, and staff courtesy.
- 5/5
Room was clean and so was the bathroom
- 5/5
I gave a five star because of how I was treated. I booked a city view and wasn’t able to get what I paid for but they compensated very well for not having what we book. I will stay again
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The food is excellent and bar service is fantastic. And the staff is very friendly. We would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Clean rooms great service, all the needed amenities.
- 5/5
Staff was great!!!
- 4/5
Place was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable. Lobby big with a casual restaurant and bar.
- 1/5
ruined our Valentine’s Day made reservations at the restaurant two days ahead of time they claimed they never got it and didn’t do anything to help the matter. There were no other restaurants in the city that had availability so we had to drive to Hilton head an hour and a half away to have Valentines dinner. The manager was an idiot poor customer, service, rude, and obnoxious. I’ve never been treated that way before last time I will ever stay at a Hyatt hotel.
- 3/5
the hotel and my stay was nice… my curtains had mold all over them… it prevented me from walking out on the balcony and terrance
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff was awesome from arrival, check in, bag carrier, wait staff, bar. Big thumbs up.
- 5/5
The room is so nice and clean. The staffs are nice and approachable. I want a river view room and they gave me a nice viewing river view room. Probably the best hotel for me.
- 5/5
Excellent overall experience 👍

Location
- 5/5
Great room, wonderful staff!
- 4/5
Mike the chef gave great customer service, along with the rest of the staff in the dining area. Overall the staff gave good customer service. My only issue is, I wish the room was a little cleaner.
- 4/5
Cleanliness of room and view.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel convenient to River Street and Broughton. Comforter was EXTREMELY thin but slept fine
- 5/5
Great hotel within walking distance from all the sights to see in the Savannah area.
- 5/5
The rooms where spotless very clean! Good customer service
- 5/5
Great stay, great food
- 5/5
After booking, I read some reviews that made me nervous. I'm here to say our room was PERFECT. We had a river view room that met our every need. Clean. Comfortable. Even though we were only there for 2 nights, the room would be well-suited for a longer stay. The valet service was timely with our over-sized vehicle too. We'll stay here again.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
CLEAN ROOMS, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, HOTEL IT SELF WAS GREAT LOCATION
- 5/5
Beautiful view, very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great room and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Everthing was wonderful. We come to Savannah every six months or so to see family. We always stay at the Hyatt mainly for the view! The staff is always courteous and friendly. The room is always spotless and we love the food at the Moss and Oak, and a shout out to our favorite breakfast waitress Tawana, and our favorite dinner waiter Evan! We'll be back soon!
- 5/5
nice facility, beautiful lobby. staff outstanding, courteous and friendly
- 5/5
Great location in old Savannah, riverside
- 5/5
Easy check-in. I reserved the River View and it was worth it. Room was spacious and clean. Only issue is that the parking is expensive.
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and the room was very nice
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Everything went smoothly
- 5/5
This was a very clean hotel. Location was great. The restaurant and bar was a plus. My only complaint would be that they charge you $50 a day to park as well as they charge you an additional $25 per day for what they call a destination fee.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel in a convenient location, great customer service, clean and comfortable room, nice shower with very hot water. The gym was spacious with lots of variety of equipment for full body training. This hotel has everything you need. Modern, stylish. I enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
Great breakfast!
- 5/5
Had a great stay!
- 4/5
All good very clean lovely environment to relax-good staff. And great location a little expensive at bar and restaurant… would stay again
- 2/5
Toilet dirty, no light switch near door, parking is a nightmare unless you pay $50 pr night for it. An overall unpleasant experience.
- 4/5
Paying for valet parking is a nightmare. Probably won’t stay here again because of it.
- 4/5
Room was satisfactory and very clean.
- 3/5
Was missing a microwave and bathroom fan in room
- 4/5
The room had an amazing view. If you like people and ship watching on the river the corner view room was great!!! The room it self was large but it could use an updating and there is some mold on the bathroom walls. The main hallway on the forth floor was freezing cold our entire stay. Not sure why the heat wasn't on.
- 5/5
Great location and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great breakfast. Great price.
- 4/5
However, coffee maker room brewed lukewarm coffee.
- 4/5
Great old hotel
- 3/5
Valet staff was pleasant and friendly, but turning in the car was difficult and communication to retrieve our vehicle was poor. We were also not prepared to have to deal with a third party valet staff upon arrival (it was mentioned on the hotel information page at all). Room was adequate, but for the price we expected certain amenities that were not provided; for example: the contents of the shampoo and conditioner bottles were mixed so we couldn’t use them, there wasn’t a complementary makeup wipe remover, and the body wash was watered down so was unusable. Finally, prices in the grab and go shop were not clearly posted or communicated so we weren’t sure what we were being charged when purchasing things from it.
- 5/5
Very well kept property ✅
- 2/5
2.The room temperature would not go above 67 degrees. The heat setting on the thermostat did not activate the heat. We actually went outside to get warm on an unseasonably cold weekend. The desk stated they were reporting issue to maintenance who never showed up. We left the next morning.
- 3/5
Centrally located. Great river views
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and tidy and the front staff were really nice as well as the valet parking staff. The view of the river was awesome and the whole area along the river front was very cool.
- 2/5
Room was dirty, fan did not work in bathroom, valet service was poor
- 5/5
Everything was fantastic, room is clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating
- 5/5
The entire experience was absolutely wonderful.
- 5/5
Great location
- 1/5
Room very dirty and smelled horrible. I would not recommend, very unsure how they got a good rating very disappointed. Would have changed hotels but still would have been charged.
- 3/5
; room pricing $250.plus $150 dog charge plus $45parking fee, not to mention taxes and fees. Sorry Hyatt, never again.
- 5/5
We loved the view and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. River view was amazing. Valet parking is very good.
- 5/5
Breakfast eas great. Room was impeccable.
- 5/5
Awesome front desk & valet team. Rooms were very clean.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and the hotel was beautiful.
- 1/5
Blanket on bed was non existent 2 sheets no blanket
- 5/5
We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. The room was clean and very comfortable.
- 5/5
Beautiful location, very clean and welcoming
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting parking options outside of their valet. The hotel was immaculate. The location was perfect for us.
- 5/5
Great offers
- 5/5
Clean and beautiful setup and views !
- 3/5
The staff was very good. Room was fine. Housekeeping was poor. Parking was too expensive. Valet was very good. Location was very good. Overall, quality did not match the expensive price.
- 5/5
Everything about this hotel is amazing!
- 5/5
nothing really to save; i have room facing street, a bit noisy

There was no free breakfast during my trip that I was aware of

The location was amazing. Close to all the night life. Hotel is beautiful with a full restaurant and bar.

Outstanding place! Customer service is excellent. Cleanliness is excellent!
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Professional, polite staff. Perfect room location. Wonderful views. So convenient to everything.
- 3/5
Check in was not very smooth
- 3/5
Remote control didn’t work and the mandatory bell hop system is rather inefficient. I didn’t like not having a choice. We were told the pool was heated and warm but the temperature was not conducive to an enjoyable swim for parents or kids.
- 5/5
Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were all friendly and warm, the place was beautiful and super clean. The location of the hotel was in a prefect spot on the water and very short walking distance to the shopping and parks.
- 5/5
The room was pretty clean and the staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Location. Amenities.

Pleasant staff, nice hotel, and room with an amazing view!

Facilities
- 2/5
Check in was smooth seven ballet. We arrived first and they took two other people behind us first didn’t help with the bags. Going to cook some solution on the carpet I believe.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 4/5
Also, kids running and yelling down the hallway at 2 a.m. was unpleasant despite signs indicating quiet hours (not enforced). Otherwise, the hotel was wonderful. I would give them a second chance to be great.
- 3/5
The room was a good size with a beautiful view. The bathroom was small and in need of a good scrubbing. There was mildew around the bottom of the shower.
- 4/5
Wonderful location. Very nice view. Clean rooms. Great staff - very helpful.
- 1/5
We were welcomed when we checked in. We received our keys to the room, but once we opened the door, it reeked of mold/fungus, and we immediately returned to the front desk to request a change in rooms. We were told the hotel was COMPLETELY booked and there were no rooms for us to switch to. Hyatt offered to send housekeeping up to spray Febreeze throughout the room. They said they couldn't comp our room as we used a third-party to make a reservation. A $25 food allowance was offered, but we never received it. What was unsettling to me was the feeling that the hotel was NOT fully booked, and we should have been moved to another room. The condition of the room we were assigned was definitely a health hazard - we did not want to sleep in a room filled with mildew-laden air. We called a nearby hotel that had an available room and were immediately welcomed, with the staff offering us a glass of champagne upon check-in. The Hyatt said nothing as we turned in our keys and left. I would not return to this location and would not recommend this Hyatt to others traveling in the Savannah area.
- 5/5
Great location
- 1/5
We had to call three times and waited for more than an hour before someone deliver blanket to our room. Terrible customer service
- 5/5
It was a great experience and vey reasonable
- 5/5
Ciara was great!
- 5/5
I will be back soon.
- 2/5
It took over 30 minutes to check in when we made reservations 3 weeks ago. Nice room, except the huge spider and no blankets
- 5/5
Great staff and location.
- 2/5
The valet parking and the location is the only good thing about this hotel.
- 3/5
When I pay extra for a river view room it would be nice to have a 100% view of the river. Being in room 677 on the back corner, across from the side of the Bohemian Hotel is not what I would consider a "river view". It's 1/2 river, 1/2 roof patio. My previous stay was a 100% view of the river as far as the eye could see. I had the same expectation with this reservation. Had I known what I know now, I would have sought an alternative hotel.
- 4/5
The room was clean and no issues with it. However, someone had a dog that kept making noise, barking, whining, and almost a howl. This occurred several times during our stay.

Gorgeous hotel, very friendly and helpful staff
- 5/5
Everything was great! Breakfast, free hot cocoa for the holidays, indoor pool. Staff really pampers you. No complaints!
- 5/5
Great stay! The access to river street, the central location, the large lobby and all around service was great. Perfect for families. Our view of the river and river street was really nice. Close to everything downtown. Would stay again
- 5/5
Great location on the river
- 2/5
ALSO I WAS CHARGE $25.00X2 = $50.00 FOR DESTINATION FEE. WHAT IS THAT. tv VERY OLD SEVERAL ISSUES
- 5/5
Didn’t try
- 5/5
The staff was amazing. The facility as a whole was elite. The staff made everything stress free.
- 3/5
Have to pay 50 dollars a night for parking. Mold on ceiling of shower. No body wash was left in shower container.
- 5/5
Great location. Nice bar and excellent gym. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Beautiful river view.
- 5/5
Love this hotel! We have stayed at The Thomson hotel, and many other high end hotels, and this by far is our favorite. The location is hard to beat. The rooms are clean, the bar and restaurant are easy to access. The staff is amazing, the gym and pool were perfect. We plan to stay again on our drive back to New York City!
- 5/5
Everything in very good standard!!!
- 4/5
Be careful booking waterfront rooms as there is a very loud boat shuttle that runs between 6:30 am and 10 pm and stops right in front of the hotel. They really need to get a boat with quieter motor! Stayed here multiple times.
- 5/5
Staff the concierge Mr Phil stark is a wealth of information and a pleasure to talk too. Restaurant staff was amazingly great. Bellhop and valet as well.
- 5/5
The room was excellent clean beds, comfortable nice hotel only problem I would point out is that when we got there they charged a destination charge which was supposed to be included in the fees. Expedia showed.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice.
- 3/5
The room was clean, nice, and quiet. The location of the hotel is excellent. However, I had a terrible back pain after sleeping on their mattresses for three nights. We stayed for five nights, and the last two nights were tortureous. Please replace the mattress in room 656.
- 4/5
Like to stay here minus I wish pillows were thicker. I always end up with sore shoulder and neck when sleeping here. Also would like heavier blankets. But this hotel is nice and has great location.
- 5/5
Great view and convenient to walk to river street
- 5/5
Jon-Michael Green and his team were amazing and very accommodating for our oversized vehicle. Thank you!
- 1/5
Just don’t stay here!
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
Tina who served breakfast at the hotel is wonderful. She’s so cheerful and everything you want in an employee, especially in the mornings. The hotel is in a perfect spot if you want to be walking distance from shopping, historic sights, the river and dining spots. I would stay here again. The only downside and the reason I took off one star is that a member of the housekeeping team took a bag with items in it, we let the front desk team know but it wasn’t returned and no one followed up afterwards.
- 5/5
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon the last 4 days and it was absolutely amazing! The view from our room overlooking the water and having direct access to river street was so nice. Every single person who worked there was smiling and so helpful, the valet employees were so friendly and made everything so easy for us. The restaurant was also delicious and we were very happy with our stay! It was so nice to leave for the day and come back to fresh towels and a made up bed!
- 5/5
Beautiful experience
- 5/5
Really enjoyed the room and view. We were there for the Christmas parade so it was perfect timing to be on on the rooftop :)
- 5/5
The hotel has a very good location and the rooms are comfortable.

Staff and location
- 5/5
Room was comfortable; staff was great; wonderful reception at front desk and the in-house restaurant staff were very attentive.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. Beware the breakfast buffet though. It was $30 per person and not advertised as such. We will definitely stay again but will skip the breakfast.
- 5/5
Everything was great.. the only thing is to improve insulation around the windows for river looking rooms and in general area. You can feel the breeze coming in . A shoutout to Maggie for changing a miserable day to great day with her professionalism, attitude and willingness to help.
- 5/5
The room was spacious and very clean. The view of the river was beautiful!

- 5/5
Everything! Great location, the room was clean amd spacious, staff was excellent and the hotel itself was top-notch. Only complaint was being awakened at 230am to the sound of staff cleaning the floor. It was so loud.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and responsive. Loved our stay!
- 5/5
Not free. What I bought was good
- 5/5
Great customer service!
- 4/5
Awesom customer service after room booking mistake.
- 4/5
The room was clean, the staff in the restaurant for breakfast were amazing, especially Tuana and Mike. The front desk staff were very nice and professional. Staff were always cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, which I REALLY appreciated. The pool was good for a hotel pool (7 strokes, but good enough for me to get a swim in). The mattresses were decent, lots of pillows, great location in the heart of Savanna’s River front and a casual stroll down Bull St to see all of the fabulous squares. My friend paid $50 a day for valet parking, which is insane, but it was cheaper and more convenient than flying. Try and get a deal on Expedia because it isn’t cheap.
- 3/5
It was my first time in Savannah and not the best way to start my vacation.
- 1/5
Loud. Mediocre service. Extra hidden fees. Tried to put us in a room with no bed. Only a pull out.
- 3/5
The cost didn’t reflect in quality except the location is perfect. Communication prior w property was not clear, we were given wrong info w pets and communication after the stay not helpful. They got their money seemed to be priority
- 5/5
The couple of young ladies at reception were fantastic, friendly and inviting. The room wa great, spacious and quiet. We do not eat breakfast ( intermittent fasting) But that didn’t stop us from having a stop at the bar for a nightcap.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect .
- 5/5
Room was immaculate and roomy. Staff is very helpful and the hotel is located central to many destinations in Savannah
- 2/5
The staff in general are very helpful especially Tequila. However, this is NOT a 9.0 as advertised. The hotel is very tired, bathrooms were very small toilet in between shower and sink - dirt in corners, toilet paper on floor, ceilings were cracking. Doors and windows were very dirty, carpets buckling, walls very thin, you could hear everything!!! Does nothing for Hyatt Regency brand. They should dump it.
- 5/5
Room was clean,
- 5/5
The Hyatt, in general, was terrific, and the room and staff were excellent.
- 3/5
Beautiful hotel but very over priced added charges, bed was very hard and no coffee till 6:30 when the Resturant opens.
- 5/5
WE will go there again
- 5/5
Huge perk, the elevator down to River Street. That made my day when i discovered it!
- 5/5
Clean room. River view.
- 4/5
Great location and staff! Bed and pillows not so great!
- 3/5
It's a seasoned hotel. Ordered a suite, was two rooms adjoining . Found hair toilet. Had to call twice to get corrected. Stay somewhere else
- 2/5
Was changed rooms 3 times and each one had same conditions. Chairs had broken fabrics, closets had lose cables hanging, dirty floors, mold on curtain handles and broken soap dispensers in bathroom. Windows were dirty and smudged.
- 5/5
We had a beautiful view of the river. Staff were very polite and helpful.
- 4/5
We encountered a few unexpected charges than expected, for as hotel and parking. But, overall had a great time... :)

- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, clean room
- 4/5
Great location!!! Nice hotel.
- 5/5
Very nice - clean
- 4/5
All good. However, notify guests early what window view they get. We requested a room change because the first room had no view. The drapes on the window were pulled and there was complete darkness on the other side. The room had “NO” view. It was dark. They kindly gave me another room (at more cost, of course)
- 4/5
With that said, there are some areas to mention. The main one is the upkeep of the room. The sink was leaking, the shower and sink drains would not properly drain and frequently back up, and the AC did not work. While the weather was beautiful, the AC would not work at all. The other (and minor) was a few of the hotel employees. The bell services and valet teams were incredible, but check-in was very transactional and there was virtually no information shared about amenities. We saw housekeeping, but didn’t have a privacy door hang, so I am not sure if it’s every other day or we just got skipped (we’re only booked for two nights). We didn’t eat on site, but the grab and go section was sparse and the restaurant was frequently busy. Wi-Fi was awful, but service was fine as soon as you walked outside. The location was truly the selling point of this hotel. For the Holiday market and Lighted Boat Parade, this location was perfect and more than worth the price. $50 a night for valet is high, but seemed on par with other hotels in the area. $25 additional nightly for a destination fee is also mixed in so keep in mind it’ll be $75 (plus taxes) on top of your nightly rate. All in all, this was a very nice hotel which I wouldn’t hesitate booking again.

- 5/5
Everything was wonderful! The team, the room, and the location were all prime! We felt like we received first class treatment!
- 4/5
all the staff were lovely, helped with any questions we had with a smile and politeness; room was clean and spacious, the singing acts which they had on Friday and Sturday night, was a little noisy as it echoed around the area, but fortunately stopped early enough to not bother us to much!
- 5/5
The room cleanliness and the location.
- 5/5
The whole stay was perfect. The room was clean, staff super friendly, access to food and the riverfront was great and entertaining. I plan to go back with my grown up girls. I definitely will stay here again.

Outstanding staff, the ladies from the restaurant were very attentive and friendly. The food was great. Beautiful lobby atmosphere. Valet parking was great. The rooms with the river view were amazing. I’ll definitely come back. Thank you
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. Clean room. It was a beautiful place
- 5/5
Was very nice, only thing I wish I had known was it is valet parking only. However there is a garage just across the street you can park yourself.
- 5/5
Great location, lovely terrace
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Excellent room. Very clean.

No complementary breakfast, but they do have a full restaurant and bar inside the lobby. There’s no free parking. It’s valet parking at $50 per day come and go as often as you want. At a room that overlooked the river and it was nice to watch the boats coming in and out of the Harbor. Staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly.

Great location for sightseeing the tourist downtown.

The hotel is beautiful with a great view of the river. Wonderful location in walking distance to all the great things in Savannah. The rooms were huge and clean. We went with our kiddos and a family group. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was a celebration of our 13th anniversary and the dinner was a et down.

The valet team was AMAZING and the front desk manager was more than helpful with any billing questions and accommodations. The only feedback we have is our room was not ready and we were given another room which was not on the river side yet over looked river street. This was perfectly acceptable but when we got to our room Fri night Nov. 14th, we went to sleep only to wake up on dirty nasty sheets which we feel were never changed or checked. Pretty much disgusting. We ordered room service and had a ceasar salad. We have never had a ceasar salad with boiled eggs, dried tomatoes and all the extras not needed. Needless to say we have stayed here many times and this was by far sub par for the costs. Hopefully this feedback is well received.

My husband & I were here celebrating our 25th Anniversary in Savannah. We were excited to stay at the Hyatt, first & last time! We’ve had better experiences at The holiday Inn & less expensive hotels. Also reminds us why we Airbnb often! We checked in early, the front desk clerk said they’ll text us when our room is ready. It was ready 30 minutes later and we walked back from town. We were given keys, went up to our room and it was 2 full size beds, river view. We went back down and told the clerk we had reserved a king size riverside view. She said didn’t anyone explain that Expedia overbooked the hotel and this is all we have left? No they didn’t. We told her it was our 25th anniversary & we’d even take a room with no view. She said sorry they are sold out and I needed to contact Expedia. We were so upset. She came over a few minutes later and said someone just canceled. Very happy if that was true but honestly we don’t think they know what they are doing. We’ve traveled using Expedia many times and never experienced this. The room can use some tlc, on the 2nd day of it not being freshened up we had to contact the front desk and wait for it to be cleaned. The complimentary coffee is just thrown on a table, not very nice looking for a “Hyatt hotel” and it was put away at all different times, probably once it was empty. We went down a few minutes before 10 & it was already put away. The check in really was disturbing to us & we will never stay at a Hyatt again.

Room was ok considering the price it could have had more amenities.

Easy check in and out Valet was great Only negative is the bathroom was WAY TOO SMALL You couldn’t sit straight on the toilet or your knees would hit the door!!

Friendly staff. Clean, convenient. Great stay

The room was booked here through Hotels was apparently overbooked so we did not get the room we booked and paid for. The staff did not tell me this was the case so I didn’t realize this until I got to my room. Went all the way back downstairs just to be told they overbooked and this was the only room they had. They comped my $50 a day valet parking for the inconvenience. They blamed Hotels.com for overbooking. Parking is a nightmare. It’s either $50 a day for valet or go to a public parking garage a few blocks away. The hotel itself was ok. There are much better options along the riverfront in Savannah.

Always satisfied with the Hyatt. We did not eat breakfast for can’t rate it but the bar staff was wonderful. Front desk people were distracted. They’d say that they would help you and then you get to the counter and they answer the phone instead. A little frustrating

Loved the hotel and the location was superb! Only complaint was the bathroom in our room was a little run down.

We booked a room with a King bed on Hotels.com. When we arrived they said there were no more rooms available with a King bed, actually no beds were available even though we booked it. We were given the option to get a room with no bed or cancel the reservation, as i stood at the front desk with no options. HOTELS.COM really should get their act together, what a terrible trip.

Awesome hotel. Comfy bed. Kind staff
- 4/5
Very nice at the front desk. We were upgraded to river view room for free, so we watched the sunrise. Stunning! Great location walkable to so much. Parking was a little steep, so we parked a block away in a parking garage for half the price of valet parking. The perks were nice as well to make up for the $25 resort fee although we forgot about a few! Overall a nice hotel in a great location!
- 5/5
The location of this hotel is fantastic, but more importantly, staff at the front desk is welcoming and hospitable. The parking system works great too.
- 5/5
Room was clan, staff was friendly

Rooms were clean but dated, nice hotel but not quite worth the price.

Incidentals made stay quite expensive. $50 a night parking plus tipping valet and Bell hop. Breakfast expensive as well
- 5/5
The entire staff was incredible. Me and my wife had a blast celebrating our anniversary. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone. We'll be back soon.
- 3/5
The plumbing was awful We woke up the next morning shower stopped up with black stuff coming out up out of it. I was late to my anniversary dinner because they had to move us into another room and I didn’t like that not at all.

This was the perfect place to stay in Savannah. It’s a great hotel with friendly staff and within close walking distance to all the downtown restaurants and places of interest. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we visit Savannah again.
